Program for Monday: Senate will be in a period of morning business. Senators should expect a vote on the motion to proceed to consideration of H.J. Res. 61, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants, at 5:30 p.m.


Thursday, 5/1, Senate resumed consideration and voted to close further debate on the nomination of Frank Bisignano, of New Jersey, to be Commissioner of Social Security Administration for the term expiring January 19, 2031.
MONDAY, MAY 5
On Monday, the House will meet at noon for morning hour and 2:00 p.m. for legislative business. Votes will be postponed until 6:30 p.m.
 
Legislation Considered Under Suspension of the Rules


TUESDAY, MAY 6 AND THE BALANCE OF THE WEEK
On Tuesday and Wednesday, the House will meet at 10:00 a.m. for morning hour and noon for legislative business. On Thursday, the House will meet at 9:00 a.m. for legislative business. Last votes expected no later than 3:00 p.m.
