Persecuted Pastor Brutally Beaten,
Imprisoned Before ‘Mind-Blowing’ Miracle
|

Todd Nettleton is on a mission to combat Christian persecution. Nettleton, chief of media relations and message integration for the Voice of the Martyrs, reflected on the lead-up to the International Day of Prayer for Persecuted Christians, which kicked off Nov. 2 and continues throughout the month. “It wasn’t the idea of the Voice of the Martyrs; it’s not a marketing scheme,” Nettleton said. “This is what persecuted Christians ask us to do. The first thing they ask us to do is to pray, and so the International Day of Prayer for Persecuted Christians is an answer to their number one request that we pray for them.”
The persecution watchdog noted that he had recently been on a trip where he heard direct stories from Christians who have faced persecution.
“The one that stands out to me is a pastor from India who shared about the time when he was arrested under the anti-conversion law of his state,” he said. “He was put in prison because he had been warned and he kept on evangelizing. He kept on pastoring a church and, for some reason, they wanted to make an example of him. So the first seven days that he was in prison, he was beaten repeatedly.”
Nettleton continued, “They hung him upside down and two guards would beat him literally until they were too tired to continue.” Despite the horrific beating, he said the pastor didn’t feel the pain — something he believes is miraculous.
“God intervened and protected him and he didn’t feel the pain of that, which, again, is mind-blowing,” Nettleton said. “But then the story gets even better. So he’s beaten the first seven days of his imprisonment, and then the warden comes to him and says, ‘Hey, you know, I’m an equal opportunity warden, and, in my prison, we celebrate all the different religious festivals.'”
With Good Friday upon them, the warden decided to let the pastor celebrate and actually asked if he would want to share with other prisoners about the meaning of the day and why Christians celebrate it.
“Again, this pastor has just been beaten repeatedly over seven days, and now the warden who ordered him to be beaten is giving him an opportunity to share about Good Friday with the rest of the prisoners,” he said. “And the pastor said, ‘Yes, I will do that.’ He stood up and had the opportunity to share.” From there, the pastor was able to share the meaning of Easter and the resurrection — something Nettleton said was “just mind-blowing.”

House Votes to End Longest-Ever Shutdown, Sending Bill to Trump's Desk
|

The bill’s passage marked an end to the 43-day shutdown.
The House of Representatives on Nov. 12 passed a legislative package to end the longest government shutdown in U.S. history.
In a 222–209 vote, the House approved the measure around 8:20 p.m. ET. Several Democrats, including Reps. Jared Golden (D-Maine), Adam Gray (D-Calif.), Don Davis (D-N.C.), Henry Cuellar (D-Texas), Tom Suozzi (D-N.Y.), and Marie Gluesenkamp-Perez (D-Wash.) voted for the package.
Two Republicans, Reps. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) and Greg Steube (R-Fla.), voted against the bill.
The same measure was passed by the Senate on Monday with the backing of eight members of the Senate Democratic conference.
The bill heads to President Donald Trump’s desk. He’s due to sign it at 9:45 p.m. ET, which would officially reopen the government after 43 days of closure.
Aside from punting government funding to Jan. 30, 2026, and thereby ending the 43-day shutdown, the measure fully funds three sectors of government, including the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Legislative Branch, through Sept. 30, 2026. Read more |

Abba, we give You praise and thanks that the government shutdown is broken! Thank you for each and every Congressman and Senator who voted to put an end to the financial misery that was created by this shutdown. Father God, we ask You to intervene in these same hearts before the next possible shutdown in January, speak Your truth to them, give them eyes to see Your intentions for our government going forward. Holy Spirit, we ask You to pour out flexibility and a willingness on both sides of the aisle to compromise and bring back some semblance of unity into our leadership. Jesus, we ask for the conviction of every heart that is unwilling to "move to the middle", hearts that are blind to their own faults, to actions that are subverted by party desires instead of the good of everyone in our nation. Do what only You can do, heal the heart of our nation, bring us back together in brotherly love where we once walked. We ask this in the name Yahweh Shalom, The Lord Our Peace.

Abba, this article is overwhelming because the author does not add You to the picture. Father God, multitudes of people are finally waking up to the intentions of the enemy to destroy our countries, the US included. The world is in a "but God" situation, and we ask You to move, do what only You can do, allow the Fear of God to begin pouring into the minds and hearts of those who have turned against You, those whose orders come from satan and his minions.
We ask Holy Spirit to pour out Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding into the hearts of Your intercessors. Download scriptures to decree and declare over the evil that is present in our world, let Your prayers fill the atmosphere of earth, send all demonic powers back to the place You have prepared for them. Break the demonic hold on untold hearts, show them the freedom You have for them, draw them to Your heart, give them peace and the awareness that they are safe with You. We ask this in the name El Gibhor, Mighty God, the God who will cause the destruction of His enemies.

Something is changing in the heart of America--quietly, steadily, and with consequences that will touch every church and every family. Across our cities and suburbs, the landscape of faith is being rewritten. While Christianity once shaped nearly every corner of American life, another faith is now rising--Islam--and it's growing faster than most realize.
In the last half-century, the number of Muslims in the United States has multiplied many times over. Mosques that once stood only in major urban centers now appear in quiet suburbs and small towns. Muslim families are young, vibrant, and multiplying--while Christian families, and Americans in general, are shrinking in number. A simple truth hides behind all the statistics: in just two or three generations, America will not look the same spiritually.
The Demographic Tides
Look around. America's Christian majority is shrinking. In 1970, about nine out of ten Americans identified as Christian. Today, that number has dropped to around six in ten--and falling fast. Meanwhile, Islam is the fastest-growing religion in the nation. Muslim families, on average, have more than two children, while most American families now have fewer. Immigration from Muslim-majority nations continues year after year, and with it comes a wave of young people who will raise the next generation here.
It's not hard to do the math. A growing, youthful population with strong family structures and religious commitment will inevitably shape the future of a nation. In contrast, Christianity in America--especially among younger generations--is aging, declining, and increasingly silent in public life.
What happens when the balance shifts? What will our nation look like when Islamic culture begins to influence public life, education, and law on a scale we've never seen before?

Abba, this article stirs up fear when taken out of the context that You are sovereign over this world, that nothing will happen without Your knowledge and that Your people, Christians and Jews, can trust You. Father God, You know what Your church needs to become to be able to stand and spread Your love and compassion to the Muslims in our nation. We ask for Your knowledge and vision into the hearts of Muslims that You put in our way. Give us wisdom to know what to say and what not to say, fill our mouths with Your love so completely that all our words will be heard from Your heart.
We ask for patience as we come up alongside someone to walk with them, give us eyes to see their hearts and the willingness to let You have the time to change their minds. Help us to remember what we were like when we first came to know You....remind us to "do unto others as we wanted them to do unto us" when we were new believers. We ask this in the name Yahweh Rohi, The Lord Our Shepherd, the God who knows our every need.

Trump Defends H-1B Visa Program, Says US Still Needs Foreign Talent
|
|
President Donald Trump defended the H-1B skilled worker visa program in an interview this week, saying that there are not enough qualified American workers to fill available jobs and that it will take time to develop enough homegrown talent to meet demand.
Trump’s remarks, made during a Nov. 11 interview with Fox News host Laura Ingraham, underscored his administration’s effort to balance stricter immigration enforcement with the need to ensure that U.S. businesses have access to the labor they need, particularly in high-skill industries facing shortages of qualified candidates.
In the interview, Ingraham asked Trump about the H-1B visa program, saying that bringing in thousands of foreign workers would hurt efforts to raise wages for Americans.
“Well, I agree, but you also do have to bring in talent when a country—” he began.
Ingraham interjected, “Well, we have plenty of talented people here.”
“No, you don’t,” the president replied. “No, you don’t have certain talents.”
He said that it takes time to build up the necessary skills to perform specialized work.
“You can’t take people off an unemployment line and say, ‘I’m going to put you into a factory where we’re going to make missiles,’” he said.
Trump’s remarks align with the business community’s ongoing complaints about a lack of workers to fill certain skilled roles. The latest small-business sentiment survey, released on Nov. 11 by the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), says finding talent is a top problem.
“Many firms are still navigating a labor shortage and want to hire but are having difficulty doing so, with labor quality being the top issue for Main Street,” NFIB chief economist Bill Dunkelberg said in a statement.
Thirty-two percent of small-business owners reported job openings they could not fill in October, unchanged for the second straight month, according to the latest data.
About 27 percent of owners identified labor quality as their single most important problem, up 9 points from September and the highest reading since the record 29 percent logged in November 2021. We want to praise You that, at long last, we have a President in office who has the courage to admit the fact that the graduates of our schools (high schools and colleges) have not been trained well to pursue their careers. Instead, very few now exhibit the skills needed to enter into our modern, high tech workplace.
We thank You that President Trump is defending the H-1B skilled worker visa program so that we will now welcome immigrants who have the skills needed to fill the jobs we have available in our nation. Praise the Lord.

1. Israel foils ‘imminent’ Hamas shooting, bombing attacks south of Jerusalem
- World Israel News
Israeli security forces broke up a major Hamas terror network south of Jerusalem recently, foiling a number of “imminent” attacks.
On Wednesday afternoon, the IDF, Israel Police, and Shin Bet security agency issued a joint statement announcing that a series of terrorist attacks, including bombings and shootings, were prevented, including plots that were slated to be carried out in the near future.
According to the statement, the attacks were intended to target both Israeli civilians and security personnel.
Roughly 40 terrorists linked to the Hamas cell, located in the Bethlehem district, were arrested in a series of more than 15 raids that were conducted by the Judea and Samaria District Police, reservist soldiers from the IDF’s Etzion Brigade, the Duvdevan special forces unit, and the LOTAR counter-terror force. 2. Body of hostage Meny Godard returned to Israel - Israel National News
The Prime Minister's Office announced on Thursday evening that an identification process of deceased hostage Meny Godard, whose body was returned to Israel from the Gaza Strip, has been completed.
IDF representatives informed his family after his identity was confirmed at the National Center of Forensic Medicine, in coordination with the Israel Police and the Military Rabbinate.
The Hostages and Missing Families Forum Headquarters said in a statement, "The families of the hostages and the returned are embracing the family of Meny Godard at this time, as their beloved Meny of blessed memory was returned to Israel tonight for proper burial." (Read more)

3. IDF Central Command Chief Condemns Tuesday’s Settler Attacks in West Bank

i24 News — The chief of the IDF Central Command, Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth, condemned Tuesday’s settler attacks against Palestinians and IDF soldiers in the West Bank on Wednesday morning.
During these attacks, dozens of masked settlers beat Palestinians, burned their property, and clashed with IDF troops near the villages of Deir Sharaf and Beit Lid, leaving multiple injured and causing property damage amid escalating West Bank tensions.
“The reality in which anarchist fringe youth act violently against innocent civilians and against security forces is unacceptable and is extremely serious. It must be dealt with firmly,” Bluth said during a conversation with commanders in the sector. (Read more)

4. IDF opens fire on Gaza terrorists who violated truce - JNS
Israel Defense Forces troops operating in the Rafah area on Wednesday identified four terrorists on the eastern side of the Yellow Line, within Israeli operational control.
Following the sighting, IDF troops opened fire on the terrorists, killing three, the military said. No Israeli soldiers were injured.
“IDF troops are continuing to operate in order to remove threats and dismantle the terror infrastructure,” the statement added.
Hours later, a terrorist was spotted crossing the Yellow Line and approaching IDF troops near Khan Yunis, posing an immediate threat. (Read more)

5. Jewish settlers set fire to Palestinian mosque as West Bank violence runs rampant - Jerusalem Post
A group of Jewish settlers in the West Bank set fire to and vandalized a Palestinian mosque near Salfit, north of Ramallah, late on Wednesday night.
Graffiti containing racist remarks was found on the walls of the mosque, which included messages to IDF Central Command Chief Avi Bluth, who referred to Jewish violence against Palestinians as terrorism.
The graffiti read, “Not afraid of Avi Bluth.” Other messages read, “Keep condemning,” “He will repay His enemies,” and “Muhammad is a pig.” (Read more)

“This is a green light for capital flight,” the founder of Cardiff, told JNS.
Jewish business and finance sector figures told JNS they have concerns after Zohran Mamdani was elected mayor of New York City last week, warning that uncertainty around his progressive agenda could have significant financial implications for the city’s Jewish-owned and pro-Israel enterprises and real estate investors.
Mamdani, who won the mayoralty with strong first-choice voter support, ran on a platform that includes a rent freeze on stabilized apartments, construction of 200,000 subsidized homes, city-operated grocery stores, fare-free buses and a minimum wage of $30 by 2030. He has said he would pay for these programs by increasing corporate taxes and imposing an additional 2% income tax on top earners.
William Stern, founder and CEO of Cardiff, a national small-business lender, told JNS that “this win signals the end of New York City as a serious place to do business.”
“We’ve elected a man who has openly stated he doesn’t believe in billionaires, forgetting that the top 1% pay over 40 % of the city’s income tax,” said Stern, who is based in Del Mar, Calif. (Cardiff has a portfolio of $350 million in business loans in New York, the lender told JNS.)

Lord, we pray that the potentially harmful policies of this newly elected mayor will never see the light of day and that businesses will have freedom to do their work without the infusion of socialistic policies. Lord, we set up a block to those plans that would not prosper this city and we certainly declare that Jewish businesses and businessmen will not have to suffer persecution. Father, we pray that Americans will use wisdom and an understanding that these are advertisements, just ads, meant to be used along with the advice of qualified healthcare personnel and their own hearing from God. Lord, may we, as a country, always be aware of taking the best care of our earthly bodies so that we may be of use to You in Your kingdom.

3. 80% Of Released Terrorists Who Murdered Israelis Return To Violence - ProphecyNewsWatch
Israel's internal security service, the Shin Bet, presented data this week that cut through political rhetoric and exposed a stark pattern: approximately 80 percent of convicted terrorists who murdered Jews and were later released from prison returned to terrorism.
The figures were delivered during a Knesset committee hearing examining recent and past prisoner releases tied to hostage and ceasefire deals. As part of the most recent U.S.-brokered ceasefire agreement, nearly 2,000 Palestinian security prisoners were released. Many had been convicted of violent attacks against Israeli civilians and soldiers.
The Shin Bet noted that the same pattern appeared following the 2011 Gilad Shalit exchange, when more than 1,000 Palestinian security prisoners were freed. About half returned to terrorism, but among those convicted of murder, the rate rose to 80 percent. At the time of the Shalit deal, around 850 of the released prisoners were described as having dam al yedeihem (blood on their hands). Today, only about 110 remain incarcerated, despite original sentences that in many cases were meant to keep them in prison for life.

Precious Lord, it is disturbing that such a large percentage of released prisoners return to their former lifestyle to commit more crimes against Israelis. We pray that this trend will be broken in the future by Your Holy Spirit as You reach deep within each former prisoner to open their eyes as to the lies they have believed all their lives. Father, only You can do this and we look to You to keep Israel safer in the future.

4. Gavin Newsom’s Former Chief of Staff Arrested by FBI – Discern Report
California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom’s former chief of staff Dana Williamson was arrested Wednesday and charged with conspiracy to commit bank and wire fraud, among other crimes, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California.
In a press statement, the office announced that a 23-count indictment was unsealed Wednesday morning following Williamson’s arrest. A federal grand jury charged her with filing false tax returns, making false statements and participating in conspiracies to commit bank and wire fraud, defraud the United States and obstruct justice.
U.S. Attorney Eric Grant, who announced the arrest, called the charges a “crucial step” in a three-year political corruption investigation.
“As it always has, the U.S. Attorney’s Office will continue to work tirelessly with our law enforcement partners to protect the people of California from political corruption,” Grant said. Read more

5. Glenn Beck warns: Government reliance is a 'poisoned promise' – Discern Report
The government shutdown may be ending, but it revealed something very important about Americans as a whole — too many rely on the government to survive. And that is a very dangerous situation to be in. “Whenever a society gets into this situation, history will show us a poisoned promise begins,” Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck explains.

Forgive us for allowing Socialism to come into our country. This shutdown has allowed us to see the poisoned lies of the promise of equity and equality that has overtaken some of our citizens and who have now voted for those who follow an agenda of Socialistic lies. We turn to You, Lord Almighty, for wisdom to be able to teach others that it is not the government's job to take care of us, so that we can survive. We pray for all those who are trapped in this lifestyle. May all those who really need assistance be able to have it. 6. LGBTQ activists force Washington State medical school to stop teaching course on risks of child sex changes – Discern Report
Washington State University's (WSU) medical school has suspended a continuing medical education (CME) course on youth gender medicine after LGBTQ activists protested the material, and the national accrediting body began an investigation into the program.
According to Fox News, the course, produced by the Society for Evidence-Based Gender Medicine (SEGM), had been approved by WSU in June after an extensive vetting process. It is now on hold while the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) reviews complaints.
CME programs are designed to help physicians and other healthcare professionals maintain and update their medical knowledge, sharpen clinical skills, and improve patient care. SEGM’s course was one such offering, focusing specifically on medical interventions for gender-dysphoric youth. Read more

We thank you, that this continuing education course ( CME ) on youth gender medicine has been suspended at Washington State University, at least for now. As the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education reviews all complaints, we ask that they take into consideration all the damage that has been done to our youth in America, by providing hormone therapy, puberty blockers and surgeries. God, let those who are confused in who they are, turn to you and your Word to see exactly how you made them. We ask you to protect their minds as they turn to you. In Jesus' name, amen.

In recent years, the presence of Muslim-Americans in federal office has quietly grown. There are currently four Muslim members of Congress, all Democrats, all extreme and radical—Ilhan Omar (MN), Rashida Tlaib (MI), André Carson (IN), and Lateefah Simon (CA). While this seems like a small number, it marks a significant shift in representation for a community that has been rapidly growing since the “all things Islam” days of Obama. It calls the question: Is this simply a reflection of diversity, or a quiet advance of ideology? The Muslim Brotherhood’s own documents describe a deliberate long-term strategy, using education, politics, and the courts, to transform Western societies from within in a “civilization jihad.”
At the local level, that strategy appears to be bearing fruit. Muslim-Americans are increasingly being elected to mayoral offices across the nation. Amer Ghalib became mayor of Hamtramck, Michigan, in 2021, and Zohran Mamdani—an unapologetic Socialist and Muslim—was just elected mayor of New York City. In his victory speech, Mamdani boasted that over a million Muslims live in New York City. Think about that. The same city that endured the horror of 9/11 at the hands of Islamist terrorists now has a Socialist Muslim mayor that supports the terrorist group Hamas and is leading more than a million fellow Muslims. FAA Flight Cuts Won’t Lift Immediately With End of Shutdown: What to Know

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) continues to cut flights even as the government shutdown comes to an end.
More than 9,000 flights have been canceled across the United States since the FAA ordered flight cuts last week to match the dwindling staffing of air traffic controllers due to the government shutdown.
Control towers have been short-staffed since the start of the shutdown, but cancellations won’t stop immediately, even when the government reopens.

Travelers facing domestic air travel have been given guidance on how to prepare for potential delays.
National Business Aviation Association Vice President Heidi Williams said in a webinar shortly after the FAA released the order: “Be aware, plan for alternatives, and anticipate those delays, especially if you are planning to operate into one of those top 40 airports, you can anticipate a reduction in the normal arrival rate into that airport. The name of the game is planning ahead, being aware, and planning for alternatives.”

The FAA has reminded travelers to check its webpage to monitor airports and active advisories, ground delays, ground stops, and airport closures.
Airlines will rebook travelers on a later flight at no additional charge if their flight is canceled, but it’s important to reach out as soon as possible.
United, Delta Air Lines, and American Airlines all said they will offer refunds to any passengers who decide not to fly for any reason, even if they purchased a non-refundable ticket. You are also entitled to a refund if the airline significantly delays your flight and you no longer wish to travel.
In addition to your ticket value, you’re also entitled to refunds for any bag fees, seat upgrades, or extras you paid for but did not get to use. (The Epoch Times) Read more

Lord of the Universe, we are so grateful that there have been no tragedies involving the airlines since the start of the government shutdown. We thank You for Your great mercy and covering. We believe there have been angels in the control towers, especially where there have been staff shortages. We continue to ask for Your protection as so many will be traveling for the holidays. Also, we know the airlines and airports will not be up to speed until there are more trained air traffic controllers and staffing is optimal. Nudge those whom You have created and called to train as air traffic controllers. We also pray for wisdom for aviation officials to know when it is safe to resume canceled flights.
In the meantime, we ask for Your Holy Spirit help for citizens trying to navigate their way home for the holidays. May cheerful attitudes prevail and helping hands offered on highways, in airports, train stations, car rental agencies, and more. We thank You for the “tips for travelers” the government has provided. We thank You, Lord, for flexibility and alternative resources, as needed.
Especially, Abba Father, may we extend our heartfelt thanks to You this Thanksgiving for Your mercies in sustaining us through so many trying times. In Your Mighty Name, we offer this prayer, amen and amen!

FBI Director Says China Agreed to Curb Fentanyl Precursors

FBI Director Kash Patel said at a press briefing on Nov. 12 that during his recent trip to China, Chinese officials agreed to take significant steps to curb fentanyl precursor exports to the United States.
“That was the sole purpose of my trip to China, to eliminate these precursors, and if successful, we would suffocate the drug trafficking organization’s ability to manufacture fentanyl in places like Mexico,” Patel said.
His one-day trip to China last week was the first such trip by the head of the FBI in a decade.
The trip followed the meeting between President Donald Trump and Chinese Communist Party leader Xi Jinping during which the nations agreed to a trade truce that included Beijing’s commitment to stop illicit fentanyl trafficking to the United States.
Patel said that on the heels of that successful bilateral, “China committed fully” to his engagement on the ground in Beijing “at a level never seen before.” The meeting took place at the headquarters of China’s Ministry of Public Security, where Patel met with his counterpart.
Beijing agreed to restrict the export of 13 fentanyl precursor chemicals to the United States, Mexico, and Canada. It also agreed to control seven chemical subsidiaries also used in fentanyl production.
“Essentially, President Trump has shut off the pipeline that creates fentanyl, that kills tens of thousands of Americans,” Patel said. “These substances are now banned, and they will no longer be utilized by the Mexican drug trafficking organizations or any other CEOs around the world to make this drug. This achievement will save lives.”

Hallelujah!!! This is truly wonderful news, Father God. We pray that the scourge of fentanyl and other chemical substances that have been killing our kids will soon be a thing of the past. Lord, should this occur, we give You all the thanks and glory as it is truly difficult to trust the CCP and take them at their word.
We do thank You for the key You’ve given to President Trump -- lowering the tariff rate on China as they agree to cease providing the necessary chemicals to create these poisonous potions to markets in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. Thank You that Kash Patel was able to seal this deal.
However, we pray that these substances will not be sold to other countries who wish to cash in on the fentanyl business; and we find ourselves with fentanyl on our doorstep once again. May the up and coming generations find their ‘highs’ in Jesus and run to Him for help with their ‘lows’ as well.

As President Donald Trump warns of "zero tolerance" for narco-states in America’s backyard, China is tightening its grip on Venezuela — a high-risk economic and political bet that could soon collide with U.S. power.
U.S. defense officials confirmed to Reuters last month that a U.S. aircraft carrier strike group had entered the Southern Command region, which covers the Caribbean and the northern coast of South America, to monitor narcotrafficking routes linked to Venezuela’s military leadership.
The Pentagon said the arrival of USS Gerald R. Ford, carrying more than 4,000 sailors and dozens of tactical aircraft, would "bolster US capacity to detect, monitor, and disrupt illicit actors and activities." It added that the mission aims to "degrade and dismantle transnational criminal organizations."
Within weeks, Venezuelan officers were reportedly training for guerrilla-style defense against a possible U.S. strike — an acknowledgment, according to Reuters, of "rising anxiety inside Caracas."
"This really looks like China is going to completely take over the Venezuelan economy," said Gordon Chang, an expert on China’s global trade strategy. "It’s going to decimate Venezuela’s local industry." Chang said the underlying reality hasn’t changed: China can’t protect Caracas from U.S. hard power.
"It can certainly launch a propaganda blitz," he said, "but it can’t project military force in the region. It’s really up to what President Trump does. China does not have the military strength to oppose American intervention if that’s what Trump decides."
Medina agreed that the stakes reach beyond economics. "Just three hours from U.S. shores, this narco-terrorist regime has become the operational convergence of organized crime, drug trafficking, money laundering, and human rights atrocities," he said, urging a Western response combining "diplomatic isolation, targeted sanctions, and, when necessary, defensive deployments." Just when our previous article reported that Chinese President XI has promised our FBI Director Kash Patel that China would work to block the shipments of fentanyl from coming to the U.S., we see that on the other hand, he is doing the exact opposite with Venezuela! China is now working to strengthen Venezuela's military so they can withstand America's attempts to block this dangerous drug, fentanyl, from entering our country. Help us, O Lord, to recognize who our enemies are (China) and who are our loyal friends. In Your Name, Holy One, we offer this prayer, amen and amen.

Major Chinese bridge collapses into river just months after opening to traffic

758-meter structure in Sichuan Province showed cracks day before falling into river below
A massive bridge at a hydropower station in southwest China collapsed Tuesday, sending concrete and steel plunging into a river just months after it opened, according to Chinese state media.
Reuters reported that an official from Barkam County confirmed the collapse to the Chinese state-run Global Times, saying no casualties had been reported.
The report added that cracks were detected a day earlier on the bridge’s road surface and slope, prompting authorities to impose temporary traffic controls.
Footage of the collapse, shared widely on Chinese social media, showed the Hongqi Bridge in Sichuan Province buckling before falling into the river below, kicking up a massive cloud of dust.
The incident occurred around 3 p.m. local time near the G317 national highway, according to China Central Television (CCTV) News.
Local transportation and public security bureaus said the right-bank slope of the bridge showed signs of deformation Monday afternoon, just hours before the collapse.
Authorities quickly shut down the structure to all traffic and issued a public notice warning of potential safety risks. (Fox News) Read More
