2,000 Young People Encounter God at All-Night Prayer Gathering
|
|
Signs of a spiritual shift are becoming more evident in the United Kingdom as young people flock to churches in search of healing, freedom and deliverance. In the latest evidence that the tide is turning, more than 2,000 young people gathered to seek God in an all-night prayer and worship event. As CBN News has been reporting recently, the U.K. was a difficult place to share the Gospel for decades, but that has been changing due to what some are calling a “Quiet Revival.”
“In the last 6 years, the Brits have seen identifying as a Christian and church attendance amongst 18-24 year-olds increase from 4% to 16% and amongst 25-34 year-olds from 4% to 13%!! This a part of what is being called ‘The Quiet Revival’ in the U.K,” explained Dave Ferguson, lead pastor of Community church, in a post on Instagram. Al Gordon, pastor of Saint Church, has been a part of leading a bimonthly prayer gathering in Britain that is at the forefront of this “spiritual awakening.” Just last weekend, more than 2,000 young adults packed out Saint Church’s Hackney location for the all-night prayer and worship event that was marked by worship, salvations, and “deep repentance.” (Charisma News) Read More Here

- Father God, we lift praise for what You are doing throughout the world! We celebrate this all-night prayer and worship event that touched the hearts of many for Christ. Continue to bring 'spiritual awakening' among younger generations through gatherings devoted to prayer, worship and a genuine spirit of repentance. We rebuke all strongholds of the enemy and declare an explosion of life-changing salvations, causing a harvest of new believers to spread the gospel to the nations! In Jesus mighty Name, Amen.
- "And he said to them, 'Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.'" (Mark 16:15)

House Reconciliation Bill Unveiled, Will Defund Planned Parenthood
|
|
The Energy and Commerce Committee has unveiled their portion of the reconciliation bill that Republicans plan to advance in Congress to cut the massive size of the federal government.
The good news for pro-life Americans is that the measure includes language to defund Planned Parenthood and Big Abortion.
Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, a leading pro-life group, celebrated the news.
“It’s time to stop forcing taxpayers to fund the Big Abortion industry. Thanks to Speaker Johnson and Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Brett Guthrie, this year’s budget reconciliation bill contains the commonsense language to make that happen,” said Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of SBA Pro-Life America in comments to LifeNews.com.
She continued: “Taxpayers should never be mandated to prop up an industry that profits from ending lives and harming women and girls. Take Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion chain. While their non-abortion services have sharply declined, abortions, transgender ‘treatments’ and political spending against Republicans are skyrocketing. While raking in close to $2 million a day in tax dollars, they are responsible for the deaths of almost 400,000 babies in a single year. Women and girls have also died on Planned Parenthood’s watch.”
Last week, a few Republicans in the House and Senate expressed their reservations about defunding Planned Parenthood within the budget bill. Asked about that, President Donald Trump expressed confidence that Republicans will resolve internal disagreements to advance legislation defunding Planned Parenthood.
“I don’t know yet. I have to see because you’re just telling me that for the first time, we’ll work something out,” Trump said in response.
The reconciliation process, which allows legislation to pass the Senate with a simple majority, offers Republicans a rare opportunity to strip federal funding from Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion business. Pro-life groups argue that taxpayer dollars, even if not directly funding abortions, indirectly subsidize Planned Parenthood’s operations, which include killing over 390,000 babies every year. - Thank You Jesus for this outstanding language to stop our tax dollars from going to pro-death agencies. We shout HalleluJah!!! May this measure pass through on angel's wings and let no pro-death Congressperson have any strength or voice to halt, hinder or obstruct its passage, in Jesus' mighty name. We stand for life and declare our Mighty God is the Author of Life, so Abba, we beseech You to track this bill to its victorious finish, in Your powerful and wonderful name.

Florida Troopers Now Federally Credentialed to Arrest Illegal Immigrants on Their Own
|
|
Florida is the first state to have its law enforcement officers credentialed.
Florida officials announced that 1,800 state Highway Patrol troopers are the first in the nation to receive federal credentials under an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agreement allowing them to arrest illegal immigrants on their own.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said at a press conference on May 12 that the state’s ongoing partnership with ICE included what is known as 287(g) agreements, where state and local law enforcement partner with ICE to help arrest and deport illegal immigrants.
The Florida Highway Patrol entered into a 287(g) task force model that gives them the power to arrest foreign nationals who are in the country illegally and place detainers on them during routine policing, such as traffic stops.
In essence, it allows local law enforcement to operate as an extension of ICE under federal supervision.
DeSantis encouraged other states to support President Donald Trump’s efforts to deport illegal immigrants, noting the success of Operation Tidal Wave. The recent joint federal-state operation arrested more than 1,100 illegal immigrants.
Some of those arrested included members of gangs such as MS-13 and Tren de Aragua, both designated as terrorist organizations by the Trump administration. (The Epoch TImes) Read more here.

- Thank You Father, for this common-sense agreement that Florida has entered into with ICE. It seems reasonable and logical and we pray for many more bad actors to be located and returned to their home countries, in Jesus name. We continue to lift up all law enforcement agencies and officers to You for Your care, covering and protection for their lives, in Jesus name.

As Turkey Hosts Ukraine–Russia Peace Talks, Trump Considers Stopping In
|
|
Citing battlefield carnage, Trump said he’s weighing a detour from his Gulf trip to attend the high-stakes Russia–Ukraine meeting.
President Donald Trump on May 12 raised the possibility of flying to Turkey later this week to join planned peace talks between Russia and Ukraine.
Trump, who is embarking on a diplomatic tour of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar, told reporters at the White House on May 12 that the meeting between Russia and Ukraine on May 15 could present a real opportunity for peace.
“I think you may have a good result out of the Thursday meeting in Turkey between Russia and Ukraine,” he said.
He also said he believes that both Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will attend.
“I was thinking about flying over,“ Trump said. ”I don’t know where I’m going to be on Thursday. I’ve got so many meetings, but I was thinking about actually flying over there. There’s a possibility of it, I guess, if I think things can happen—but we’ve got to get it done.”
Putin and Zelenskyy have both signaled their support for the talks in Turkey, and although the Ukrainian leader said he’s ready to attend, the Kremlin has not confirmed whether Putin will do so. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

- Mighty One, we pray for President Trump to be following Your lighted path for him, wherever he goes and that he will not be drawn to the right or to the left, in Jesus name. We pray for these peace negotiations to make progress and that both leaders will abide by their agreements, in Jesus' name. We thank You Father, for Your watchful eye over the affairs of men and that Your purposes for these nations (including Turkey) will be fulfilled and all other plans will fall to the ground, in Jesus' name.
- "He shall judge between many peoples, And rebuke strong nations afar off; They shall beat their swords into plowshares, And their spears into pruning hooks; Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, Neither shall they learn war anymore. But everyone shall sit under his vine and under his fig tree, And no one shall make them afraid; For the mouth of the Lord of Hosts has spoken." (Micah 4:3-4)

Trump targets massive investments in first
Middle East trip

President Trump's Persian Gulf tour is his first major foreign visit of his second term and comes amid regional war and nuclear talks
|
|
President Donald Trump is embarking this week on a high-stakes tour of the Persian Gulf region, targeting business deals and strategic partnerships with three oil-rich nations: Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar.
The trip marks Trump's first major foreign visit of his new term and comes as nuclear negotiations with Iran drag on and as war continues between Israel and the Palestinian terror organization, Hamas, in the Gaza Strip. While business is the official focus, the backdrop is anything but calm.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt described the mission as part of Trump’s broader vision that "extremism is defeated [through] commerce and cultural exchanges."
Under former President Joe Biden, U.S. relations with Gulf states cooled, particularly after Biden vowed to make Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman a "pariah" over the 2018 killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. But Trump has reversed course, embracing a more transactional approach that has warmed ties with regional leaders.
"The overall goal here is that the United States is reminding our Middle East allies that we're here to stay," said Gregg Roman, executive director of the Middle East Forum. "We’re here to promote our joint interests rather than the abandonment policies under the previous administration."
Big money, big expectations
Saudi Arabia has already pledged $600 billion in U.S. investments, spanning weapons purchases, technology transfers, artificial intelligence and the stock market. Trump has said he believes the Saudis may ultimately commit up to $1 trillion.
Itinerary: Three days, three power centers
Trump’s whirlwind Gulf visit begins Tuesday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he’ll headline the U.S.-Saudi Investment Forum alongside Saudi ministers, White House crypto czar David Sacks and other business leaders.
On Wednesday, he’ll attend a Gulf Cooperation Council meeting before flying to Qatar for talks with Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and a visit to the U.S. military’s Al Udeid Air Base.
Thursday’s final stop is Abu Dhabi, where Trump will meet UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.(Fox News) Read more here.

- Lord God, in the midst of this very exciting news, we continue to lift up President Trump -- that he be protected throughout these journeys. We claim the promises of Psalm 91 for him every day that he is out of the country. In Your Name, Abba, we offer this prayer. Amen.

1. Smotrich: Israel will not ‘commit suicide’ for ties with Riyadh - JNS
Israeli-Saudi normalization will only happen through the “peace for peace” formula and not by establishing a Palestinian “terror state,” Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich reiterated on Monday.
“We think normalization is a good thing and in our mutual interest, both for us and for the Saudis—mainly the Saudis,” Smotrich told JNS during the weekly faction meeting of his Religious Zionism Party in Jerusalem.
According to the minister, “the Middle East is divided into the Iranian axis of evil and its proxies, and the moderate axis that sides with the West, with the U.S., and promises liberty, freedom and security.”
“There’s huge development potential for the entire Middle East here. If we subdue evil and wickedness—which we have been doing for a year and a half and will continue to do, we need to—we’ll build completely different alliances here based on real peace and values,” he said. (Read more)

2. As Israeli negotiators head to Doha, PM assures coalition - Times of Israel
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held a call with coalition party chiefs on Monday, reportedly trying to assure them that Israel wasn’t going to agree to end the war before Hamas is defeated after he agreed to a request from the Trump administration to send a negotiating team to Doha in order to jumpstart long-stalled hostage negotiations with the terror group.
Netanyahu agreed to the US request after meeting with US special envoy to the Mideast Steve Witkoff and holding a brief phone call with President Donald Trump after Hamas released American-Israeli hostage Edan Alexander from 584 days in captivity. Hamas released Alexander in what has been characterized as a gesture of goodwill to Trump after the group received assurances from a third-party mediator that the step would go a long way with Washington, opening the door to the administration potentially coaxing Israel to end the war in Gaza.
But Netanyahu told coalition partners that he won’t budge from his refusal to end the war before Hamas’s military and governing capabilities have been completely dismantled, according to multiple Hebrew media reports. (Read more)

2. US Inflation Slows to Lowest Level Since February 2021 - The Epoch Times
The U.S. annual inflation rate eased to its lowest level in more than four years, even as President Donald Trump’s tariffs started stretching throughout the U.S. economy. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the annual inflation rate declined to 2.3 percent in April, from 2.4 percent in March. This represented the third consecutive monthly slowdown and the lowest reading since February 2021. This came in below economists’ expectations of 2.4 percent.
On a monthly basis, the consumer price index (CPI) rose by 0.2 percent. Core inflation, which removes the volatile energy and food components, was unchanged at 2.8 percent. The core CPI was in line with the consensus forecast. (Read more)

3. RINO Thom Tillis Blasts Trump’s Plan to Slash Drug Prices — Calls ‘Most Favored Nation’ Policy “Shortsighted, Unsustainable” Despite Soaring Prescription Costs for Americans - The Gateway Pundit
RINO Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC) openly rebuked President Trump’s bold new plan to slash sky-high prescription drug prices during a Senate hearing on Pharmacy Benefit Managers and Drug Pricing.
During a heated Senate hearing on Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) and drug pricing, Tillis took aim at Trump’s executive order, calling the “Most Favored Nation” (MFN) policy “shortsighted” and “unsustainable.”
Rather than stand with working Americans crushed by obscene prescription costs, Tillis chose to parrot talking points straight from the pharmaceutical lobby’s playbook. (Read more)

4. SCOOP: Democrats who 'stormed' Newark ICE facility could be stripped of committees in new House bill - Fox News
FIRST ON FOX: A Republican lawmaker is moving to have three of his Democratic colleagues removed from their House committees after they were accused of "storming" a federal detention facility in defense of illegal immigrants in New Jersey.
Rep. Buddy Carter, R-Ga., introduced a resolution on Tuesday to strip Reps. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., Bonnie Watson Coleman, D-N.J., and LaMonica McIver, D-N.J., of their committee assignments. The New Jersey Democrats were part of a group of protesters who rushed into Delaney Hall Detention Center after the gates opened for a bus carrying a group of detainees into the facility.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) accused them of breaking in and risking the safety of both law enforcement and detainees for what it called a political stunt. The lawmakers and their supporters, however, maintained they were exercising their constitutional duty and accused ICE agents of assaulting McIver and Watson Coleman.
"The radical left has lost their minds – they would rather raid an ICE facility to defend criminal illegal immigrants than represent their own constituents," Carter told Fox News Digital of his legislation.
"This behavior constitutes an assault on our brave ICE agents and undermines the rule of law. The three members involved in this stunt do not deserve to sit on committees alongside serious lawmakers."
DHS said in a statement after the incident Friday, "These members of Congress storming into a detention facility goes beyond bizarre political stunt and puts the safety of our law enforcement agents and the detainees at risk."
"Members of Congress are not above the law and cannot illegally break into detention facilities. Had these members requested a tour, we would have facilitated a tour of the facility," DHS said. (Read more)

We call for a full stop to this disgusting behavior in support of violent criminals by the democratic party, in Jesus name and we also pray for criminal indictments for every single lawbreaker. We are a nation of laws and we pray for our laws to be obeyed and the punishments to be justly meted out.
- "Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, But such as keep the law contend with them. Evil men do not understand justice, But those who seek the Lord understand all." (Proverbs 28:4-5)

5. Supreme Court to Hear Case on Trump’s Order Ending Birthright Citizenship - Breitbart
The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) is set to hear a case on whether President Donald Trump has the authority to end the nation’s anchor baby policy, whereby the U.S.-born children of illegal aliens and other foreign nationals are awarded birthright American citizenship.
Immediately after taking office, Trump signed an executive order to end birthright citizenship for the U.S.-born children of illegal aliens — a policy once also opposed by Democrats. About 250,000 anchor babies are born every year in the United States, anchoring their illegal alien parents in the country.
In response, CASA Inc., which is partially funded by Alex and George Soros’s network, and the Asylum Seeker Advocacy Project sued to block the executive order. Four district court judges have halted the order.
On May 15, Trump’s Department of Justice (DOJ) will argue to SCOTUS that lower courts have gone far beyond their jurisdiction by blocking the order, while CASA Inc. and the Asylum Seeker Advocacy Project will argue that the president does not have the authority to end birthright citizenship. - Holy King, we lift up the Supreme Court to You and ask for Your intervention in their lives, hearts and decision-making, in Jesus name. We pray for every member to overcome their personal aspirations and goals in order to make Godly, righteous decisions in every case, according to our Constitution and the law. We stand in opposition to the unrighteous mammon that has infiltrated so much of our nation, such as the agencies opposing President Trump at every turn. We pray for victory in this case and every other righteous lawsuit, in Jesus' name.
- "The Lord shall judge the peoples; Judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness, And according to my integrity within me. Oh, let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end, But establish the just; For the righteous God tests the hearts and minds." (Psalm 7:8-9)

6. David Hogg slams 'fast-track' effort to oust him as DNC vice chair - Fox News
Democratic National Committee (DNC) Vice Chair David Hogg on Monday slammed the Credentials Committee's decision to elevate a procedural challenge to his leadership position as the "first steps to remove me from my position," amid an ongoing intraparty dispute.
"While this vote was based on how the DNC conducted its officers’ elections, which I had nothing to do with, it is also impossible to ignore the broader context of my work to reform the party which loomed large over this vote," Hogg said, as he described a country "in crisis" and a Democratic Party "asleep at the wheel."
"I ran to be DNC Vice Chair to help make the Democratic Party better, not to defend an indefensible status quo that has caused voters in almost every demographic group to move away from us. The DNC has pledged to remove me, and this vote has provided an avenue to fast-track that effort," Hogg said after the DNC Credentials Committee voted on Monday to elevate a vote challenging the vice chairs' leadership positions.
Kalyn Free, a longtime Democratic Party activist, submitted a complaint following the DNC's Feb. 1 officer elections, in which Hogg and Malcolm Kenyatta were elected vice chairs. Free alleged in her complaint that the DNC's tabulation method violated the charter's provision and parliamentary procedure and "discriminated against three women of color candidates." (Read more)
|
|
- God of Justice, we pray for Your mighty hand to bring righteousness in this matter. It seems to be another case of a stolen election due to incorrect tabulation methods. This process is so unscrupulous in the way that David Hogg is being treated by the committee, since he is the wrong gender and color. Once again, we have a front seat to witness a candidate's overthrow by democratic party coup. Holy One, we pray for an end to such unrighteous actions and a stop to this pattern of manipulating legitimate elections, in Jesus name.
- "Because your rage against Me and your tumult Have come up to My ears, Therefore I will put My hook in your nose and My bridle in your lips, And I will turn you back By the way which you came." (Isaiah 37:29)

Miracles in Modern Times
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, May 13, 2025
In a world that feels like it’s changing by the minute—economically, politically, and morally—there is one unshakable constant: Jesus Christ. Hebrews 13:8 says, “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today and forever.” He is the same miracle-working Savior today that He was when He walked the hills of Galilee. And while modern life may cloud our vision, His power and presence are still unmistakably real. Just last month in Togo, West Africa, that truth was made clear. In some of the most impoverished communities—many dominated by idolatry and spiritual darkness—something extraordinary happened. For four straight Sundays, a team of believers brought hot meals to children who often go days without eating.
Despite scarce resources, they were able to feed 400 children each week. What’s more, those same children heard the message of salvation in Christ. All who came received Him—and many of their parents did as well. This wasn’t a large crusade or a flashy campaign. It was the Gospel lived out: the hands and feet of Christ moving humbly but powerfully through willing servants. And while food met a physical need, it was the spiritual transformation that marked a true miracle. This is particularly so because many of the children came from homes and households that practiced idol worship. But the story doesn’t end there. Only a short distance from where these children were fed sits the world’s largest voodoo market—a central hub for idol worship that influences homes throughout the region. Read More

Federal judge allows IRS to share illegal alien data with DHS in court win for Trump
|
|
|
A federal judge on Monday denied an injunction request to prevent the Department of Homeland Security and Internal Revenue Service from partnering to permit U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (ICE) to access taxpayer information to locate illegal immigrants subject to deportation.
The order by U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich came amid a lawsuit by Centro de Trabajadores Unidos and other immigrant-rights groups against Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.
"Plaintiffs Centro de Trabajadores Unidos, Immigrant Solidarity DuPage, Somos Un Pueblo Unido, and Inclusive Action for the City bring this action seeking declaratory and injunctive relief to prevent the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) from sharing personal tax information with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for immigration enforcement purposes. Before the Court is the plaintiffs’ Motion for Preliminary Injunction, Dkt. 28. For the reasons that follow, the Court will deny the motion."
"At its core, this case presents a narrow legal issue: Does the Memorandum of Understanding between the IRS and DHS violate the Internal Revenue Code? It does not," the order continued.
Nonprofits Centro de Trabajadores Unidos and Immigrant Solidarity DuPage, representing immigrant workers in the Chicago area, brought the lawsuit against Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent, the IRS, and Commissioner of Internal Revenue Melanie Krause, seeking to block the disclosure of personal information of taxpayers and other confidential tax records to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for immigration enforcement purposes.
In a statement to Fox News Digital, Tricia McLaughlin, the DHS assistant secretary of public affairs, said information sharing across all federal agencies to identify illegal immigrants is essential in order to "determine what public safety and terror threats may exist so we can neutralize them, scrub these individuals from voter rolls, as well as identify what public benefits these aliens are using at taxpayer expense."
"Under President Trump’s leadership, the government is finally doing what it should have all along—sharing information across the federal government to solve problems," she said. "Biden not only allowed millions of illegal aliens—including gang members, suspected terrorists, and violent criminals—to flood into our country, but he also lost them due to incompetence and improper processing." Trump, Crown Prince Sign $600B Economic Deal
|
|
|
President Donald Trump and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, known as MbS, signed a $600 billion strategic economic partnership agreement in Riyadh during Trump's regional visit Tuesday.
The partnership includes agreements for energy, mining, and defense.
Trump was kicking off a four-day Middle East trip with a focus on dealmaking with a key Mideast ally while shared concerns about Iran's nuclear program and the war in Gaza dragged on in the background.
MbS, the Saudi de facto ruler, warmly greeted Trump as he stepped off Air Force One at King Khalid International Airport in the Saudi capital. The two leaders then retreated to a grand hall at the Riyadh airport, where Trump and his aides were served traditional Arabic coffee by waiting attendants wearing ceremonial gun belts.
"I really believe we like each other a lot," Trump said later during a brief appearance with the crown prince at the start of a bilateral meeting.
They later signed more than a dozen agreements to increase cooperation between their governments' militaries, justice departments and cultural institutions. Additional economic agreements were expected to be inked later Tuesday at a U.S.-Saudi investment conference convened for the occasion.
Prince Mohammed has already committed to some $600 billion in new Saudi investment in the U.S., but Trump teased $1 trillion would be even better. (Newsmax) Read more here.

- Holy One, these investments are encouraging for the future of our economy and hopefully extending outward to bless others as well. We pray for Your wisdom to guide President Trump in all negotiations and agreements at every step of the way. We pray for his mind and thoughts to be surrounded by Your presence, leading him to follow fully in Your righteousness, in Jesus name. We pray for every member of his team to also walk in Godly wisdom. Let God arise.
- "Also with moisture He saturates the thick clouds; He scatters His bright clouds. And they swirl about, being turned by His guidance, That they may do whatever He commands them On the face of the whole earth. Underwater yellow-brick road leads divers to astonishing discovery
|
|
Marine archaeologists have found a 'yellow-brick road' at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean that led them to the discovery of two long-lost Danish slave ships.
According to historical records, these ships, called Fridericus Quartus and Christianus Quintus, wrecked off the coast of Central America in 1710.
Fridericus Quartus was set on fire, while Christianus Quintus had its anchor rope cut and was destroyed in the surf. But for three centuries, no one knew exactly where the remains of these ships were.
In Costa Rica, people had long been aware of two shipwrecks located off the coast of Cahuita National Park, but dismissed them as sunken pirate ships.
That changed in 2015, when American marine archaeologists found yellow bricks from one of the wrecks, which raised new questions about their history.
Researchers from the National Museum of Denmark and the Viking Ship Museum conducted an underwater excavation of the ships in 2023, taking samples of wood from one of the wrecks, the bricks and recovering several clay pipes.
The team published their analysis of these objects on Sunday, revealing that the shipwrecks were, in fact, the missing remains of Fridericus Quartus and Christianus.
'The analyses are very convincing and we no longer have any doubts that these are the wrecks of the two Danish slave ships,' said co-researcher David Gregory of the National Museum of Denmark. Read More

"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name."
