'Degrading and dangerous':
Nurses forced to undress in front of trans-identified man; celebrate court victory
A group of nurses have won their case against the NHS after they were forced to share their changing room with a trans-identifying man. Employment Judge Sweeney and tribunal members Denise Newey and Malcolm Brain ruled that the policy enforced by County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust had failed to take the nurses' concerns seriously and amounted to unlawful harassment and discrimination.  The tribunal concluded that the policy violated the dignity of the nurses and created "a hostile, humiliating and degrading environment."

It is the latest landmark judgment to be handed down on transgenderism after the Supreme Court last year declared that the legal definition of a woman is based on biological sex. That ruling determined that the use of public facilities, like changing rooms, should be based on one's sex, not subjective feelings.  The Christian Legal Centre (CLC), which supported the Darlington nurses in their case, called Friday's judgment from the employment tribunal "a major victory for women’s rights and workplace safety."

CLC Chief Executive Andrea Williams said, “This judgment exposes the extent to which the NHS hierarchy has been captured by extreme gender ideology and its willingness to sacrifice women’s safety and dignity in order to uphold it.  Allowing a man into a female-only space because he claims to be a woman violates human dignity, common sense, the law of the land and biblical truth. The NHS and the government should now give up their sabotage of clear judicial decisions and abide by the law, which acknowledges that men are men and women are women.” (Christian Post)  Read More Here
Father, we thank You for common-sense decisions protecting biological women, both in Europe and across the United States of America! We praise You for Court VICTORY protecting these nurses, as well as shielding young women in locker rooms against being forced to undress alongside men identifying as 'trans-women'. In the Name of Jesus all demonic transgender ideology must fall and will be shattered, so only biblical truth will triumph! We need You desperately Jehovah Sabaoth, 'The Lord of Hosts', as prayers from saints are lifted to remove the deception and confusion off the minds of the next generations. We speak Jesus' Name and declare the stronghold of transgender ideology will be crushed to nothing and replaced with holy righteousness around the world; Remove the scales Abba, and replace the darkness with Your holy truth and light! By the Blood of the Lamb, we pray- Amen and Amen.

Analysts warn that Iran crisis carries potential nuclear risks

David Albright, a former nuclear weapons inspector in Iraq and founder of the nonprofit Institute for Science and International Security in Washington, said that in a scenario of internal chaos in Iran, the government could "lose the ability to protect its nuclear assets.”

He said that Iran’s highly enriched uranium stockpile “would be the most worrisome,” adding that there is a possibility that someone could steal some of this material.

Iran maintains a stockpile of 440.9 kilograms (972 pounds) of uranium enriched up to 60% purity — a short, technical step away from weapons-grade levels of 90%, according to the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Vienna-based U.N. nuclear watchdog.

In the wake of spiraling tensions between the United States and Iran over Tehran’s violent crackdown on protests, analysts warn that the internal upheaval affecting the Iranian theocracy could carry nuclear proliferation risks.

While in recent days U.S. President Donald Trump seemed to have backed away from a military strike on Iran, he called Saturday for an end to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s nearly 40-year reign in Iran. Trump’s comments came in response to Khamenei branding Trump a “criminal” for supporting protesters in Iran, and blamed demonstrators for causing thousands of deaths.

Meanwhile, a U.S. aircraft carrier, which days earlier had been in the South China Sea, passed Singapore overnight to enter the Strait of Malacca — putting it on a route that could bring it to the Middle East.

With those dangers, analysts warn Iran's nuclear material could be at risk as well. (www.wkyc.com) Read more here.

Holy One, we start by praying for Your hand of protection and provision to be upon the citizens of Iran so they may continue to stand in the face of the cruelty of this regime. We pray for the regime to fall into the hands of the righteous and that new leadership standing at the ready to take over will come in quickly according to the plans of Almighty God. We know they have pledged to contain and cease the nuclear activities in the nation, so we pray for them to have power and strength to protect every bit of nuclear material, in Jesus's name.

"Through You we will push down our enemies; Through Your name we will trample those who rise up against us. For I will not trust in my bow, Nor shall my sword save me. But You have saved us from our enemies, And have put to shame those who hated us. In God we boast all day long, And praise Your name forever. Selah"  (Psalm 44:5-8)

Trump to POLITICO: ‘It’s time to look for new leadership in Iran’

President Donald Trump on Saturday called for an end to Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s 37-year reign.

“It’s time to look for new leadership in Iran,” Trump told POLITICO, as widespread protests calling for an end to the regime appear to have waned.

“The best decision he ever made was not hanging more than 800 people two days ago,” Trump said Saturday, when asked about the size of a possible U.S. military operation in Iran.

Trump’s comments came shortly after Khamenei’s X account posted a series of hostile messages aimed at Trump, accusing the U.S. president of being responsible for deadly violence and unrest in Iran.

“We find the US President guilty due to the casualties, damages and slander he inflicted upon the Iranian nation,” Khamenei wrote.

In another post, he said Trump had mischaracterized violent groups as representing the Iranian people, calling it “an appalling slander.”

Trump, after being read the posts, said Tehran’s rulers rely on repression and violence to govern. “What he is guilty of, as the leader of a country, is the complete destruction of the country and the use of violence at levels never seen before,” Trump said. “In order to keep the country functioning — even though that function is a very low level — the leadership should focus on running his country properly, like I do with the United States, and not killing people by the thousands in order to keep control.” (POLITICO) Read more here.

Mighty King, Thank You for President Trump speaking out against the tyrannical leadership in Iran. We pray for them to collapse under the weight of their own sin and repent, in Jesus's name. We also pray for President Trump to receive accurate intelligence about what is really happening on the ground in Iran. Many credible reports indicate that the killings have continued privately rather than publicly and we know that practitioners of Islam practice "taqqiya" (deceiving to advance the cause) which suggests that President Trump may not be getting the whole truth. We ask You Holy One to cause a full turn-around in the affairs of Iran, for Your glory, in Jesus's name.

"'Look to Me, and be saved, All you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other. I have sworn by Myself; The word has gone out of my mouth in righteousness, And shall not return, That to Me every knee shall bow, Every tongue shall take an oath.'" (Isaiah 45:22-23)

Supreme Court to Decide Whether ‘Geofence’ Warrants May Be Used in Criminal Trials

The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to consider whether search warrants that collect the location history of cellphone users near crime scenes are constitutional.

The high court granted the petition in Chatrie v. United States in an unsigned order issued on Jan. 16. No justices dissented. The court did not explain its decision.

If cellphone users want to access certain services, their phones have to be set to continuously transmit their exact locations to service providers. A so-called geofence warrant, which is growing in popularity with law enforcement agencies, allows police to seek location data on every person who was present at a specific location over a certain period of time.

Father, we thank You that the Supreme Court will hear another challenge to our Constitutional freedoms. We pray that they decide again, according to Your plans and purposes for this nation. We ask You for divine guidance and revelation in the courtroom so that our individual sovereignty may not be overthrown or given away because of bad actors, in Jesus's name.

"Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is." (1 John 3:2)

Mexico using 'weaponized immigration' to undermine US sovereignty, author of new book alleges
Peter Schweizer's forthcoming book 'The Invisible Coup' documents alleged coordinated influence efforts

Investigative author Peter Schweizer alleges the Mexican government is operating a coordinated influence effort inside the United States, using diplomatic missions, education programs and migrant outreach initiatives in ways he argues go far beyond traditional diplomacy.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, Schweizer said his forthcoming book, "The Invisible Coup," available Tuesday, documents what he describes as "weaponized immigration," a strategy he claims Mexican officials view as a means to exert political leverage inside the U.S.

"Foreign powers are using migration as a weapon to undermine American sovereignty," Schweizer said. "Mexico is a clear example of this."

Schweizer pointed to Mexico’s expansive diplomatic footprint in the United States, noting that the country operates 53 consulates nationwide — far more than most U.S. allies.

Mighty God, we pray for this infiltration to be dismantled in Jesus's name. We ask You to strengthen truth-tellers who can provide evidence and revelation of the activities taking place in these consulates. We pray that the highest levels of our nation's law enforcement and protection agencies will do the work of protecting this nation from such external infiltration, in the name of Jesus. We pray for believers in the United States to stand in prayer and intercession on behalf of our sovereignty and ask Abba, that You would defeat the bad actors and those who seek our destruction. May we stand because of our covenants with You, O King and see You restore Godly righteousness to the plethora of leaders across this country, in Jesus's name.

"Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart." (Galatians 6:7-9)

FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. Netanyahu: Iran will face unprecedented force if it attacks Israel - JNS

If the Islamic Republic attacks Israel, Jerusalem “will act with might that Iran has not seen before,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday.

“We are closely following what is happening in Iran,” Netanyahu told the Knesset, speaking at a 40-signature debate, which the opposition can call once a month and which the prime minister is obliged to attend.

“We are all looking with a sense of wonder at the heroic struggle of Iran’s citizens to achieve liberty, welfare and justice. We see the atrocities of the massacre ordered by the rulers of Iran,” the premier continued. (Read more)

2. Israel Issues Veiled Warning to Turkey as Countries Clash Over Gaza Role
- Algemeiner

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz on Tuesday warned regional powers — in an apparent swipe at Turkey — to abandon any ambitions of restoring an empire, as tensions mount over postwar reconstruction in Gaza and competing efforts to assert regional influence.

At a joint press conference with Greek Defense Minister Nikos Dendias in Athens, Katz said Israel was determined “not to allow actors seeking to undermine regional stability to establish a foothold through terrorism, aggression, or military proxies — in Syria, in Gaza, in the Aegean Sea, or in any other arena.”

“Those who dream of dragging the region backward, establishing control through terror, or rebuilding empires at the expense of sovereign states will encounter a resolute alliance of free, strong nations capable of defending themselves,” Katz continued.

Last week, US President Donald Trump announced the establishment of the “Gaza Board of Peace” as part of his administration’s 20-point peace plan intended to end the war in Gaza and advance the process into phase two(Read more)

3. Israel demolishes UNRWA’s East Jerusalem headquarters; UN agency: ‘Unprecedented attack’ - Times of Israel

Israel on Tuesday began demolishing the East Jerusalem headquarters of UNRWA, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees and their descendants, with Israeli forces entering the compound with bulldozers and other demolition equipment in the early morning and destroying buildings in what UNRWA called an “unprecedented attack.”

The move to demolish UNRWA’s headquarters comes after years of legislative measures against the agency, which Israel accuses of collusion with Hamas and participation in terror activities.

The Knesset passed a pair of laws in late October 2024 banning UNRWA from operating within Israeli territory. Despite the ban, UNRWA operations, including schools, healthcare and other social services, are still hobbling along in East Jerusalem. (Read more)

4. Chief of Staff warned: Mandatory service must be extended - Israel National News

IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir sent a strongly worded letter last week to the Prime Minister, the Defense Minister, and the Chairman of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, warning of a severe shortage of combat soldiers in the IDF.

In the letter, which was revealed by Channel 12 News, Zamir cautioned that the current manpower shortage could seriously undermine the army’s operational readiness as early as the coming year.

Zamir referenced the security challenges of the past two years, which he said have created unprecedented difficulties and deeply affected the IDF’s manpower systems. He noted that legislation related to the Draft Law and the extension of mandatory service is not progressing at the necessary pace, and this delay could significantly impair the army’s ability to fulfill its missions. (Read more

5. Rothman kicks deputy attorney general out of meeting on contentious bill to split AG’s role - Times of Israel

Deputy Attorney General Gil Limon is ejected from the Knesset Constitution, Law and Justice Committee after Religious Zionism MK Simcha Rothman, the panel’s chair, does not allow him to present his position during a debate over the coalition’s bill to split the role of the attorney general.

The contentious bill would split the role of the attorney general into different positions and drastically reduce its authority. The opposition has pointed to it as a key component of the government’s renewed judicial overhaul agenda.

Committee legal adviser Gur Bligh says that he thinks it is appropriate to hear from the Attorney General’s Office and Rothman agrees, stating that there are other representatives aside from Limon in the room. (Read more

1. Children Terrified as Anti-ICE Mob Storms Minnesota Church to Target Pastor: 'Despicable'  - CBN

The Department of Justice says it is investigating an anti-ICE protest after demonstrators busted into a St. Paul church, interrupted Sunday morning services, and accused one of the pastors of working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

In live stream video footage from former CNN anchor Don Lemon, about 30 protestors with the Racial Justice Network stormed into Cities Church, yelling, "Hands up, don't shoot" and "ICE out."

"A house of worship is not a public forum for your protest! It is a space protected from exactly such acts by federal criminal and civil laws! Nor does the First Amendment protect your pseudo journalism of disrupting a prayer service," wrote Harmeet Dhillon, Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the DOJ, on X. "You are on notice!" (Read more)

Holy One, we pray for Your peace to fill the hearts of the children and church members who were threatened and verbally assaulted by these people lacking self-control or dignity, in Jesus's name. We forgive them and ask that You would take them out to the wood-shed of divine justice and bring them to repentance. We pray also for laws to be followed and consequences implemented, in Jesus's name. We ask for spiritual corrals around those who are raging and hating and we pray for Your intervention in their lives, leading to salvation and righteousness, in Jesus's name. Amen.

"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." (Ephesians 6:10-12)

2. School District Accused of Forcing Kids to Hide Bibles - Faithwire

An organization that provides Bible programming to public school children is suing a Washington state school district, alleging officials are improperly targeting its Christian program. Joel Penton, CEO of LifeWise Academy, told CBN News his organization allows parents to opt-in for their kids to go off-site during lunch, recess, and other non-essential periods from public schools during the day.

Children are then given Bible lessons before returning to their respective schools. LifeWise, which launched in 2019, operates in hundreds of schools and is independently funded. It’s a Released Time religious instruction program, made legal in 1952, when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in the Zorach v. Clauson case that public school students can be released during school hours to attend religious classes.

He continued, “They [Everett, Washington school board] updated their policies and changed the rules on us so that, unlike other student groups … we cannot show up now at any of the school-related functions like the fair where kids sign up for programs like ours and learn about new things.” Penton said LifeWise has been “singled out.” (Read more)

God of Justice, we pray that LifeWise will be victorious in their challenge to the opposition and discrimination coming from the Washington state school board, in Jesus's name. We thank You for people who will not allow the 1st Amendment freedoms to practice our faith, with our children, to be stomped on in the public and education arena. We pray for Your Spirit to empower all involved in this matter to effectively push back the darkness and release the light of Christ into the schools and the board members, in Jesus's name.

"For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus' sake. For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ." (2 Corinthians 4:5-6)

3. DHS: NY Times’ ‘Despicably Misleading Headline’ Is Why Media Aren’t Trusted - Newsbusters

“This despicably misleading headline is exactly why the American people have completely lost faith in the mainstream media,” the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) explained Wednesday, calling out The New York Times for the way it framed an incident in which a violent illegal immigrant was shot by an ICE agent.

“Breaking News: A federal agent shot an immigrant in the leg in Minneapolis, federal officials said, one week after an ICE officer killed Renee Good in the city,” The New York Times says in a X.com post linking to its article.

“This journalist knows the facts, was given the truth, and adamantly REFUSES to report it,” DHS responded(Read more)

Righteous Father, we decree righteousness over the news media and journalists, in Jesus's name. There is a deep level of deception that appears to be an integral component of what could be called "the traditional media", which we have all grown up with. However, and sadly, they have shifted from trustworthy and unbiased reporting of facts to a very one-sided tool to compel the citizens to believe whatever story they are told, no matter what degree of truth may be contained within that story. We pray for a restructuring of the media which dominates the airwaves of our national news reporting and that righteousness is the driving factor, in Jesus's name.

"And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming."                         (2 Thessalonians 2:8)

4. Beheadings, ISIS Prison Break Follow Syria’s Jihadi Government Crackdown on Kurds - Breitbart

A torrent of violence, including reported beheadings and a prison break by Islamic State terrorists, erupted in Syria on Monday following the signing of an agreement between the jihadist federal government under President Ahmed al-Sharaa and the U.S.-backed, Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

The SDF and associated Kurdish political arms had enjoyed years of semi-autonomy in the region known as Rojava, or Syrian Kurdistan, during the rule of deposed dictator Bashar Assad. Assad fled to Russia following the collapse of his military in late 2024, leaving the country in the hands of Sharaa’s Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), an al-Qaeda offshoot.

Sharaa has spent much of the past year arguing that Kurdish autonomy was a threat to the stability of his government and pressuring the SDF to incorporate into the reconstructed Syrian armed forces, fighting alongside HTS terrorists. He has received significant support from the United States, where President Donald Trump praised him as a “young, attractive guy” with “a real shot at pulling it together.”

While HTS is a jihadist terrorist organization, under Sharaa’s control it repeatedly resisted making alliances with the Islamic State, prioritizing for most of its history the toppling of the Assad regime rather than the creation of an Islamist “caliphate.” Its members are nonetheless Islamist and among Sharaa’s first moves in power was to impose an Islamist constitution on Syria, a diverse country home to large populations of Kurds, Druze, Christians, and Alawites, among others. (Read more)

Oh Majesty, this is such a nightmare excuse for an agreement. We command the spirit of murder and bloodshed against innocent people to cease and desist in the name of Jesus. We pray for divine protection and covering over the different populations in this region and push back against the Islamic terror regime ruling Syria, in Jesus's holy name! We call for our nation to do what is right, noble, just and honorable in Jesus's name. We pray that President Trump will stop hearing from those who are promoting the globalist agenda in the Middle East at the expense of our great name and Israel. We pray for their removal from his inner circle. We call for this terrorist leader of Syria to be brought to his knees before a Holy God and we cry out for the agenda of Almighty God to be implemented in this region, in Jesus's powerful name and under His shed blood.

"'Because you have had an ancient hatred, and have shed the blood of the children of Israel by the power of the sword at the time of their calamity, when their iniquity came to an end, therefore, as I live,' says the Lord God, 'I will prepare you for blood, and blood shall pursue you; since you have not hated blood, therefore blood shall pursue you.'" (Ezekiel 35:5-6)

"'But when the wicked turns from his wickedness and does what is lawful and right, he shall live because of it.'" (Ezekiel 33:19)

5. 92% of Venezuelans are ‘Grateful’ to Trump for Maduro Capture - Washington Stand

Ordinary Venezuelans’ opinion of America and of President Donald Trump are flying sky-high after a U.S. raid captured Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro. In a recent poll of 1,006 Venezuelans by the polling firm Encuestador Meganalisis, more than 90% said they were grateful to Donald Trump and wanted the United States to become Venezuela’s principal ally and sole trade partner.

When asked in the Spanish-language poll, first reported by Breitbart, whether they were grateful to Donald Trump, 92.2% of Venezuelans surveyed said “yes,” compared to 6.3% who said “no.” The stunningly one-sided result (a ratio of nearly 15 to one), at a time when Trump’s popularity is underwater in most domestic polls, speaks volumes about Maduro’s unpopularity with ordinary Venezuelans.

Venezuelans did not even restrict their overwhelming positive feelings for Trump alone. When asked, “Do you agree with the U.S. becoming the principal ally and only provider of products for the Venezuelan state?” (Meganalisis’s translation), a stunning 90.6% said “yes,” while only 7.3% said “no.” Venezuela’s socialist regime has cut off trade relations with the U.S. while improving its relationships with ideologically aligned countries like China and Cuba. Apparently, a super-majority of Venezuelans dislike this arrangement. (Read more)

We thank You Father, that the people of Venezuela are blessed to be free from living under a dictator and communism. We pray for them to be able to resist the rumblings of tyranny that are still in their nation, in Jesus's name. May there be righteous, leadership standing strong and bold for the people and we pray Father, that You bring the cartels to a halt so that the people can begin to rebuild their lives, in Jesus's name. We pray that our nation's alliance with Venezuela will strengthen and that the gospel of Jesus floods their nation with an overflowing tide of salvations, in Jesus's name.

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, 'The just shall live by faith.'" (Romans 1:16-17)

6. Clintons defy Epstein subpoenas — but Glenn Beck says DON’T jail them. Here’s his shocking reason why - The Blaze

Both Bill and Hillary Clinton refused to appear after the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed them for closed-door depositions regarding Jeffrey Epstein and the federal government's handling of his crimes. The slippery duo even sent letters to Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) in advance of their scheduled dates, calling the subpoenas invalid and nothing more than political retribution.

“We now have all of these scandals, all of these NGOs making all kinds of money on your tax dollars, funding the destruction of America as we know it. We're all in bed with giant corporations and the WEF — the Clinton Foundation is all lined up in it,” he says.

It’s not that prosecuting and jailing the Clintons are completely off the table, but to use your ace card on the Epstein case, which Glenn insists will never go anywhere, is stupid. “Are we going to find out what really happened with Epstein? I don't think so — ever. Why? Because all of the evidence has been in the hands of the Republicans and the Democrats and the Republicans and the Democrats over and over and over again for years. … [The evidence] has all been destroyed. It's all gone,” he says. (Read more)

Holy One, this is a shocking proposition, but in retrospect it makes perfect sense because we know that the wicked Epstein material is so compromised and has had no chain of custody for years. We do pray for justice to come upon the Clintons because we are keenly aware of the many apparent unrighteous schemes they have been involved in. We lift up our prayers for justice and lawful consequences to come upon all people at the highest levels who have been instrumental in probable criminal activities, in Jesus's name.

"A disreputable witness scorns justice, And the mouth of the wicked devours iniquity. Judgments are prepared for scoffers, And beatings for the backs of fools." (Proverbs 19:28-29)

The Daily Jot

Light in the Line of Fire

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, January 20, 2026

Christian persecution in West Africa is no longer a fringe concern, it is an accelerating crisis. In recent reporting, President Donald Trump has again drawn global attention to Nigeria, warning that Christians there face what he described as an” existential threat.” He pointed to repeated massacres, burned villages, and the targeting of believers by Islamist extremists, arguing that the world has grown numb to violence that is clearly religious in nature. His comments followed years of warnings during his presidency, when Nigeria was designated a Country of Particular Concern for religious freedom abuses. Notwithstanding, the killing has not slowed. It has spread.

What makes Nigeria especially dangerous is that ideology, land, and power have fused. Boko Haram splinter groups and radicalized Fulani militants operate with overlapping goals, displacing Christian farming communities while asserting dominance through terror. Villages are attacked at night. Families are slaughtered in their homes. Churches are burned or abandoned. While Nigeria’s government insists the violence is not religiously targeted, the pattern is unmistakable on the ground. Christian communities in Nigeria’s Middle Belt and north-central regions continue to absorb the brunt of the bloodshed. These attacks are not isolated events but part of a sustained pressure campaign that has hollowed out entire regions once anchored by vibrant Christian life. Read More

Denmark ramps up defenses in Greenland as Trump zeros in on control of territory
'Substantial contribution' of troops arrived in Nuuk and Kangerlussuaq after Trump said Denmark 'cannot protect that land from Russia or China'

Denmark on Monday ramped up its military presence in Greenland, deploying extra troops to the strategic Arctic territory amid escalating tensions with President Donald Trump.

Local Danish broadcaster TV 2 said the Danish Armed Forces confirmed a new contingent of troops, described as "a substantial contribution," were arriving at Greenland’s main international airport Monday night.

Maj. Gen. Søren Andersen, head of Denmark’s Arctic Command, said about 100 Danish soldiers have already arrived in Nuuk, Greenland’s capital, with others later deployed to Kangerlussuaq in western Greenland.

The new military move comes in the wake of comments made by Trump over the region's strategic and military importance.

In a Truth Social post Jan. 18, Trump warned that Denmark had failed to secure Greenland against foreign threats.

"NATO has been telling Denmark, for 20 years, that ‘you have to get the Russian threat away from Greenland,’" Trump wrote.

"Unfortunately, Denmark has been unable to do anything about it. Now it is time, and it will be done!!!" he said.

On Monday, a text message exchange between Trump and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre over Greenland and the Nobel Peace Prize was released in a statement.

"Denmark cannot protect that land from Russia or China, and why do they have a ‘right of ownership’ anyway?" Trump said before adding that there were "no written documents; it’s only that a boat landed there hundreds of years ago, but we had boats landing there, also," he said in part of the exchange.

"I have done more for NATO than any other person since its founding, and now, NATO should do something for the United States. The world is not secure unless we have complete and total control of Greenland. Thank you! President DJT," he added. (Fox News)

Iran locks nation into ‘darker’ digital blackout, viewing internet as an ‘existential threat’
Digital rights monitor reports regime testing and implementing permanent 'filternet plus' censorship system

Iran’s internet blackout has hardened into a permanent system of digital repression, with the regime treating citizens’ access to the outside world as an "existential threat," according to digital rights monitors.

Internet monitoring group NetBlocks reported Monday that Iran’s connectivity landscape had shifted dramatically as the country entered its 22nd day of unrest, following several days of almost total nationwide internet shutdown.

"On the twenty-second day, after several days of an almost complete internet shutdown, reports emerged of limited and unstable internet connectivity in some parts of the country," NetBlocks reported.

"Indications are that we’re seeing a move toward a kind of ‘filternet plus’ censorship scheme in Iran," NetBlocks CEO Alp Toker told Fox News Digital before pointing to "a rapid decline into a darker kind of digital darkness."

"The key difference from the pre-protest filternet arrangement is that, while internet platforms were extensively censored before, the regime is selectively whitelisting only a handful of services it deems critical for business needs.

"Even this selective access is sporadic, which means the censorship is likely still in the test phase," he added. "In practice though, ordinary users remain offline."

Toker described how the digital darkness "is in fact getting darker because the information controls are getting tighter."

"Where international links were tolerated as a window to trade, the regime is approaching each of these as potential threats," he said before adding that the regime "sees its own citizens’ ability to communicate with the rest of the world as an existential threat because the people are disaffected."

According to the Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) at least 2,571 people were killed as of Monday, with additional deaths reported but not yet fully verified amid the communications blackout. (Fox News) Read more here.
Lord God, it is almost impossible for us to conceive of a government that is so evil.
The only one we can compare this to was Adolf Hitler's regime: evil to its core!

We continue to cry out for our own administration to respond as needed, in order
to end the violent regime in Iran and to set its people free. Help us, O Lord, to know
how to intercede in this wicked time, according to Your will, in Jesus' name, amen and amen!

"It is time for you to act, Lord;
    your law is being broken."

Sun releases the largest solar radiation storm in over 20 years, forecasters say

Powerful solar activity released by the sun reached Earth Monday, causing colorful auroral displays and GPS issues for aircraft, according to the National Weather Service’s Space Weather Prediction Center, or SWPC.

A solar radiation storm, ranked at a level four out of five on a severity scale, was tracked by SWPC. The center designated the event as “the largest solar radiation storm in over 20 years.”

A solar radiation storm marks the release of intense, rapidly-moving charged particles toward Earth and can impact space launches, aviation and satellite operations. The last time severe solar radiation storm levels were observed was in October 2003, according to SWPC.

The Halloween space weather storms of October 2003 resulted in power outages in Sweden and damages to power transformers in South Africa, according to SWPC.

When solar radiation storms reach Earth, they can cause increased radiation exposure risks for astronauts in low-Earth orbit, like those aboard the International Space Station, as well as passengers on flights that are traveling polar routes.

SWPC notified airlines, NASA, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the North American Electric Reliability Corporation and other operators ahead of the storm. (CNN) Read more here.

Father God, we lift up all of the facilities that may be impacted by this radiation storm, asking that You place Your Hand upon each one to secure their safety. Help us, O Lord, we pray, amen and amen!

Signs & Wonders
Major snow, ice storm to affect more than 150 million people in southern, eastern US
A massive winter storm is set to spread heavy snow and ice across more than two dozen states, threatening travel, power outages and dangerous cold from the South and Plains to the Northeast this weekend.

A high-impact winter storm will spread snow and ice across more than two dozen states from Texas through the Carolinas and Massachusetts from Friday through the weekend. The amount and extent of snow and ice could cut power and disrupt travel for days, increasing the risk to lives and property.

So much snow and sleet may fall that roads could become clogged in areas ill-equipped to handle even a light coating of snow, let alone several inches, from the southern Plains to the Mississippi Valley. Schools and children's care centers may be closed for days.

In areas where a thick glaze of ice forms, scores of trees and power lines may come down, and removing ice from streets, highways, parking lots and sidewalks may be difficult or impossible, especially where ice-melting supplies are limited. Utility crews could be overwhelmed by the scope of the storm.

Some highways, secondary roads and streets may be impassable for days across large portions of Texas and Oklahoma, as well as heavily populated areas of Georgia, the Carolinas and Virginia. (Accuweather) Read More

A Special Message
The Sinner's Prayer
"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name."
