Freedom250 nonpartisan group coordinates the national celebration at the amphitheater honoring America's fallen heroes
|
|
|
In observance of Memorial Day, country stars, veterans and lawmakers will host a candlelight ceremony to mark America’s 250th birthday at the Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia Monday.
"Memorial Day is a sacred reminder that freedom is never free. We honor the brave men and women who gave their lives defending America and its founding principles that we hold dear," said the event's master of ceremonies, Veteran Affairs Secretary Doug Collins, to Fox News Digital. "Their sacrifice is the foundation of American freedom, and we thank God for their courage."
Organizers shared event details and rendering with Fox News Digital for a national celebration honoring America’s heroes during a pivotal year bringing together country music stars and officials.
"Set against the sacred grounds of Arlington National Cemetery, the evening will serve as a powerful national tribute to America’s fallen heroes through storytelling, music, remembrance, and reflection," said Freedom250, the nonpartisan group helping coordinate the broader America250 effort, said in a press release.
Grammy Award-winning country music artist Gretchen Wilson will take the stage to perform. "I am overwhelmed to have been asked to honor the fallen heroes and their families this Memorial Day. What a sacred place, I pray I do it justice," said Wilson. (Fox News) Read More Here

Vance Hosts State Attorneys General at Anti-Fraud Task Force Roundtable
|
|
WASHINGTON—Vice President JD Vance said on Tuesday during the latest Task Force to Eliminate Fraud roundtable that the federal government will work with state attorneys general to combat fraud.
Vance hosted representatives from 15 attorneys general offices from around the country in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.
“One of the things we’ve realized in combating fraud is that the resources of the federal government, while vast, can be supplemented and aided by a lot of the people who know best what’s happening in their states, which is the attorneys general represented here today,” he said.
“They have a lot of legal resources, they have a lot of prosecutorial resources, and of course, they have the desire to prevent fraud as much as we do, and so I appreciate these leaders for being here, because we’re going to work together, state and federal government, to try to combat fraud,” he added. Abba, we give You thanks and praise that President Trump and Vice President Vance are taking seriously the outrageous amount of fraud that has been taking place in our nation for so many years! Holy Spirit, please go before all those involved in identifying and stopping this theft of taxpayer money, give them eyes to see everything that is still hidden, provide wisdom and understanding that all the right questions are asked to unearth every single person and company that has been stealing our money. Father God, we ask that all involved are prosecuted to the highest extent of the law possible. For those who are here illegally, we ask they be sent back to their own countries after being held accountable for their actions here in the US. We ask this in the name El Gibhor, Mighty God, the God who will accomplish the destruction of His enemies.
17 For the Lord your God is God of gods
and Lord of lords, the great God,
mighty and awesome, who shows no
partiality and accepts no bribes.

Iran and Houthi terror proxy facing Red Sea threat from pro-US African nation
|
|
Iran is said to be ‘deeply threatened’ by the small African breakaway state, Somaliland, because of the potential for U.S., Israeli and Western powers to use its deep water port and airbase.
Such moves would severely disrupt Iran’s plan to use their proxy, Yemen’s Houthi terror group, to attack Red Sea shipping.
Iran has been accused of pressuring the Houthis to renew their strikes on shipping, particularly in the Red Sea’s Bab-el-Mandeb Strait. The waterway has become the main route for oil to ship out of the Middle East to Asia since the Strait of Hormuz was effectively closed.
Lisa Daftari, a Middle East and foreign policy expert, told Fox News Digital, "Iran’s regime is deeply threatened by what Somaliland represents in an emerging pro‑Western, potentially pro‑Israel foothold overlooking the Bab el‑Mandeb, that could blunt Tehran’s leverage via the Houthis over Red Sea shipping and Israel." Abba, You understand all the logistics of the US needing a base of operation in Somaliland. We ask You to go before Your son, Donald, open the doors that no man can close and close doors that no man can open, make the path obvious and straight as he establishes our military presence as You direct him. Father God, we ask You to intervene in all the political relationships necessary for this base to be established, open hearts and minds of leadership in the US, Somaliland and Somalia, let Your peace rule as agreements are forged. We ask for Your perfect will in all aspects of the agreements made between these 3 nations and Your hand of blessing as they work together. We ask this in the name El Roi, The God Who Sees everything.
2 "I will make you into a great nation,
and I will bless you; I will make
your name great, and you will be a blessing.

*** Election Night Livewire *** Paxton Vs. Cornyn Finale Headlines Texas Runoffs
|
|
Texans cast ballots Tuesday in primary runoff elections that could steer the direction of politics in Texas – and Washington – for a generation.
The marquee race is incumbent Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) versus Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R-TX) –sporting a fresh endorsement from President Donald Trump – for the chance to take on radical Democrat nominee James Talarico in November.
Cornyn outspent Paxton in the March 3 primary with such unprecedented cash that the battle holds the ignominious record for the most expensive primary in the history of the nation. Cornyn and his allies spent over $100 million on his behalf, with Paxton and his allies spending somewhere between $4 and 6 million.
Yet Cornyn, a sitting U.S. Senator, fell eight points shy of hitting 50 percent, an embarrassment for a four-term Senator who once served as the second-ranking Senate Republican behind only his mentor, Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), and who finished second in December 2024 in his bid to replace McConnell. (Breitbart) Read more

Abba, Your word says that You raise up kings and You pull them down. We like to think it's our votes that make those decisions...thank You that we are wrong! We give You praise and thanksgiving that when we ask You for Your perfect will in our governmental elections that You answer our prayers. Father God, give us the grace to trust You in all of our elections, no matter who wins. We so often decide that the winner couldn't possibly be Your choice because we see through eyes of the flesh, not through spiritual eyes. Jesus, we ask You to forgive us for taking offense at so many things around us, remind us that taking offense leads to standing in judgment of others actions when You have told us to forgive and release that offense. Lord, trusting You completely is the only way to avoid falling into inappropriate thoughts, actions, sin. Thank You for loving us and guiding us as Your kids. We ask this in the name Yahweh Tsidkenu, The Lord Our Righteousness.
11 A person's wisdom yields patience; it is
to one's glory to overlook an offense.

Breaking: Longtime Democrat Rep. Al Green Has Been Defeated, Will Lose His Seat in Congress
|
|
|
When Republicans introduced redrawn district maps ahead of key 2026 elections, many assumed it was to help procure more congressional seats.
While that is almost undoubtedly true, the redrawn maps also brought about other benefits, like pitting two incumbent Democratic lawmakers against each other in a primary.
And for Texas Rep. Al Green, that spelled the end of his highly antagonistic tenure in the House of Representatives.
According to multiple reports, freshman Rep. Christian Menefee has officially ousted Green after the two incumbents squared off due to the redistricting. (Western Journal) Read more

|
Abba, we give You thanks and praise for all the changes You have brought to the House of Representatives and the Senate through redrawn district maps in a number of states, Texas being one of them. Rep. Al Green, who served Texas since 2005 was defeated by freshman Rep. Christian Menefee in the primary created when two Dem districts were merged into one, pitting the two Democrats against one another.
We ask for Your perfect will to be done in this November's midterm elections. We ask You to bring into existence all of Your plans for our nation through those that You put into office, both Senators and Representatives. Father God, we ask You to be the guiding force in every election, and in every vote taken enacting Your intended changes for our country. We ask this in the name Yahweh Rohi, The Lord Our Shepherd.
3 Since you are my rock and my fortress,
for the sake of your name lead and guide me.

1. Israel issues evacuation order for swathes of southern Lebanon - BBC
The Israeli military has issued evacuation orders for large parts of southern Lebanon, declaring the areas "combat zones" ahead of fresh strikes against Hezbollah.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) urged residents to move north of the Zahrani River, about 40km (25 miles) from the border. The IDF said it would act "with extreme force", accusing Hezbollah of repeated ceasefire violations.
It is the largest evacuation order since the ceasefire took effect on 17 April, covering about 14% of Lebanese territory.
Earlier on Wednesday, Israel carried out strikes on the southern city of Tyre. Hezbollah, which itself accused Israel of violating the ceasefire, said its fighters had clashed with Israeli troops. (Read more)

2. Blank Cheque: Senior IDF officer flies to U.S. to secure drone solution
- Israel National News
Amid the growing threat posed by Hezbollah’s explosive drones - a threat that continues to cause significant damage while still lacking a comprehensive defensive solution - IDF Ground Forces Commander Nadav Lotan is expected to travel to the United States in the coming days on an urgent procurement mission.
According to Kan News, Lotan has been given an effectively unlimited budget in an effort to identify technologies or systems capable of reducing the danger explosive drones pose to both Israeli soldiers and civilians.
At the same time, the IDF acknowledges that one of the most serious operational gaps currently facing troops is the absence of an effective early-warning system against small explosive drones. Since this morning, at least six explosive drones have reportedly been launched toward Israel. Several succeeded in bypassing air-defense systems, crossing the border and directly striking closed military zones inside Israeli territory. (Read more)

3. New head of Hamas' military wing eliminated in Gaza by IDF - Israel Hayom
It appears that the successor to Izz al-Din al-Haddad was eliminated Tuesday in an IDF strike in Gaza City. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz confirmed earlier that the IDF had struck Mohammed Odeh, al-Haddad's successor and the man the defense establishment defines as the new head of the military wing of the Hamas terrorist organization. The strike was carried out in the area of the Rimal neighborhood in Gaza City.
Odeh served as head of Hamas' intelligence headquarters at the time of the Oct. 7 massacre and was appointed about a week ago to replace Izz al-Din al-Haddad, who was eliminated in an IDF strike in the Gaza Strip about two weeks ago. Odeh was responsible for the murder, abduction and wounding of many Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers. "Congratulations to the IDF and the Shin Bet security agency for their ongoing effort to eliminate our enemies. We will continue to pursue everyone who took part in the Oct. 7 massacre. Sooner or later, Israel will get them all."
After al-Haddad's elimination, three Hamas sources in Gaza told the Saudi newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat that Odeh had effectively been chosen to head the military wing known as the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades. According to them, Odeh was one of al-Haddad's close associates and maintained regular contact with him, mainly regarding the reorganization of the military wing and the appointment of dozens of commanders to replace those who had been eliminated. 4. Iran reportedly restarts key missile production, potentially rebuilding strike capabilities within months - World Israel News
New Israeli intelligence assessments suggest Iran has resumed production of key missile, drone, and air defense systems, potentially restoring significant military capabilities far sooner than previously expected, according to a report by the Israeli news outlet Mako.
The reported findings cast doubt on earlier assessments that Tehran’s military infrastructure had been largely devastated during the war, instead suggesting that Iran’s defense industry was seriously damaged but not eliminated.
According to Mako, Iran has restarted limited manufacturing of ballistic missiles, launch platforms, and anti-aircraft systems using surviving components and production lines that either escaped destruction or have already been restored. (Read more)

5. Israel receives first KC-46 aircraft from US, boosting options for independent strikes on Iran - Jerusalem Post
After years of waiting, the US delivered to Israel the first of at least six, and possibly eight, KC-46 midair refueling aircraft for future potential attacks on Iran and other distant targets, the IDF said on Wednesday.
The KC-46 can carry up to 15% more fuel and double the refueling capacity per flight of its predecessor, the “Raam” refueling aircraft.
IDF Lt. Col. “A” said that had the KC-46 been in Israeli hands during the recent Iran war, it would have significantly increased the air force’s refueling and flying capacities.

1. Tulsi Gabbard and Others Go Above and Beyond for a Gold Star Widow - PJMedia
Here's your feel-good story of the day.
On the night before Memorial Day, Sharrell Shaw posted a special request on social media. "This is probably a long shot, but if anybody happens to be in D.C. this weekend and plans on visiting Arlington, I would love to see a fresh photo of my husband’s grave in Section 60," she said. "There’s just something about knowing people still stop by, still say his name, still remember."
The Gold Star widow's husband was Staff Sergeant Alan W. Shaw. He was killed in action in Iraq on February 9, 2007. Alan was only 31, and while he's from Little Rock, Ark., he's buried Arlington in Section 60, Grave 8451 at Arlington.
Sharrell, who goes by @SharrellAnne2 on X, didn't have high expectations, so I imagine she was mighty surprised on Monday when dozens of patriotic Americans visited her husband's grave to pay their respects and take a photo for her, including members of the Donald Trump administration.
One of the first was outgoing Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. A veteran herself, Gabbard posted a response to Sharrell, which included a picture of her placing a challenge coin on Alana's headstone. Read more

Lord Jesus,
This article brings tears of joy that a simple request by Sharrel Shaw, the Gold Star widow of Staff Sergeant Alan Shaw, on the night before Memorial Day, requested that anyone visiting Arlington National Cemetery on Memorial Day would take a picture for her. Many saw the request and answered that call, including Tulsi Gabbard, outgoing Director of National Intelligence, who took a picture of her placing a challenge coin on Alan's grave and sent it to Sharrell. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and his family also stopped by to pay their respects.
Father, the beautiful hearts of the American people continue to give us hope for America's future as we fulfill your calling to take care of widows and orphans and their families. We pay tribute to all our veterans and those who gave their lives as they fought to keep America free! We indeed are the 'Home of the Brave' and the 'Land of the Free! Thank You, Lord!
In Jesus' name we pray. Amen and Amen.
"Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord." (Romans 12:9-11)

2. Trump Switches Camp David Cabinet Meeting to White House - Newsmax
President Donald Trump said Tuesday that a poor weather forecast forced him to cancel a Cabinet meeting scheduled for Wednesday at Camp David.
"Based on the possible bad weather conditions tomorrow, we will be having our Cabinet Meeting in the White House, and will be postponing the Cabinet trip to Camp David," Trump wrote on Truth Social.
Rain and scattered thunderstorms were forecast Wednesday for Thurmont, Maryland, where Camp David is located, not far from the border with Pennsylvania, according to Weather.com.
The rare gathering at the presidential retreat was reportedly planned as the Trump administration faces a pivotal moment in negotiations with Iran amid renewed military action in the Middle East.
Newsmax has confirmed that all Cabinet members — including outgoing Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard — were expected to attend the meeting, where officials were to discuss economic gains, anti-fraud initiatives, affordability issues, and foreign policy developments. Read more

Jehovah Nissi,
We pray, Lord, that You would raise a banner of protection over President Trump and all of his cabinet members as they meet at the White House to discuss the many needs of the American people, while in critical negotiations with the wicked regime in Iran to remove all nuclear capabilities. Father, give wisdom and discernment to them as they battle to keep America and all nations safe from a proudful, arrogant regime.
As the U.S.Military continues renewed defensive strikes in Southern Iran, we pray, Lord, that You would protect our military bases from the threats of the Iranian leader, Mojtaba Khameni. Lord, let the wickedness of the wicked come to an abrupt end and allow the Iranian people to be set free! Whom the Lord sets free is free indeed!
We humbly offer this prayer to You,Father. Amen and Amen.
"He has brought back their wickedness upon them, And will destroy them in their evil; The Lord our God will destroy them." (Psalm 94:23)

3. Report: Pam Bondi diagnosed with cancer following removal from DOJ position
- OANN
Former Attorney General Pam Bondi was reportedly diagnosed with thyroid cancer shortly after leaving her position within the Trump administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ).
Bondi, 60, underwent treatment and is in recovery, according to Axios on Tuesday.
Katie Miller, a former White House staffer and podcast host who is married to White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller, reposted the report on her X platform.
The report came at the same time as other reports that Bondi was tapped by President Donald Trump to serve on an AI-focused advisory committee, the Presidential Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST). The committee is chaired by former White House AI adviser David Sacks and White House science adviser Michael Kratsios, according to Axios. It also reportedly includes Nvidia co-founder Jensen Huang and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Read more

Jehovah Rapha,
Lord, We pray complete divine healing over Pam Bondi as she deals with the diagnosis of Thyroid cancer. Thank You, Lord Jesus, that she has now completed her treatment and is recovering. You, Lord, have sent Your word to heal her!
We pray, Lord, that You direct her every step, as she takes her position on the AI Advisory Committee. We echo President Trump's statement of thanking Pam Bondi for being an enormous asset to the President's team as she sought to keep America safe. Father, be the wind beneath her wings as she continues to hear Your call for her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

4. Memorial Day Tragedy: Veteran ‘Trump House’ Owner Dies After Vicious Assault
- PJMedia
After his neighbor savagely attacked him unprovoked on May 20, the U.S. Army veteran who owns a California home famous for its huge Donald Trump signs passed away just before Memorial Day.
Kerry Sheron had gained local notoriety in his Escondido community for hanging Make America Great Again banners and American flags all over his house. But a younger man — who is, ironically, also a veteran — assaulted him so horribly on May 20 that Sheron died on Sunday, May 24, according to the California Post. Police are refusing to offer clues as to the motive, but Sheron has previously complained about vandalism of his banners and flags, and his wife believes the attack could be political.
The attacker, 32-year-old Thomas Caleb Butler, abruptly approached Sheron outside his home and began beating him. Deputy District Attorney Ross Garcia explained, “It was a single punch to the jaw. The victim then falls to the floor, and there are subsequent hits to the victim’s head area.” Read more

Holy One,
Hear our prayers today as we grieve with You over this savage attack that took the life of a true elderly patriot and US Army veteran, Kerry Sheron. We ask You to comfort his wife, Maria, as she processes her husband's passing due to what she believes was political hatred. Thank You, Lord, for this American patriot, who is now with You, for not being afraid to display his 'make America Great Again 'signs and American Flags in his home.
As Democrats continue to push their soft on crime agenda, Mr. Sheron was beaten to death in his own yard by his alleged attacker, another veteran, Thomas Caleb Butler and has pleaded not guilty even with witnesses there. We pray for repentance to overtake him!
Lord, we beseech You to bring hatred and violence to an end in America. We pray that you would remove everyone who is fueling this hatred from office and bring peace and harmony back to our land. Remove from our streets those whose hatred is causing violent acts against our people. Lord, make America safe again! In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
"No longer will violence be heard in your land, nor ruin or destruction within your borders, but you will call your walls Salvation and your gates praise." (Isaiah 60:18)

5. Massive Chemical Tank Implosion in Washington State Kills One, Leaves 9 Missing - Breitbart
A chemical tank ruptured before imploding at a Nippon Dynawave Packaging facility in the U.S. state of Washington on Tuesday. One death was confirmed while nine others remain unaccounted for with no hope for rescue, authorities said.
AP reports a joint written statement with Nippon and the Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Department said a tank containing “white liquor,” a corrosive solution of sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfide used in making paper pulp, had ruptured around 7:15 a.m. local time (1415 GMT).
“At the moment we are not aware of any rescues that are yet to be made,” Cowlitz Fire and Rescue Chief Scott Goldstein said during a Tuesday evening news conference in which officials repeatedly referred to the situation as a recovery effort.
The severity of the injuries ranged from minor to critical, with some suffering burns or inhalation injuries, authorities said. Among those injured was a responding firefighter.

6. Heads Exploded When Vox Published This Global Warming Report - PJMedia
"Climate change’s worst-case scenario is officially canceled," young adult infotainment site Vox finally admitted this weekend, causing progressive heads to explode, from the writing staff to its readership.
"You’ve probably never heard of the term 'RCP 8.5' — the highest-emission scenario used by climate scientists to project the planet’s future," Vox's Bryan Walsh reported. "But if you’ve read about climate change, you’ve seen the numbers and nightmarish outcomes it produced: 4°C [7.2 F] of warming by 2100, sometimes 5°C, sea level rising multiple feet, parts of the planet too hot for humans."
Even though "those numbers shaped a decade and a half of climate journalism," Walsh continued, he "didn’t always know — and didn’t always communicate — that the scenario behind the most apocalyptic, attention-getting findings was largely an attempt to imagine how bad things could get, not a true forecast." God Almighty,
We shout "Glory Hallelujah" for this great report that climate change has been a hoax from the beginning in imagining how bad things could get and not on a true forecast. Thank You, Lord, that Bryan Walsh of VOX has come forward to speak the truth. He admits that he was ignorant of climate change numbers and did not always report what he did know.
Lord, You knew climate change scenarios were a scam to begin with and we can only imagine how happy You are with this news. Father, now let the mainstream media begin to tell the truth and not promote Apocalyptic scare tactics. The IPCC has now admitted that the scenarios process are implausible and unrealistic. Thank You Lord for the truth!!!In Jesus name. Amen.
"Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free." (John 8:32)

Stupidocrisy--Maryland and the Ballot Box
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, May 27, 2026
Maryland’s admission that hundreds of thousands of voters received incorrect mail ballots in this year’s primary is the kind of story that deepens an already troubling erosion of public confidence in American elections. State officials called it a vendor error. Replacement ballots were ordered. Systems, they say, are in place to prevent duplicate counting. For those who have watched election controversies unfold for years, these explanations feel painfully familiar. Administrative mistakes always seem to arrive wrapped in assurances that nothing improper occurred. Yet elections are won and lost on razor-thin margins. These repeated breakdowns in election administration create a legitimacy problem all their own.
Trust in democracy depends as much on confidence in the process as confidence in the outcome. That skepticism did not begin in Maryland. The 2020 election fundamentally changed how millions of Americans view election integrity. Under COVID emergency rules, states expanded absentee voting, ballot drop boxes, and other accommodations at unprecedented scale. Critics argued the safeguards were weakened too quickly. Defenders insisted the changes were necessary. Lost in the shouting was a central truth: confidence in elections depends on transparency, consistency, and public trust. When procedures change dramatically in the middle of extraordinary circumstances, questions are inevitable. Dismissing every concern as conspiracy only deepens suspicion rather than restoring confidence. Read More

NASA’s 3-Phase Plan for Moon Base Explained—As New Images Released
|
|
|
NASA has outlined a multiphase plan to establish a lasting human presence on the moon, with renderings of the technologies expected to support that effort.
The U.S. is refocusing its space strategy on the moon as global competition intensifies and commercial space capabilities advance.
The project also highlights intensifying global competition in space exploration, with the U.S., China and commercial space companies racing to establish a lasting foothold beyond Earth.
"The Moon Base is home base for Artemis astronauts who will live and work at humanity’s first lunar outpost," the space agency said.
"NASA is leading global teams of innovators across international space agencies, industry, and academia to build the Moon Base and establish an enduring human presence near the lunar South Pole for the benefit of all."
These early efforts would be followed by semi‑habitable modules, surface vehicles, and routine cargo deliveries to support short astronaut missions.
According to NASA, the lunar outpost will gradually evolve from robotic exploration missions into a continuously staffed base capable of supporting long-duration human missions and serving as a launch point for deeper space exploration. (Newsweek)
