Make no mistake, we are under attack. Attack on our biblical values and worldview, our families, and our nation. The next few months—especially until the November 3 election—are critical.

This weekend we celebrate America, and the many blessings we have been given by simply being born here. America and Americans are far from perfect, but we must admit that we are blessed and prayerfully on the path to becoming better.

The Black Lives Matter movement is not a majority—not even close. Its agenda, which is to destroy America, can be resisted and defeated. But not if ordinary Americans like you remain silent. As bad as the images and the threats seem—as misguided as the news media and big corporations like Coca Cola, and Verizon are—the biggest threat is the silence of the majority. But breaking that silence will be the undoing of this rioting, looting, and desecration of monuments.

A lot is going down. COVID-19 has morphed into protests/riots in major American cities. Today, the Supreme Court reversed the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and struck down the Louisiana hospital admitting privileges law for abortionists. It also ruled that the state of Louisiana had waived its argument that abortionists should not have third-party standing, which means that argument could be decided another day. I am heartbroken at the loss, but not hopeless. "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted." Psalms 34:18

God’s precious Covenant ratified by the blood of Jesus, must yet come to ultimate fulness in His people. The Son must yet receive the reward of the sacrifice. The Father will continue to prepare a Holy Bride for His Son who is worthy of the very best that God’s grace and the power of the Creator can bring forth.

This is not just for the presidential election, but we need to pray for every elected official in every city, county, state, school board, etc. We must see a turnaround and removal of corrupt officials who seek their own agenda and not God’s. In the past three weeks our hearts have been broken as our country has experienced horrific pain and loss. We have seen tears and tragedy, anger and injustice. We have also seen prayer and peaceful protests; people of all colors coming together to petition God and our nation for significant changes that we believe begin with the heart.
