Revival Rising: Nearly 900 Baptized at Texas Church in Latest Mass Baptism
|
|
|
Another U.S. church is reporting a massive baptism event as people are turning to Christ by the thousands across the country. From churches to college campuses, signs of a spiritual awakening are everywhere.
Last week we reported that Biltmore Church in North Carolina baptized 458 people, the largest single-day baptism in the church's 137-year history. Now, there's another example, this time happening in Lakepointe Church in Texas, where 882 people chose to get baptized on September 27 as a declaration of their new life in Jesus Christ.
Senior Pastor Josh Howerton and Lakepointe shared a joint post about the exciting day on Instagram, saying, "There are few things more powerful than watching someone publicly say, 'My life belongs to Jesus'." (CBN) Read More Here and Watch Video

Father God, we thank You for the evidence of a powerful move of Your Holy Spirit through reports of mass-baptisms in our nation! We celebrate alongside our brothers and sisters in Christ, for their declaration of Jesus as Lord and Savior. We invite Holy Spirit FIRE to fall upon our nation and declare testimonies of genuine transformation and prodigals returning home will spread like wildfire across the country! In the powerful Name of Jesus Christ, we pray- Amen.
"He will make his messengers winds, his ministers a flaming fire." (Psalm 104:4)

Biden Judge Claims Congress Can’t Stop Noncitizens from Voting
|
|
A Biden-appointed federal judge in Miami claims a federal ban on noncitizens voting is unconstitutional and has dismissed a case against a migrant who voted in 2020.
U.S. District Judge David Leibowitz, appointed to the bench by Joe Biden in 2024, threw out a case against Chelsea Michelle Ann Cox, who knowingly voted despite being a noncitizen in Broward County in 2020.
In his 31-page opinion, Leibowitz claimed that the U.S. Congress overstepped its role by passing a law prohibiting noncitizens from voting because in his view the Constitution maintains that the states are to determine voter eligibility.
Trump Department of Homeland Security (DHS) General Counsel James Percival blasted the judge, and wrote on X, “A Biden appointed judge in Florida says that federal bans on noncitizen voting are unconstitutional. The thing that never happens is now ‘constitutionally protected activity!'” (Breitbart) Read more here.

|
Holy Lord, activist judges across the country are constantly blocking anything the President wants to accomplish. Noncitizens cannot vote in elections according to the Constitution, yet this judge created a legal snarl over someone who voted but was clearly not eligible. We pray that this ruling will be reversed by the Supreme Court, and that activist judges will once and for all stop ruling based on their hatred of President Trump.
“So you also outwardly appear righteous to others, but within you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.” (Matthew 23:28)

Treasury Department dismantles 'major Hamas financing network'
|
|
The Treasury Department announced Friday that its Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctioned "a member of Hamas’s military wing, along with two France-based individuals and two affiliated entities that provide critical financing to Hamas."
“These designations expose a sophisticated, multi‑year financing architecture that moved more than $2 million to Hamas through deceptive charitable fronts and cryptocurrency channels, demonstrating the organization’s persistent ability to adapt its fundraising mechanisms to evade detection,” the department said in a statement.
It added that Saleem Abdallah Saleem al-Zaq, who was targeted in Friday's action, "is a Gaza-based battalion deputy in the Hamas military wing who oversees a financial network that has used various money services businesses and cryptocurrency wallets to transfer significant funds to the Hamas Al-Qassam Brigades.
"Faouzi Barika (Barika) and Amel Oualid (Oualid) operate from France, where they run purported charities ostensibly to raise money for humanitarian purposes to aid Gazan civilians. In reality, they partner with al-Zaq to raise and transfer money directly to him, which al-Zaq in turn funnels to Hamas," it continued. (Fox News) Read more here.

|
Thank You, Lord, for this investigation that sanctions those who fund Hamas. We pray that every avenue this terror group uses be prevented from sending any funds to them. You have saved the souls of some in Hamas before, so we ask that You help them to repent fully and change their ways.
“The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9)

Trump’s State Department Revokes Quarter of a Million Visas from Foreign Nationals
|
|
The State Department, led by Secretary Marco Rubio, has revoked more than 250,000 visas from foreign nationals since President Donald Trump took office in January 2025.
This week, Rubio announced that more than a quarter of a million visas have been revoked. On X, officials called it “a historic milestone that reflects our unwavering commitment to protecting the American people.”
In August, State Department officials revealed that most of the foreign nationals who, at that point, had their visas revoked were accused of assault, drunk driving, theft, drug crimes, as well as fraud, immigration violations, and endangering national security.
Likewise, many foreign nationals who had their visas revoked were accused of child abuse, sexual assault, embezzlement, and reckless driving.
In one case, the State Department revoked the visa of a foreign national charged with rape and sexual battery of a mentally disabled victim. In another case, a foreign national had their visa revoked after having been charged with kidnapping, human trafficking, and sexual exploitation of a minor. (Read more)

|
Lord God, a visa is not a right, it is a privilege that apparently some who come to the US do not understand. We take Your Authority over those who bring harm and chaos to our nation and bind their plans and actions tightly. Let Your power prevail over Your people.
“Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.” (Luke 10:19)

Emirates shared details about FlyDubai flight with Israel, including of pilots
|
|
|
TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) — Authorities in the United Arab Emirates shared with Israel a list of passengers and crew ahead of the FlyDubai flight on which a pilot attempted to seize control of the Israel-bound aircraft and crash it, regional officials said Sunday, raising new questions over how the attacker evaded detection.
With the investigation underway, preliminary details about the incident have highlighted several major security lapses. Officials already have said the Omani co-pilot had been barred from flying by his own country because of concerns about his extremist views. It also remains unclear how a citizen of Oman, an Arab country that has no diplomatic relations with Israel, was allowed to fly a planeload of Israelis to Tel Aviv.
The UAE, which is leading the investigation, said the co-pilot attacked the flight’s captain with the cockpit’s crash ax and tried to take control of the plummeting plane in a “terrorist attack” Wednesday. His actions nearly crashed the flight with 182 people on board before the Indian captain managed to open the cockpit door, allowing passengers and others to rush in and subdued the attacker.
Israel did not raise concerns about passengers and crew
The regional officials said Emirati authorities had shared information about the passengers and crew, including their nationalities. Israel hadn’t raised red flags on any passenger or member of the crew, said the officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak to reporters about the probe.
The Shin Bet, Israel’s domestic security agency, said the Transportation Ministry is responsible for vetting passenger lists from foreign flights. Transportation Minister Miri Regev told Israel’s public broadcaster Kan that the security agencies are responsible for flight security and that her ministry wasn’t given a list of passengers or any warnings.
Sharing the list is standard aviation procedure. But the head of aviation security at the Transportation Ministry, Dvir Rubenstien, told Army Radio that the ministry relies on local security checks and does not have the tools or the ability to run checks on each passenger on every flight.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Thursday that Israel has long-standing agreements with foreign carriers to keep pilots from flying into the country if they are citizens of nations that don’t maintain diplomatic relations with Israel. (AP) Read more

|
Father of Truth, we thank You for revealing the security lapses that could have led to terrible tragedy on this flight. We pray that You will seal every breach, every security issue raised in this situation. May Israeli security be granted discernment in all flights or other transportation… as well as any other nations who may have hired pilots or carry passengers who were not properly vetted. Let Your mighty protection prevail over Your people.
“You are a hiding place for me; you preserve me from trouble; you surround me with shouts of deliverance.” (Psalm 32:7)

1. Flydubai hijacker targeted Ben Gurion Airport - Israel National News
New details from the interrogation of Hamam al-Hammami, the Flydubai co-pilot who attempted to hijack a flight from Dubai to Israel, indicate that the terrorist intended to crash the plane into Israel's Ben Gurion Airport, causing mass casualties, Israeli officials said on Sunday.
According to the officials, for this reason, al-Hamami only began his hijacking attempt over Jordan. The plan was to continue flying toward Israel to make it appear as a routine flight to Ben Gurion.
The terrorist is suspected of having planned to approach landing as usual, and only in the final seconds, once it was impossible to intercept the plane, crash it into the terminal. (Read more)

2. Despite years of warnings, Transportation Ministry, required to check foreign flights, hasn’t done so - Times of Israel
A former top official in the Transportation Ministry on Sunday accused Transportation Minister Miri Regev of responsibility for security failures surrounding foreign airlines flying to Israel, as scrutiny on the ministry intensified following last week’s terror attack by an Omani copilot aboard a flydubai flight to Tel Aviv.
The government, Regev and the Transportation Ministry have denied responsibility for any security breach preceding the incident, in which copilot Hamam al-Hammami stabbed the pilot and allegedly sought to crash the plane with its 180 passengers, almost all of them Israeli, and crew. The ministry said it does not have the capacity to perform background checks on foreign pilots, and that there was no way to definitively ensure the security of foreign flights into Israel.
But according to internal National Security Council documents cited Sunday by Army Radio, senior Israeli bodies have been warning for years that the Transportation Ministry has not been meeting its responsibilities in performing security checks on foreign airlines flying into Israel. (Read more)

4. IDF detains 50 Palestinian terrorists in Judea and Samaria - JNS
The Israel Defense Forces arrested more than 50 Palestinian terrorists, among them a terrorist cell, in counterterrorism operations throughout Judea and Samaria during Sukkot and the intermediate days of the holiday, the military said on Friday.
Soldiers from the Nahal Infantry’s 931st Battalion and the Maglan commando unit, under the command of the Samaria Brigade, arrested wanted individuals, questioned suspects and confiscated weapons and equipment used for terrorist activity, including materials used to manufacture explosive devices, the army said.
In the city of Nablus in Samaria, the forces carried out nighttime arrest operations in the Balata camp and the Old City, aka the Casbah. Six terrorists were arrested, including a Hamas operative, the IDF said. (Read more)

5. Israeli in Netherlands Rejected From Dutch Course After Refusing to Call Gaza War a ‘Genocide’ - Algemeiner
An Israeli man living in the Netherlands was rejected from a Dutch-language course after refusing to endorse his prospective teacher’s characterization of Israel’s actions in Gaza as “genocide” during an admissions interview.
The Center for Information and Documentation on Israel (CIDI) — a Dutch Jewish human rights organization that monitors antisemitism — shared on Friday a recording of the conversation, in which the teacher said he only wanted to work with students who shared his views on what he called the “Palestinian genocide.”
“First, there’s something somewhat uncomfortable I need to ask,” the teacher said at the beginning of the interview. “I only want to work with people at my school who share the same view on the Palestinian genocide.”
“This is important to me because there are Palestinians in our community,” he continued. “So, I need to know whether we agree on this issue — whether you strongly oppose what your government is doing — so that we can continue.” (Read more)

1. The flydubai hijacking exposed a flaw in Gulf security. Here's how the GCC can counter it - opinion (Jerusalem Post)
Modern security in the Gulf can no longer be defined solely by air-defense batteries, maritime patrols, or regional troop posture, but also the subtle, high-trust operational spaces of everyday life.
Given the sensitivities surrounding the regional security environment and the limited information currently available, it is important to await the outcome of the official investigation into the flydubai FZ 1073 in-flight cockpit incident before reaching definitive conclusions about what transpired. That said, several analytical scenarios merit consideration.
If this proves to be an isolated incident, it would nevertheless underscore the extent to which Iranian influence networks and affiliated non-state actors have expanded across the region. The concern is no longer limited to organized proxy groups. Increasingly, the operational landscape appears to include sleeper cells, independent operatives, and ideologically motivated sympathizers who may act with varying degrees of coordination. Such individuals can represent valuable assets for Tehran’s broader strategic objectives while remaining sufficiently deniable and ultimately expendable.
A second and more concerning possibility is that this incident forms part of a broader evolution in Iranian strategy. Following years of reliance on conventional proxy warfare and indirect confrontation, Tehran may be exploring alternative tracks that shift the battlefield toward disruption, psychological pressure, transportation infrastructure, aviation security, and other forms of asymmetric activity. If so, such actions would represent a new phase in an already expanding regional conflict environment.
Regardless of which scenario ultimately proves correct, the incident should be viewed as a potential escalation signal. Even if the event is later determined to be isolated, it highlights the growing challenge posed by decentralized actors operating below the threshold of conventional conflict. (Read more)

would operate, considering this new scenario this week with the flydubai hijacking. We are living in a day where we must be so reliant upon the Holy Spirit to guide and direct us and alert us to danger on every side.

2. Taiwan: first new F-16V fighters arrive amid China threat - DW.com
Two new F-16V Block 70 fighter jets landed in Taiwan on Friday, the first of a batch of 66 US-made planes ordered back in 2019 as the island nation looks to bolster its defenses in the face of threats posed by neighboring China.
The aircraft, which flew via Hawaii and Guam, touched down at Chihhang Air Base near Taitung on Taiwan's mountainous east coast at midday local time (0400 GMT).
Taiwan fears drop in US support
The delivery comes amid growing concern in Taiwan regarding the United States' commitment to arming Taiwan – and a week after US President Donald Trump hosted Chinese President Xi Jinping in Washington.
The US insists that there has been no change in policy towards China and Taiwan but Trump has stalled signing off on a new $14 billion package for Taipei. In May, he called it a "very good negotiating chip" in dealings with Beijing, raising fears that Taiwan's security could be traded away.
"We continue standing with friends and allies across the Indo-Pacific to advance our shared prosperity, security, and values — that includes Taiwan," said a US State Department spokesperson when asked about the new F-16Vs.
The jets, made by US defense contractor Lockheed Martin as part of an $8 billion sale agreed seven years ago, are equipped with advanced avionics, and radar systems to better counter the Chinese air force, including its stealthy J-20 fighters — but Washington has been unwilling to provide its most advanced fighters like the F-22 or F-35. 3. G7 releasing 100 million barrels of oil, diesel fuel as prices soar - AP News
The Group of Seven wealthy democracies said Friday that they plan to release 100 million barrels of oil and fuel products in the coming weeks, starting with “substantial” amounts of diesel after the fuel recently hit record high prices in the United States.
President Donald Trump said the diesel release would happen “immediately,” echoing a G7 promise to start “immediately” with a “frontloaded substantial release” of diesel within the next 20 days and the rest over four months.
Trump and his Republican Party face pressure to address surging prices ahead of the Nov. 3 midterm elections, and Trump announced the action Friday on social media. The president’s approval ratings on the economy hit a new low, according to an AP-NORC poll, as the Iran war and his trade battles have increased U.S. prices for oil and other goods. (Read more)

4. Hegseth confirms plan to cut 20% of US top military brass and rails at ‘beardos, weirdos and wimps’ - The Guardian
The US defense secretary, Pete Hegseth, has confirmed plans to cut 20% of generals and admirals and declared “no beardos, no weirdos, no wimps” would be tolerated inside the country’s military.
Delivering his latest extraordinary attack on diversity, and dismissing reports of low morale within the US armed forces as “false claims”, Hegseth also suggested they were retaining service personnel at “record” rates.
The defense secretary pointed to those onboard the USS Abraham Lincoln, following concern over mental health and supply issues on the aircraft carrier, which was deployed for almost nine months. About “80% of the force” onboard was retained, he said.
Addressing lower-ranking troops at the Marine Corps Base on Wednesday, Hegseth boasted about the anti-diversity policies in the Pentagon pushed by Donald Trump’s administration.
“The only focus, as you know, in your formations should be training, readiness, accountability, discipline and lethality,” Hegseth said. “And when you pursue those things, you don’t have to walk on eggshells … the complainers, the ideologues and the poor performers are no longer in the driver’s seat.”
He added: “But it’s worth saying again, so the fake news understands it. We are no longer the woke department or the weak department. Simple translation of that: no fatties, no trannies, no beardos, no weirdos, no wimps, no radicals. Just warriors.” (Read more)

5. Bipartisan members of Congress move to block demolition of Kennedy Center - Reuters
When President Donald Trump took a wrecking ball to the East Wing of the White House, it took Washington by surprise. Now, there is a move in the US Congress to avoid a second such surprise with legislation to prohibit him from demolishing the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
Democratic Senator Jeff Merkley of Oregon and Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska authored the brief, 15-line bill, along with Democratic Representative Chellie Pingree of Maine.
"A memorial to honor a president of the United States designated by an act of Congress may not be demolished unless authorized by an act of Congress," the bill states.
If passed by Congress and signed into law — by Trump — the measure would block him from fully or partially destroying the building that opened in 1971 to honor Kennedy, who was assassinated in 1963. He was an advocate for the arts during his shortened presidency.
The Kennedy Center receives annual appropriations from Congress to maintain the building. Congress has also approved an additional $257 million to address deferred maintenance needs. (Read more here)

Lord we pray Your will be done regarding this demolition of the Kennedy center and the changes that President Trump wants to perform.

6. Trump push to end US clock switching hits dead end - Reuters
Efforts in the US Senate to mandate year-round daylight saving have stalled despite significant pressure from President Donald Trump.
Early Friday, Trump again urged the Senate to approve the bill that passed the House in July by a 308-117 vote. The measure would end the twice-yearly practice of changing clocks observed across most of the nation since the 1960s.
The Senate wrapped up work this week until after the Nov. 3 congressional election and has no votes scheduled before then. Standard time resumes in the United States on Nov. 1.
"It's dead as disco," Republican Senator John Kennedy told Reuters earlier this week of the push to make daylight saving time permanent. "My sense is it would have trouble passing ... I don't think the leader is going to bring it up."
Republican Senator Rick Scott, a key sponsor, told Reuters he was still confident it could be approved when lawmakers return. (Read more)

Lord, we just pray that the vote would go according to the best solution for the American people. There are many pros and cons to the daylight savings time, and we just pray that the vote would be made with what is beneficial to the country.

House Democrats Propose Trillions Of Dollars In Unsustainable Entitlements
|
|
|
|
The corporate media won’t say so, but Democrats’ policy agenda for the midterm elections comes with an inherent irony. Even after lawmakers preach “affordability” for the middle class, their proposals would prove unaffordable for the federal government.
That’s the upshot of the report House Democrats’ health care working group delivered to House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., earlier in September and which was made public last week. One anonymous source told Politico that the document “was a kitchen-sink-type document where everyone got their idea put in. … Nobody was told no, it seems.” That pretty much describes every Democrat document ever, amounting to the policy equivalent of Oprah’s: “You get a car! You get a car! Everybody gets a car!”
Socialist Proposals
Some quick word searches within the document reveal Democrats’ priorities. In the span of an 84-page paper, Democrats use the word “establish” (as in “create new programs”) 64 times, some variation of “expand” (as in “enlarge existing programs”) more than 100 separate times, and some variation of “require” (as in “impose new federal mandates”) over and over. These word choices speak volumes as to the party’s philosophy of (big) government.
The document proposes 18 separate “potential [pieces of] legislation for the first 100 hours” — a legislative package that would leave little time for members to consider anything else (or to sleep or eat) during the initial four days of the 120th Congress. (The Federalist) Read more here.

Putin orders military leaders to target civilians and nuclear facilities, Zelensky warns: ‘No rules now’
|
|
|
Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered his generals to abandon the rules of war and step up attacks on civilian targets and nuclear energy sites, Ukrainian officials have warned.
“He [Putin] said there are no rules now,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking from a bomb shelter at a school in the capital, Kyiv, told the Financial Times on Thursday.
Ukrainian intelligence had intercepted information that Russia has now scrapped the constraints governing earlier air strikes as Moscow desperately seeks to regain the advantage after four and a half years of war.
Such attacks are intended not only to destroy infrastructure, but “to pressure people” and instill fear in civilians, Zelensky said.
With the front line now largely static and Russia unable to capture the eastern Donbas region, Putin is now pursuing “massive attack[s], massive killing,” the war leader added.

BREAKING ARCHAEOLOGY BOMBSHELL: Scientists Go INSIDE Noah’s Ark For The First Time! Drone Robot Finds ‘Rooms’ In Ark 100% Confirmed [VIDEO]
|
|
|
The intersection of faith, archaeology, and modern technology has reached a fever pitch with the recent reports emerging from the mountains of Turkey. For centuries, the story of Noah’s Ark was relegated to the realm of Sunday school lessons and ancient mythology. However, a series of groundbreaking archaeological efforts at the Durupinar formation near Mount Ararat are challenging that narrative.
With the use of advanced 3D scans, core drilling, and robotic probes, researchers believe they are finally uncovering the physical remnants of the vessel that saved humanity and animal life from a global cataclysm 4,300 years ago.
THE DISCOVERY AT THE DURUPINAR FORMATION
The site in question is the Durupinar formation, a boat-shaped mound located in the Doğubayazıt district of Agri, Turkey. While this location has been known to researchers for over 70 years, recent advancements in geological technology have allowed for a much deeper investigation than was previously possible. For decades, skeptics claimed the formation was merely a freak of nature—a geological anomaly caused by landslides and lava flows.
However, recent international collaboration and permission from the Turkish government have allowed teams to perform invasive and non-invasive testing that tells a different story. The structure matches the biblical dimensions of the Ark—300 cubits long—and sits exactly where the Book of Genesis claims the vessel came to rest: in the mountains of Ararat. The visual evidence is striking; from an aerial view, the formation looks undeniably like a massive ship fossilized within the earth. (AMG News) Read More
