David Daleiden Wins Planned Parenthood Legal Fight
|
|
[UPDATE] Last week, California completely dismissed and expunged all charges against investigative journalist David Daleiden following a settlement last year. Daleiden, the founder and president of the Center for Medical Progress, forever changed the conversation around Planned Parenthood in 2015 when he and his colleague Sandra Merritt published undercover videos showing Planned Parenthood executives negotiating the illegal sale of aborted fetal tissue and organs to what they believed was a biomedical research company.
In response to the initial release of the videos, then-California Attorney General Kamala Harris ordered a raid on Daleiden’s apartment and seized his computers, emails, and video recordings. Two years later, new California Attorney General Xavier Becerra filed 15 felony charges against Daleiden and Merritt, with 14 of them eventually dropped before new charges were filed. Becerra claimed that the pair “manufactured identities and a fictitious bioresearch company to meet women’s healthcare providers and covertly record the private discussions they initiated.” The charges against the pair marked the first time California had ever prosecuted undercover journalists. In 2021, a U.S. district court judge levied an injunction against Daleiden, prohibiting him from releasing any other videos. But Daleiden refused to give in and continued his legal battle. In January 2025, California offered to dismiss all charges and expunge the records of Daleiden and Merritt if they would agree to no longer contest the charges.
Last week, the legal battle finally ended, after a single remaining misdemeanor against Daleiden was dismissed and his record cleared. Daleiden announced the news on X: “As promised, the final charge has been DISMISSED and the case completely expunged—after a couple months’ administrative delay, and a truly bizarre last-minute “April Fool’s” attempt by @PPFA and @NatAbortionFed to overturn the State’s agreement. More on that later…” James O’Keefe, founder of Project Veritas and current CEO of O’Keefe Media Group, attributed the victory to Daleiden’s persistence in exposing the truth, writing, “It took 11 years defending himself over one story. This is what they do to people who hold them accountable. Nobody is held accountable because the people who have the power to do so are afraid of the retaliation. But David is different. His love of truth was greater than his regard for himself.” (Standing for Freedom) Read More Here

Abba, we sing HALLELUJAH for truth and justice prevailing, in exposure by Journalist David Daleiden, regarding Planned Parenthood's demonic practices. Thank You for sustaining Daleiden (and Merritt) as they battled years in court for simply exposing horrific truth to the world! Father, we repent on behalf of our nation to have allowed abortion clinics to continue to flourish. We lift PRAISE for President Trump stripping federal funding and for the 20 states that have also decided to defund Planned Parenthood! We also rejoice over Daleiden's charges finally being dismissed and his record expunged. We ask for continual exposure of all demonic actions surrounding Planned Parenthood Clinics and declare their funds will continue to dry-up and doors will close! We pray this under the Blood of Jesus Christ, who brings NEW LIFE to the world! Amen
"The godly will celebrate in the triumph of good over evil, and the lovers of God will trample the wickedness of the wicked under their feet! Then everyone will say, 'There is a God who judges the judges' and ' There is a great reward in loving God!'" (TPT) (Psalm 58:10)

Trump: China to Face 50 Percent Tariffs If Caught Supplying Weapons to Iran
|
|
|
U.S. President Donald Trump said on April 12 that China could face a 50 percent tariff on its exports to the United States if the country is found to be arming Iran.
In an interview with Fox News, Trump said he had heard reports alleging that China was supplying military weapons to Iran, although he expressed doubts about their veracity.
“I hear news reports about China giving the shoulder missiles, what’s called a shoulder missile, anti-aircraft missile. I doubt they would do that,” he told the media outlet.
“But if we catch them doing that, they get a 50 percent tariff, which is staggering. That’s a staggering amount.”
Trump had earlier warned that countries supplying weapons to Iran would face immediate 50 percent tariffs on their exports to the United States, as the United States and Iran entered a two-week ceasefire agreement.
Peace talks between U.S. and Iranian officials concluded without an agreement on April 12, with U.S. Vice President JD Vance saying Tehran refused to abandon its goal of obtaining nuclear weapons. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

Holy One, we pray for China to stay out of the Iran / Middle East affairs and simmer down on their itching for war, in Jesus's name. We pray that they would be caught if they are providing weapons to Iran and that they would immediately be brought under authority, in Jesus's name.

Congress Grapples With Spy Law Renewal as Deadline Looms
|
|
|
WASHINGTON—As Congress returns from its Easter break, lawmakers are preparing to navigate the renewal of a controversial surveillance law.
Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), set to expire on April 20, enables the government to conduct warrantless surveillance of foreign targets outside the United States that are thought to pose a threat to the country.
Its defenders, who now include President Donald Trump, say it is vital to protecting national security, particularly amidst the Iran War, and draw attention to 2024 reforms.
Section 702 remains contentious because it can pick up incidental information on Americans without a warrant. That raises Fourth Amendment concerns among its critics.
Members of the conservative House Freedom Caucus are among those who have continued to articulate worries about it, threatening a reprise of a GOP rebellion against its renewal in 2024 despite changes intended to curb abuses.
On April 13, multiple Republicans in the Senate voiced concerns with a planned 18-month extension of Section 702 that has been endorsed by Trump. (The Epoch TImes) Read more.

Father, this FISA Act is so contentious and if it has been used to spy on American citizens, including President Trump, then we call it to be changed or removed so it is only used for foreign adversaries, in Jesus's name. We pray for this issue to be well-examined and if there is an appropriate replacement, we call it into being. We thank You Mighty God, for making a way to protect the privacy of American citizens, in Jesus's name.
"And this occurred because of false brethren secretly brought in (who came in by stealth to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage), to whom we did not yield submission even for an hour, that the truth of the gospel might continue with you." Trump Says He’s ‘Fine’ If Iran Doesn’t Come Back to Negotiating Table
|
|
|
U.S. President Donald Trump said on April 12 that he does not care whether Iran returns to the negotiating table after peace talks between Washington and Tehran in Pakistan concluded without a deal.
Speaking to reporters at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland, Trump was asked how long he'd be prepared to wait for Iran to resume talks to draw the conflict to a close.
“I don’t care if they come back or not,” he replied. “If they don’t come back, I’m fine.”
“I think they’re very desperate. We had a meeting that lasted 21 hours. We understand the situation better than anybody, and Iran’s in very bad shape,” he said.
He further stated that there was “no way” Iran was going to get a nuclear weapon, but that during negotiations, they had made clear that they still wanted one. (The Epoch Times)

Thank You, Holy One, for the determination in President Trump to refuse Iran the ability to make and use nuclear weapons, in Jesus's name. We pray for their leaders to be replaced with those who care for their people, the nation and being good neighbors.

Iran Threatens Regional Ports Over US Hormuz Blockade Plan
|
|
|
Iran’s military leadership warned on April 13 that no port in the Persian Gulf or Gulf of Oman would remain secure if the United States proceeds with a naval blockade targeting Iranian shipping, raising the risk of a wider maritime confrontation across key regional waterways.
In a statement carried by state-linked media, the spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters said maritime security in the region must apply to all or to none, warning that any threat to Iranian ports would trigger reciprocal measures.
“Security in the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman is either for everyone or for no one,” said the spokesperson, Lt. Col. Ebrahim Zolfaqari, according to a post on X by Iranian state broadcaster IRIB. “If Iran’s ports are threatened, no port in the region will be safe.”
US Blockade Plans Draw Iranian Response
The Iranian warning came in response to U.S. President Donald Trump’s announcement that the U.S. Navy would begin blockading maritime traffic linked to Iran after high-stakes nuclear and ceasefire negotiations in Islamabad ended without a deal.
Trump said on April 12 that U.S. forces would “seek and interdict every vessel in International Waters that has paid a toll to Iran” and would prevent ships from entering or leaving the Strait of Hormuz.
“No one who pays an illegal toll will have safe passage on the high seas,” Trump added.

We pray for a glory cloud to descend upon Iran so that the leaders cannot see to do their wicked work and that believers can arise and take their nation back from the evil one, in Jesus's name. We ask You, Father, to protect the regional ports and let every weapon of the regime be highlighted and destroyed, compelling them to surrender, in the name of Jesus.

Macron under fire over Iran, Hezbollah policy as Trump admin hosts Israel-Lebanon talks

French politician says Macron's government 'must stop normalizing Hezbollah,' as Israel said to view Paris an 'unfair mediator'
|
|
|
France’s President Emmanuel Macron is facing renewed criticism for his lack of support for President Donald Trump’s war against Iran and demands to include Lebanon in the current ceasefire as historic talks between Israel and Lebanon are set to begin Tuesday.
The historic meeting brokered by President Trump between Lebanon, a former French mandate, and Israel will take place at the ambassador level as hopes for an agreement evolve — most noticeably without French involvement. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is expected to host both nations' ambassadors.
The Jerusalem Post reported that Israel’s government requested that France be excluded from the talks. An Israeli official told the paper that "France’s conduct over the past year – including initiatives aimed at limiting Israel’s ability to fight in Iran, and a complete lack of willingness to take concrete steps to help Lebanon disarm Hezbollah – has led Israel to view France as an unfair mediator."
On Monday, Hezbollah chief Naim Qassem called on the Lebanese government to cancel the Tuesday meeting in Washington, while describing the talks as pointless. In a televised speech, Qassem said the armed group will continue to confront Israeli attacks on Lebanon.
Hezbollah violated a ceasefire to enter the war on its patron, Iran’s side, in March, when it launched rockets into Israel after the U.S.-Israel joint attack on the Islamic Republic began. Still, Macron has demanded Israel stop attacking Hezbollah's terror infrastructure in Lebanon.
Israeli Brig. General (Res.) Yosef Kuperwasser told Fox News Digital that Macron was "working against the best interests of the Lebanese state and government. This is a very problematic direction." He accused Macron of taking the side of Hezbollah and normalizing Hezbollah because he is focused on "narrow interests." (Fox News) Read more here.

Lord God, we thank you that President Trump has reached out his hand, welcoming the ambassadors of Israel and Lebanon to meet at the State Department for this critical meeting. We see the writing on the wall, and we stand with Lebanon, that it not become a proxy state of Iran, but continue to be the sovereign nation it has always been. We ask for Your perfect will to be done in this meeting; and we pray for France to turn from their antisemitism and take more responsibility as participants on the world stage, in Jesus's name.
"The Lord is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble; And He knows those who trust in Him. But with an overflowing flood He will make an utter end of its place. And darkness will pursue His enemies." (Nahum 1:7-8)

1. 'We're on the same side': Israel, Lebanon envoys conclude historic peace talks
- The Jerusalem Post
Israel’s Ambassador to the United States, Yechiel Leiter, met on Tuesday with Lebanon’s Ambassador to the United States, Nada Hamadeh, in what is being described as a historic meeting.
"It was a crushing victory over Hezbollah," said Leiter. "We are on the same side, we and the Lebanese, that the evil of Hezbollah must be eradicated. We are united in this need. We talked about possibilities, a vision for the long term, about how Lebanon can prosper, and what the border could look like when crossed in a swimsuit to vacation on the beaches of both countries."
The ambassador also touched on Israel's refusal to allow French involvement in negotiations, saying, "I don't want the French near these negotiations; they should be as far away as possible. They are not needed, and they are not a positive influence."
The focus of the meeting was on efforts to disarm the terrorist organization Hezbollah, while the broader goal is to open a path toward normalization between Israel and Lebanon. (Read more)

2. Italy suspends its defense agreement with Israel - Ynet news
Italy has decided to suspend the automatic renewal of its defense agreement with Israel in light of the current situation, Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said Tuesday.
“The government, considering the situation we are experiencing, has decided to suspend the automatic renewal of the defense agreement with Israel,” Meloni said during a press briefing at the Vinitaly event in Verona.
Addressing broader international developments, Meloni stressed the need to continue efforts to advance peace negotiations and stabilize tensions, including reopening the Strait of Hormuz, which she described as vital not only for fuel supplies but also for fertilizers. (Read more)

3. Shekel hits 30-year high against US dollar - The Times of Israel
Israel’s shekel gains, hitting a 30-year high against the US dollar as the local currency’s strength continues to be driven by cautious optimism about a resumption of Iran talks and prospects for Lebanon talks.
The shekel is trading at NIS 3.01 to the dollar and is close to breaking its psychological barrier of NIS 3/$. It marks the shekel’s strongest value since 1995.

4. Syria Says It Foiled Hezbollah Plot to Kill Rabbi as Terror Group Faces Intensifying Israeli Strikes in Lebanon - The Algemeiner
The Syrian government has announced that security forces foiled a suspected assassination plot against a rabbi in Damascus, dismantling a five-member terrorist cell allegedly linked to the Iran-backed Lebanese group Hezbollah in a targeted security operation.
According to the Syrian Interior Ministry, authorities identified a woman suspected of attempting to plant an explosive device outside the residence of Rabbi Michael Khoury near the Mariamite Church in the Bab Touma district of the Damascus Old City.
Shortly after security forces managed to safely neutralize the explosive device without causing any damage, they arrested five suspects alleged to have links to the Iran-backed terrorist group Hezbollah and believed to have received military training abroad, including bomb-making and placement techniques, local media reported.
Syrian officials have repeatedly disrupted alleged Hezbollah-linked terrorist plots. Last February, investigations uncovered new details about a cell behind attacks targeting the Mezzeh district and its military airport in Damascus, with early findings indicating ties to foreign entities and identifying the weapons used as originating from Hezbollah.

5. Despite war, a dozen Holocaust survivors from Israel join March of the Living in Poland - JNS
Scores of elderly Holocaust survivors from around the world, including a dozen from war-ravaged Israel, are in Poland this week for the annual March of the Living Holocaust memorial event, even as the war against Iran forced the cancellation of the official Israeli delegation.
The annual event, expected to draw some 7,000 participants in one of the world’s largest Holocaust Remembrance Day commemorations, takes place on Tuesday amid a surge in global antisemitism following the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas-led attack on southern Israel.
The delegation of Holocaust survivors from Israel, aged 90–100, was brought to Poland at the eleventh hour on a hastily arranged charter flight from Tel Aviv following last week’s ceasefire. They said the regional turmoil caused by the war and the global rise in antisemitism had only strengthened their determination to take part in the symbolic march between the Auschwitz and Birkenau extermination camps, where about 1 million Jews were murdered in the Holocaust. 1. The Dignity Act Is the Same Bad Deal as Ever - National Review
The Dignity Act pretends to be a tougher, updated version of comprehensive reform. It advertises itself as imposing penalties on illegal immigrants, on not being “amnesty” — no green cards and no immediate status. Its proponents advertise its $10 billion in border enforcement, including virtual fence technology. In exchange, there are added protections for the roughly 2.5 million DACA recipients and so-called “Dreamers.”
But by any honest accounting, the bill is just a studded jacket put over the same amnesty-now, enforcement-later promises that Republicans have been rejecting for 21 years.
Make no mistake, the Dignity Act grants legal residence to millions of illegal immigrants who broke the law. Legalizing an illegal immigrant’s presence, employment, and residence in perpetuity is amnesty. Although, arguably, the Dignity Act is worse. In its pretense of looking tough, it grants “legal status” without full citizenship. That doesn’t solve the problem of illegal immigration; it creates a new problem by making official a two-tiered category of people in the republic.
The bill would solve the overwhelming of our asylum system by instituting a 60-day determination timeline through “humanitarian campuses.” This is another way of formalizing the abuse during the Biden administration of substituting a non-adversarial process in the place of a lawful judicial hearing. In other words, it’s a forum for waving people in. (Read more)

Mighty God, we pray for Your divine guidance to deal with this chaotic immigration mess in our nation. We pray for Your wisdom, understanding and strategies to deal with this Act and the massive number of people who have come into our country illegally, in Jesus's name.
"'Ephraim has mixed himself among the peoples; Ephraim is a cake unturned. Aliens have devoured his strength, But he does not know it; Yes, gray hairs are here and there on him, Yet he does not know it.'" (Hosea 7:8-9)

2. The 17th Amendment Broke the Founders’ Balance of Power — And Washington Grew Far Beyond Its Constitutional Limits - The Gateway Pundit
When the Founders designed the Constitution, they did something extraordinary. They did not create a government based on a single stream of political power. They created a system of balanced sources of authority, carefully structured so that no temporary political passion could easily overwhelm the rights of the people.
The House of Representatives was designed to reflect the will of the people directly.
The President was chosen by the Electoral College, ensuring that national leadership reflected both popular support and the union’s federal character.
And the Senate — critically — was designed to represent the states as sovereign political entities within the federal system.
Originally, United States Senators were chosen by state legislatures.
This was not a procedural technicality. It was one of the Constitution’s central structural protections of liberty. The Founders understood that political power must be divided not only among branches of government, but among different sources of consent.

Holy One, this is a significant revelation about our government and how we have moved out of alignment with Your design for us through the Constitution. We have been uprooting as much compromise as we can spiritually, yet additional layers keep rising to the surface. We beseech You Abba, to continue to reveal Your directions through the prophets and intercessors, so that we keep working in one accord to build the wall of this nation on behalf of Your plans and purposes for this country.
"And I looked, and arose and said to the nobles, to the leaders, and to the rest of the people, 'Do not be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, great and awesome, and fight for your brethren, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your houses.' And it happened, when our enemies heard that it was known to us, and that God had brought their plot to nothing, that all of us returned to the wall, everyone to his work." (Nehemiah 4:14-15)

3. Tulsi Gabbard Just Declassified the Docs Behind the 2019 Trump Impeachment Effort - Townhall
The 2019 Trump impeachment effort was a sham — we all know this. There were traces of truth peeking through this Democrat-manufactured push, which alleges a quid pro quo based on hearsay. The details of this fiasco involved then-Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), who chaired the House Intelligence Committee and lied about having contact with the whistleblower who started this circus. The allegations were based on hearsay, with the analyst admitting he was a committed Democrat. As you might expect, he also had a history of political bias. He fit right in with the Deep State actors trying to derail the first Trump presidency.
Now, newly declassified documents from the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, reveal that even this whistleblower’s colleagues were skeptical of the spy craft, despite supporting the impeachment effort. One of the witnesses, identified as “witness #2,” worked with disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok, who was one of the main figures behind the Russian collusion hoax, and co-authored the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment, ordered by Barack Obama before leaving office, which was full of flawed information to support the collusion narrative. Praise God that DNI Gabbard has been able to expose some of the corrupt actions brought against President Trump and our nation during his first term. We pray for arrests and prosecutions to be released against everyone who broke the law in committing these unrighteous deeds. We call for complete exposure in every nook and cranny of these actions, and we pray for protection over the lives of those who are speaking truth, in the name of Jesus.
"O enemy, destructions are finished forever! And you have destroyed cities; Even their memory has perished. But the Lord shall endure forever; He has prepared His throne for judgment. He shall judge the world in righteousness, And He shall administer judgment for the peoples in uprightness." (Psalm 6-8)

4. Special Report: 183 to 6, Google News Suppresses Right-Leaning Outlets in March Iran War Coverage - Newsbusters
Google News all but excluded right-leaning news outlets from coverage of the U.S.-Israel war with Iran, with 183 left-leaning stories to just six right-leaning ones.
In March, war updates dominated Google News, with 239 stories highlighting the conflict in Iran and its proxies in neighboring countries. But the digital news gatekeeper excluded every single right-leaning news outlet, with the exception of a handful of Fox News stories. In fact, out of all the stories Google News promoted in its March morning editions (non-war-related stories included), just 2% came from AllSides-rated right-leaning sources. With 100-150 million Americans using smartphones pre-installed with Google News, the impact of Google’s one-sided editorial choice could be seismic.
MRC’s Findings of Google News’s Top 20 Morning Editions in March:
Google News presented readers with at least 239 stories about the Iran war, with 183 stories from sources rated left-leaning by AllSides, 44 from sources rated center and just six from sources rated right-leaning.
The tech giant promoted 78 stories from 10 foreign-based outlets, including Al Jazeera, BBC News, Deutsche Welle (DW), Euro News, Reuters, The Guardian, The Jerusalem Post, The Times of Israel, WION and Ynetnews. (Read more)

5. Breaking: Transcript From 2019 Exposes More Deep State Machinations Against Trump - The Federalist
The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (“HPSCI”) released two transcripts Monday morning from the 2019 closed-door interviews of the then-Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, Michael Atkinson. The just-released transcripts reveal new details behind the scheming that led to the first impeachment of Donald Trump.
That first impeachment trial focused on President Trump’s July 25, 2019 telephone conversation with the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. After the call, a supposed-whistleblower — more on that shortly — filed a complaint with the inspector general’s office on August 12, 2019, charging that Trump sought Zelensky’s assistance in investigating the Bidens to interfere in the 2020 election.
The Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel, however, concluded the Intelligence Community’s inspector general lacked jurisdiction to investigate the complaint because the call between the respective presidents did not involve the intelligence community. IG Atkinson responded by sending HPSCI a letter on September 9, 2019, alerting the House Committee to the “whistleblower” complaint and the fact that the Acting Director of National Intelligence had not forwarded the complaint to Congress, as purportedly required by statute. Oh Heavenly Judge, we are encouraged to see more revelation coming forward regarding unjust condemnations against President Trump and his service to this nation. We pray for every person involved in these fabricated or unrighteous accusations and out-of-line insinuations and manipulations to be brought to their knees in repentance before a holy God. We pray that there is a recompense for our nation and President that comes through justice being served quickly, in Jesus's name. We also declare only righteous judges, juries and counselors will be seated at every step of the way and we rebuke corruption from the prosecution of this matter, in Jesus's holy name. Amen.

Ceasefire but no Peace: The Prophetic Lesson Iran Keeps Teaching
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, April 14, 2026
Iran’s latest rejection of US terms after 21 hours of negotiations in Pakistan is not a surprise, it’s a continuation. Reports from The Epoch Times, Breitbart, and Fox News all point to the same outcome: Iran walked away rather than commit to abandoning nuclear ambitions. That mirrors what multiple outlets confirmed, the talks collapsed because Iran refused key conditions, especially any long-term restriction on nuclear weapons capability. Twenty-one hours of diplomacy ended where decades of diplomacy usually end, stalled, unresolved, and tilted in Iran’s favor. This isn’t negotiation failure, it’s a predictable pattern. Tehran engages just enough to relieve pressure, then retreats when real concessions are required.
That pattern goes back at least twenty years in Iran’s relationship with the International Atomic Energy Agency. In 2005, the IAEA formally found Iran in non-compliance with its nuclear safeguards obligations after repeated failures to fully disclose activities. Reports cited incomplete declarations, restricted access, and continued enrichment activity despite agreements. Even when cooperation appeared to improve, as in the early phase of the 2015 nuclear deal, compliance was partial and temporary. More recently, the IAEA again raised concerns about undeclared nuclear material and lack of transparency, reinforcing a long-standing trust deficit. The through line is unmistakable, agreements are signed, inspections are promised, and then the process erodes. Read More

Netanyahu rebukes Europe as Israel commemorates Holocaust in shadow of Iran war
|
|
|
|
The premier castigated Europe on Monday, as Israel ushered in Holocaust Remembrance Day in a pre-recorded ceremony from Yad Vashem, amid ongoing hostilities with Iran and the Hezbollah terror group in Lebanon.
In his speech, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Europe today is “afflicted by deep moral weakness,” and that Israel is now defending the continent, “which has forgotten so much since the Holocaust.”
He accused Europe of “losing control of its identity, of its values, of its responsibility to defend civilization against barbarism.”
“It has much to learn from us,” the premier said, “especially the essential lesson of the clear moral distinction between good and evil, which in moments of truth demands that we go to war for the sake of what’s good, for the sake of life.”
“Israel, on the other hand, doesn’t forget that eternal responsibility,” Netanyahu said.
“Along with the US, and along with other countries with which we are creating alliances that will be spoken about in the future, we are defending ourselves — we are defending the entire world,” he said, adding that “Israel stands with the United States at the forefront of the free world.”
He said that the two countries “have dealt a crushing blow to the evil regime in Iran” in their two joint operations in the past year.
“If we hadn’t acted [against Iran’s nuclear, missile, and other military targets],” said Netanyahu, “the names Natanz, Fordow, Isfahan, and Parchin would likely have been remembered with eternal dread, precisely like Auschwitz, Treblinka, Majdanek, and Sobibor.” (Times of Israel) Read more here.

Father God, in this time when all of Israel remembers the Holocaust, we, too, remember that horror, as we continue to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. We honor the statement made by P.M. Netanyahu that " Europe today is 'afflicted by deep moral weakness,' and that Israel is now defending the continent, “which has forgotten so much since the Holocaust.”
"Pray for the peace of Jerusalem." (Psalm 122:6)

Father, We come before You with humility, seeking Your wisdom and mercy over our nation during this season of midterm elections. Your Word says, “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” We ask that Your hand would guide every step of this process.
Lord, we pray for candidates who value righteousness, who respect and protect the Constitution, and who understand that public service is a calling, not a pursuit of personal gain. Your Word reminds us, “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice.” Lord, raise up righteous leaders! Raise up leaders of integrity—men and women who love justice, walk humbly with You, and govern with wisdom and courage.
We ask that those seeking office would surround themselves with godly counsel for where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety. May they follow godly counsel and grant them discernment, humility, and boldness to do what is right rather than what is easy or popular.
Father, we lift up the election process itself. We ask for transparency, order, and truth at every level. Where there are concerns—bloated voter rolls, absentee ballot inconsistencies, voting machine irregularities, or procedures not followed—we pray for exposure of error, correction of wrongdoing, and accountability rooted in truth. For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed.
We also ask for protection from outside influences—foreign or domestic—that seek to manipulate, interfere with, or undermine the will of the people. We declare that no weapon formed against us or our nation shall prosper. Guard our systems from intrusion, deception, and coercion. Give wisdom and vigilance to those entrusted with safeguarding elections, and establish strong barriers that preserve fairness and sovereignty.
Protect election workers, poll watchers, and officials. Give them diligence and integrity, for it is required of stewards that they be found faithful. Guard them from corruption, intimidation, or negligence, and restore confidence in the systems meant to serve the people.
Above all, Lord, we submit ourselves to You. You said, righteousness exalts a nation and we pray that America would move back to that foundation. Heal divisions, calm anxious hearts, and remind us that our ultimate hope is not in governments or leaders, but in You alone. Father, we trust You with all our heart, and lean not on our own understanding, but seek Your plan and purpose for our nation and the elections this year. We place this election, and our country, into Your hands, and ask that Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

DC appeals court orders Judge Boasberg to halt Trump contempt probe over deportation flights
|

The 2-1 ruling ends, for now, a bitter legal dispute over whether Trump officials violated a federal court order
|
|
|
A divided federal appeals court on Tuesday ordered U.S. District Judge James Boasberg to end his contempt inquiry into senior Trump administration officials after they deported more than 130 Venezuelan migrants — capping a protracted and bitterly disputed legal fight.
Judges for the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 that Boasberg's inquiry overstepped the court's authority and represented an "unwarranted impairment" of the executive branch. Judges Neomi Rao and Justin Walker, two Trump appointees, authored the majority, which ordered Boasberg, the chief district judge for the District of Columbia, to terminate the contempt inquiry roughly 12 months after it began.
At issue was the Trump administration’s use of the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to deport hundreds of Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador last March — migrants that the administration alleged were in the U.S. illegally and in some cases had ties to the violent gang Tren de Aragua — and whether senior Trump officials had willfully defied an emergency court order issued by the district court judge in allowing the deportation flights to continue.
Rao and Walker said Tuesday that the March 15 emergency order that Boasberg issued last year, which sought to halt the administration from immediately deporting the Venezuelan migrants, was too ambiguous to justify what they ruled was an "intrusive" investigation into high-level executive matters.
"The district court proposes to probe high-level Executive Branch deliberations about matters of national security and diplomacy," Rao and Walker said Tuesday. "These proceedings are a clear abuse of discretion."
J. Michelle Childs, a Biden appointee, authored a sharp, 80-page dissent.
The ruling is a significant victory for the Justice Department, which had asked the appeals court several times to halt the contempt inquiry into the Alien Enemies Act removals. Short of that, they asked the higher court to intervene and block the scheduled testimony of key government witnesses.
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche praised the 2-1 ruling Tuesday afternoon on social media, signaling the outsize importance that the administration has placed on the inquiry, and on efforts to end the contempt probe.
"Today's decision by the DC Circuit should finally end Judge Boasberg’s year-long campaign against the hardworking Department attorneys doing their jobs fighting illegal immigration," he said on X. (Fox News) Read more here.

Father God, we thank You that this contentious issue has now been settled in favor of the Trump administration. President Trump continues to do for our nation what he has been called to do: protect us from the danger of illegal immigrants living in our land, and working to deport them, as needed. Thank You, Lord, amen and amen!

Super Typhoon Sinlaku, strongest this year, wallops Northern Mariana Islands
|
|
|
Typhoon Sinlaku will cause significant damage and severe flooding to Guam and the Northern Mariana islands this week.
|
|
|
A major typhoon is about to make landfall in the Northern Mariana Islands Tuesday evening local time.
Super Typhoon Sinlaku is an extremely dangerous and potentially devastating storm for parts of the Marianas. Tinian and Saipan face the greatest risk of widespread impacts, AccuWeather meteorologists say.
With 155-mph sustained winds and 12 to 20 inches of rain possible near Saipan, Super Typhoon Sinlaku has the strength of a Category 4 hurricane equivalent and poses a major threat.
Saipan International Airport reported a wind gust of 130 mph at 10 p.m. local time. Farther south, Guam International Airport gusted to 84 mph at 7 p.m.
Jason Nicholls, AccuWeather lead international forecaster says, “This storm is capable of producing wind gusts strong enough to cause major structural damage and prolonged power outages in Saipan. Flying debris is a serious safety risk."
"Even though the storm is passing to the north, Guam is still at risk for serious impacts," Nicholls says. "Flooding rain, strong tropical storm-force winds, rough surf, and coastal inundation can still create dangerous conditions well away from the center of the storm.”
"Impacts can extend far from the eye of the storm," he added. "People in Guam, Saipan, Tinian, and nearby islands need to treat Sinlaku as a dangerous typhoon capable of life-threatening conditions." (Accuweather) Read More

" But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires." (Galatians 5:22-24)

"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name."
