NC Church Sees 458 Baptized as Global Awakening Grows

The lead pastor of a church in North Carolina is reporting a remarkable sign of revival after his church baptized 458 people on a recent Sunday. Pastor Bruce Frank of Biltmore Church posted online, "What a privilege & joy to see 458 people professing faith in Jesus today @biltmore church thru baptism. Grateful for a God who saves & a church who shares."
The mass baptism took place on September 13 at a lake in North Carolina. According to Baptist Press, Frank said this was the largest single-day baptism in the church's 137-year history. Last year, the church had just set a new single-day record of 389 baptisms, so this event shattered that new record.
The church posted on Facebook, saying, "We're continuing to celebrate the 458 people who took their next step through baptism and publicly declared that their old life is gone and they have been made new through Jesus. What an incredible reminder that God is moving, lives are being changed, and that is always worth celebrating! Thank You, Jesus!"
As CBN News has been reporting over the last several years, mass baptisms are becoming more and more prevalent in America and overseas as well, and these moments are being seen as a sign that a spiritual awakening is underway. (CBN) Read More Here and Watch Video |

Fifteen Insane Democrat Policies That Would End the American Experiment if They Win

They will not say this on a swing-state mailer. They will talk about groceries and “affordability” and holding crooks accountable. Fine. Read the platforms. Read what House Democrats have already promised for Day One if they take the gavel.
Then read what the Democratic Socialists of America put in writing this summer and what their national co-chair confirmed on live television. And to those who think the Democratic Socialists are not the "mainstream" Democrat Party, I would encourage you to pay closer attention. The days of Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries are numbered, and will be effectively over if the Democrats are able to take control of the House and Senate through the efforts of the DSA.
The polite agenda and the radical agenda are not two different parties. They are two speeds of the same wrecking crew.
Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed.
If they win the midterms, they get subpoenas, appropriations, and a veto-proof mood. If they later take the White House, they get the pen.
1. Replace the Presidency and the Supreme Court With Congress
The DSA’s 2026 “Workers Deserve More” program is not a vibes document. It says, in so many words, replace the President and the Supreme Court with an executive and a judiciary chosen by and subordinate to Congress. That is not reform. That is the end of separated powers.
Fox News reported the update in July. DSA co-chair Megan Romer then sat on Fox News Sunday and answered true when asked whether the group wants to replace the presidency and the Court “as we now know them.” A legislature that hires the judges who review its own statutes is not a republic. It is a committee with a flag.
2. Abolish the Senate and the Electoral College
Same DSA program. Abolish the Senate. Expand the House. Proportional representation. Ranked-choice voting everywhere. Kill the two-party system on purpose. Abolish the Electoral College while they are at it.
3. Give the Vote to Noncitizens and to People in Prison
DSA wants full voting rights for all permanent U.S. residents and for incarcerated people and people with criminal convictions. That is noncitizen voting plus cell-block suffrage. Several city chapters already push noncitizen voting in local races. Nationalize that habit and citizenship stops meaning anything at the ballot box.
4. Abolish ICE and Grant Amnesty to Every Illegal Alien
The program is blunt. End ICE detention and deportations. Legalize migration. Grant amnesty for all immigrants regardless of status. End visa caps and quotas. Romer said yes to abolishing ICE and, as a longer-term project, abolishing borders.
Call them what they are. Illegal aliens. Amnesty is not compassion. It is a reward for breaking the law and an invitation to the next million.

7. Medicare for All Plus “Gender-Affirming Care” as a Federal Entitlement

Defund the Department of War. Close overseas bases. End all foreign wars. End immunity for American war criminals. Free Palestine, with Jerusalem as its capital. End all military and economic aid to Israel. Prosecute U.S. and Israeli leaders for “genocide.” Lift sanctions on Cuba, Venezuela, and Iran.
15. Use the First Hundred Days to Investigate, Impeach, and Reverse the Last Two Years
A republic can survive a bad statute. It cannot survive a faction that treats the Constitution as the obstacle. They have written the obstacle list down. Believe them. (Discern Report)

Trump Among Few World Leaders Standing Against Europe-Style Migration Crisis

Addressing the 81st session of the UN General Assembly in New York on September 22, President Donald Trump said, “ With their ceaseless promotion of mass migration, these globalists are actively destroying the greatest cultures and most extraordinary heritage in history.” He also called out the UN Human Rights Council for criticizing U.S. immigration enforcement.
“They want America to open our borders to gangs and criminals from the world’s most dangerous places,” Trump said in his UN General Assembly address. Departing from his prepared speech text, he added, “They want the worst people to come in from the worst places on Earth, and we don’t do it anymore. We did do it, but we don’t do that anymore.” He said, “There is no human right to illegal immigration, but there is a right to remain a sovereign nation, and we want to remain a sovereign nation, and so should you.”
Criticizing the flood of migrants into Europe and the associated wave of crime, particularly rape, Trump has repeatedly pressed European leaders to tighten their borders.
Arriving in Scotland in July 2025, ahead of meetings with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and then-Prime Minister Keir Starmer, he told reporters that migration was a “horrible invasion” and added, “This immigration is killing Europe.”

Trump Hosts Xi in High-Stakes Summit Amid Trade, Human Rights Tensions

Lawmakers have urged Trump to confront the CCP leader on support for Iran, human rights, and excess capacity.
President Donald Trump welcomed Chinese leader Xi Jinping on Sept. 23 for a two-day summit in Washington.
Discussions between the two leaders are expected to cover pressing global and bilateral issues, from rare earth shipments and trade frictions to tensions surrounding Taiwan.
Some critics have expressed concern about the Chinese Communist Party leader’s visit, citing the regime’s human rights record and its support for Iran.
The summit comes at a critical time, as Beijing’s rare earth export control suspension and the broader U.S.–China tariff truce are both set to expire on Nov. 10.
So all eyes will be on whether the two sides unveil an extension agreement.

Missouri Congressional Map Returns to Supreme Court for Third Time
|
|
The dispute over Missouri's new congressional map returned to the Supreme Court for the third time, with justices considering whether the state can use the GOP-backed map in the midterm elections.
The new map could help Republicans gain an additional U.S. House seat in the Nov. 3 elections.
The Supreme Court has twice prevented the state from using the redrawn congressional map, most recently on Sept. 10, when it granted the opponents' bid to stay a federal judge's order allowing the state to use the map in the midterm elections.
People Not Politicians, the group opposing the redrawn congressional map, filed an emergency motion with the U.S. Supreme Court on Sept. 22 after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit ruled that using the 2022 map in the Nov. 3 general elections would be unconstitutional, as the state had already used the redrawn 2025 map in the August 2026 primaries.
In a Sept. 21 ruling, the Eighth Circuit ordered U.S. District Judge Stephen Clark to enter a permanent injunction barring Missouri Secretary of State Denny Hoskins from using any congressional map other than the one the Legislature approved in 2025.

Missouri used a newly drawn congressional map (2025) in their primaries earlier this year, but now the Supreme Court has said they cannot use this new map in the midterms in November but must refer back to and use the previous map (2020). Father God, it seems as if the SCJ's opinion is out of proper order?? We are asking You to intervene with the Justices, pour Your perspective and understanding of our Constitution into their minds and hearts. 1. Qatar hits back at Netanyahu, defends ‘critical’ role in region after PM blasted nation in UN address -Times of Israel
A senior Qatari diplomat hits back at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after the Israeli premier used his UN General Assembly address to blast Qatar for hosting Hamas and spreading disinformation against the Jewish state.
“Speaking to a half-empty room during his UN remarks says plenty about the support for this message,” Qatari deputy ambassador to the US Hamad al-Maftuh writes in a post on X. “Blaming Qatar for a political failures does not change the facts.”
“Qatar’s reported funding of American universities has overwhelmingly supported the operation of US university campuses in Education City (in Doha), bringing American higher education to the Middle East. Those universities maintain academic responsibility for their programs; Qatar does not dictate what happens on their US campuses,” he says
Netanyahu had claimed during his speech that Qatar has worked to “brainwash young minds to hate Israel” massively funding American universities. “This is the same Qatar that hosts the Hamas butchers of October 7,” the prime minister said. (Read more)

2. The nightmare scenario that could ground Israel's air power - Israel Hayom
A new document prepared with the involvement of former senior security and law enforcement officials and published Thursday, warns of a strategic vulnerability in the heart of the Negev in southern Israel. At the center of the warning is the possibility that, during a war, several threats that have each materialized separately in the past could converge in the same place at the same time.
The scenario describes a dangerous combination of an estimated 100,000 to 130,000 illegal weapons and other arms, including rifles, machine guns, grenades and explosive devices, along with nationalist extremism and Iranian direction, near Israeli military bases and other strategic infrastructure.
The danger is compounded by past events. Reserve pilots called up to Nevatim Air Force Base during Operation Guardian of the Walls in May 2021 nearly faced a lynching on their way there, while the nearby community of Nevatim was effectively cut off for about 24 hours. The State Comptroller has documented a bullet penetrating the base and striking an aircraft wing, drones entering the base and a woman from the nearby Bedouin diaspora who allegedly operated on Iran's behalf. President Isaac Herzog on Thursday delivered remarks at a ceremony at the Haifa Naval Base marking the arrival of the State of Israel’s sixth submarine, INS Drakon.
Also in attendance were the Minister of Defense, Israel Katz, and the IDF Chief of the General Staff, LTG Eyal Zamir.
“Over the past two years, soldiers of the Israeli Navy and many others involved in this immense project have been working at the port of Kiel, on German soil. This too carries a symbolism that is almost beyond comprehension. Eighty-one years after the horrors of the Holocaust, the nation-state of the Jewish people is building, together with Germany, the crown jewel of global defense engineering. 5. Likud rethinks election strategy as Ofer Winter rises in polls - i24 News
Likud is reviewing its election strategy as polls suggest Ofer Winter’s party could win six seats, potentially changing the balance of the bloc that supports Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Officials close to the campaign say some in Netanyahu’s circle worry Winter could align with Avigdor Liberman after the election. Other Likud officials reject that assessment, noting that pollsters still place Winter’s party in the Netanyahu bloc.
For now, Likud is trying to persuade Winter to withdraw from the race and is not pursuing a vote-sharing agreement with his party. That position could change before the October 16 deadline for submitting such agreements to the Central Election Commission. (Read more)

President of Argentina Javier Milei excoriated the United Nations as a “useless” organization that only serves to feed a caste of “fatally arrogant parasites” during his Wednesday speech at the U.N. General Assembly. Wednesday marked the third time President Milei will have spoken before the U.N. General Assembly after taking office in 2023, as well as the third time he has condemned the organization after intensely torching it in 2024 and 2025.
Milei organized his new condemnation of the United Nations into three separate categories: what the U.N. “should have done but did not,” what “should not have done, but did anyway,” and comments on the United Nations’ stance on the advance of artificial intelligence. President Milei also condemned the Islamic regime of Iran over its attacks against Israel, emphasizing that Argentina is still demanding justice over the two terrorists attacks the country suffered in the 1990s from Iran through its proxy terror group, Hezbollah.
The Argentine president expanded on the first area of his criticism of the U.N. by stating that the organization was originally established under the declaration that all human beings are born free and equal, in dignity and with rights. Milei affirmed that those are “noble words, whose spirit I fully share.” However, he stated, “It is time to recognize that this sacred covenant has been broken.” This, Milei denounced, has turned the United Nations into a “useless organization that serves only to feed a caste of fatally arrogant parasites disguised as well-meaning bureaucrats.” Read more

2. Anthropic CEO Warns Poorly Managed AI Could Be ‘Risk to Humanity’ – The Epoch Times
Top bosses in the artificial intelligence industry spoke before the United Nations Security Council on Sept. 23. Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei warned that artificial intelligence could “be a risk to humanity as a whole” during a briefing before the United Nations Security Council on Sept. 23.
Amodei was among the top AI executives who spoke at the meeting—organized by France during the annual U.N. General Assembly gathering of world leaders—which also included statements by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and Hugging Face CEO and co-founder Clément Delangue.
Amodei urged the 15-member council to advance U.N. agreements that ban the use of AI to form biological weapons, and encouraged the council to build evaluation and verification systems allowing nations to hold each other accountable, establish global standards to test AI models for loss of control risks and misuse risks, and add a notification system for AI incidents that are significant to global security.
“We will slow down as much as necessary in order to make sure that every successive AI technology that we release is actually safe,” Amodei said during his video remarks. “But regardless of what we do, managing these risks is ultimately bigger than any one company, and it has an industry-wide and global scale.”
Amodei suggested there’s a chance AI could become a “country of geniuses in a data center” in fewer than two years. Meanwhile, Altman warned in his speech that humans “could lose control of the future to AI.” Read more

Father God, we thank You that France organized this meeting of top AI executives during the meeting this week at the U.N. General Assembly. We thank You for the words of caution that Dario Amodei spoke, and that others are prepared to "slow down" the advance of AI, allowing humans to take control of this relatively new technology. We ask that You would release Your wisdom upon the heads of these companies, so that only wise decisions be made in the future regarding the use of AI strategies. Amen.

3. IDF orders drastic measures to raise Judea & Samaria security after terrorist severely wounds Israeli soldier – AllIsraelNews
Rubio: Trump says that a West Bank crisis is the ‘last thing this region needs’
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) will deploy the headquarters of the 98th Division to reinforce the Judea and Samaria sector, in a bid to improve security after another soldier was seriously wounded in a terror attack on Wednesday.
The soldier was later identified as Neria Leiter, the son of Israel’s ambassador to the U.S., Yehiel Leiter, and the brother of Moshe Leiter (39), who fell during reserve duty in the Gaza Strip in November 2023.
Leiter was hit when a Palestinian terrorist rammed his car into him at a routine vehicle check on Route 443, near the city of Modi’in. Other troops opened fire on the terrorist as he attempted to flee and killed him.
The Magen David Adom ambulance service said medics treated Leiter on the scene before rushing him to a hospital in Jerusalem while in serious condition. The attack comes just days after Netanel Shukrun, a father of six children, was shot dead near the West Bank settlement of Neve Tzuf just before Yom Kippur. Read more

4. Shareholders Sue New York Times Over 'Biased' Israel Coverage – ZeroHedge
Shareholders sued The New York Times on Sept. 23, alleging the company has failed to prevent false reporting about Israel and other topics.
The State Board of Administration of Florida, representing the Florida Retirement System Trust Fund and National Center for Public Policy Research, filed the lawsuit in a New York court.
"The Company's repeated publication of materially false or baseless factual assertions, many later admitted internally or disproven externally, supports a reasonable inference that the Board has not only failed in its obligation to monitor the Company's internal controls, but it has allowed such flagrantly selective application of the internal controls to support the conclusion that in the absence of any Board-level oversight, journalistic standards have been weaponized within the Company to serve the personal agendas of unchecked editors," the 48-page filing says.
Shareholders said that a whistleblower reported problems to the company's internal channel for such issues in November 2023.
"I feel that I'm on a desk that is particularly biased against Israel ... I can't tell if the Masthead does not see that our desk is biased, does not see it as a problem to be resolved, or just hasn't figured out how to get a handle on it," the whistleblower was quoted as saying.
The person later presented 26 slides to a standards editor that described how the paper had rejected footage from a source because the source was "pro-Israel" and how a freelancer's praise of Hitler was downplayed as "just some jokes." Read more

Thank You for the shareholders coming forward to sue the New York Times for allegedly failing to prevent false reporting about Israel and other topics of concern. Father, we pray for the whistleblower that came forth to report this bias against Israel and pro-Israel articles and we pray for protection for him.
Lord, we pray for mercy and grace over America as her people continue to uncover the wickedness that has been allowed to run rampant in the media. 5. Drill Bit Snaps on Layer ‘Harder Than Limestone’ at Possible ‘Noah’s Ark’ Site – The Gateway Pundit
An international team working the boat-shaped Durupınar formation near Mount Ararat says permitted core drilling has begun both inside and outside the outline of what some believe is Noah’s Ark, and that a hole inside the area that would be the hull stopped when the bit broke on a layer harder than limestone.
Typically, petrified wood is harder than limestone.
Durupınar is a 157-meter, 515-foot boat-shaped mound first spotted in 1959 by Turkish Army Capt. İlhan Durupınar.
The group investigating, Noah’s Ark Scans, is partnered with Sivas Cumhuriyet University and says this is the first deep, dry, permitted core program in the site’s recorded history.
Noah’s Ark Scans describes itself as an “international research initiative investigating the Durupınar formation in eastern Türkiye through permitted geophysical survey, soil science, core drilling, and targeted interior imaging.”

We get so excited about anything that would possibly bring people to the truth as ancient ruins point to You! We pray for the teams that have been given permission to drill and take samples deep inside and outside of the boat-shaped Durupinar formation near Mount Ararat. As the new custom built drone called Gopher drills and investigates with high resolution cameras, we pray with each picture and samples coming forth, that the world will stand amazed to see that Your word describing the boat that You commanded Noah to build is absolutely true!
We now, wait with anticipation and belief that the wood that broke the drill bit while drilling is the petrified wood of Noah's Ark and will silence the naysayers and open people's hearts to receive You as their Lord and Savior. We pray that one day soon that every knee shall bow and give You honor according to Your word!

In this The Daily Signal article, Jay Richards writes that HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is right to treat America’s surge in chronic disease as largely man-made—and reversible—because genes did not change as fast as the modern environment.
- Richards says longer lifespans and better testing do not explain the speed of rises in childhood obesity, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, allergies, asthma, anxiety, depression, attention problems, and some autoimmune and fertility disorders.
- He uses “discordance”: bodies shaped for whole foods, natural light, movement, and tight families now face ultra-processed carbs, all-day snacking, night screens, chemicals, and quick medical fixes with long-term costs.
- Ultra-processed foods supply most calories for most kids; added sugar, refined grains, and industrial seed oils, he argues, drive insulin resistance and inflammation, while constant grazing erases a fed-fasted rhythm.
- Policy ideas include ending the official war on saturated fat, cutting corn-and-soy subsidies that feed junk food, labeling seed oils, more recess, better infant formula, and screen-time guidance.
- Families, he says, need not wait: cook with butter, tallow, and olive oil; drop sugary drinks; use meal windows; get morning sun; walk after meals; and treat drugs as a last resort. Read more

America’s welfare state was built over generations, but its greatest expansions came under Democratic presidents and Congresses. Franklin Roosevelt’s New Deal dramatically expanded government control of personal lives. Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society added more control with Medicare, Medicaid and the War on Poverty. Barack Obama’s Affordable Care Act expanded federal financing and control of healthcare. Republicans have sometimes expanded these programs and frequently failed to reverse them. Yet the century-long direction is difficult to miss. Democratic policy repeatedly took control from individuals and placed it in the hands of government. Each big step made today’s move toward socialism a small step.
Social Security deserves distinction because workers and employers paid dedicated payroll taxes into a retirement insurance system. But when Social Security collected more than required for current benefits, its surpluses were “invested” in Treasury securities by the democrats in control. Then that borrowed cash was spent for other purposes, leaving Social Security an interest-bearing government IOU promising repayment that never happens. Beginning in 1969, following Johnson administration action, Social Security transactions were included in the unified federal budget, allowing its surpluses to reduce the reported overall deficit. Breaking: Trump-Appointed Judge Orders White House to Restore CNN, MS NOW, Politico Access

President Donald Trump’s ban barring CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White House was overturned in the overnight hours Thursday by a judge he appointed in his first term.
The temporary restraining order by U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly came after the outlets filed an emergency suit on Monday. The ruling lasts for two weeks, The Hill reported.
However, Kelly said in his ruling that the three left-leaning outlets “have shown a likelihood of success, at least on their Fifth Amendment procedural due process claim.”
“Defendants do not dispute that Plaintiffs did not receive notice and an opportunity to be heard before their hard passes were revoked,” Kelly wrote in his ruling.
While Kelly was appointed by Trump in 2017, the ruling was not unexpected; he was the same judge who ruled in favor of CNN’s Jim Acosta in 2018 when his White House press pass was revoked, and ruled on largely the same grounds.
Trump had banned the three networks last week, saying in a post on Truth Social that they were subsequently banned “from the White House as a result of their constant ‘reporting’ FAKE NEWS!
“Media Outlets shouldn’t be able to constantly write or report FICTION and LIES when they’re covering the President of the United States, the Trump Administration, or the United States of America,” Trump added.
Earlier this week, after the suit was announced — along with the fact that the plaintiffs had drawn Kelly, the same judge that ruled in favor of Acosta — Trump lamented the fact, but seemed more determined to fight whatever ruling came down than he was in 2018.
“They have drawn a great Judge, for them, a man who ruled in favor of Jim Acosta, who now seems to have disappeared from the Planet,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
“The Judge’s name is Tim Kelly, and he was, sadly, appointed by ‘TRUMP.’ In other words, almost without question and, as usual, we’ll go for appeal because Fake News people and publications that only write negatively, and who violate our National Security by writing false and defamatory stories with unknown ‘sources,’ shouldn’t be allowed access to the most important Office anywhere in the World.
“FAKE NEWS IS A THREAT TO DEMOCRACY, and I will do whatever is necessary to make sure that the U.S.A. thrives. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” he added.(The Western Journal) Read more here.

Two Visions For The World Collided At The UN - And Israel Is At The Center

For several days, world leaders have walked to the same podium in New York and spoken about war, security, artificial intelligence, climate, international law and the future. But listen carefully and something much bigger emerges.
They are describing two very different visions of how the world should be governed.
One places national sovereignty at the center. Nations cooperate when it serves their interests but ultimately retain control over their laws, borders, technology, military and foreign policy. The other places growing emphasis on multilateralism: stronger international institutions, global standards, international law and coordinated action when individual governments refuse to follow an emerging international consensus.
And remarkably, Israel is becoming one of the clearest fault lines separating those two visions.
America: We Will Decide For Ourselves
President Donald Trump's message to the United Nations was unmistakable. America will cooperate, negotiate and maintain alliances, but it will not surrender its sovereignty to international institutions.
Trump denounced attempts by unelected "globalist bureaucrats" to dictate policy to sovereign nations. His administration has opposed the International Criminal Court and resisted efforts to place American technology under international oversight.
The underlying principle is straightforward: international cooperation, yes; international control, no.
UN Secretary-General António Guterres presented a markedly different vision. He argued that international institutions need to become stronger and that today's challenges require shared rules, international cooperation and a revitalized multilateral system.
