"I Still Can't Believe What God Did!"

More than 500 people braved the frigid waters of Bridlington, England, over the weekend to declare their faith in Jesus Christ through baptism. The massive baptism is the latest sign of a growing hunger for God in the United Kingdom. The organizer of the event, Merlin Kraft, held a similar event last month when he was flooded with requests to get baptized after he posted a video of a baptism on his social media channel, BibleLadUK. At that initial baptism, hundreds of people from across the UK traveled to Bigbury-on-Sea to take part, and more than 170 people were baptized in the ocean.
This time, Kraft and his team report that 550 people made this public declaration in what he believes is the biggest baptism Britain has seen in recent years, and possibly in history. "Something powerful is happening across Britain. People are coming to Jesus Christ, publicly declaring their faith, and lives are being changed!" BibleLadUK said in a post. "Honestly, I'm just lost for words," Kraft declared immediately afterward. "God turned up today and so did the people of North England."
"I genuinely cannot believe what God just did yesterday," Kraft said on Sunday. "I'm still trying to get my head around what actually happened, and my arm is absolutely killing me! But what happened on Bridlington beach was just unbelievable. I mean, the beautiful people that came... you could just feel the joy everywhere. It was truly a special, special day. From the American South to the tundras of Alaska, voters will determine political power in the United States
Voters’ decisions in the November midterms are set to shape the balance of power in Washington and beyond. Democrats are seeking to capitalize on favorability ratings that fell below 40 percent for Republicans in the latest RealClearPolitics summary of polling.
That’s expected for the sixth year of a president’s tenure, called the “six-year itch,” a time when the president’s party has historically lost seats in the House. With the House already closely divided, observers expect Democrats to reclaim the lower chamber this year. However, Democrats’ new margins in the House could also be slim, as a flurry of mid-decade redistricting has resulted in a slight edge for Republicans.
The Senate is seen as a more hotly contested battleground. Currently, Republicans hold 53 seats to Democrats’ 47. Just four pick-ups for Democrats—who are leading or holding their own in red states such as Iowa and Ohio—would flip the balance of the upper chamber.

Democrats Push Shocking Bill to ICE and Border Patrol Before Midterm Elections

- Illinois Rep. Delia Ramirez introduced the Reimagining Safety Act, which would disband ICE and Border Patrol and “dismantle” the Department of Homeland Security.
- It would create a new cabinet agency called the Department of Community Safety, though the press release gave few details on its structure or duties.

Iran's "Soft War": How Tehran Turned Antisemitism into a Weapon Against the West

The report said Iran has helped bring claims of Jewish control over American foreign policy into the mainstream, allowing such narratives to spread without continued Iranian involvement.
Antisemitism and anti-Israel rhetoric across the Western political spectrum are being amplified by a decades-long Iranian campaign designed to erode trust in American institutions and forge alliances across ideological divides, according to a report published on Wednesday by the Simon Wiesenthal Center (SWC).
The report, titled “The War on Western Minds: Iran’s 30-Year Campaign to Divide the West,” said that the Islamic Republic has weaponized antisemitism in its ideological “soft war” against the West, exploiting nationalism, religious narratives, and anti-imperialism to spread anti-American and anti-Israel rhetoric.
Unable to match US military power, particularly under decades of sanctions, Iran has instead focused on undermining Western social cohesion and trust in democratic institutions, the report said.
Antisemitism predates the Islamic Revolution, but the SWC said that it provides Iran with a narrative that crosses ideological boundaries. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has exploited this by presenting the regime as an ally against the “Antichrist,” an anti-imperialist force resisting Western hegemony, or a nationalist partner opposing alleged Jewish and Israeli manipulation. Fort Hood survivors praise Trump for scrapping Hasan execution livestream: ‘We’re not barbaric’

Survivors of the 2009 Fort Hood massacre praised President Donald Trump's decision not to livestream the execution of Nidal Hasan, after warning that broadcasting his death could turn the execution into a spectacle and hand terrorist groups a propaganda tool.
Hasan is still set to be executed by firing squad on Dec. 3, 2026, and Trump said the immediate families of his victims will be permitted to witness the execution in person. But it will no longer be broadcast to the general public as previously announced by Secretary of War Pete Hegseth.
Alonzo Lunsford, who was shot seven times by Hasan during the attack nearly 17 years ago, told Fox News Digital that Trump's decision is a "positive move."

In total, 101 polling stations will operate at 99 diplomatic missions for around 4,800 eligible people to cast their votes.

6. One in 5 Israelis struggle with ongoing psychological distress 3 years after Oct 7 attack – report – AllIsraelNews
Three years after the Hamas-led Oct. 7, 2023, attacks on Israel, one in five Israelis are experiencing significant psychological distress that affects their daily functioning, according to a new National Mental Health Barometer survey published by Clalit Health Services’ Research Institute and Israel's Myers-JDC-Brookdale (MJB) Institute.
The findings include significant symptoms of anxiety, depression or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The study also found that young women are the demographic group most likely to experience persistent psychological distress. Furthermore, the reported figures are significantly higher than what is considered “normative levels” for psychological distress and trauma.
According to the MJB study, 15% of respondents had direct exposure to the Oct. 7 attacks or their aftermath. This included being present in the Gaza border region on or immediately after the attacks, or personally knowing someone who was killed, wounded or taken hostage. Read more

Oh, Holy One! This report is so distressing! We thank You, O God, that the truth of the aftermath of the slaughters of Oct. 7th at the Gaza Border is now being revealed, so that we may all intercede together for the healing of those who were impacted by this traumatic event!
Father God, we ask that You would touch the hearts and the souls of the Jews who have been injured by this event. We ask for "wisdom from on high" to be granted to the counselors who are working, slowly but surely, to bring healing to these wounded hearts.

Exporting Diesel At Your Expense

You may never buy a gallon of diesel, but you are paying for it every day. The food in your refrigerator, packages at your door, lumber at the hardware store and countless other goods move on trucks, trains and equipment powered by diesel. Farmers burn it planting and harvesting. Truckers burn it hauling. Railroads burn it moving freight across the country. When diesel soars above $6 a gallon, those costs travel through the supply chain to you. Yet while Americans are getting hammered by record diesel prices, the United States is exporting roughly 1.3 million barrels of diesel a day, more than 20% above last year. Think about that for a moment.
The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) says American distillate inventories, which include diesel, have fallen below their five-year range while net exports have remained near or above five-year highs since February. Inventories are forecast to fall below 100 million barrels and remain unusually low through the end of 2026 and much of 2027. Global disruptions in Russia, the Middle East and China have reduced diesel supplies, driving international prices higher and making American diesel increasingly attractive overseas. EIA says those higher global prices incentivize US exports and acknowledges that low domestic inventories contribute to higher American diesel prices. We are producing diesel at near-record levels, yet our own supply remains dangerously tight.

'Suspicious' mail with DSA-linked return address triggers FBI, Capitol Hill investigation

Senior Capitol Hill staff were warned that "multiple letters containing suspicious substances" were mailed out across the country and to multiple congressional offices on Thursday.
An email notice obtained by Fox News Digital sent to chiefs of staff, administrative managers and state directors said the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the FBI and U.S. Capitol Police were "investigating multiple letters containing suspicious substances that were mailed to various addresses nationwide, including multiple Congressional offices."
"Law enforcement officials are working to intercept any additional letters before they are delivered, however, it is possible that some letters may reach their destinations," the notice from the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms read.
An FBI spokesperson declined to confirm specific instances or letters, but said in a statement that, "The FBI and U.S. Postal Inspection Service are investigating a series of suspicious mailings sent to various addresses nationwide, including Secretary of State offices and their related election offices."
"Some of the letters contained an unknown substance, and we are working closely with our law enforcement partners to respond to each incident," the spokesperson said. "We are also working with our partners to identify the individual or individuals responsible for the letters. This FBI and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service will continue to safeguard the public and secure elections for American citizens." (Fox News) Read more.

We pray that the envelopes with suspicious substances being mailed out to various addresses across our nation, including Secretary of State offices and their related election offices, will be confiscated by the FBI and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
Lord, we pray that those who have plotted evil will fall into their own trap, be exposed and brought to justice. Father, since these envelopes have an allegedly out of date DSA-linked return address on them, we pray for a quick investigation so that this wickedness will be brought to an end. We pray for safety and protection for our citizens and for those who are keeping our elections secure.

Three top House Republicans are demanding a Chinese shipping giant be stripped of special privileges at American ports over concerns the vessels are allegedly spying on U.S. military communications, according to a letter exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital.
COSCO, a shipping and logistics company owned by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and based in Shanghai, has received favorable treatment under a Coast Guard program designed to reward trusted commercial operators. But China hawks in Congress want to revoke those privileges following a September report that the vessels are being used to gather intelligence.
In an Oct. 14 letter, three top Republican lawmakers identified that as of July 15, 2026, there were 11 COSCO vessels listed in the Coast Guard's Quality Shipping for the 21st Century program, known as Qualship 21 — despite the Pentagon designating them as a Chinese military company.
House China Committee Chairman John Moolenaar, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Rick Crawford, R-Ark., and Rep. Carlos Gimenez, chairman of the Homeland Security Subcommittee on Transportation and Maritime Security, are pressing Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin to revoke COSCO vessels' enrollment in the Coast Guard's program. Father God, as intercessors we ask that our government and military leaders seek Your guidance and use common sense in executing their assignments. Lord, it seems we missed the boat as far as seeking Your wisdom in regulating Qualship 21 eligibility rules. Since the Coast Guard and Pentagon have allowed the Chinese military shipping company, COSCO, special privileges—including fewer inspections—we now have a letter from three lawmakers to immediately revoke COSCO’s special status and investigate their activities more closely. These measures will include investigating suspected attempts to intercept U.S. military communications, gather intelligence, steal secret technology and monitor military activity near their location.
Father, we confess that we stupidly and foolishly trusted the CCP military company, COSCO, to be good and play fair. We have seen so many incidents here in the past few decades of Chinese Communist spying and interference; buying up land near our military installations; attempts to control U.S. colleges and universities with “donations”, secret Chinese police stations and more. Forgive us, Lord; and help us to forgive those who sought and granted COSCO’s special status, whether blinded by ignorance or lured by greed.
Lord, we pray that the three lawmakers’ request to Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin to revoke COSCO’s special status and that of other questionable shipping companies, be quickly accepted so that the enrollment of COSCO and the like in this Coast Guard program be rescinded.

DOJ gives California 48 hours to review list of possible noncitizens on voter rolls

The Justice Department is threatening California with possible legal action after it says the state mailed ballots to noncitizens ahead of the midterm elections.
The DOJ sent a letter on Tuesday to California Secretary of State Shirley Weber informing her that federal officials provided Los Angeles County election officials with a list of names of individuals who authorities believe to be noncitizens.
Acting Deputy U.S. Attorney Trent McCotter warned that the state has 48 hours to confirm whether any of the individuals on the list were mailed ballots for the November 3 election. That deadline will expire later on Thursday (October 15th).
"If you cannot implement this process by then, given the ongoing federal election, the United States will have no choice but to seek emergency relief," the letter states.
Weber released a statement protesting the federal demands on Wednesday, connecting it to earlier efforts by the DOJ to expunge noncitizens from California's voter rolls.
"In July of this year, President Trump and DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin made (still) unsubstantiated claims that California had 190,000 noncitizens on its voter rolls. Given the many high-profile examples of states purging U.S. citizens from their voter rolls based on DHS/SAVE data, SOS immediately requested written information about their methodology and data sources to back up their claims. 'Dude! No way!' Scientists jump for joy over Artemis II moon science results

We have our first look at the science from Artemis II, and it's as amazing as we might have hoped.
This past April, four astronauts strapped in for a flyby around the moon and back to Earth. The first mission to the moon since the Apollo program ended in 1972, this success marked an incredible historic milestone. The Artemis II crew also conducted groundbreaking science, observing parts of the moon no human had ever laid eyes on before. And now, we have our first look at some of the science from the mission.
"It's the science community's job now to take these data and go do magical things with it," David Hollibaugh Baker, a member of the Artemis II Lunar Science Team, said during a Wednesday (10/7) press conference that announced the mission's initial science results.
This is just the first batch of data from the mission, but it includes a whopping 996 new images, 814 GB of observations and 521 minutes of audio from the crew that has never been heard before. Everything from that astronauts' handwritten notes and drawings to photographs and verbal observations have revealed exciting new information — about impact flashes on the moon, for example, as well as the terminator line between the lunar "day" and "night" sides and a whole range of lunar colors and observations from beyond the mysterious far side.
