Hundreds of Israel365 members from across the globe gathered online Tuesday evening for a gripping special briefing titled “The Iran War as the Dawn of Universal Zionism,” as dramatic developments unfolded in real time across the Middle East. With Israeli and American forces actively striking targets deep inside Iran, the Israel365 community logged on from Amsterdam to Latin America, hungry for clarity, context, and hope amid the most consequential military confrontation the region has seen in decades.
The webinar was hosted by Rabbi Tuly Weisz, founder of Israel365 and author of the newly released Universal Zionism, and featured Knesset Member Ohad Tal of the Religious Zionist Party and Sagiv Asulin, a former senior intelligence officer and Iran expert at the Jerusalem Center for Security and Foreign Affairs (JCFA).
A 500-Year-Old Prophecy and Today’s Headlines
MK Ohad Tal, who chairs the Religious Zionist faction in the Knesset, opened with a theological perspective that drew audible resonance from the online audience. Describing his own journey from a secular upbringing to religious Zionism, he cited the miraculous return of the Jewish people to their homeland after two thousand years as the defining spiritual fact of the modern era.
“There is no precedent in human history to a nation that was killed and scattered to the four corners of the world and returned back to its homeland,” Tal said. “And I always asked myself — what is the purpose?”
From Defense to Offense: The Strategic Transformation
Rabbi Weisz pressed MK Tal on the broader strategic shift Israel has undergone since October 7th, noting the almost surreal nature of the current moment: Israeli and American pilots flying integrated missions, conducting strikes two thousand kilometers from Israel’s borders, with the Secretary of Defense declaring that “the two best militaries in the world” are fighting side by side.
Tal credited a remarkable convergence of events — from the Russia-Ukraine war occupying Moscow’s attention, to the fall of Assad in Syria, to the Houthis inadvertently training Israel for long-range precision strikes — as the hand of providence aligning conditions for this moment. “If all that had not happened,” he said, “we would not have had the ability to perform the incredible miracles we are seeing today.”
He was equally blunt about the pre-October 7th strategy of deterrence and economic inducement toward Hamas: “We’ve learned in the hardest way possible that this bully is not going to leave us alone. The biggest disease Western civilization suffers from is being willing to pay with our future to buy peace and quiet in the present.”
The 8th Front: Winning the Information War
Asulin closed the webinar with a sobering assessment of what he calls the “8th front” — the war of public perception, social media, lawfare, and influence operations. While Israel is winning decisively on all seven kinetic fronts, he argued, it is losing badly on this eighth one.
“Trillions of dollars have been poured into a well-organized campaign — led by Iran, Qatar, and Russia — that humankind has never seen anything like,” Asulin said, describing a coordinated alliance between radical Islamist movements and progressive activist networks that he sees as systematically eroding Western civilization from within.
His prescription: Israel must formally declare the information war an official national security threat, and must build a broad alliance with the hundreds of millions of non-Jewish Zionists — particularly evangelical Christians — who share a stake in Western civilization’s survival.
“We have between 600 and 800 million non-Jewish Zionists who could be great partners,” Asulin said. “But we must raise the flag of leading Western civilization to survive — not simply recruit them to fight anti-Semitism on our behalf. From Simchat Torah to Shavuot (Pentecost): IDF Timeline Suggests War Could End on Key Biblical Holiday

Israel’s current war, which began with the Hamas terrorist massacre on the holiday Simchat Torah, has unfolded along a path marked by the Jewish calendar. Now senior Israeli military officials say the fighting in the north could continue until Shavuot, the holiday that commemorates the giving of the Bible at Mount Sinai.
A senior military official in the Northern Command recently told reserve soldiers stationed in the eastern sector of the Lebanon border that Israel’s campaign against Hezbollah may continue for several more weeks.
“The expectation is that the war in the north and the efforts to eliminate and strike Hezbollah could continue until the holiday of Shavuot,” the officer said during a closed briefing, according to reporting by Ynet and Yedioth Ahronoth. “Our mission is one — to defend the northern communities and the country’s border.”
He stressed that the timeline was not set in stone.
“We will remain here as long as necessary. Our mission is ongoing and not limited to any specific timeframe.”

Iran's Islamic Crescent May Be Over But Guess Who is Waiting in the Wings?

Tehran's infamous "doomsday clock" was designed to count down to the annihilation of Israel in the year 2040. Instead, it appears finally to have ceased operating at the 2026 mark, along with many leaders of Iran's extremist Islamic regime.
The irony of Iran's rout by its two most-hated enemies -- the "Great Satan" United States and the "Little Satan" Israel -- must be seismic in Iran's major centers, where much of the civilian population openly celebrates, not the end of Israel as intended by Shia clerics, but, instead, the hoped-for final days of an apparently much-hated regime.
Israel long sought to destroy the clock's prominence in Tehran's Palestine Square, and has now succeeded in eliminating most of Iran's military and propaganda infrastructure.
Israel and the US have thwarted Iran's plans to liquidate Israel and the US from the Earth and have stopped the late despotic "Supreme Leader" Ali Khamenei's dream of a Shia Islamic Caliphate dominating the Middle East and beyond.
While it is safe to say Iran's intended Caliphate is now a passing dream, the ideological void will doubtless be filled by Turkey, which seems to hanker for either a resurrected Ottoman Empire or a neo-Ottoman form of national Islamist dominance. Abba, we need Your help with Turkey, just as we did Iran. Father God, we ask for Your intervention in Turkey before it becomes another Iran. We ask You to send out the Holy Spirit and His warrior angels to begin undermining the Islamic strongholds where Allah is worshiped instead of You. The Silence in the Pulpit: When Pastors Stop Preaching on Bible Prophecy
|
|
Across much of the modern church landscape, a curious silence has settled over the pulpit. It is not the silence of reverence or reflection, but the silence of avoidance. Entire portions of Scripture--especially those dealing with the future--are quietly bypassed, rarely explained, and almost never preached through in a systematic way. Topics such as the Rapture, the Tribulation, the Antichrist, the coming Kingdom, and the return of Christ have gradually disappeared from many Sunday morning sermons.
For generations of believers, this silence would have been almost unimaginable. Earlier pastors regularly preached through prophetic books such as Daniel, Ezekiel, Zechariah, and Revelation. Entire sermon series were devoted to the signs of the times and the promises of Christ's return. The expectation of the Lord's coming was not viewed as fringe theology--it was central to the Christian hope.
Today, however, many pastors avoid prophecy altogether.
In some churches, prophetic passages are simply skipped when preaching through books of the Bible. In others, the subject is acknowledged but treated as too controversial or too complicated to address publicly. Still others dismiss prophecy as speculative theology that distracts from what they consider more "practical" aspects of Christian living.
The result is that many believers now sit in churches for years without ever hearing a sermon on the prophetic portions of Scripture.
This shift is significant because prophecy is not a minor theme in the Bible. Scholars often note that roughly one-third of Scripture contains prophetic material. From Genesis to Revelation, God repeatedly reveals His plans for the future. The biblical story moves toward a climactic conclusion in which Christ returns, judges evil, and establishes His kingdom.
Yet in many congregations, this massive portion of God's Word remains largely unexplored.

Abba, there is much truth in this article, so much so that it is heartbreaking! For years, denominations have defined themselves by "which scriptures they believe or don't believe" and yet, Rev 22:18, has much to say about adding to or removing scriptures from His book. I believe the adding and removing are not specific verses but the concepts that are in those verses. We ask Your forgiveness for allowing the fear of man to make our decisions, for guiding how Your shepherds write their sermons, for being sheep that are content with keeping the status quo.
Jesus, we need to be taught the "totality of Your Word", not just what we think is right, or easy or whatever basis we use to decide. Holy Spirit, pour out revival across our nation and the world, we desperately need a new infilling of Jesus, of Holy Spirit. of Father God, of Truth. We ask this in the name Elohim, God Creator, Mighty and Strong, the God who spoke the world into being.

1. Netanyahu: ‘We are winning and Iran is being decimated’ - JNS
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared on Thursday that the United States and Israel are decimating the Iranian regime in their joint military campaign that began on Feb. 28.
“Israel has never been stronger and Iran has never been weaker,” Netanyahu said in an address to the nation in Jerusalem relayed live by Israeli and foreign media on the 20th day of the war. “We are winning and Iran is being decimated. Iran’s missile and drone arsenal is being massively degraded and will be destroyed. Hundreds of their launchers have been destroyed. Their stockpiles of missiles are being hit hard and so are the industries that produce them. That’s important.”

2. Five sirens in one hour: Missiles launched from Iran, damage in Shfaram and Kiryat Ata - Israel National News
Sirens were sounded five times within an hour on Thursday evening, following missile launches from Iran. Four of the sirens were in the Jerusalem and Sharon areas, and one in Haifa and the Galilee.
No injuries or missile impacts were reported in Jerusalem.
The missile launched towards Haifa was a cluster missile. Teams were dispatched to search an area where shrapnel fell near an uninhabited structure in Kiryat Ata. In Shfaram, damage was recorded due to shrapnel impact. No injuries were reported.
Israel Railways reported that shrapnel fell in an operational railway compound in the northern region. A small fire broke out following the impact and it was extinguished quickly. No injuries were reported. (Read more)

3. Iranian missile strikes Haifa refineries - Israel Hayom
Cleared for publication: an Iranian missile from the latest barrage struck the Haifa oil refineries at two sites within the compound. No hazardous materials were involved.
Fifteen fire and rescue teams from the Coastal District are currently operating at the scene, where interception debris impacts were identified following the latest barrage. The forces are conducting extensive sweeps of the area and working to extinguish a fire that broke out at the site. In parallel, the teams cordoned off the scene and are carrying out monitoring operations to investigate a suspected hazardous materials incident. As of now, no casualties have been reported.
Missile fragments also struck a high-voltage power line, causing temporary blackouts in the Krayot area. The Israel Electric Corporation restored power to residential buildings quickly, though supply had not yet been fully restored to all industrial zones as of this report.

According to IDF sources, the campaign has included more than 10,000 Israeli strikes alongside at least 8,000 carried out by the United States.

A U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission fact sheet says that the two countries are working to “undermine the U.S.-led global order.”
Amid the war in the Middle East, China has provided Iran with offensive drones, rocket fuel-related chemicals and satellite navigation support in a “less restrained” approach to ties with the regime, according to a new fact sheet from the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission, an independent body that advises Congress.
After U.S. strikes on the Islamic Republic began on Feb. 28, China “allowed two state-owned Iranian vessels in a Chinese port to be loaded with sodium perchlorate, which is used in solid rocket fuel for missiles,” per the March 16 fact sheet.
“China enables Iran to mitigate global sanctions through trade and financial networks, technology transfers and dual-use trade,” per the report. “Chinese banks, front companies and intermediary firms facilitate oil transactions, the shadow fleet that transports Iranian oil, access to controlled technologies that support Iran’s missile and drone programs and money laundering that enables it all.” Read more

2. AI Insiders Warn of Dangers of ‘Emergent Strategic Behavior’ – The Epoch Times
Is AI deliberately deceptive? That’s beside the point, researchers say.
As the landscape of autonomous artificial intelligence (AI) systems evolves, there is growing concern that the technology is becoming increasingly strategic—or even deceptive—when allowed to operate without human guidance.
Recent evidence suggests that behaviors such as “alignment faking” are becoming more common as AI models are given autonomy. The term alignment faking refers to when an AI agent appears compliant with rules set by human operators but covertly pursues other objectives.
The phenomenon is an example of “emergent strategic behavior”—unpredictable and potentially harmful tactics that evolve as AI systems become bigger and more complex.
In a recent study titled “Agents of Chaos,” a team of 20 researchers interacted with autonomous AI agents and observed behavior under both “benign” and “adversarial” conditions.
They found that when an AI agent was given incentives such as self-preservation or conflicting goal metrics, it proved itself capable of misaligned and malicious behaviors.
Some of the behaviors the team observed included lying, unauthorized compliance with nonowners, data breaches, destructive system-level actions, identity “spoofing,” and partial system takeover. They also observed cross-AI agent propagation of “unsafe practices.” Read more

3. Teacher Who Resigned Over DEI Says "Ideological Takeover" Is Getting Worse – ZeroHedge
In a recently released NY Post op-ed, teacher Dana Stangel-Plowe described why she publicly resigned from the Dwight-Englewood School in 2021 after witnessing what she calls an ideological takeover of K-12 education.
She writes that the shift began after faculty trainings on privilege and the hiring of a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) officer whose goal was to “transform” the school. According to the op-ed, DEI ideology soon spread through curriculum, faculty training, and student programming, with concepts like systemic oppression treated as unquestionable and some traditional authors labeled “dead white males” and removed from core coursework.
Stangel-Plowe argues the environment discouraged open debate, with students afraid to speak freely and teachers privately hesitant to challenge the new orthodoxy. After raising concerns internally without response, she resigned publicly.

4. 200,000 Immigrant Truck Drivers Begin Losing Licenses Under New Trump Admin Rule – ZeroHedge
About 200,000 immigrant truck drivers in the United States could lose their commercial driver’s licenses once they expire under a new rule backed by the administration of Donald Trump, according to VNY.
Which leads us...and everybody else to ask: we had 200,000 immigrant truck drivers in the United States?
But we digress. The policy bars asylum seekers, refugees, and participants in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program from obtaining commercial driver’s licenses. It is part of a wider crackdown on foreign truck drivers following several high-profile crashes last summer.
Experts warn the change could further strain the trucking industry, which already faces labor shortages while handling the majority of freight in the United States. Trucks transport more than 70% of the country’s cargo, but the sector struggles with long hours, relatively low pay, dangerous road conditions, and extended time away from home. As many American workers leave the field, immigrants have increasingly filled those roles.

Lord God, we thank You that You have given us a president whose heartcry is to keep our people safe, both at home and on the roads. We thank You that the authorities are now taking action to remove all unlicensed and unqualifed truck drivers from our roads, and we call forth others who are indeed qualified to drive these rigs safely to their destinations. Once again, we thank You for giving us a king who truly cares for the well-being of his people! In Jesus' name, we offer this prayer, amen and amen!

The family farm has been one of the quiet pillars holding up the American republic. It is not merely a way to produce food, it is a way to sustain communities, preserve land, and pass down values from one generation to the next. The numbers tell the story clearly. According to the US Department of Agriculture, roughly 96 percent of all farms in the United States are family owned, and these farms produce about 83 percent of the nation’s agricultural output. In other words, when Americans sit down to eat, most of what is on the table came from land worked by families, not corporations. The family farm is not a relic of the past. It remains the backbone of America’s food system and rural economy, but there are grave threats.
Concerns are growing about pressures that could push family farms out of the marketplace. Investigations and industry reports have pointed to heavy consolidation in agricultural processing industries. One undercover report highlighted that four large beef packers, Tyson, JBS, Cargill, and National Beef, control roughly 80 percent of the US beef market, leaving ranchers with limited bargaining power and tighter margins. When markets concentrate in the hands of a few corporations, the people raising cattle or growing crops often receive a shrinking share of the value. Farmers already receive only a fraction of the retail price consumers pay for food, making it increasingly difficult for small operations to survive. Hawaii braces for second Kona storm in a week with renewed flooding after historic rainfall

A new kona storm will bring more rain to Hawaii just days after historic rainfall, increasing the risk of flash flooding, mudslides and travel disruptions across the islands through the weekend.

As parts of Hawaii recover from up to 50 inches of rain from a Kona storm less than a week ago, a new storm is developing nearby and will bring additional rain to the islands through the weekend, raising the risk of flash flooding, mudslides and major disruptions to outdoor plans.
A Kona storm, or Kona low, is an area of low pressure that forms west to northwest of Hawaii during the cool season (November through March) and often taps into subtropical moisture. These storms are typically slow-moving but can vary in rainfall, wind and duration across all or part of the islands.
On average, one to two Kona storms affect Hawaii each season. However, it is extremely rare for two Kona storms to impact the islands within the same month, especially in the span of a week.
The Kona storm that affected Hawaii from March 10–16 was extreme. Every major island in the chain received at least a foot of rain from the storm. The storm was especially impactful because heavy rain fell in areas typically sheltered by the persistent northeast trade winds’ rain shadow.
Honolulu, Kailua, Lahaina, Hilo, Lihue, Kahului, Lanai City and Kaunakakai, Hawaii, received many times their typical March rainfall from the Kona storm about a week ago.
From March 1–18, Honolulu recorded 10.10 inches of rain, compared to a historical monthly average of 2.36 inches. As of March 18, this ranks as the fourth rainiest March on record.
