One Billion Reasons to Rejoice:
YouVersion Celebrates Massive Milestone:
'God's Word Everywhere'
|
|
OKLAHOMA CITY – More people than ever are turning to the Bible. Sales are up, with close to 20 million purchased in the U.S. this year. And here's more good news: the YouVersion Bible App just hit one billion installs. Last month, fans of the Oklahoma City Thunder lit up the Paycom Center, celebrating the team's 2025 NBA Championship at the season opener banner ceremony. Monday night, thousands packed the arena again—not for a basketball game, but to celebrate the Bible.
This event was planned to mark a milestone: one billion downloads since the launch of the YouVersion Bible App back in 2008. Users and believers from all over the world came for a night of worship, reflection, thanksgiving, and dreaming about what's in store for the future of the app and Bible engagement. If you couldn't attend or catch the livestream, CBN News was on site to record some of the sights and sounds, including some names you may recognize. (CBN) Read More Here

Trump-backed Republican keeps crucial congressional seat in GOP hands with special election victory

Matt Van Epps defeats Democratic rival Aftyn Behn in race seen as key barometer for 2026 midterms
|
|
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Republicans will hold onto a GOP-controlled vacant congressional seat in ruby-red Tennessee after winning a hotly contested special election by nine percentage points Tuesday.
Republican nominee Matt Van Epps on Tuesday defeated Democratic rival Aftyn Behn, according to The Associated Press, in the high-stakes race to succeed former GOP Rep. Mark Green, who resigned from office in June to take a private sector job.
"This race was bigger than just one campaign,"Van Epps said in a statement after declaring victory. "It represented a defining moment for Tennessee and for the direction of the country."
With the GOP clinging to a razor-thin majority in the House, the special election was seen as a must-win for Republicans.
President Donald Trump carried the 7th Congressional District — which is located in central and western Tennessee, stretches from Kentucky to Alabama, and includes parts of Nashville — by 22 points in last year's presidential election. And Green won the district by over 20 points in his 2022 and 2024 re-elections. (Fox News) Read more here.

Abba, we give You praise and thanksgiving that Matt Van Epps won the 7th Congressional District special election in Tennessee, keeping a much needed congressional seat in GOP hands. We ask that You guide and direct all of Mr. Van Epps decisions while he is in Washington. Holy Spirit open his eyes to Your truth, Your plans, give him ears to hear Your voice behind him saying, "this is the way, walk ye in it". We ask for wisdom, and knowledge beyond his own abilities, for an awareness of Your presence with him in all circumstances, give him strength and courage to do what is "righteous" and not what is expedient. We ask this in the name Yahweh Shalom, The Lord Our Peace
"The Lord gives strength to his people;
the Lord blesses his people with peace."

War Secretary Hegseth highlights US 'Drone Dominance' push for mass adoption in modern warfare
|
|
|
'I will soon be meeting with the military services to discuss transformational changes in warfighting doctrine,' War Secretary Hegseth said
|
|
|
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth highlighted U.S. ambitions to acquire massive quantities of drones.
Hegseth, who noted that he is focused on "rebuilding" the nation's military, said in a video message that "Drone Dominance is a billion-dollar program funded by President Trump's Big Beautiful Bill."
"We cannot afford to shoot down cheap drones with $2 million dollar missiles. And we ourselves must be able to field large quantities of capable attack drones," he said.
"Drone dominance will do two things: Drive costs down and capabilities up. We will deliver tens of thousands of small drones to our force in 2026, and hundreds of thousands of them by 2027. I will soon be meeting with the military services to discuss transformational changes in warfighting doctrine. We need to outfit our combat units with unmanned systems at scale," Hegseth asserted.
Business tycoon Elon Musk has repeatedly emphasized the importance of drones in war. (Fox News) Read more here.
|
|
Abba, we give You thanks and praise for bringing into focus the concept of fighting a war with drones instead of costlier armaments and people! We ask You to provide the knowledge and insight needed to develop these drones in the most cost effective and end use driven way. We ask Holy Spirit to be involved in all technical decisions but to also manage all hearts where moral and ethical parameters are required to keep Your intent for these tools at the forefront of how they will be used. We ask for righteous decisions at all levels even in armament development. We ask this in the name El Shaddai, God Almighty, the God who has ultimate power over all things.
"I walk in the way of righteousness,
along the paths of justice."

State Department yanks visas from Mexican executives in migrant smuggling crackdown
|
|
|
Six individuals at air travel company allegedly helped coordinate transportation and fraudulent documents for migrants
|
|
|
The State Department is yanking visas from Mexican executives it says helped move unlawful migrants toward the U.S. border, Fox News Digital has learned.
The department revoked visas and imposed travel restrictions on six individuals who worked at an air travel company, along with their immediate family members. U.S. officials say the group collaborated with smuggling networks to coordinate transportation and provide fraudulent travel documents for migrants — including minors — from the Caribbean and other regions, routing them through Central America before many attempted to reach the United States.
The department did not name the company involved.
Mexican officials were notified of the revocations, which were carried out under Section 212(a)(3)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. That authority allows the U.S. to bar foreign nationals when their entry is deemed to carry potential foreign-policy risks. Any previously valid visas held by the individuals have been canceled, and they are now prohibited from entering the country. (Fox News) Read more here.

Abba, we give You praise and thanksgiving that You revealed the darkness that was hidden in an airline company and its executives. We ask that those who were exposed will face prosecution in Mexico for smuggling migrants to our borders. Holy Spirit, we ask You to continue bringing to light any businesses in Mexico that are doing the same, any that are working with the drug cartels and human traffickers.. We ask for Warrior angels to be sent out across Mexico and other Latin American countries to fight the demonic powers, to stop the human suffering at the hands of demonic people. Jesus, open the eyes of those blinded by the enemy, show them their own hearts, let them see how broken Your heart is because of what they are doing, bring them to repentance. We ask this in the name Yahweh Sabaoth, The Lord of Hosts, the God who has untold angels and men waiting for His command.
"He unleashed against them his hot anger,
his wrath, indignation and hostility --
a band of destroying angels."

Israeli mother appeals to Trump administration and mediators to bring home final two Gaza hostages
|
|
|
Ran Gvili was hailed a hero for his actions in fighting back the terrorists while injured, saving men, women and children during Oct 7 terror attack
|
|
|
On Oct. 7, 2023, more than 250 people were kidnapped into Gaza. Today, after more than two years of agony, we are down to the last two. One of them is my son, Ran.
Every morning I wake up counting. More than 790 days since they took him. Over 790 nights of longing that burns through my heart, of fighting not to collapse, of holding onto hope and immense pride in my hero son.
My Ran never hesitated when evil came knocking. That terrible morning, he had a broken shoulder after a motorbike accident the week prior. He was supposed to be resting, waiting for surgery. But when the alarms went off, he grabbed his police uniform and headed straight into danger. That's who my son was. He served in the police counter-terror unit, and he couldn't sit still knowing people needed help.
He jumped into a vehicle with a friend, and together they raced toward the chaos. They pulled dozens of people out of the Nova music festival, saving them while trying to reach Ran's fellow officers who were trapped and fighting for their lives in Kibbutz Alumim. He fought bravely alongside his team, and together they stopped a massacre. He was wounded in his leg, wounded in his arm, but he kept going and killed more than a dozen terrorists. He fought until he had nothing left, protecting families hiding in their homes. From that day, the people of the kibbutz began calling him the Shield of Alumim.
Two weeks later, we were told he had been kidnapped to Gaza. Then, on January 24, 2024, we learned he was killed, and his body was taken there, where it remains to this day. We keep praying for a miracle, that there was a mistake, that Ran is somehow still alive. Intelligence isn't perfect. Sometimes I dream of him, wounded but alive. He tells me, "I'll come back and be a hero." And I tell him that he's already a hero. I know the odds aren't in our favor, but if I don't hold onto this hope, I would shatter completely.
Just days ago, we met with U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee. He was warm and compassionate in a way that touched our hearts deeply. We truly felt that he cared about Ran, about Sudthisak Rinthalak, the other hostage still held in Gaza, and about all our families. He promised us that the U.S. administration is with us until the end, that they won't abandon us, not until the last hostage comes home. And we believe him wholeheartedly. Even now, when only two remain, we know they will keep fighting for us.
Hamas says they're searching for the last two hostages, but we see no progress. They're playing games, stalling, and mocking us while two families suffer. This must stop now. Hamas knows exactly where they are. They must be pressured to fulfill their end of this deal. How can we proceed to the next stage of the deal while Ran and Sudthisak remain in captivity? How can our families, how can we as a nation recover while they remain there?
I'm calling on everyone who helped bring all 253 hostages home, on President Trump's administration that has stood so firmly with us, on the mediators, on people of conscience everywhere: Don't forget them. Don't forget Ran and Sudthisak. Don't give up now when we're so close. (Fox News) Read more here.

Abba, our heart breaks for Ran Gvili's mother as we know Yours does. We ask that You do what only You can do, speak to the hearts of those in Gaza who have the remains of Ran and Sudthisak Rinthalak, show them Your displeasure, give them good reason to release these last two hostages from the October 7th attack. We ask Holy Spirit to give those blocking the release nightmares and visions of what hell looks like, allow them to see themselves in that place of fire and brimstone. Jesus, we ask You to reveal Yourself to them, show Your love for them even after what they have done, break their hearts as they see what they did through Your eyes, turn their hearts to You that they can become amazing testimonies of Your goodness and kindness. We ask this in the name El Roi, The God Who Sees everything.
"The Lord has made his salvation known
and revealed his righteousness to the nations."

The completion of the sale, which was formally signed in September 2023, marked the first time the Arrow 3 system has been deployed beyond the borders of Israel and the United States, and the first time the advanced system was operated independently by another country.
The system was deployed at the Holzdorf Air Base in eastern Germany, some 120 kilometers (75 miles) south of Berlin, with additional sites to follow. (Read more)

1. Disturbing Video: Man Says He’ll Kill Over Quran Burning - Million Voices
Chaos erupted in Dearborn, Michigan, as violent protests, extremist behavior, and assaults on journalists raised national alarms about public safety and the erosion of American civic unity. Footage shared online showed crowds blocking streets, chanting aggressively, and confronting bystanders in scenes that shocked viewers across the country. For many, the unrest is now prompting broader questions about whether some communities are moving away from the shared values that have long held the United States together.
The most widely circulated footage came from reporting by The Daily Wire, which showed large groups filling the streets as police struggled to maintain order. Additional clips posted to X revealed crowds chanting and moving in aggressive waves through intersections. The images of chaos highlighted a deeper concern: the widening cultural divides that emerge when communities do not share the same expectations of law, civic responsibility, and peaceful political engagement. 2. Pentagon investigation could court-martial Sen. Kelly - Million Voices
The political and military fallout surrounding a viral video urging U.S. troops to “refuse illegal orders” has intensified, with federal defense officials now weighing possible disciplinary action against one of the lawmakers involved. The development marks a sharp escalation from what began as a public-facing political message and has since evolved into a formal misconduct probe with potential military-law consequences.
Last week, six Democratic lawmakers appeared in a coordinated video telling service members, “You can refuse illegal orders. You must refuse illegal orders,” a moment first highlighted by Million Voices. The article emphasized the unprecedented nature of lawmakers publicly directing military personnel and warned that such messaging blurs the separation between partisan politics and the armed forces. The video gained widespread circulation online, sparking immediate debate about its intent and legality. (Read more)

3. Chicago Train Attack Raises Questions Over Judicial Release - Million Voices
Last weekend, commuters on Chicago’s Blue Line watched an ordinary train ride turn into a nightmare. According to reporting from the Daily Wire, 26-year-old Bethany MaGee was riding the train when a man walked up to her, doused her in gasoline, and set her on fire. Witnesses say the attack was sudden, deliberate, and completely unprovoked.
MaGee suffered severe burns and remains in critical condition as her family and friends wait for updates and pray she survives. The horror of this attack is bad enough on its own. But what has stunned the public even more is what came out afterward about the man accused of nearly burning her alive.
Authorities identified the suspect as 50-year-old Lawrence Reed, a man with a criminal history that most people would assume should have kept him far away from the public. That assumption turned out to be tragically wrong. (Read more)

4. Trump announces full pardon for Democrat Rep indicted by Biden administration - DML News
In a Truth Social post Wednesday morning, President Donald Trump announced that he has granted a full pardon to Democrat Rep. Henry Cuellar of Texas. Cueller, 70, has served in U.S. Congress since January 2005, and represents a district right along the Texas-Mexico border. He is considered a ‘conservative’ Democrat, and has stood with Republicans on the importance of a secure border.
Cuellar was indicted in 2024, during the Biden administration, for allegedly accepting $600,000 in bribes from Azerbaijan’s state-owned oil company and a Mexican bank. Cuellar had vehemently denied the allegations.
President Trump announced Wednesday morning: For years, the Biden Administration weaponized the Justice System against their Political Opponents, and anyone who disagreed with them. One of the clearest examples of this was when Crooked Joe used the FBI and DOJ to “take out” a member of his own Party after Highly Respected Congressman Henry Cuellar bravely spoke out against Open Borders, and the Biden Border “Catastrophe.” (Read more)

5. Jack Smith subpoenaed for deposition with House Judiciary Committee - Fox News
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, subpoenaed former special counsel Jack Smith on Wednesday for a deposition, escalating Republicans’ investigation into one of President Donald Trump’s top political foes.
Jordan directed Smith to appear before the committee on Dec. 17, according to a copy of the subpoena reviewed by Fox News Digital.
“Due to your service as Special Counsel, the Committee believes that you possess information that is vital to its oversight of this matter,” Jordan wrote in a letter accompanying his request.
The forthcoming deposition, which is set to take place behind closed doors, comes as House and Senate Republicans have zeroed in on Smith’s election-related investigation of Trump, describing it as a scandal that unnecessarily swept up hundreds of Republican lawmakers, GOP entities, Trump allies and media outlets as part of the probe. Some naturalization ceremonies for people that were set to be sworn in as U.S. citizens from the 19 countries that have been put on the Trump administration's new travel ban list have been placed on pause, according to multiple sources.
Naturalization ceremonies scheduled for later this week were canceled for nationals from Venezuela, Iran, and Afghanistan, sources said.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services last week placed a pause on all immigration asylum cases pending a full review, following the shooting of two National Guard members in Washington, D.C.

Stupidocrisy--Terrorists, Socialists, and the Optics No One Wants to Talk About
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, December 3, 2025
There’s no polite way to open this one, so let’s just be honest about the optics. President Trump publicly met with Syria’s terrorist “president” Ahmed al-Sharaa, a man who helped kill US troops as a member of al Qaida. Trump said al-Sharaa is a “Tough guy. Strong past. Very strong past. Fighter. He’s a real leader. He led a charge and he’s pretty amazing.” What? This guy’s terrorist bands currently are killing Christians, Kurds, Druze and other sects in Syria. You can wrap it in strategy or diplomacy, but the reality is simple: this is a man whose movement shed American blood. This is not to denigrate President Trump in any way, but that kind of meeting is questionable. No amount of lipstick on a pig, changes what it is.
Then came the meeting with New York City’s mayor, a self-declared socialist whose record includes pro-Hamas rhetoric, anti-Israel policies, and open hostility toward the Jewish community. This isn’t hidden. It’s public record. Yet when the cameras rolled and the microphones came out, President Trump stepped out and said, “He’s just different.” That line ricocheted across the country like a brick through a window. “Different” is a strange way to describe a man whose ideological leanings line up with the very movements that threaten Israel, undermine American values, and excuse violence in the name of political identity. Loyalists say Trump didn’t give Mamdani anything, but just the public meeting was gift enough. Read More

Trump Administration Halts Immigration Processing From 19 Countries
|
|
|
|
The Trump administration announced Tuesday it has suspended the processing of all immigration applications from 19 countries, including Afghanistan and Somalia, citing national security and public safety concerns.
The action comes a week after an Afghan national was arrested for shooting two National Guard soldiers near the White House, killing one and critically wounding the other.
The action includes processing for green cards and U.S. citizenship, according to a memorandum. Nations affected include Myanmar (Burma), Chad, the Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Yemen, Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan, and Venezuela.
The memorandum places a hold on all Forms I-589 (Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal), regardless of the applicant’s country of nationality. It also places hold on pending benefit requests for individuals from the impacted countries, and conducts a comprehensive review of approved benefit requests for aliens from impacted countries who entered the country on or after Jan. 20, 2021.
“This memorandum mandates that all aliens meeting these criteria undergo a thorough re-review process, including a potential interview and, if necessary, a re-interview, to fully assess all national security and public safety threats along with any other related grounds of inadmissibility or ineligibility,” the memo announcing the changes reads.
The policy also follows a partial travel ban implemented in June on a similar list of nations. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

Father God,
Thank you for President Trump who has now suspended the processing of all immigration applications from these 19 nations at this time. The American people have seen what the lack of screening and vetting can do with the recent shootings of two National Guard soldiers, killing one and critically wounding another by an Afghan national. We ask for divine discernment and wisdom for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services as they continue to screen and vet all aliens so that the American people will be kept safe from all terrorists seeking to do us harm. Lord, let everyone who has come into our country understand completely that they have to obey the laws of the United States. We ask that everything be brought into the light as our nation undergoes a thorough reviewing process of aliens from impacted countries to determine where are the threats to our national security and safety. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Sources say Rahmanullah Lakhanwal told his wife he was doing missionary work with the fundamentalist group days before the attack
|
|
|
Late last month, when former Afghan commando fighter Rahmanullah Lakanwal vanished without warning from his home in Bellingham, Wash., his wife, Khamila, called his phone, trying to learn where he had gone, according to people familiar with the matter.
"Where are you?" she asked in one call, speaking in their native language of Pashto, according to people briefed on the communications.
He told her, "I’m busy with some friends."
Hours later, she called again. This time, he allegedly answered differently.
"I’m with Tablighis."
He continued, "I’m doing Tabligh," according to sources.
To his wife, the word "Tablighi" had immediate meaning, family contacts said, setting off alarm bells that she shared with Lakanwal’s older brother, Ismail Khosti. In Afghanistan, surnames may vary among family members as they choose different tribal or geographical affiliations. The family is from Lakan district in Khost province.
Tablighi is an Arabic word that means to "inform" or "convey" and it refers today to Tablighi Jamaat, a global Islamic missionary movement established in 1926 in British India as a revivalist wing of the strict Deobandi religious school of thought that today fuels the tyrannical interpretation of Islam practiced by the Afghan Taliban and Pakistani militant groups. Much like its sister group, the Muslim Brotherhood, established in 1928, and other Muslim groups preaching the extremist Wahhabi and Salafi interpretations of Islam, counterterrorism experts say it acts like a conveyor belt to extremism.
Based in Pakistan and India, Tablighi Jamaat’s influence is transnational, with networks operating in mosques and informal religious circles in at least 150 countries, including the U.S. It denounces terrorism publicly, but a report, "Tablighi Jamaat and Its Role in the Global Jihad," by Brussels-based think tank the South Asia Democratic Forum warned the group serves as a "catalyst, gateway, springboard or antechamber" for Islamic radicalization. Several Muslim nations, including Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Iran, have banned Tabligi Jamaat, along with Russia, which disbanded a terror cell in 2020. In 2021, Saudi Arabia called the group a "danger to society." In the U.S., its missionaries operate freely. (Fox News) Read more here.

Lord Jesus,
Thank you for exposing yet another possible terrorist group operating in many countries including the US. We ask you, Father, to expose the Tablighi Jamaat organization that may have radicalized Rahmanullah Lakenwal, the alleged shooter of the two National Guard soldiers in DC. We have so many questions, Lord concerning this. Where did he get the money to finance these many secret trips all over the country? Are there others?
Father, Your eyes are everywhere all over the world watching the good and the evil. We now ask for exposure of everyone of these radicalized individuals that are in our nation so that they can be arrested before someone else gets hurt. Let everything hidden be brought to light! In Jesus' name. Amen

International Space Station parking full for first time in 25 years

NASA says eight spacecraft from the U.S., Russia and Japan are occupying every available port — a first in the station’s 25-year history.
For the first time in its 25-year history, all eight docking ports on the International Space Station (ISS) are occupied, according to NASA.
The rare “orbital traffic jam” occurred after Northrop Grumman’s Cygnus XL cargo spacecraft was repositioned to the station’s Unity module, filling the final open port.
NASA said the eight visiting spacecraft currently at the ISS include vehicles from the United States, Russia and Japan. They consist of multiple SpaceX Dragon spacecraft, the Cygnus XL cargo craft, JAXA’s new HTV-X1 cargo vehicle, two Russian Soyuz crew spacecraft and two Progress cargo ships.
The map below shows the unusually busy ISS configuration with each port in use.
It has been an active week for supply deliveries and crew movements. On Thanksgiving, NASA astronaut Chris Williams and Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergey Kud-Sverchkov and Sergei Mikaev arrived aboard a Russian Soyuz spacecraft. The Cygnus spacecraft was temporarily moved to make room for their docking. Read More

"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name."
