TPUSA Faith Explodes After Kirk Assassination

100% Growth in Churches, 200,000 New Christians Involved
In the wake of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk’s assassination, his organization’s faith wing has seen a massive increase in membership. Kirk was not one to shy away from professing that he followed Jesus Christ. TPUSA Faith aims to facilitate the growth and to nourish the faith of Christians across the country, while spreading the Word of God. According to its website, “TPUSA Faith is dedicated to empowering Christians to put their faith into action. We engage, equip, and empower millions of grateful Americans who are prepared to defend our God-given rights, by giving them the tools to expose lies and articulate the connection between Faith and Freedom.”

On Tuesday, TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet told Fox News that 4,000 new churches have joined in this vision, bringing the total number of churches under the organization to 8,000. Additionally, TPUSA faith has seen 200,000 new Christians become involved. Its social media accounts saw an incredible uptick of 1,000 percent in followers, viewers, and streamers. Kolvet commented on this success when speaking to “The Story” host Trace Gallagher. “So, now we’ve doubled. We have 8,000 churches in our network at TPUSA Faith. We’ve seen almost 1,000 percent growth across all social media platforms. And get this. We’ve had over 200,000 people sign up to become a part of TPUSA Faith. (Western Journal)  Read More Here
Abba, we REJOICE for the wonderful news of abundant new memberships within Turning Point USA, especially after the sad death of Charlie Kirk. Your Hand has turned what was originally meant for evil into something good, as Your powerful Word promises. We lift praise for the multiplication in new churches that have  joined the vision of TPUSA across our nation!  Bless the lives of 200,000 individuals that have recently joined the Turning Point USA organization. We give You all GLORY and PRAISE for empowering believers to stand boldly for Jesus and equipping the Body in articulating truth about life-giving faith and freedom, only through belief in Christ. We declare Your holy plans and purposes alone will stand, as we pray 'Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven'! By the Blood and Mighty Name of Yeshua, we lift his prayer- Amen and Amen.

"Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night." (Psalm 1:1-2)

Global Persecution of Christians on the Rise: Western Media Silent
There are about 8 billion people living in our world today, and well over half of them live in a country where Christians are being persecuted. Of course that would come as quite a shock to the vast majority of the Christians that are living in the western world, because they never hear much about the nightmarish things that are being done to Christians in nations such as China, India, Nigeria, Pakistan and North Korea.

Globally, the persecution of Christians is getting worse with each passing year, but since the mainstream media mostly ignores what is going on most of us just assume that it really isn't a big deal. But the truth is that what is being done to our brothers and sisters all over the world is absolutely horrifying.
There are 1.4 billion people living in China today.  Children under 18 are constitutionally prohibited from attending church, and adults are only allowed to attend state-controlled churches that are very tightly restricted.  Underground churches are very popular, but those that lead those underground churches can be grabbed by the government at any time.  In fact, dozens of Chinese pastors were just rounded up...

Police in China detained dozens of pastors of one of its largest underground churches over the weekend, a church spokesperson and relatives said, in the biggest crackdown on Christians since 2018.

The detentions, which come amid renewed China-U.S. tensions after Beijing dramatically expanded rare earth export controls last week, drew condemnation from Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who called on Sunday for the pastors' immediate release.

Pastor Jin Mingri, the founder of Zion Church, an unofficial "house church" not sanctioned by the government, was detained at his home in the southern city of Beihai on Friday evening, said his daughter, Grace Jin, and a church spokesperson, Sean Long.

Sharing the gospel on the Internet is a crime in China, and that is apparently what these pastors are being charged with...
India also has a population of 1.4 billion, and Christianity has become very popular there in recent decades.

Unfortunately, those that do choose to go to church in India do so with the realization that they could be attacked by Hindu extremists at any moment...

Hindu extremists in central India ransacked a church's worship building, burned Bibles and assaulted every member, causing one to lose consciousness, sources said. (Prophecy Newswatch) Read more
Father God, we are so grieved to read these reports of the brutal persecution of the church now taking place in other nations. Lord God, we ask that the spirit of grace be poured out upon those who are suffering for the faith. We ask, too, that You would move upon the hearts of those who are governing authorities in these impacted nations, soften their hearts, and cause them to pass legislation to protect the Christians who live in their lands. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers, amen and amen!

FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. Rubio meets Netanyahu in Jerusalem to press Trump Mideast peace plan - JNS

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the Prime Minister’s Office in Jerusalem on Thursday night.

“Secretary Rubio, Marco, welcome again to Jerusalem,” Netanyahu told Washington’s top diplomat in brief remarks following their meeting.

“We’ve had incredible visits, first by President Trump in the Knesset, something that will be etched in our history. We had the vice president yesterday, we have you today—this is a circle of trust and partnership,” according to the premier.

Rubio has been an “extraordinary friend of Israel,” he said, “and now we face days of destiny. We want to advance peace. We still have security challenges, but I think that we can work together, and by working together, both address the challenges and seize the opportunities.” (Read more)

2. Netanyahu: Israel is independent, US does not dictate our policy - Israel National News

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday rejected the notion that the US is dictating policy to Israel, stressing that Israel is an independent country.

Netanyahu was responding to a question from Channel 12 News about US President Donald Trump’s comments in an interview with TIME Magazine, in which Trump said that Israel will not apply sovereignty over Judea and Samaria and added, “Israel would lose all of its support from the United States if that happened.”

"I deeply, deeply appreciate President Trump’s support - both for the wartime operations, for my decision to enter Gaza City, and for his mobilization of the Arab world to help bring back our hostages through our military pressure and his diplomatic pressure," Netanyahu said. (Read more)

3. Turkey-Qatar Partnership Grows While Hamas Refuses to Disarm, Raising Alarm Bells Over Gaza’s Future - Algemeiner

As Qatar and Turkey further expand their relationship, concerns are mounting that their growing influence in Gaza could bolster Hamasand complicate the fragile ceasefire, as both countries pursue their regional ambitions in the war-torn enclave.

On Wednesday, Ankara and Doha signed new agreements on defense, trade, and strategic planning, deepening a partnership that continues to raise alarm bells among Israel, Gulf states, and experts, who warn that their expanding roles in Gaza’s reconstruction efforts could potentially strengthen Hamas’s terrorist infrastructure.

As part of his three-day Gulf tour, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan traveled to Doha to meet with Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

During the 11th meeting of the Turkey–Qatar High Strategic Committee, the two leaders issued a joint declaration reaffirming their commitment to maintaining the US-backed Gaza peace plan(Read more)

4. Turkey to buy 40 fighter jets from Qatar amid Israel tensions - World Israel News

Turkey is intensifying its efforts to purchase 40 fighter jets from Qatar — a move that could potentially weaken Israel’s long-standing air superiority in the region.

According to a Bloomberg report, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited Qatar on Wednesday as part of ongoing negotiations to acquire 24 used and 16 new Eurofighter Typhoon jets from the Gulf kingdom.

“Turkey has been trying to negotiate to acquire some of Qatar’s used Eurofighters,” an anonymous source told AFP, adding that “in exchange, Turkey has offered access to its new-generation fighter jet, the Kaan, as part of a potential technology transfer arrangement.”

The United Kingdom is reportedly playing a central role in facilitating the deal.

“We look forward to agreeing on the final contracting details soon,” a UK government spokesperson told Reuters, saying London had helped secure “a multibillion-pound order of up to 40 aircraft.” (Read more

5. Biblical tax notice: 1st-ever Assyrian inscription found near Jerusalem’s Temple Mount - Times of Israel

An Assyrian inscription dating to around 2,700 years ago was unearthed in an archaeological excavation near the Temple Mount in Jerusalem’s Old City — the first time written evidence of the relations between the Assyrian Empire and the Kingdom of Judah has been discovered in the city, the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA) announced Wednesday.

Inscribed on a pottery fragment 2.5 centimeters (1 inch) in size, the writing mentions a delay in payment, the first day of the month of Av, and the title of an Assyrian officer, the “holder of the reins,” a position connected to the royal court known from Assyrian historical records. The words are written in cuneiform script in the Akkadian language. Scientific analysis of the clay confirmed that it came from the Tigris basin region, where several Assyrian centers were located.

The artifact was found in the dirt removed from an excavation at the Davidson Archaeological Park next to the Western Wall, conducted by the IAA in collaboration with the City of David Foundation. (Read more)

1. Senate Rejects Funding Plan 12th Time as Shutdown Stretches Into 2nd Longest in History – The Epoch Times

Nearly all Republicans support the measure, and all but a handful of Democrats oppose it.
Republicans and Democrats showed no signs of agreement as a government shutdown reached 22 days, making it the second-longest in history.
A Republican-backed stopgap funding measure on Oct. 22 again failed to gain the 60 votes needed to end debate in the Senate and bring the matter to an up-or-down vote.

The 54–46 result is nearly identical to the 12 previous votes dating to Sept. 19. Nearly all Republican senators support the measure, and all but a handful of Democrats oppose it.
President Donald Trump said on Oct. 21 that he would meet with Democratic leaders only after they approve the GOP continuing funding resolution to allow the government to temporarily resume full operations at the existing funding level.

Democrats have said the standoff revolves around their effort to make health care more accessible. However, Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) conducted a filibuster beginning late on Oct. 21, calling for resistance to what he called authoritarianism by Trump. (Read more)
- Father God,

Your word says that a house divided cannot stand so, Lord, bring unison into our government! Let our Congress see that the only people who are hurting from this shutdown are the American people. We thank you, Lord, for those Democrats who have stepped across party lines and joined the Republican Senators to advance the bill. Father, we ask that you speak to those who are holding up the business of the United States and open their eyes that they may see the truth in what they are doing. Pettiness must end! Tear down the divisions operating in our nation! !We pray for our troops to get paid, the Air Traffic Controllers to get paid and for those who have snap benefits that have children to take care of.  Lord, your eyes see everything, so we ask you to keep your eyes on our healthcare benefits and make sure it is used for American citizens that have paid into Medicare all their lives. In Jesus' name. Amen.

2.'We have a tough task ahead of us': JD Vance meets with Netanyahu, Herzog, hostage families – JPost

During his meeting with Netanyahu, Vance assured that "America doesn't want Israel as a protectorate," while he also called the Gaza situation "very tough."
US Vice President JD Vance stressed that the US does not want to control Israel during his meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday.

"Israel is not an American protectorate," Netanyahu stated, adding that the country would “have the final say regarding her security."
Vance's meeting with Netanyahu came as part of the US VP's schedule in Israel, and was centered around the “challenge of holding the ceasefire and rebuilding Gaza.”

"We have a very tough task ahead of us, which is to disarm Hamas but rebuild Gaza, to make life better for the people in Gaza, but also to ensure that Hamas is no longer a threat to our friends in Israel," Vance said, and added, "It's not easy. I think the prime minister knows that as well as anybody. But it's something that we are committed to in the Trump administration." Read more

- Lord of Angel Armies,

We thank You for all the effort that JD Vance and all the Trump Administration have put into bringing peace and security to Israel and Gaza. There is a fine line in this deal in which Israel has to come out on top! In Your Word, we hear the words 'peace, peace' ; where there is no peace.  Lord, we have heard Hamas saying that they will not disarm. How can there be a deal where wickedness is allowed to abound? We ask for keen, supernatural wisdom for President Trump and his administration as he deals with the Arab nations and the terror groups that are part of this deal. Give Benjamin Netanyahu the wisdom he needs to keep Israel as the 'Apple of Your eye' as he sorts out what is good for Israel and what is not.  We call for Your great wisdom from Your Throne Room in favor of Your people.  In Jesus' name. Amen

- " They have healed also the hurt of my people slightly, saying, 'Peace, peace;' where there is no peace." (Jeremiah 6:14)

3. Knesset passes two bills supporting annexations in Judea & Samaria in preliminary readings - AllIsraelNews

The Israeli Knesset on Wednesday passed two bills in preliminary readings aimed at advancing annexation measures in Judea and Samaria, despite opposition from the Likud party, which feared the move could offend the United States.

One bill, proposed by Yisrael Beiteinu leader Avigdor Liberman, calls for Israel to annex Ma’ale Adumim, a large city to the east of Jerusalem in the Judean Desert.

Ahead of the vote, Liberman argued that taking limited steps would be the most effective way to advance annexation, noting, “Ma’ale Adumim constitutes the broadest consensus in Israeli society. In terms of applying sovereignty, it is better to go for the broadest national consensus – Ma’ale Adumim, Ariel, Gush Etzion and the Jordan Valley.”
The second bill, proposed by Noam party head Avi Maoz, seeks to annex all of Judea and Samaria.

The draft bills are set to be discussed by the Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee before they can be presented for three additional readings. The proposed bills have caused considerable controversy within the government coalition, which generally supports the extension of Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria. Read more

- Father,
Only You can figure out why President Trump has not fully endorsed Winsome Sears for Governor of Virginia. We do know, that he has warned that the Democratic candidate, Spanberger, would be bad for the US energy agenda. Winsome Sears has been a wonderful Attorney General for Virginia and we thank you, God, for her continuing service.

Lord, we lay the State of Virginia at the foot of the cross as this election draws near. We need righteousness in our government of Virginia and we ask you to expose any wickedness that would try and take root. Let Your hand of righteousness pull down every stronghold of wickedness in this election, not only in Virginia but across our nation. We decree: ' Virginia Belongs to the Lord '!!!!!!! In Jesus' name. Amen.

4. FBI Director Patel Says They’re Close to Revealing Who’s Backing Antifa – Discern Report

FBI Director Kash Patel has revealed that his agency is closing in on the shadowy figures financing Antifa’s operations across the country. In a recent interview, Patel stated the FBI “is on the verge of unmasking the command structure and financing of violent anarchist groups like Antifa.”
He added that agents are “following the money,” with signs pointing to “support for anti-American radical groups” coming from “America’s enemies overseas” and tax-exempt U.S. nonprofits.

This push follows President Trump’s executive order designating Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization, a step that has empowered federal investigators to dig deeper into the group’s activities. The order targets efforts to “overthrow” the U.S. government and law enforcement, directing resources to “disrupt and dismantle” Antifa’s illegal operations and funding streams.
Patel emphasized the creation of a dedicated division for this purpose, saying the effort to track Antifa funding is so critical that “we’ve created an entire new program and division dedicated to rooting out the money that is funding these operations, whether it’s U.S. based or internationally.”

Whispers in conservative circles have long suggested that Antifa’s chaos— from street riots to coordinated attacks— isn’t grassroots but orchestrated by a web of elite donors and foreign influencers pulling strings from afar. Recent indictments in Texas mark the first federal terrorism charges against alleged Antifa members, hinting at a broader crackdown on what some call the “Protest Industrial Complex.” Read more

- Lord,
We thank you for this new program set up by FBI Director Kash Patel.  As our government brings down this wicked web of deceit that is trying to destroy America from within, we ask for wisdom for the administration in finding the web of dark money that's flooding into our nation from foreign funds and from US tax-exempt nonprofit organizations. Let Antifa and other terror groups causing chaos in America be exposed and brought down through Your righteous judgement and prosecution. In Jesus' name. Amen.

- "For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds." (2 Corinthians 10:1)

5. The Biggest Retirement Mistake According to Dave Ramsey — and How to Avoid It

Financial expert Dave Ramsey has built a career helping millions of Americans get out of debt and build wealth through common-sense principles. But when it comes to retirement, Ramsey says there’s one mistake that can derail even the most disciplined saver: believing that retirement is only about the money.
In a recent discussion highlighted by Kiplinger, Ramsey explained that while saving and investing are essential, too many people overlook the emotional and lifestyle aspects of retirement. The result? They enter their golden years financially prepared but personally adrift — unsure of what comes next or how to find meaning without the structure of work.

Why Money Isn’t Everything
Ramsey often reminds listeners that wealth is a tool, not a goal. “Retirement is not the end of the road; it’s the beginning of a new one,” he’s said. But too many people spend decades focused solely on the financial target — hitting a certain number in their 401(k), IRA, or savings account — without asking how they’ll actually live once they reach it.

Research backs him up. Studies published in the Journal of Population Ageing show that retirees who lack social engagement or purpose experience higher rates of depression, cognitive decline, and even physical illness. Money can’t fill that void. What matters more is how retirees choose to use their time — whether that’s volunteering, mentoring, pursuing hobbies, or spending quality time with loved ones.

Building a Purposeful Life After Work
Purpose doesn’t have to come from a paycheck. In fact, many retirees discover deeper satisfaction once they’re free from the grind of earning a living. But that fulfillment takes intention. Ramsey often encourages people to find ways to stay productive, even if it doesn’t involve money — whether through volunteering, mentoring younger generations, or turning a lifelong passion into a part-time pursuit. Read more

- Abba Father, we thank You for the financial and lifestyle wisdom You have poured out over the years through this man of God. This latest advice from Dave Ramsey is so timely for many of us; may we heed his guidance:  Finances are a tool, not an end in themselves; and retirement needs to be approached with intention. We say, “Yes, Lord, we ‘intend’ to do all that You have called us to, both before and after retirement from the workplace.” May we hear Your voice and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit as we continue, step by step onward to our eternal home. May the intentions be paired with actions You would have us take in fulfillment of Your assignments.

- "Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer,
The Holy One of Israel:
“I am the Lord your God,
Who teaches you to profit,
Who leads you by the way you should go."
 (Isaiah 48:17)

The Daily Jot

Democrats’ Calls to Violence Continue

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, October 23, 2025

Another week, another wave of incendiary rhetoric. Even as President Donald Trump negotiates the release of Israeli hostages from Palestinian terrorists, makes strides toward Middle East stability, and steers the economy through a Democrat-led government shutdown, Democratic leaders aren’t talking about solutions. They’re talking about “destroying democracy,” “un-American actions,” and “never trusting Republicans.” Their words are increasingly reckless, setting the stage for unrest rather than debate. These are not offhand remarks. They are dog whistles designed to paint opponents as enemies of the state. And when rhetoric crosses from heated to hateful, it emboldens unstable minds to act.

On October 12, former Vice President Kamala Harris appeared on CBS and accused Trump of a “frontal attack on the rule of law,” branding his leadership as dangerous to the nation. The next day, Rep Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) declared on MSNBC there is “definitively no reason to ever trust Republicans,” language that strips away political legitimacy and turns disagreement into war footing. That same day, Rep Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) claimed on CNN that Republicans are “destroying the lives of Americans everywhere.” And Barack Obama chimed in from the sidelines, calling Trump’s deployment of the National Guard “inherently corrupting” and “un-American.” Read More

Russia violates NATO airspace in Lithuania amid Putin warning on long-range missiles

Russian jets violate NATO airspace in Lithuania, forces respond quickly

Russia has renewed its violations of NATO airspace with jet incursions into Lithuanian territory, the nation’s president announced Thursday.

"This is a blatant breach of international law and territorial integrity of Lithuania," President Gitanas Nausėda said. "Once again, it confirms the importance of strengthening European air defense readiness."

The Lithuanian Ministry of Defense said: "Russian military aircraft briefly entered Lithuanian airspace. Our forces acted quickly with NATO jets on patrol."

The ministry said around 6 p.m. local time two Russian airplanes - an Su30 and IL78, a refueling aircraft, entered Lithuanian airspace for about 18 seconds. A government source guessed it was a refueling exercise.

Two Spanish fighter jets on a NATO air police mission flew to the site of the violation.

"This is another demonstration of NATO’s readiness to respond to any developments and ability to ensure the safety of the Alliance’s airspace," a NATO official said. (Fox News)

US pressures Israel on West Bank, Rubio voices confidence in Gaza truce

US President Donald Trump issued a stark warning to Israel over annexing the West Bank in an interview published Thursday, as visiting Secretary of State Marco Rubio voiced confidence that a US-backed ceasefire in Gaza would hold.

Trump’s remarks were made to Time magazine by telephone on October 15 — just days after the Gaza truce plan he spearheaded took effect — but were only published on Thursday.

“It won’t happen,” Trump said when asked about calls in Israel to annex the Palestinian West Bank, which has been occupied by Israel since 1967. “It won’t happen because I gave my word to the Arab countries.”

He added: “Israel would lose all of its support from the United States if that happened.”

Israeli lawmakers on Wednesday advanced two bills paving the way for West Bank annexation, leading to condemnation Thursday from US Vice President JD Vance, who was in Israel at the time and who echoed Trump’s comments.

When asked on Thursday if he was concerned by the votes, Trump told reporters at the White House: “Don’t worry about the West Bank. Israel’s not going to do anything with the West Bank.”

The United States remains Israel’s most important military and diplomatic supporter.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party boycotted and criticised the vote, though members of his ruling coalition support annexation.

Arab and Muslim countries, which the US has been courting to provide troops and money for a stabilisation force in Gaza — a key element of Trump’s ceasefire plan — have warned that annexation of the West Bank is a red line.

In a joint statement carried by Saudi state media on Thursday, more than a dozen such states including Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Turkey condemned the Israeli parliament’s vote.

Rubio, one of a string of top US officials to visit Israel in recent days, had warned before his arrival that the annexation moves were “threatening” to the fragile ceasefire in Gaza. (Breitbart) Read more here.

- Oh Lord God! Holy One! We can only pray in the Spirit over this news, as it is so dangerous for the well-being of our people. We ask that our President would adopt a "hands off" policy towards any discussion of the annexation of the lands of Judea and Samaria, for this land belongs to You, Holy One. Help us, O Lord, we pray amen and amen!

- "Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered." (Romans 8:26)
And Now . . . Lion of Judah: ROAR!!!!
"The Lord shall go forth like a mighty man;
He shall stir up His zeal like a man of war.
He shall cry out, yes, shout aloud;
He shall prevail against His enemies."

Why the Edmund Fitzgerald has become our ‘Titanic of the Great Lakes’

LAKE SUPERIOR - Decades after it sank in a brutal Lake Superior storm, the Edmund Fitzgerald has transformed from a shipwreck into a legend, according to maritime historian Fred Stonehouse. He has watched as the doomed freighter’s story has grown to occupy a place in the public consciousness akin to a more famous maritime disaster more than a century ago.

“It has come to represent the Titanic of the Great Lakes,” Stonehouse told MLive in an earlier interview.

And at no time does that seem more apparent than this fall, when we are marking the 50th anniversary of the Mighty Fitz’s tragic loss.

The 728-foot freighter, once the largest ship on the Great Lakes, went down on Nov. 10, 1975, taking all 29 crew members with it. The Fitzgerald was loaded down with 26,000 tons of iron ore, en route from Wisconsin to Detroit’s Zug Island when it disappeared. The ship was later discovered broken in two, sitting in 530 feet of water, off Whitefish Point in Lake Superior.

And every November – or every time gales whip up on Lake Superior – the ship’s name seems to be on everyone’s lips.

Theories abound about what caused the disaster – information Stonehouse neatly lays out in his book, “The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald” – but none has been absolutely proven and those who were there can’t tell us. Stonehouse believes it’s partly this enduring sense of mystery that has pushed the Fitzgerald’s story into the realm of legend.

Also, the famous “Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald” song by the late Gordon Lightfoot has made the ship part of our lexicon when we talk about the lake – and its deadly storms. Read More
