HONOLULU - Parts of Alaska are under Tsunami Warnings while the entire U.S. West Coast and the state of Hawaii are under Tsunami Watches after a monster magnitude 8.7 earthquake struck off the east coast of Russia Tuesday evening.
The quake hit at 1:24 p.m. Hawaiian Time (7:24 p.m. ET, 2:24 a.m. Wednesday local time) about 85 miles east of Kamchatsky off the eastern Russian coast. (MSN) Read more.

Southern States Lead Nation in Reading and Math
|

|
Southern states are outperforming much of the nation in reading and math, showing the strongest academic recovery since the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted learning. New education data reveals that states like Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee are leading the way in student achievement gains, surpassing national averages and reversing years of academic decline.
Education analysts attribute this success to a combination of policies prioritizing in-person learning, strong literacy initiatives, and targeted tutoring programs. While many states kept schools closed longer, several Southern states reopened earlier, minimizing the impact of remote learning gaps. Mississippi, for example, has seen record-breaking gains in reading scores after years of implementing a “science of reading” curriculum focused on phonics-based instruction.
Florida’s education reforms under Governor Ron DeSantis, including banning radical curriculum content and emphasizing core academics, have also been credited for the state’s sharp improvements. President Donald Trump voiced support for law enforcement agencies and said he has full faith in their ability to determine why a "crazed lunatic" opened fire in a Manhattan office tower on Monday that killed a New York City Police Department officer.
"I have been briefed on the tragic shooting that took place in Manhattan, a place that I know and love," Trump said in a social media post on Tuesday. "I trust our Law Enforcement Agencies to get to the bottom of why this crazed lunatic committed such a senseless act of violence. My heart is with the families of the four people who were killed, including the NYPD Officer, who made the ultimate sacrifice. God Bless the New York Police Department, and God Bless New York!"
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., also weighed in on the shooting on the Senate floor on Tuesday.
"My city, the greatest city on earth, was shattered when a gunman took the lives of four innocent New Yorkers in cold blood just four blocks from my office in midtown Manhattan," Schumer said.
"It's not just a tragedy. It's a rupture in the soul of our city, our beloved city," Schumer said. "And it requires that we mourn and honor all those we lost."
Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, R-N.Y., is warning New Yorkers to remain alert to their surroundings after a deadly mass shooting in the heart of Manhattan on Monday.
The lone Republican representing New York City in the House of Representatives cautioned that little is still known about what led to the incident, which she said appeared to be "isolated." But she said it was another example of the dangers in today's world.
"It didn't seem like it was a random attack. It seemed he had a motive to go to that particular building. But everyone has to stay vigilant. I mean, we know in a post-9/11 world we always need to remain vigilant, keep our eyes open and report things that feel suspicious," Malliotakis said. She said it was a "concerning" situation, noting the man was captured on camera armed with an assault rifle walking into the Park Avenue building, where he soon opened fire. (Fox News) Read more.

- Holy One, it seems as if a new depth of evil has been released upon our nation and we rebuke it in the mighty name of Jesus. We pray for the men who are somehow being activated to go shoot up or beat up innocent people without provocation. We command this layer of wickedness to come under the authority of the blood of Jesus. Senate Dems Turn to Unprecedented Parliamentary Obstruction to Block Trump Nominees
|
|
|
A controversial tactic of Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and his fellow Democrats is behind President Donald Trump’s call for members of the Senate to forego their traditional August recess and stay on the job to confirm dozens of pending presidential nominees.
The Democrats’ tactic is opposing unanimous consent on every Trump nominee that Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.) brings to the floor. Traditionally, non-controversial presidential nominations are waved through with a unanimous consent motion, but that isn’t happening in the 119th Congress. Democrats are using every parliamentary tactic possible to delay the confirmations, including withholding their consent whenever a unanimous motion is offered.
That stops the nomination in its tracks and throws multiple wrenches into the legislative process.
Despite the Democrats stalling, Thune claims the Republican Senate majority is confirming presidential nominations and doing other legislative work at a near-record pace. Through July 24, 107 Trump nominees have been confirmed by the Senate, including 11 last week.
But maintaining that pace comes at a price. Because Democrats are forcing debate and roll-call votes on all nominees — rather than just on those on which there are genuine issues — the legislative process is being hampered just when the government could face another shutdown crisis when Congress returns in September after the Labor Day holiday.
Senate Republicans are not happy about the situation.
“If they set this as a new precedent, whenever they get the White House again and have the Senate again, it’s going to get really ugly. … It’s hard to justify and defend a practice that they’re employing today that literally is unprecedented in history,” Thune said in a July 24 statement.
Senate Majority Whip John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) was even more emphatic, telling the Senate in a floor speech the same day that getting those 107 Trump nominees confirmed “took relentless procedural battles to accomplish this. It included full days and long nights. Why? Because Democrats are waging a coordinated campaign of obstruction.”
The Wyoming Republican continued, accusing Senate Democrats of turning the upper chamber’s advice and consent role in presidential nominations “into automatic opposition. It doesn’t just delay President Trump. It damages the country,” Barrasso insisted. “Democrats have filibustered all but one of President Trump’s nominees, and that was the very first nominee — now-Secretary of State Marco Rubio. He was confirmed on day one of this administration. Since then, it has been a wall of obstruction. Democrats filibustered positions requiring confirmation that have never before had a roll call vote in the United States Senate.” (Washington Stand) Read more

Federal Judge Blocks Big Beautiful Bill’s Medicaid Cuts to Planned Parenthood

|
A federal judge on July 28 blocked a provision in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, ruling that it likely violates the Constitution.
U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani issued a preliminary injunction blocking a section of the law that she said targeted Planned Parenthood and constituted a form of punishment against the organization and its members for providing abortions.
That provision of the law, which was backed by Republicans and enacted by President Donald Trump at the start of July, bars certain tax-exempt organizations and their affiliates from receiving Medicaid funds if they continue to provide abortions. Those organizations include Planned Parenthood, which filed a lawsuit seeking an injunction against the provision.
Initially, Talwani granted a preliminary injunction that prevented the government from cutting Medicaid funds to Planned Parenthood members that did not provide abortion care or did not meet a threshold of at least $800,000 in Medicaid reimbursements in a given year. That order impacted 10 Planned Parenthood offices, while her latest order expands the injunction to all Planned Parenthood clinics.
“Patients are likely to suffer adverse health consequences where care is disrupted or unavailable,” the judge wrote in her July 28 order. “In particular, restricting Members’ ability to provide healthcare services threatens an increase in unintended pregnancies and attendant complications because of reduced access to effective contraceptives, and an increase in undiagnosed and untreated [sexually transmitted infections].”
Planned Parenthood Federation of America, a nonprofit lobbying organization that supports Planned Parenthood affiliates across the country, filed the lawsuit against Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz, and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

Trump Admin Set to Carry Out 'Largest Deregulatory Action in the History of America'

Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin announced Tuesday that his agency will seek to roll back the foundation for many of the rules his agency has imposed upon Americans since the Obama administration.
Repealing the endangerment finding will be the “largest deregulatory action in the history of America,” Zeldin said in a video posted to social media platform X.
EPA issued the finding after a 2007 Supreme Court ruling that said greenhouse gases are pollutants falling under the Clean Air Act, according to Axios. In 2009, former President Barack Obama gave EPA the power to establish emissions standards for sources that it could show have an impact impact on health.
During a Tuesday appearance on the “Ruthless” podcast, Zeldin explained why his agency will seek that rule’s repeal.
“A lot of people are out there listening, they might not know what the endangerment finding is. If you were to ask congressional Democrats to describe what it is, the left would say that it means that carbon dioxide is a pollutant, carbon dioxide is an endangerment to human health. They might say methane is a pollutant, methane is an endangerment to human health,” Zeldin said.
“That’s an oversimplified, I would say, inaccurate way to describe it,” Zeldin said.
“Now why does all this matter?” he said, adding, “Well, then, there were all sorts of vehicle regulations that followed.”
“Ruthless” co-host Josh Holmes called the finding “the hub to the spoke of the left’s environmental agenda, essentially.”
Zeldin agreed, saying, “This has been referred to as basically driving a dagger into the heart of the climate change religion.”

1. Israel, Syria finalize US-supervised accord - Israel Hayom
The Syrian Center for Human Rights released overnight the terms of an agreement concluded between Israel and Syria in partnership with the United States.
The published specifics reveal that oversight of the Sweida area, which became the focal point of Syrian regime aggression against the Druze population, will transfer to American control, with US officials committing to ensuring agreement implementation. The arrangement stipulates that all local tribal forces and government forces must withdraw from Druze villages, while Druze units will perform verification sweeps in these communities to confirm compliance.
Subsequently, the agreement provides for the establishment of local councils with participation from Sweida residents, with appointed members handling regional resource management and essential services. Additionally, a monitoring and documentation committee will track agreement violations, submitting reports to American officials when necessary. (Read more)

2. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt call on Hamas to disarm, leave Gaza

Seventeen nations have signed a statement calling for the Hamas terrorist organization to disarm and end its rulership over the Gaza Strip, AFP reported this evening (Tuesday).
Among the nations that signed the document are Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Egypt, three nations that have been heavily involved in the attempts to end the war between Israel and Hamas. Qatar's demand that Hamas disarm and no longer rule Gaza is especially notable as Qatar has moved ceasefire talks in a more pro-Hamas direction since the war began and has hosted Hamas leaders in luxury hotels for many years.
France, Britain, and Canada also signed the statement, which has received the support of the European Union and Arab League. The text of the statement was agreed on at the United Nations conference being held this week calling for a Palestinian state.
The declaration states: “In the context of ending the war in Gaza, Hamas must end its rule in Gaza and hand over its weapons to the Palestinian Authority, with international engagement and support, in line with the objective of a sovereign and independent Palestinian State,” says the declaration. 3. 'Turn ceasefire into lasting peace': UK's Starmer to lay out plan for Palestinian state recognition - Jerusalem Post
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is expected to announce a peace plan that will reportedly include recognition of a Palestinian State, the Telegraphreported on Monday.
Starmer will introduce the plan to the US and Arab states within the next week, the Telegraph noted, adding that it will focus on steps to “turn a ceasefire into lasting peace.”
The report comes after US President Donald Trump said that he believed that there was “real starvation” in the Gaza Strip.
Ahead of a Monday meeting at Trump’s Turnberry golf course, the US president stressed that he would not be taking a position on the issue. (Read more)

4. Europe Won’t Pressure Israel to ‘Commit Suicide’ Amid Gaza Backlash, Palestinian State Push, Says Israeli FM - Algemeiner
Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar has dismissed mounting global pressure to end the war in Gaza and accept the creation of a Palestinian state, saying Israel would not “commit suicide” to appease countries that have “lost control over their own streets.”
“We are witnessing a distorted campaign of international pressure against Israel over recent days,” Saar said during a special press conference on Tuesday.
“This campaign fuels the antisemitism wave we are witnessing,” he continued, referring to the alarming rise in anti-Jewish hate crimes around the world since the Hamas-led invasion of and massacre across southern Israel on Oct. 7, 2023.
Last week, foreign ministers from over 25 countries called for an end to the war in Gaza, citing growing concerns over Israel’s new aid distribution model, which they claimed has fueled “instability.” (Read more)

5. Israel considers Gaza annexation if Hamas rejects deal - Israel Hayom
Israel is considering annexing parts of the Gaza Strip if the terrorist group Hamas continues to reject a proposed hostage deal, according to discussions held Monday in the limited Diplomatic-Security Cabinet. Another option raised was a targeted military operation in areas the Israel Defense Forces have yet to enter, aimed at dismantling remaining Hamas terrorist cells.
Both options are being examined due to the deadlock in negotiations. Some ministers view annexation as a more effective strategy. However, Shas party leader Aryeh Deri, who participated in the meeting despite his party's withdrawal from Israel's governing coalition, argued, "We have no business in Gaza."
Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, speaking at a conference marking 20 years since Israel's withdrawal from the Strip, took a firmer stance, implying that re-establishing Israeli communities in Gaza has become a more realistic prospect. Smotrich had previously said that resettlement was not a goal of the war, but his latest remarks suggested a shift in outlook.
Smotrich emphasized that the government's desire to make Hamas pay for refusing to release the hostages should include seizing territory. He claimed this would harm Hamas more than any other form of pressure. Smotrich also said he remained in the government, despite opposing the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza, because "good things are about to happen." (Read more)

1. Federal Court Rules in Favor of Christian Woman Blocked by Oregon From Adopting Because of Her Beliefs - Daily Signal
A federal appeals court is siding with a Christian mom who has been barred from a state adoption program due to her biblical worldview on gender and sexuality.
Jessica Bates, a Christian and a widowed mother of five, applied to adopt two 9-year-old children in 2023, but the Oregon Department of Human Services excluded Bates from participating in the adoption program since she would not agree to unilaterally “respect, accept, and support” the “sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression” of children placed in her care, which ODHS said included using children’s “preferred pronouns,” taking them to LGBTQ+ Pride events, or taking them to gender-transition procedure appointments.
Bates insisted that her Christian beliefs prevented her from lying to children about their gender or sexuality and told ODHS officials that she would “happily love and accept any child” placed under her care, but the agency rejected her application and barred her from adopting any child, regardless of the child’s age or the child’s own religious beliefs. With the assistance of attorneys with Alliance Defending Freedom, Bates filed a lawsuit, alleging the ODHS decision and the rule it was based on violated her First Amendment rights. (Read more)

2. DOJ's Operation Grayskull Shuts Down Top 4 Dark Web Child Sexual Abuse Sites - BCN

[Justice.gov] Today, the Justice Department announced the results of Operation Grayskull, a highly successful joint effort between the Department of Justice and the FBI that resulted in the dismantling of four dark web sites dedicated to images and videos containing child sexual abuse material (CSAM). To date, the operation has led to the convictions of 18 offenders, including a Minnesota man who was sentenced yesterday to 250 months in prison and lifetime supervised release for his involvement with one of these dark web sites. 3. Police Save the Day After Man With a Knife Caught Allegedly Sneaking Into Ray Comfort’s Living Waters Ministry - CBN
Evangelist Ray Comfort is very literally thanking the Lord for the safety of his wife and staff after a man armed with a knife was arrested for allegedly sneaking into his ministry warehouse.
Comfort told CBN News his Living Waters office, located in Bellflower, California, experienced a deeply troubling incident on July 20 when staff noticed something wasn’t quite right.
“That afternoon, we spotted one of our executive staff members in the ministry parking lot staring at his car,” Comfort said. “He was on the phone with the police — someone had tried to break into his vehicle. Whoever it was damaged it, but wasn’t able to get into the vehicle.”
Comfort’s wife, Sue, reviewed the surveillance footage and was shocked by what she found.
“A man wearing a hoodie walked onto the property, then went onto the roof and checked a door,” he said. “When he couldn’t open it, he came back down, walked to the car…tried to break into it. Then brazenly wandered over to one of our warehouse garages — and crawled under the door.” (Read more)

4. Americans Flee Blue States: $500 Billion Shift in Wealth Stuns Analysts - Daily Fetched
Americans fleeing deep blue states are taking with them hundreds of billions of dollars’ worth of personal income, while red states enjoy a surge in new economic activity, according to a new database.
The release of a new database was announced by former Trump economic advisor Steve Moore and Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin on Thursday via Unleash Prosperity, a nonprofit that advocates supply-side economics.
The database, Vote With Your Feet, tracked the domestic migration of Americans from the decade of 2012 to 2022.
IRS data shows the movement of people within the United States and breaks the migration down in terms of aggregated gross income (AGI) either gained or lost as people move between states. (Read more)

5. DOJ Goes Nuclear on Anti-Trump Judge Boasberg - PJ Media
You may recall U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, the Obama appointee who was “randomly” assigned to one major Trump-related case after another, each time ruling against President Donald Trump with no regard for constitutional boundaries. His pattern of judicial overreach has become impossible to ignore.
While early efforts to impeach him stalled in Congress, the tide is turning. His abuse of power, which other Democrat-appointed judges have mirrored, prompted the Supreme Court to step in and curb the rampant misuse of nationwide injunctions.

The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, chaired by Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), released a damning final report exposing severe failures by the US Secret Service during the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump. The 54-page document outlines repeated denials of essential security requests such as counter-snipers and anti-drone technology. Despite early warnings—including a sighting of a man with a rangefinder 25 minutes before the shooting—communications broke down. Critical intelligence was not relayed, positioning the Secret Service as sluggish, disjointed, and unprepared.
Senator Paul blasted the agency for allowing the President to walk “into a death trap.” Six agents were suspended, but none were fired. Some were even promoted. Accountability appears to have taken a holiday. These facts, while unsettling, open the door to an unthinkable possibility—was it mere incompetence, or something darker? Some on the right now ask: Could members of the Biden administration, the Democratic Party, or rogue elements of the Secret Service have quietly looked the other way? New Details Emerge on Obama’s Role in Russiagate Scandal

Hello, this is Victor Davis Hanson for The Daily Signal. I’d like to talk about the ongoing melodrama of what former President Barack Obama knew or did not know in his involvement with Russian collusion, the hoax that plagued the Donald Trump 2016 campaign, tried to undermine his transition in 2016 and 2017, and ate up the first 22 months of his presidency in 2017 and 2018, and was found to be completely bogus.
There are three blind mice involved in this tale: John Brennan, the former CIA director; James Clapper, the former director of national intelligence; and James Comey, the former FBI director. And they all have new manifestations of their untruthfulness.
Let’s start with John Brennan. He’s very angry right now because the trove that was released by National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard of new documents and investigations may or may not have criminal referrals come out of them, and Attorney General Pam Bondi may file new charges.
The problem that Brennan has is that he went to a meeting and he presented a false picture of CIA assessments.
The so-called CIA heads of various divisions found no Russian collusion. They said to John Brennan, “There’s nothing there that we can see that Donald Trump colluded with the Russians.” He rejected that, cherry-picked four or five other analysts, and then presented a false picture to Barack Obama. Or did he? Or did Barack Obama request that he do that? It’ll be “he said, he said,” but it’s more likely that Barack Obama asked John Brennan to come up with the correct CIA assessments.
Then we come to James Clapper. He was sitting at this meeting in December of 2016, where he gave a false assessment and he misrepresented what the 18 intelligence agencies under his direction had found.
They had not found Russian collusion, and yet he participated in this. He went so far as later to thanking and giving credit to Barack Obama for demanding that they find Russian collusion. He said, “If he hadn’t have ordered us to do this, we wouldn’t have found it.” I.e., the subtext is, “There was no evidence in our intelligence agency for it, so we concocted it on the directive of Barack Obama.”
Then we come to James Comey. He also says that he had really nothing to do with the Steele dossier. The fact is, he was completely acquainted with it. He offered, his FBI offered a million dollars. They were so desperate to validate it. They said to Christopher Steele, “Just give us some proof. We can use this. We’ll give you a million dollars.” He couldn’t even come up with the substantive arguments to corroborate his own dossier, so he didn’t get the million dollars.
More importantly, James Comey has a problem. He leaked, on an FBI device, a conversation he had memorialized to The New York Times via a third party.
James Comey, remember, went before the House Oversight Committee, as I said earlier, and lied 245 times. If you say, “I don’t remember, I don’t recall, I don’t know,”—can you imagine an FBI director with all that knowledge at his fingertips saying, “I don’t remember, I don’t know,” about the most important investigation in recent history?
Let’s sum up these three blind mice. There’s new evidence that Barack Obama asked intelligence, investigatory heads—like John Brennan, like James Clapper and James Comey—to “find me evidence that you haven’t found yet so that we can continue the Russian collusion hoax after it was ineffective in the campaign, Hillary Clinton lost the election. Now we want to sabotage.” This is the subtext of the transition and his presidency. “You go back—we only have a few weeks left, I’m a lame-duck president—and bring me the right assessments.”
And that’s exactly what they did, and that’s why they’re terrified that new information is coming forth that suggests to the American people what they did and how they were culpable. (Daily Signal) Read more here.

A 5-Word Legislative Fix Could Help Quell Riots

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, better known as RICO, is housed squarely in the middle of the federal criminal code at 18 U.S.C. Section 1961. Passed into law in 1970 as part of the Organized Crime Control Act, it is designed to give federal prosecutors the tools to go after entire criminal enterprises by targeting their structure, operation, and funding, rather than just going after individual criminal actors.
By including rioting as an activity that falls under RICO, Cruz’s amendment would add a much-needed punch to the powerful statute designed to deter organized criminal enterprises and punish those who fund them.
If the amendment becomes law, it will enable the federal government to use RICO to investigate and prosecute not only those people who qualify as federal rioters but also those organizations and individuals who are funding the violent riots across the country. As opposed to charging individuals with violations of the riot act, the government will be able to charge the organizers, funders, and logistical supporters of rioters as a group for violating RICO.
This amendment not only makes common sense, it should garner bipartisan support. Federal rioting is already a crime. The Justice Department has used the RICO statute effectively against left-wing and right-wing criminal enterprises alike. (Daily Signal) [edited] Read more.

'Turn ceasefire into lasting peace': UK's Starmer to lay out plan for Palestinian state recognition

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is expected to announce a peace plan that will reportedly include recognition of a Palestinian State, the Telegraph reported on Monday.
Starmer will introduce the plan to the US and Arab states within the next week, the Telegraph noted, adding that it will focus on steps to “turn a ceasefire into lasting peace.”
The report comes after US President Donald Trump said that he believed that there was “real starvation” in the Gaza Strip.
Ahead of a Monday meeting at Trump’s Turnberry golf course, the US president stressed that he would not be taking a position on the issue.

France on Tuesday failed in its attempt to rally all participants at the UN Conference on the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution in New York to call on countries to recognize a Palestinian state.
A document presented to the participating countries and obtained by The Jerusalem Post, read: “We, the foreign ministers of countries that have recognized Palestine as a state or have expressed our willingness to do so, call on other countries around the world to join the call to recognize Palestine as a state.”
The failed event took place at a closed-door meeting of foreign ministers who attended the conference in New York. The French delegation, led by Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot, presented the proposal to the participants, but in some cases, it was not well received. (Read more)

Report: Armed Citizen Helps Subdue Michigan Walmart Mass Stabber

An armed citizen helped subdue the attacker who stabbed 11 people in a Traverse City, Michigan, Walmart on Saturday around 5 p.m., according to the New York Post.
WDIV reported that the 11 stabbing victims were transported to Munson Medical Center for treatment. Four of the victims were in serious condition and seven were in fair condition.
NewsNation noted that the stabbing occurred in the checkout area of the Walmart.
CNN pointed out that a Marine, Matt Kolakowski, was in the store and began chasing the attacker on foot when another man, who was also a Marine, pulled a gun and used it to help subdue the attacker.
Kolakowski said, “The other Marine told me that he just went shooting at a range, and he forgot to take his pistol off his hip. That’s what it all came down to.”
Another shopper, Chris O’Brien, commented on the Marine who pulled the handgun, saying, “The guy that had the gun showed great restraint, because I think everyone else would have pulled the trigger.” (Breitbart) Read more here.

1,000-Foot Tall ‘Mega-Tsunami’ Could Hit West Coast, Experts Warn

For most residents of the world, particularly in California, the threat of a gigantic earthquake is always looming – one that would devastate communities, upend life as we know it, cause billions in damage, and take with it untold multitudes of casualties.
Scary stuff. But with some earthquakes, there’s also the aftermath, aka tsunamis. And scientists have been looking at one specific fault line off the west coast of North America, with regards to its imminent shifting, and the resulting, potential “mega-tsunami.”
A recent study from the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences looked at the Cascadia Subduction Zone, an offshore fault line that stretches from North Vancouver Island in Canada to Cape Mendocino in California. The team primarily looked at the flood risks, coupled with sea level rise, in relation to the Cascadia Subduction Zone.
According to the study, there’s a 15% chance of a rupture in the Cascadia Subduction Zone in the next 50 years, and a 29% chance by the year 2100. Read More
