We seem to be living in a modern day unfolding of the book of Esther. Truth is suppressed or rewarded with social death. It is only the brave who will survive. If we are to go forward as the Body of Christ and as a nation we must take the attitude to stand for righteousness and truth “If I perish, I will perish,” just as Esther. If not we will surely die and the Lord God will raise another to lift up the call and take action. We were created for “such a time as this.”
Purim 2021 will take place at sundown on Thursday, February 25 through the 26th. It is recognized as a Jewish holiday, a happy celebration marking the salvation of the Jewish people from an evil royal adviser named Haman. Purim celebrates the faithful leadership of Queen Esther and the actions of her cousin Mordecai. There is an entire book in the Old Testament that tells the story of Esther. It is the story of deliverance for an entire nation of God.
Haman, chief adviser to King Ahasuerus, chose the 13th of Adar as the day to have all Jews killed. He chose this day by the casting of lots, which is a random way of making a selection, similar to drawing straws or rolling a die. The Persian word for lots is “pur,” hence the name Purim.
In the story of Queen Esther she has to make a moral choice to speak truth to save her people the Jews, putting herself in great peril or remain silent in the face of evil and witness the extinction of her jewish people in Persia. She is admonished and advised by her cousin Mordecai who was a watchmen at the city gates.
Please take the time to read the entire book, it is not that long but we often refer to this time of a destiny decision as being created for “such a time as this.”
Numbers 10:9 When you go to war in your land against the enemy that attacks you, then sound an alarm with the trumpets, so that you may be remembered before the Lord your God, and you shall be saved from your enemies.

Heavenly Father we come to You in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ, and we ask You to set the captives free today. Lord we claim Your protection by the Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ over ourselves, our families, our homes, our cars, our animals, our ministries, our finances and everything we possess, or operate or work at.
We declare that our spirit man is clad with the armor of the Lord and the armor of light. We put on the breastplate of righteousness to protect our heart and our chest cavity and vital organs. We function and conduct our life’s affairs according to Your original plan and purpose for us. It protects our reputation. We gird our loins about with truth. It protects our integrity. We put upon our feet the sandals of the Gospel of peace which guides our every step. We put on the helmet of salvation to renew our minds daily. It protects us from negative thoughts that would derail Your purposes and plans for us. We hold up the shield of faith to thwart every fiery dart of the enemy, it secures our future and our destiny. According to Judges 7:18, with the Word we take up the Sword of the Lord which grants us dominion and authority against the powers of hell. In the name of Yeshua we shall be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all to stand.
We declare all means of communication and connectivity; our phone lines, our electrical grid systems, our electronic devices and our internet service are covered with the Blood of Jesus. We activate the angels of the Lord to cut off the power and communication between the devil, the strongman and the people to whom we minister to. We pray all these prayers in the name of Yeshua.The enemy is forbidden access and cannot interfere.
Heavenly Father, You said in Isaiah 45:11 to command the work of Your hands. We thank You for Your holy angels (the work of Your hands) and we command Michael Your prince (national guardian angel) and the great (angelic) prince who defends and has charge of Your people to arise.
We command the warring angels, covering angels, ministering angels, guardian angels, law and justice angels, Gabriel the messenger angel to give us Your message, of the living God, who came in the flesh, to surround and protect us, guide us, direct us. We command the angels to block the attempts of satan and his demonic allies from sending his reinforcements and aid: and bind all spirits of violence and fighting that none we pray for will be assaulted or attacked.
Heavenly Father, in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ Your Son, You have opened Your treasury, the heavens, for us and we command Your angels to cut off the power and communications between the devil, the strongman and the people to whom we minister to today. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, we bind and renounce, forbid and prohibit, all satanic and demonic activity in our lives, our homes and offices and all transference of evil spirits between the demons in the 2nd heaven or on earth and ourselves and other people in Jesus Name.
As the season and days of Purim are upon us, we remember Mordecai, as we take up our positions of defense in the gates of our cities. Like the anointing of Mordecai to man the gates we will stand at the city gates, watch and listen to the plans of man and pray.
It is written in Ezekiel 33:6 “But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand.’’
Lord, Mordecai warned of a plot he overheard in the city gates to kill the king of Persia and he saved the king’s life with that warning. We, each one of us has a responsibility to warn when we see that evil is being committed or plans are made to destroy the innocent. Let us be as one at the gates of our cities and nation. Let us be as one at the gates of our communities and homes. We desire that none would be lost, that the sword will not come upon the land because we are unaware or unwilling to do our part. Let our hands be clean before You Oh God!
We shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes; but its leaf will be green, and will not be anxious in the year of drought, nor will cease from yielding fruit. Jeremiah 17:8
In Jesus name, we decree that our municipal, state and federal legislators must pursue truth and justice according to the organic constitution of our republic. We send forth the messenger angels to deliver this decree in the highways and the byways where those that were elected to represent “we the people” have strayed to and have hidden. We forbid and strip those, that have strayed, of their special interest funds and unholy alliances. What they have intended for evil and self gain shall be turned for our good.
Yes, Lord, You know all their counsel which is against us, and our nation America, to destroy us. Provide no atonement for their iniquity, nor blot out their sin from Your sight; But let them be overthrown before You. Deal thus with them In the time of Your anger. Jeremiah 18:23
We know You Lord, You are the One who goes before us. You will be with us, You will not leave us nor forsake us; we shall not fear nor be dismayed.” Deuteronomy 31:8
Through Yeshua we shall possess the gate of the enemy Genesis 22:17. We rebuke every enemy in our gates and at our National borders, north (Canada), south Latin and South America, east the Atlantic and west the Pacific. Psalm 127:5
Strengthen the bars of of our gates. Psalm 147:13 Break the gates of brass and cut asunder the bars of iron. Isaiah 45:2 We release battering rams against the gates of hell Ezekial 21:22. Let all the gates of our lives and America be repaired through the Holy Spirit of God. The gates of hell cannot prevail against us. Matthew 16:18.
Let the gates of our lives, our cities and America be open to the King of Glory Psalm 24:7. Our gates will be open continually to receive blessings Isaiah 60:11. Open to us the gates of righteousness that I may enter in Psalm 118:19. Open before us the gates, that we may go in and receive the treasure of darkness and hidden riches of secret places. Isaiah 45:1-3
We pray for the apostolic gatekeepers of our cities and nation to arise and take their place. Lamentations 5:14
Lord raise up apostolic gate churches that will usher presence and revelation into our regions.
Let the gates of our lives and cities be shut to uncleanness, witchcraft, drugs, perversion, and wickedness in the name of Jesus. We pray for the gateway cities in our nation to become gateways of righteousness and not iniquity. We rebuke all enemies that would stand at the gates and try to stop salvation from entering in.
We command the north gate, the south gate, the east gate, and the west gate to open in our cities and America to the King of Glory. Establish the gates of praise in all our lives. Isaiah 60:18
Lord, just as Miriam the prophetess, the sister of Aaron, took the timbrel in her hand; and went out with all the women after her with timbrels and danced, so we will dance. For there is victory in our dance. David, Your warrior king, danced before You as he escorted the Ark of Your Presence. May we never forget to dance before You! Exodus 15:20
Abba Father God, so many of Your people have become depressed and have lost hope. They have seen unjust judges. They have seen elections stolen and no obvious results to change the outcome. They have seen the violent terrorists go unpunished as our nation’s cities have crumbled. Law enforcement defunded and criminals run free. The people America cry out to You and say “how long will the unjust and wicked ones rule the land?” But God, with You, nothing is impossible. If You could create this entire universe and all that is in it and outside of it simply by speaking Your words, it is a simple thing to accomplish the seemingly impossible.
In Luke 18:6-8 You said, “Hear what the unjust judge said. And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”
Lord all it takes is one person to change the outcome of what seems inevitable, of what seems impossible, if You have called them to it and anointed them to accomplish it here on earth as Your hands extended.
Lord, in the name of Jesus we bind and forbid the deaf and dumb spirit from covering us. Open our ears, remove the veil from our eyes, open our mouths! And if we don’t obey when You call us, shame on us.. You will move on to another who will. We must be the change we desire to see in the world. If not now, then when? If not us, then who? In Jesus name, let us hear when You call us to open our mouths! In Jesus name let us act when You call for us to move! For just as You created Esther, so You created each one of us for such a time as this.
Your Word says in Esther 4:14 “For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”
Esther was at first timid about what she would do because she felt insignificant but her cousin Mordecai told her she had a responsibility to act. She fasted and prayed. Not to be stronger to physically move the mountain of the edict against the life of the jewish peoples but to have faith enough to act, regardless of what might be the consequence of her actions. Father in this hour You are calling us to be bold and to have faith enough to move the mountain of prejudice against us. Father help our unbelief! Mark 9:24
Lord, in Jesus name, we ask You to extend Your tallit, Your Blood protection over the ones who are standing publicly in our country for righteousness. President Donald Trump, Franklin Graham, Kent Christmas, Mario Murillo, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Sydney Powell, Lin Wood, General Flynn, Matt Gaetz, Jim Jordan, Devin Nunes, Ron DeSantis, Ken Paxton and more, the unnamed warriors of faith. We declare Psalm 91 over them. They will not lose their voices.
Father we are asking You to meet us in our prayer closets as we cry out to You. As we humble ourselves to fast and pray for our nation and the nations of the world, as we repent of our sins and as we seek Your face, we are confident that You will meet us right where we are. During this time we ask You to reveal Yourself to us individually, with greater insight than we have ever known, greater revelation than we thought possible. Anoint our tongues to speak the true Word of the Lord. Banish all doubt from our spirit man. Lord, in Jesus name, strategically place us in situations and locations to bring deliverance to those crying out for help. Give us God moments with You and with others. With You we will flatten, mountains and raise up valleys. With You we will give sight to the blind and agility to the lame. With You we will encourage. With You we will edify. With You we will exhort as we prophesy. Put a Word in due season in our mouths.
Allow us to effectively implement Your strategy for the Kingdom revival that is coming upon us now. We pray Father that for every evangelist called by You that the anointing for souls is increased and provision for the journey. We pray Father that for every teacher who is a wandering star Jude 1:13 that they will repent for false teaching and turn back to You to use the gift You have imparted into them correctly. Many will need to be taught the truth who are coming to You in revival. Raise up pastors who will speak the true Word of God and not a watered down re-written word devoid of power and strength. Impart to us the understanding of how to correctly apply the Word of God. There is only one way to heaven and that is though the salvation of Jesus Christ. Tear down the false idols of apostles who have built structures to glorify themselves and may the true apostolic anointing be built.
Father God refresh the servants of the Lord who have toiled in the fields. Refresh their bodies, minds and spirits. For as those who have waited and trusted you Lord as they have worked in the open churches, in mission fields, in shelters, in hospitals, soup kitchens, in the trenches, in the mnarketplace, they shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 We want to stand for righteousness with courage like Esther, for the appointed time is now.
As for the wicked, Oh God! Tip the scales of justice in this nation and the nations of the world on the side of righteousness. As they have been out of balance on the side of wickedness so now shall they be recalibrated for justice sake. In the name of Yeshua the Messiah and by the power of the Holy Ghost, release the spirit of the Fear of the Lord into the courts and justice system starting in the highest court of the land, the Supreme Court. Let the Fear of God come upon every one of the 9 appointed judges. They must rule according to the law of the land and not from compromise, emotion, agenda or unholy covenants. They must review every point of law and evidence. Let the Fear of the Lord surpass the fear of man and those they might be intimidated by. This is the moment of decision, when many are being weighed on the scales.
Let this same Fear of the Lord come upon the main stream media, that they must turn from wicked lies and deception and back to truth. We bind and forbid the spirit of deception, in Jesus name.. We decree that truth must prevail! We put a halt to all demonic frequencies and communications, they shall not be transmitted in Jesus name.
Yeshua, the Light of the World, shine forth Your brightness on all matters that have been hidden until now, that the full truth may come forward and we might be saved! For every Haman that will not repent, who continues to mock You and continues in their wicked plans even after much warning, You know whose heart is that of stone. Hang them on the gallows that they intended for the innocent. You alone Oh God can judge them
We will Fear not, for You are with us; we will not be dismayed, for You are our God. you will strengthen us, yes, You will help us, You will uphold us with Your righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10
