Disney star David Henrie says Hollywood going through 'new renaissance' with faith-friendly content
n an industry often criticized for sidelining religious viewpoints, actor David Henrie says he’s noticing a change: Hollywood executives are asking for faith-driven stories, and the former Disney teen star believes Christians should meet the moment.

Henrie, who rose to fame as Justin Russo on the Disney Channel's "Wizards of Waverly Place" and now stars in "Wizards Beyond Waverly Place," said the industry’s posture toward faith has changed in ways he didn’t expect.

"Now people are much more accepting about people of faith," Henrie, who is a devout Catholic, told Fox News Digital, describing what he sees as a noticeable change from a decade ago. He said he regularly hears executives asking for "content for people of faith" because they’re "underrepresented" on screen.

Henrie’s push for value-driven storytelling has become more personal since becoming a father, he said, shaping the kinds of projects he wants to champion and the kind of content he wants available for families like his. (Fox News) Read More and Watch Interview here
Abba Father we lift praise for the great news of Hollywood's direction in desiring to create more faith-based content. We ask that You would place believers in strategic places of influence to bring about change through God-honoring films, giving more options to Christian families. We celebrate the recent EWTN Studio's partnership with the travel docuseries named "Seeking Beauty" with intentions to explore architecture, art and culture of Italy while pointing viewers to God.  Bless the efforts of our brothers and sisters working within the film industry to bring about miraculous change. May future film and streaming entertainment be intentionally created with purity in mind, honoring people of faith, all for the GLORY of Jesus Christ! By the Blood and powerful Name of Yeshua, we pray, Amen.

Historic winter storm pounds US from
south to northeast

A life-threatening winter storm brought hazardous conditions to a wide swath of the United States on Sunday, from Texas to New England, prompting warnings to stay off roads, along with mass flight cancellations and power outages.

As the storm dumped snow, sleet and freezing rain across the wide expanse, officials cautioned that an Arctic air mass behind the system would see temperatures fall dangerously low for days, prolonging disruptions to daily life.

“The snow/sleet impacts will linger well into next week with rounds of re-freezing that keeps surfaces icy and dangerous to both drive and walk on for the foreseeable future,” the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

The first storm-related fatalities were also being reported Sunday, with two people in Louisiana confirmed dead of hypothermia, the southern state’s health department said.

New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani said five people were found dead outside over the weekend in freezing temperatures. While he did not confirm the deaths were weather-related, he told reporters “there is no more powerful reminder of the danger of extreme cold.”

Several major airports in Washington, Philadelphia, and New York had nearly all flights canceled for the day. Tracking site Flightaware.com showed more than 11,000 Sunday flights canceled in the United States, adding to over 4,000 the day before. Nearly 2,500 Monday flights have already been scrapped.

The brutal storm system is the result of a stretched polar vortex, an Arctic region of cold, low-pressure air that normally forms a relatively compact, circular system but sometimes morphs into a more oval shape, sending cold air spilling across North America.

The NWS warned that heavy ice could cause “long-duration power outages, extensive tree damage, and extremely dangerous or impassable travel conditions,” including in many states less accustomed to intense winter weather.

Authorities warned of life-threatening cold that could last a week post-storm, especially in the Northern Plains and Upper Midwest, where wind chill lows were forecast to dip to extremes under -50F (-45C). Such temperatures can cause frostbite within minutes.(Breitbart) Read more here.

Senate Democrats Threaten to Shut Down Government Over DHS Funding Following Minnesota Shooting

Democrats will vote against an upcoming funding bill if it doesn’t “rein in” federal immigration enforcement efforts after the fatal shooting of a Minneapolis man by a Border Patrol agent, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said on Jan. 24.

If Democrats unite against the spending bill, the likelihood of a partial government shutdown later this week increases.

“What’s happening in Minnesota is appalling—and unacceptable in any American city,” Schumer wrote on social media.

“Democrats sought common-sense reforms in the Department of Homeland Security [DHS] spending bill, but because of Republicans’ refusal to stand up to President [Donald] Trump, the DHS bill is woefully inadequate to rein in the abuses of ICE. I will vote no.”

The top Senate Democrat added that his caucus “will not provide the votes to proceed to the appropriations bill if the DHS funding bill is included.”

There is a looming midnight Jan. 30 deadline for senators to pass a spending measure to avoid a partial government shutdown. The bill includes funding for Homeland Security and requires 60 votes to advance.

With a narrow 53–47 majority in the Senate, Republicans will likely need at least eight Democrats to pass a measure, as Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) often votes against Senate spending measures. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

We pray for the safety of all law enforcement officers participating in strategic, dangerous efforts to rid our country of violent criminals. We ask you Lord God to give them all wisdom as they track the criminals and plan their operations. We break the powers of the media and political leaders trying to instill fear in the American public, in Jesus' name. We pray that our leaders will change their priorities to put the safety of Americans first instead of that of all illegal criminals. Amen.

Judge Orders Federal Government to Retain Evidence Related to Minnesota Shooting

A federal judge late on Jan. 24 ordered the Trump administration to retain all evidence related to the fatal shooting of Alex Jeffrey Pretti during an altercation with Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis earlier that day.

In his order, Judge Eric Tostrud of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota wrote that Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials and other federal agency officials are prohibited from “destroying or altering evidence related to the fatal shooting ... including but not limited to evidence that Defendants and those working on their behalf removed from the scene and/or evidence that Defendants have taken into their exclusive custody.”

Tostrud’s order granted the request from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and Hennepin County prosecutors.

Federal officials have alleged that Pretti was wielding a gun before he was sprayed with a chemical irritant, pulled to the ground, and ultimately shot by a Border Patrol agent.

“The officers attempted to disarm the suspect, but the armed suspect violently resisted,” DHS said in a statement. “This looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement.” (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

Lord God, our country is so overwhelmed right now with illegal immigration. We ask that you give our leaders discernment and wisdom to make the right decisions concerning ridding our cities of these criminals. We pray for every leader, that they would seek your face and your will concerning our country and the betterment of our people.

And Lord, now that Minnesota’s attorney general has called for a ‘full, impartial, and transparent investigation’ into the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti on Jan. 24, we pray that this would come to pass, and that the facts will come to light, so that justice
can be rendered in this difficult decision. We ask this prayer in Your Holy Name, amen and amen.

Trump threatens Iran with crushing response as Tehran denies halting protest executions
USS Abraham Lincoln carrier strike group heads toward Middle East as president warns of military action

Iran’s top prosecutor Thursday denied President Donald Trump’s claim that Tehran, Iran, halted mass executions of imprisoned protesters under U.S. pressure — a rebuttal that comes as Trump openly warned Iran it would face consequences more severe than recent U.S. strikes on its nuclear facilities if the executions went forward.

Trump has said he pulled back from threats to intervene militarily after Iran agreed to stop the execution of as many as 800 detained demonstrators following days of anti-regime unrest.

"This claim is completely false, no such number exists, nor has the judiciary made any such decision," Mohammad Movahedi was quoted by Iranian state media as saying Friday.

"We have a separation of powers, the responsibilities of each institution are clearly defined, and we do not, under any circumstances, take instructions from foreign powers," he added.

Movahedi is an Iranian cleric and judge who serves as the nation's prosecutor general. He previously warned that those taking part in the protests were "enemies of God," a crime punishable by death. (Fox News) Read more here.

Lord God we pray for the leaders of Iran that they would have a change of heart. That they would be filled with the fear of God and make righteous decisions in Jesus' name. We pray for our president as he deals with all foreign countries that you would give him wisdom and favor with all men that everything will work out in our favor, in Jesus' name, amen.

“Surely, LORD, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield.” (Psalms 5:12)

The event took place shortly after the announcement that the last hostage held in Gaza, Ran Gvili, had been returned home to Israel.

President Herzog stated: “The joy of this moment is infinitely elevated by the news we have all been waiting for with bated breath. Finally, 834 days later, Staff Sgt. Ran Gvili, who ran at first call to the front lines to save others, has come home: home to his country, home to his family, home at last. 3. Israel strikes Hezbollah terrorist near Tyre in Lebanon - World Israel News

The Israel Defense Forces struck a Hezbollah terrorist in the Tyre area of Southern Lebanon on Monday, the military said, in response to the Iranian terror proxy’s “repeated violations of the ceasefire understandings.”

On Sunday night, the IDF said it eliminated the local head of artillery for the Iranian-backed Hezbollah terrorist army in Arzoun, a village near Tyre.

Muhammad al-Hussein “advanced numerous terror attacks against the State of Israel and IDF troops during the war and recently took part in attempts to restore Hezbollah’s artillery abilities,” the IDF said.

“Simultaneously to his involvement in terrorist activity, al-Husseini worked as a schoolteacher,” it added.

Speaking with the Ynet news site, a source close to Smotrich said that the far-right politician was “no longer willing to link the budget law to the [ultra-Orthodox] draft law.”

“If they are not willing, then they should bring a law to dissolve the Knesset,” the source stated, adding that “there is a country here to manage. If we don’t want to vote on a budget, we will go to elections.” (Read more)

1. March for Life attendees praise Trump's pro-life policies, but want more action to end abortion - Christian Post

WASHINGTON — March for Life attendees were largely supportive of the Trump administration’s efforts on behalf of the pro-life movement, but said they would like to see more progress as the administration faces criticism from prominent pro-life activists.

Vice President JD Vance was among several politicians and pro-life leaders who addressed the massive crowd of pro-life activists gathered at the 53rd annual March for Life on Friday.

Abby Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood clinic director-turned-outspoken pro-life activist, weighed in on Vance’s attendance in a video posted n posted on X Monday, where she said it was "insane" that Vance was invited.

Johnson pushed back on the claim that Vance has been the most “pro-life vice president we’ve ever had” following the Trump administration’s decision to greenlight a generic abortion drug and restore federal funding to Planned Parenthood clinics in response to a lawsuit from the ACLU.

Attendees at the March for Life weighed in on the state of the pro-life movement and their thoughts about the first year of the second Trump administration. (Read more)

3. Power prices surge as winter storm spikes demand in US data center alley - Reuters

BOSTON, Jan 25 (Reuters) - Power prices in the largest U.S. grid rose sharply on Sunday as demand in a region with the world's largest concentration of energy-hungry data centers surpassed forecasts during a deep freeze gripping half the country.

Real-time wholesale electricity prices topped $1,800 per MWh early Sunday in Dominion Energy's Virginia territory, up from $200 per MWh on Saturday morning. Virginia houses the biggest cluster of data centers in the world, which are used to power things like artificial intelligence and have been responsible for rising power demand and prices in swaths of the country.

The demand spike began late Saturday night, according to data from PJM Interconnection, the largest U.S. regional grid that serves 67 million people, as Winter Storm Fern swept across parts of the country.

Regional grids feed their power into the local distribution lines that bring electricity to homes and businesses. Those local power lines are showing disruptions, with nearly 900,000 customers without power on Sunday, according to PowerOutage.us, with more than 300,000 in Tennessee and more than 100,000 each in Mississippi, Texas and Louisiana. Other states affected included Kentucky, Georgia, Virginia and Alabama. (Read more here)

Oh, Lord we pray for these people without power during this storm and we pray the power prices will drop and not be a burden on them.

4.  Iran may have slaughtered 30,000 protesters in 48-hour intense crackdown - Jerusalem Post

As many as 30,000 people may have been killed across Iran during a two-day crackdown on January 8 and 9, TIME reported on Sunday, citing two senior Health Ministry officials and a separate compilation of hospital data shared with the publication. The figures have not been independently verified and far exceed numbers publicly cited by authorities.

The number, if true, would massively increase the death toll from previously believed estimates. Days after the alleged massacre, Iran International estimated around 12,000 deaths from the two-day period.

The officials said the scale of killing overwhelmed the capacity to handle the dead, exhausting body bag stocks, and prompting the use of eighteen-wheeled trailers to move bodies. TIME reported that security forces used rooftop snipers and trucks mounted with heavy machine guns after authorities cut communications. An Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps official warned on state television that anyone entering the streets should not complain if a bullet hit them, according to the report. (Read more)

Lord, this is pure evil wrought by the leaders of Iran! We intercede for the people of Iran and we pray that Your grace abounds toward them! Remove their evil leadership, we pray in Jesus' name. And we pray that this evil will not prevail!!

5. Iran's Ayatollah Khamenei moves to underground bunker amid fears of US strike - Jerusalem Post

Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei moved to a fortified underground shelter containing a series of tunnels in Tehran after senior security and military officials warned of an increased likelihood of an American strike, Iran International reported on Saturday afternoon.

According to the Iranian opposition outlet, Masoud Khamenei, the ayatollah’s third son, has taken over management of the supreme leader’s day-to-day responsibilities and is serving as the primary channel for communication with the regime government’s executive branches.

The Iranian assessment that a US attack has become more likely comes after US President Donald Trump said on Friday that American ships were en-route to waters near the country. The US “has a lot of ships heading towards Iran," Trump said, adding that he "hopes we don't have to use them.”

Also on Friday, a senior Iranian official stated that Iran will treat any attack "as an all-out war against us," a message that the Islamic Republic has been repeating in recent days. (Read more here)

Lord, Your word says that You place leaders and that you remove leaders. Iran has committed many sins against their people and other nations. We pray Your will be done and that You guide and direct president Trump to help him remove Ayatollah Khameni from serving as the head of the nation of Iran. Amen.

6. President Trump: This is the weapon that let us snatch Maduro - Israel National News

President Donald Trump disclosed in an exclusive interview with the New York Post that a classified U.S. weapon nicknamed "The Discombobulator" played a pivotal role in the successful January 3 raid that led to the capture of Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro.

During the Oval Office conversation, Trump described the device as a secret technology that rendered enemy equipment inoperable. He stated that Venezuelan forces, equipped with Russian and Chinese rockets, were unable to launch any defenses as U.S. helicopters approached Caracas. "They never got their rockets off," Trump said. "They had Russian and Chinese rockets, and they never got one off. We came in, they pressed buttons and nothing worked. They were all set for us."

The operation involved approximately eight helicopters and about 20 U.S. troops, who arrested Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, on federal charges related to drug trafficking and weapons. No American personnel were lost in the mission.

Accounts from Maduro's former security detail paint a dramatic picture of the weapon's effects. One guard reported that radar systems suddenly failed, followed by the arrival of drones and helicopters. He described an intense, unexplained phenomenon, possibly a powerful sound wave or energy pulse, that caused severe disorientation. "Suddenly I felt like my head was exploding from the inside," the witness recounted. "We all started bleeding from the nose. Some were vomiting blood. We fell to the ground, unable to move." (Read more)

Lord, thank You for this weapon that enabled us to capture Maduro, and that we had no loss of lives.

The Daily Jot

The Kingdom of Darkness vs. the Kingdom of Light

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, January 26, 2026

Exodus 10:1–13:16 is Bo, meaning Go. The portion opens with the LORD sending Moses back to Pharaoh, as his heart has been hardened for a greater purpose. God intensifies His judgments with locusts, darkness, and finally the death of the firstborn. These acts are not random displays of power. They are deliberate, escalating signs meant to reveal who truly rules Egypt. At the same time, Israel is instructed to prepare for redemption, to mark their homes with the blood of a lamb, and to leave in haste when deliverance comes. The exodus is more than freedom from slavery. It is the formation of a people who will remember what the LORD did and teach it to their children for generations, as we all should do even unto this day.

After the devastation of the locusts, Pharaoh still refuses to release Israel. Then comes a plague unlike any other. The LORD tells Moses to stretch out his hand, and a darkness falls over Egypt so thick it can be felt. For three days the Egyptians cannot see or move, and even lamps and torches provide no relief. This darkness not only punished Egypt, it exposed the complete powerlessness of its gods, especially the sun god who stood at the head of the Egyptian pantheon. Egypt’s greatest deity was silenced. The plague revealed a deeper truth. Though Egyptians ruled over Israel physically, they themselves were enslaved to false gods and spiritual darkness. Israel, though oppressed, had light in their dwellings. They belonged to the kingdom of light, set apart by the LORD. Read More

Xi Jinping’s Military Purge Signals a High-Stakes Battle Inside China’s Elite Circle

The sudden downfall of two of China’s most senior military leaders has fueled speculation that Chinese leader Xi Jinping is entering a decisive—and potentially destabilizing—phase of internal power consolidation.

On Jan. 24, China’s Ministry of National Defense announced that Zhang Youxia, a Politburo member and vice chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC), and Liu Zhenli, a CMC member and chief of the Joint Staff Department, were under investigation for “serious violations of discipline and law.” The announcement marked one of the most dramatic purges at the top of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) in decades.

Story continues below advertisement

According to Wen Rui, a China current affairs commentator based in South Korea, Xi’s move amounts to an open confrontation with three powerful groups long embedded within the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)—the military establishment, the so-called “princeling” elite, and retired party elders.

“Xi Jinping has finally opened Pandora’s box,” Wen wrote on X . “What comes next may leave people stunned.”

At the center of the storm is Zhang, widely regarded as one of the most deeply entrenched figures in the PLA. Zhang served in the military for more than five decades and is the son of Zhang Zongxun, a revolutionary-era general whose influence dates back to the CCP’s early military history.

According to Wen, the Zhang family’s networks within the PLA span generations, creating what he described as an extraordinarily complex web of loyalty and patronage. “Xi Jinping is effectively choosing a fight to the death with a massive force,” Wen said, suggesting that the scope of Zhang’s influence goes far beyond his formal titles.

Wen divided those potentially affected into two broad groups—officers who actively opposed Xi and aligned with Zhang, and those who did not openly challenge Xi but maintained close ties to the Zhang family. “Both groups are now within Xi Jinping’s strike zone,” he said, adding that Xi is unlikely to bother to make a distinction between them.

Even those who were not directly involved in factional struggles may now feel compelled to act out of fear of becoming collateral, according to Wen. “Xi will not let them go. [From his perspective,] it’s better to kill by mistake than to let anyone escape.”

Wen warned that Xi’s actions could trigger widespread turmoil within the armed forces.

... “From Xi’s perspective, there is no turning back,” Wen said. “Once he started, there was only one road left—to keep going, no matter how dark it gets.”

Wen suggested that other Party factions, long resentful of Xi’s concentration of power, may either align against him or choose to stand aside. He said the number of people genuinely willing to help Xi is extremely small.

In Wen’s assessment, Xi’s escalating internal battles could mark the beginning of the CCP’s downfall. The removal of two of China’s top generals underscores Wen’s view that Xi’s grip on power is becoming increasingly reliant on purges—and that the risks of internal backlash may be rising accordingly. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

Lord God, at this time when a critical internal shaking seems to have begun inside the Chinese military structure, we turn to You for guidance in prayer. Let us not "miss the moment," but pray only according to Your will in this matter. In Your Name, amen.

"Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered." (Romans 8:26)
House Passes Bills Bolstering Pregnancy Resource Centers and Protecting Pregnant Students

As the annual March for Life descended on the nation’s capital Friday, two pro-life pieces of legislation were passed by the House of Representatives, one safeguarding federal funding for pregnancy resource centers and another ensuring that pregnant college students are fully informed of their rights to give birth and take care of their babies while receiving an education.

On Wednesday, the House passed the Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act (H.R. 6945) with a vote of 215-209. Only one Democrat, Rep. Henry Cuellar of Texas, joined all Republicans in passing the bill. As the legislation’s summary notes, the bill “provides statutory authority for states to use Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) funds for pregnancy centers that (1) support protecting the life of the mother and the unborn child; and (2) offer resources and services to mothers, fathers, and families, including relationship counseling, prenatal and pregnancy education, pregnancy testing, diapers, baby clothes, and material supports.”

Pro-life advocates and religious leaders praised the passage of the legislation. In a statement, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) noted that bill “would help ensure that key public resources are available to pregnancy help centers, which compassionately accompany women in need with baby supplies, childcare assistance, health and parenting information, career services, and more. Amid great uncertainty and difficulty, such support can make a life-saving difference.”

GOP lawmakers made an impassioned case for the bill’s passage. During debate on the House floor, Rep. Chris Smith (R-N.J.) described his encounters with mothers in New Jersey who expressed gratitude for pregnancy resource centers (PRCs). Two women, he recounted, “through tears of joy, expressed their deep and abiding gratitude for the incredible love, respect, and care that persuaded them to reverse their decision to abort their babies.”

Smith went on to express how the mothers “spoke of how desperate — even hopeless — they felt. They spoke of the pressure they were under to abort, until they met the director of the pregnancy resource center, who reached out in a gentle and nonjudgmental way.” (Washington Stand) Read more here.

American energy dominance gives us the power to fend off enemies and rescue Venezuela
White House meeting focuses on American companies helping restore Venezuelan oil infrastructure

During his remarks at the World Economic Forum, President Donald Trump re-emphasized his commitment to American energy dominance and the role that Venezuela can play. As the founder of one of America’s largest privately held oil and gas companies, my company is ready to play our part, which will mean lower prices and increased security for our citizens and brighter days for the people of Venezuela. Both are worthy and achievable goals.

President Trump set the wheels of this plan in motion when he re-assembled America’s leading oil and gas executives at the White House. The purpose was strengthening American interests in the Western Hemisphere after Nicolás Maduro had been removed from power. Venezuela is home to the world’s largest supply of crude oil reserves.

By toppling Maduro and inviting American energy leaders to the table to discuss the rebuilding of its infrastructure, Trump sent a powerful message to China and other hostile foreign actors: mess around in our backyard at your own peril. (Fox News) Read more

Once again, Holy One, we praise You for giving us a leader who says what he means and who means what he says. In confronting China and other hostile nations with this statement, made at the World Economic Forum, President Trump has made it clear that our policy towards Venezuela is now one of blessing that nation. We pray that our actions in freeing the Venezuelan people from Maduro's tyranny would serve as an example to many other strong nations as they, too, work to strengthen others as they can. Amen.

Trump to send border czar Tom Homan to Minneapolis as admin faces outrage over Pretti shooting

President Donald Trump announced Monday that he is dispatching his border czar, Tom Homan, to Minnesota amid outrage over the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti by federal agents.

"I am sending Tom Homan to Minnesota tonight. He has not been involved in that area, but knows and likes many of the people there. Tom is tough but fair, and will report directly to me," Trump wrote in a social media post.

Trump, in another social media post, wrote Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, a Democrat, called him to "request to work together with respect to Minnesota. It was a very good call, and we, actually, seemed to be on a similar wavelength."

Trump said that he would have Homan call Walz and that Walz was "happy" that Homan was going to Minnesota.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, who will hold a press briefing on Monday afternoon, said Homan "will be managing ICE Operations on the ground in Minnesota to continue arresting the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens."

The development comes after Trump, in an interview with the Wall Street Journal on Sunday, notably declined to say whether he thought the agent who killed Pretti acted appropriately.

"We’re looking, we’re reviewing everything and will come out with a determination," Trump told the WSJ.

By putting Homan in charge of ICE operations in Minneapolis, Trump is bypassing the normal chain of command -- where Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino have been overseeing ICE operations. Trump said Homan would be reporting directly to him. (ABC News) Read more here.

Father God, we thank You that President Trump will now send Tom Homan to further investigate the facts of what actually took place on the streets of Minneapolis last weekend. With his own experience, protecting our people as our Border Czar, Tom Homan is will prepared to add his own report of what has now become a volatile matter for our nation. Thank you, once again, for the wisdom demonstrated by President Donald John Trump. In Your Name, O Lord, we offer this prayer, amen and amen!

"“By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established.”"            (2 Corinthians 13:1)
And Now . . . Lion of Judah: ROAR!!!!
"The Lord shall go forth like a mighty man;
He shall stir up His zeal like a man of war.
He shall cry out, yes, shout aloud;
He shall prevail against His enemies."

Artemis II Crew Enters Quarantine Ahead of Journey Around Moon

The next astronauts to fly around the Moon went into quarantine late Friday.

NASA astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, and Christina Koch, along with CSA (Canadian Space Agency) astronaut Jeremy Hansen, will ensure that they don’t pick up any illness that could delay their mission by limiting their exposure to others in the days before they lift off. This period, called the health stabilization program, typically starts about 14 days before launch. Beginning quarantine now preserves flexibility as teams work toward potential opportunities in the February launch period. At this time, the agency still has not set an official launch date as testing continues for the rocket and spacecraft. Pending the outcome of the wet dress rehearsal or other operations considerations, the crew can come out of quarantine, and re-enter 14 days before any launch date.

The crew will begin quarantine in Houston, and if testing continues to go well and activities progress toward a possible launch next month, they will fly to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida about six days ahead of launch. There, the Artemis II crew will live in the astronaut crew quarters inside the Neil A. Armstrong Operations and Checkout Building, before launch day. During quarantine, the crew can continue regular contact with friends, family, and colleagues who are able to observe quarantine guidelines, and will avoid public places, wear masks, and maintain distance from others they come into contact with as they continue their final training activities. Those training activities will continue in the days ahead with mission simulations and medical checkouts. (NASA) Read More

A Special Message
The Sinner's Prayer
"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name."
