'She's in the arms of Jesus':
Dolly Parton dies aged 80 as family pays tribute to her Christian faith
|

|
Country music legend Dolly Parton has died aged 80, with her family saying she has been welcomed into "the arms of Jesus". Her death was announced by her nephew and long-time head of security, Bryan Seaver, in a video message shared on social media on Tuesday. He said the family had known for years that Dolly wanted him to make the announcement when the time came. "But sadness lies with us, not with Dolly. Dolly has lived in the light, and is in the arms of Jesus," Seaver said. He added that she was "surely met by Carl, her parents, and countless others who have watched her and longed for her to meet them in the heavens". Parton's husband of almost 60 years, Carl Dean, died in March 2025.
Alongside her extraordinary career in country music, Parton was open about her Christian faith, which remained a significant part of her life. Raised in Tennessee, she grew up in a Christian family and began singing in church as a child. Her faith was reflected throughout her career in the way she regularly spoke about prayer and her relationship with God. "My faith has always been so important to me... I pray every day. I pray about everything," Parton said in a 2017 CBN interview.
Her Christian faith was also highlighted in her music. She released several Christian and gospel albums throughout her career, including The Golden Streets of Glory in 1971, Precious Memories in 1999 and The Gospel Collection in 2006. In 2019, Parton collaborated with Christian rock artist Zach Williams. We are grateful for the impact she made on many individuals throughout her entire career, through personal interviews and her music. May testimony of her genuine faith in Christ leave a lasting legacy, pointing many towards experiencing the power of faithful prayer and life-changing relationship with Jesus! In His mighty Name we pray- Amen.

Iran Puts a $10 Million Bounty on Barron Trump's Head
|

Iranian state television aired a three-minute segment this weekend titled "Where to Kill Barron Trump?" The video claims to track the 20-year-old NYU student's movements on campus, maps out his Secret Service escort vehicles, and names his Discord and Xbox gaming accounts. It ends with a $10 million bounty on his head.
According to Iran International, the dissident news outlet that first flagged the footage, the video featured "stylized graphics depicting surveillance, online activity, and people in his surroundings." It identified the Constance Milstein & Family Global Academic Center — Barron Trump's NYU dormitory — by name. It listed classmates. It claimed his whereabouts were "fully monitored" and suggested "many would be willing" to collect the reward.
This isn't the first time Iran has produced this kind of content. In June, the Tasnim news agency — directly affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps — released a separate video titled "Where and how is Melania Trump accessible?" Same format. We ask You Holy One, to give them peace and trust in You first of all, and we also ask that their security teams are under Your guidance so they may see, hear and know at all times what is required to keep the families protected, in Jesus name.

‘I Think We’re in a War’: Texas Pastors Gather for Training on Islamification Threat
|

A group with special operations and intelligence skills and filmmaker Chris Burgard teamed up on Saturday to teach pastors in East Texas how to respond to the rise of Islam in the Lone Star State.
The Allied Special Intelligence Group is an organization that uses its knowledge of special operations military skills, counterintelligence, and human intelligence to educate and train citizens on how to “legally and lawfully, delay, disrupt, dismantle, and remove Communists/Marxists and Terrorists networks from our communities in order to restore and protect our Constitutional Republic.”
Two of the group’s operatives, John Bennett, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former Oklahoma state representative, and Matt Shea, who served as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army and is a conservative lawyer, pastor, and politician who served in the Washington House of Representatives from 2009 to 2021, took up the task of educating the Texas pastors about the threat of Islamification. Thank You Father for this church community stepping up to become biblically informed and engaged in the culture and affairs of their state bearing the weight of islamic indoctrination. We pray for every person who is training, to be able to expand their knowledge base by re-teaching others in their community, while also sharing the truth of the Good News. We pray for opportunities to share Jesus with those (including other faiths) who don't yet know Him. May we Your people be strong in Your light, wise in Your ways and well-versed in Your word, so that the adversary stands no chance, in Jesus' name.

DSA: ‘Our Goal Is Communism’

This country’s three most powerful Republicans have called the ascendant Democratic Socialists of America and its triumphant primary-election nominees “communists” who peddle “communism.”
“These are not social Democrats,” President Donald Trump said on June 26. “These are hardcore, godless Communists.”
“I, unfortunately, fear that’s the direction the Democrats are headed. And it is communism,” Vice President JD Vance told my Fox News colleague Laura Ingraham.
Responding to the DSA’s platform on July 26, U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., warned: “Communism is no longer a far-fetched threat. It is here on our SHORES!”
Is this McCarthyite bluster, or are Trump, Vance, and Johnson right?
“Our goal is Communism,” David Jenkins, a member of DSA’s National Political Committee, said in 2023.
DSA member Cea Weaver is New York City’s tenant tsarina. She posted via X in December 2017, “Elect more communists.” The next year, she demanded: “Seize private property.”
Weaver’s boss is Mayor Zohran Mamdani. In his Jan. 1 inaugural address, he stated: “I was elected as a democratic socialist, and I will govern as a democratic socialist.” He told a DSA Zoom call in 2021: The “end goal” should be “seizing the means of production.” Mamdani also said, “The abolition of private property … is preferable to what is going on right now.” These comments loudly echo Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels’ cornerstone collectivist text “The Communist Manifesto.”
The magnificently named Darializa Avila Chevalier rode Mamdani’s endorsement all the way to the Democrat nomination for New York’s 13th Congressional District. “I’m a democratic socialist,” she boasted June 29 on MS Now. She also wants to “seize the means of production,” as she advised in a not-quite-deleted September 2019 X post. She confessed that December: “I forgot to get napkins so I just wiped my hand on the American flag.” In April 2020, she wrote: “Most of the theory I have read is communism but the pyromania associated with anarchism is very intriguing to me.” The Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine preserved 3,657 such messages that Chevalier thought she had erased. Father, we repudiate communism in every form and bind the plans being made to overthrow our sovereign Constitutional Republic, in Jesus' holy name. We declare that Almighty God will stand with His people because of our covenant relationship. We pray for the believers of this nation to pray in agreement and authority against communism infiltrating our government any further, from the states to DC, in Jesus' name. Let this coming Labor Day holiday remind every one of us that this nation was built on free people working together; supporting, encouraging, and empowering each other to be their best and allowing creativity to flourish and prosper because of the unique gifting from God in each person. Report: 200,000 Asylum Filers Set to Lose Tourist Visas in Record Purge

The State Department is preparing to revoke the tourist and business visas of up to 200,000 foreigners who have applied for asylum in the United States.
The Associated Press (AP) reported Monday that the department is expected to announce the action within weeks. It would cover B1 and B2 visas issued between 2016 and 2026 to holders who later sought asylum, according to State Department documents obtained by the outlet and two U.S. officials. Any revocation would be carried out by the Department of Homeland Security.
B1 visas cover business trips. B2 visas cover tourism, family visits, and medical care. Neither is meant for people who plan to stay. Applicants for both are asked to affirm that they will not seek asylum once they arrive and to show they intend to return home.
State Department spokesman Tommy Pigott said the department is working with DHS to identify foreigners who enter on short-term visas and then file for asylum to remain permanently. He declined to give a number. (Breitbart) Read more

Holy One, we pray for these people who have been living in a precarious state, always wondering how or when they will process their asylum applications. Now they know they will return to their mother countries, pick up their lives and go about improving the conditions of their home nations. They will go with a new knowledge and understanding about right and wrong, hopefully with a faith in Jesus, and be leaders of their own nations, in Jesus' name. We bless Marco Rubio for holding firm to the laws of our nation and governing with strength and authority. We know that there are legal avenues for people to immigrate into this nation and we pray for people to do the right thing, in Jesus's name.

1. ‘We will not move’: Israel warns Turkey and Syria from top of Golan Heights

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said Tuesday that the IDF will remain on Mount Hermon and in the security zone in Syria as long as jihadist threats persist, while also warning against Turkish actions that Israel considers a threat to its security.
“We will not move from Mount Hermon and the security zone as long as there are jihadist threats to the State of Israel,” Katz said during a visit to Mount Hermon.
Katz directed a message to the Syrian president, Ahmed al-Sharaa, saying the Israeli military’s presence overlooking Damascus demonstrated Israel’s determination to defend its border communities.
“The message to the president of Syria is clear — when you wake up in the morning in the palace in Damascus and look up at Mount Hermon and see the IDF, you know that we are here to defend our communities and our border,” he said. (Read more)

2. Netanyahu demands of Winter, Maoz and Feiglin: 'Unite with existing parties or back out' - Israel National News
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu attacked Ofer Winter during an event hosted by the Binyamin Regional Council on Tuesday evening.
“I have no personal problem with him, but rather a national problem. If he passes the electoral threshold, he will bring down other parties," Netanyahu said.
Netanyahu addressed Winter, Avi Maoz and Moshe Feiglin, calling on them to take responsibility for the fate of the right-wing bloc. “Feiglin, Winter, Avi Maoz - either withdraw or unite with the existing parties. If you care about the Land of Israel and the people of Israel, this is what you need to do." (Read more)

3. Chief of Staff in Gaza: 'We will dismantle Hamas' - Israel National News
IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir conducted a tour of Gaza on Tuesday together with Southern Command Chief Maj. Gen. Yaniv Asor, Gaza Division Commander Brig. Gen. Liron Bitito, and brigade and battalion commanders.
During the tour, Zamir spoke with commanders, who briefed him on the operational situation and the activities of IDF forces in the area.
Zamir expressed his appreciation for the soldiers and commanders operating in Gaza to protect Israeli civilians. Referring to the ongoing campaign, he said: “In about a month and a half, we will mark three years since October 7. Three years in which the IDF has faced a complex, continuous, multi-front campaign-in Gaza, Judea and Samaria, Lebanon, Syria, Iran, and additional arenas." (Read more)

4. MK takes sledgehammer to Palestinian town – smashes terror shrines

Member of Knesset Tzvi Sukkot arrived with a sledgehammer on Tuesday to the Palestinian villages of Madama and Burin south of Nablus to shatter monuments erected in memory of terrorists behind fatal attacks on Israelis while IDF units secured the area. Sukkot insisted the operation had been fully coordinated with military authorities, although the military disputed that claim.
The intervention by Sukkot – who heads the parliamentary subcommittee overseeing the region – followed stalled appeals urging the army to tear down the shrines. One dismantled structure in Madama honored Yamen Taieb Ali Faraj, identified in Supreme Court documentation as an accomplice in dispatching the perpetrator of the Geha Junction bombing in 2023 during the Second Intifada (Palestinian violent uprising). That attack claimed the lives of Advah Fisher, Noam Leibowitz, Angelina Shcherov, and Rotem Weinberg, injuring over 20 people.
A second monument in Burin marked the memory of Hamdan Hussein Mahmoud al-Najjar. Back in December 1988, al-Najjar ambushed and killed Yaakov Faraj near the Har Bracha settlement close to Nablus, subsequently seizing the victim's weapon to fire upon arriving soldiers. Cpl. Arthur (Alter) Herzig lost his life in the exchange, two other troops sustained injuries, and al-Najjar was killed by return fire. (Read more)

5. Venice Film Festival to Host World Premiere of Anti-Israel Doc Alleging ‘Calculated Mass Killings in Gaza’ - Algemeiner
Organizers of the 83rd Venice International Film Festival announced on Monday the official lineup for the event next month, and it includes the world premiere of another documentary critical of Israel’s military actions from Oscar-winning “No Other Land” directors Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor.
Shot at night on the rooftops of Tel Aviv, “NAZA” shows “the systems behind Israel’s calculated mass killing of Palestinian civilians in Gaza” explained “by the people who designed and operated them,” according to its official synopsis. Abraham and Szor, both of whom are Israeli, filmed over the past three years military officers talking about Israel’s actions in the Gaza Strip during the country’s war against Hamas terrorists responsible the deadly attack in southern Israel on Oct. 7, 2023. “NAZA” is the only documentary feature in competition for the Venice Film Festival’s coveted Golden Lion award. It will make its world premiere on Sept. 10.
The film is produced by the British newspaper The Guardian and James Wilson of JW Films, executive produced by Jonathan Glazer, and its world sales is being handled by MK2 Films. (Read more)

1. Supreme Court hands Trump a win in bid to prevent ineligible voters voting in midterm elections - Just The News
The Supreme Court on Monday opened the door for President Donald Trump’s executive order aimed at securing the upcoming midterm elections from ineligible voters and implementing verification standards for mail-in ballots.
The high court halted a lower court ruling that was blocking the president’s March 31 executive order establishing a whole-of-government approach to prevent noncitizens from registering to vote or voting in federal elections. A coalition of 23 Democratic states and Washington, D.C., sued the administration in Massachusetts to block the order.
The lower court’s ruling by District Court Judge Indira Talwani in June specifically blocked parts of the executive order directing federal prosecutors to focus on prosecuting any state and local officials who facilitate ineligible voting and instructing the U.S. Postal Service to establish verification standards for mail-in ballots, including a unique barcode. A sprawling network of left-wing donors and organizations poured roughly $638 million through tax-exempt voter-registration and get-out-the-vote groups during the 2024 election cycle as part of what researchers describe as a sophisticated, Democrat-favoring “vote machine” operating through the charitable sector and extending into future elections, according to a report obtained exclusively by Breitbart News ahead of its Monday release.
The 64-page report from conservative watchdog Capital Research Center (CRC), The “Charities” Influencing Elections: 2024 and Beyond, follows left-wing money through tax-exempt organizations into an interconnected election-influence infrastructure spanning voter registration, Census activism, redistricting, the National Popular Vote Compact, and ranked-choice voting.
“This report follows the money and reveals a coordinated infrastructure working to influence who votes, how districts are drawn, how we elect our President, and ultimately who controls the government,” he continued. “Congress, the IRS, and state authorities need to examine these findings and hold ‘charities’ accountable.” Read more

Holy One, this is a shocking amount of money that seems to have been collected via charitable organizations and redistributed in order to influence elections and candidates across the country. We pray for all oversight agencies to lift up the veil on this report and the shady activities that may be involved in impacting our nation's elections, in Jesus' name. We pray for righteousness in our government and prosecution of criminals and law-breakers in our land, in Jesus' name.
"For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest On the land allotted to the righteous, Lest the righteous reach out their hands to iniquity. 3. Congress Moves to Rein In Flock Cameras Amid Surveillance Concerns - ifapray
Lawmakers are increasingly scrutinizing automated license plate readers such as Flock Safety cameras amid concerns about warrantless surveillance, false identifications, and misuse by law enforcement. Several members of Congress have introduced or proposed legislation restricting the technology, but as of Wednesday, no bill had been introduced that would completely ban Flock cameras nationwide.
“The repeated misidentification of innocent Americans and warrantless surveillance of millions are my two largest concerns with Flock cameras,” [Republican Indiana Rep. Marlin] Stutzman told the DCNF. “No matter who you are or what you do, areas with Flock cameras are tracking you. While many localities are taking the right step in reevaluating their use of these cameras, more serious steps must be taken on the federal level to restrict any unregulated AI surveillance from taking place.”
Several Republicans are now pursuing different approaches to limiting the technology. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna of Florida announced in July that she was working on legislation to ban Flock cameras, although that bill had not yet been introduced as of the source article’s publication. Massie has separately said he plans to propose withholding federal funding for cameras used to track Americans, while Reps. Keith Self, Eli Crane, and Andrew Clyde have introduced legislation requiring warrants before law enforcement can access certain state and local surveillance databases. Read more

We pray for members of Congress to quickly establish legislation to protect our 4th Amendment rights to privacy so that every citizen is not tracked and monitored in order to catch the small percentage of criminals. Jesus, we pray for wisdom and divine strategies to insist that these cameras are inappropriate and unnecessary. It is clear that the automated license plate readers (ALPR) are driving this nation closer to following the ways of the Chinese government in monitoring all movement of the people, so we pray for protections of our privacy, in Jesus's name.
"And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put off the armor of light." (Romans 13:11-12)

4. 'All of her teeth came out': Riley Gaines predicts hospitalizations should men play in WNBA - WND
Riley Gaines, the collegiate swimmer forced to allow a biological male to claim victory over her and who became a spokeswoman in support of women's sports, has responded to the ongoing controversy in the WNBA over men who have declared for the draft set to take place in the league.
"We've seen in Massachusetts at this point, in field hockey, where a boy slapped a shot, hit the girl in the face, and all of her teeth came out," noted Gaines. "She had to undergo facial reconstruction surgery to … reconstruct her jaw."
She continued, "There's a girl by the name of Peyton McNabb who is partially paralyzed on her right side. As a boy jumps up, spots the ball, hits her in the face. She was knocked unconscious. … Her vision is impaired, her memory is impaired, and she's partially paralyzed."
Gaines says girls in sports today are getting one message from the advocates of "trans" women playing sports with true women, and that is: "One boy's feelings matter more than all girls' physical safety." Read more

We pray for mercy in this unjust matter. We pray Father, for Your divine protection over our girls and women and ask that You would restrain the potential violence against them on the sports fields, in Jesus' name. Mighty God, we call for this irrational insanity to cease and desist in the name of Jesus and we declare men will compete with men only, and women with women. We pray for the so-called "trans" people to receive the care they need in their states of confusion and ask that they be required to compete with others like them and not compel our females to be victimized, in the mighty name of Jesus.
"And He answered and said to them, 'Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning "made them male and female," and said "For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh"? So then they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.'" (Matthew 19:4-6)

5. 'This simply is not going to work': Data center backlash brings thousands of projects to a screeching halt - WND
Americans' growing opposition to the prevalence of data centers has led many politicians to limit or pause their increase altogether.
Lawmakers in New York and Texas, for example, have effected stoppages of data center projects, while other states, such as Pennsylvania, have issued more restrictions on data center construction. Americans' support for data centers has generally plummeted, as critics have linked them to higher utility bills — reflecting extraordinary water and energy usage — being experienced by local communities.
Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott issued a sprawling data center moratorium in early August as residents soured on data centers. Abbott claimed his moratorium would protect Texans. Read more

Father, these data centers pose a very challenging cross-road in the life of our nation and planet earth, because they are meant to power Artificial Intelligence, robots, and a multitude of other forms of technology. We absolutely detest the destruction of our environments, quality of life and increased expenses for everyone. We also know that axis-of-evil nations are pushing forward with these things at a furious pace, seeking to gain the upper hand of power against our nation and the world. Jesus, we ask for Your intervention, wisdom, and strategies to bring all of this craziness under Your control and that You continue to maintain the stability of our nation, in Your holy name.
"'For false christ and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand. Therefore if they say to you, "Look, He is in the desert!" do not go out; or "Look, He is in the inner rooms!" do not believe it."'" (Matthew 24:24-26)

Meadows was responding on "The Record With Greta Van Susteren" to the fallout from a reported private meeting between House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., and Jared Kushner, President Donald Trump's son-in-law and outside adviser. He said the uproar shows how "nutty" Washington has become about cross-party contact.
"There's no benefit to reaching across the aisle," he said.
Jeffries met privately with Kushner in New York in recent days, according to multiple news reports, in a conversation that touched on housing, immigration, and the cost of living. While bipartisanship has also been a victim of our divided cultural climate, we pray for the light of Christ to grow in our nation so strongly that there would be healing within Congress, in Jesus' name.

In 2018, 57 Muslim candidates won elections across the country. By 2020, the number had risen to 80. In the 2022 midterms, CAIR and the Jetpac Resource Center reported a record 82 Muslim electoral victories, including 38 state legislative wins, with 146 Muslim candidates competing for local, state and federal offices. Today, four Muslims serve in Congress, all Democrats. Zohran Mamdani, an avowed democratic socialist, is mayor of New York City. And progressive Abdul El-Sayed won Michigan's US Senate Democratic Party primary. Religious participation in government is protected by our Constitution. But the political alliances accompanying this rapid rise deserve close examination and scrutiny.
Consider the pattern. Rep. Rashida Tlaib is a Democratic Socialists of America member whom DSA proudly calls a “comrade.” Rep. Ilhan Omar is a prominent progressive whom DSA has described as an ally. Mamdani is a DSA member whose 2025 victory the organization called a monumental victory for the American socialist movement. El-Sayed, while not a DSA member, was endorsed by Bernie Sanders. These politicians differ considerably, but several occupy the intersection of Muslim political mobilization, progressive or socialist politics and aggressive criticism of Israel. CAIR Action says it helped mobilize Muslim voters behind Mamdani, while CAIR and other Muslim advocacy organizations have repeatedly supported political initiatives involving Tlaib and Omar. The Clock Is Ticking: Trump Wants To Wait - But Iran May Not

The most dangerous period in the conflict with Iran may not be determined by missiles, aircraft or troop movements. It may be determined by the calendar.
President Donald Trump appears increasingly willing to slow the military tempo and let economic pressure do the work. His administration is preparing what Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has called the "toughest sanctions in history," targeting Iran's oil revenues, financial networks and countries that continue doing business with Tehran. Trump himself recently described the approach as "low-keying it," signaling that, at least for now, he prefers economic warfare to another major round of strikes.
That strategy requires something Washington believes it has: time.
Iran may be reaching exactly the opposite conclusion.
If Tehran believes the sanctions campaign will steadily weaken its economy, limit its ability to rebuild damaged military capabilities and increase internal pressure, then waiting until winter could leave it with fewer options than it has today.
And hanging over both calculations are two dates: Israel holds its national election on October 27. The United States holds its midterm elections exactly one week later, on November 3.
That creates a potentially explosive window in which Washington has powerful reasons to avoid escalation--and Tehran may have powerful reasons to provoke it.
