President Trump’s Landmark Order Advances Breakthrough Mental Health Treatments — Delivering New Hope to Veterans

This weekend, President Donald J. Trump signed a groundbreaking Executive Order accelerating research and improving access to psychedelic drugs as promising treatments for serious mental illnesses. President Trump Makes Major Announcement About Upcoming Attack on Iran
|

|
President Donald Trump made a major announcement regarding the war in Iran Tuesday, saying that American forces will hold off on their planned attack and extend the current ceasefire to give the Iranian government more time to meet U.S. demands.
“Based on the fact that the Government of Iran is seriously fractured, not unexpectedly so and, upon the request of Field Marshal Asim Munir, and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, of Pakistan, we have been asked to hold our Attack on the Country of Iran until such time as their leaders and representatives can come up with a unified proposal,” the commander in chief wrote in a Truth Social post.
Trump also said the naval blockade will continue, and that American military forces will be on call and ready to go at a moment’s notice.
“I have therefore directed our Military to continue the Blockade and, in all other respects, remain ready and able, and will therefore extend the Ceasefire until such time as their proposal is submitted, and discussions are concluded, one way or the other,” the president concluded.
U.S. forces have wiped out several high-profile Iranian leaders since the start of Operation Epic Fury and have all but decimated the government’s major players.
As a result, recent negotiations regarding the Strait of Hormuz have been chaotic at best, with Iran’s representatives going back and forth on whether they’re willing to allow commercial ships to pass through the vital waterway.
It was declared open on Friday, then closed on Saturday.
By Sunday, Trump had ordered an aggressive response after Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps said it would block any ships from passing through the strait.
U.S. forces will now board Iran-linked oil tankers and seize commercial ships sailing in international waters.
The Wall Street Journal reported last week that “The Trump administration’s decision to step up the economic pressure on Tehran is intended to force the regime to re-open the strait and make concessions on its nuclear program, which has been the focus of negotiations between the U.S. and Iran.” (Western Journal) Read more here.

'Absolutely horrendous': Trump reveals reason 'the enemy is confused'

With a Tuesday evening deadline looming for Iran to make an acceptable deal with the U.S. before more military action is unleashed, President Donald Trump went on a social media tear Monday, saying "the enemy is confused" because they pay attention to "absolutely horrendous" reporting by major American media.
"I'm winning a War, BY A LOT, things are going very well, our Military has been amazing and, if you read the Fake News, like The Failing New York Times, the absolutely horrendous and disgusting Wall Street Journal, or the now almost defunct, fortunately, Washington Post, you would actually think we are losing the War," Trump stated on Truth Social.
"The enemy is confused, because they get these same Media 'reports,' and yet they realize their Navy has been completely wiped out, their Air Force has gone onto darker runways, they have no Anti Missile or Anti Airplane Equipment, their former leaders are mostly gone (This has been, in addition to everything else, Regime Change!), and perhaps, most important of all, THE BLOCKADE, which we will not take off until there is a 'DEAL,' is absolutely destroying Iran. If you’re proud of something, you want people to see it. That is why it’s telling that Virginia Democrats are asking Old Dominion residents to vote for a redistricting scheme without allowing their proposed map to be printed on the ballots.
But it’s no wonder: the mid-decade redistricting proposal is an obscene gerrymander that will wipe out all but one GOP-leaning congressional district in the state. And, of course, they claim it’s all done in the name of "democracy."
This dishonest power play seeks to make the congressional representation of a purple state nearly as blue as Massachusetts. It disenfranchises nearly half the commonwealth (Virginia went 51.8%-46.6% for Vice President Kamala Harris in 2024). The proposed districts are extreme – running from heavily populated blue areas deep into rural red areas. Federal government employees in Arlington and Fairfax will essentially dictate the congressional representation of farmers and shopkeepers up to 100 miles away.
In 1790, Virginia and Maryland each gave five square miles of land to the Federal government to create a district for a new national capital. That Virginia land remained part of the District of Columbia until 1847, when it was retroceded to the commonwealth. The shameful reason for that retrocession was protecting slavery in Virginia when the district abolished it. (Fox News) Read more here.

Righteous Savior, this sounds like a very creative solution to the problem of communist corruption in Virginia. We rebuke unrighteous gerrymandering by the temporary leaders of this state, in Jesus's name. We pray for righteous citizens of this state to stand firm against the tyranny and Abba, that You would give them strategies and cohesiveness to oppose the takeover of their state, in Jesus's name.

Chinese National Accused of Photographing Sensitive Military Aircraft at U.S. Base

A 21-year-old Chinese national has been accused of photographing sensitive military aircraft in Nebraska without authorization.
The accused, Tianrui Liang, allegedly took the photos near Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska and was also planning to target an installation in Oklahoma, Fox News reported Monday, citing court documents filed in the Eastern District of New York.
The young Chinese man was arrested at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York on April 7 as he was about to board an international flight.
“The law prohibits photographing military installations without approval from a base commander. Prosecutors say there is ‘probable cause to believe’ Liang photographed aircraft at Offutt Air Force Base without that approval,” the Fox article reads, noting the base is “home to U.S. Strategic Air Command — one of the Pentagon’s most sensitive installations.”
Liang was allegedly seen with a camera featuring a telescopic lens near the base, and he reportedly admitted to photographing aircraft.
Liang is an aeronautical engineering student in Scotland, per the Aviationist.
The website said:
Liang used information gathered from planespotting websites to learn where to position himself to get the best views and photographic opportunities at the bases. These websites are also commonly used by enthusiasts to understand where you are allowed to spot without getting into trouble either with authorities or private landowners, though it is not clear exactly where Liang chose to spot from.
The Glasgow University student had traveled through Canada before entering the United States, and investigators believe he was on his way to Oklahoma to take pictures of aircraft at Tinker Air Force Base.
According to KETV, Liang had a valid visa and met a friend before driving into the United States from Canada. The outlet noted Liang told officials he knew it was illegal to take photos of the planes.
“The student was released on bail after appearing in court on Apr. 8, after surrendering his passport, as the judge overseeing the case overruled the U.S. Government’s request for detention until trial,” the Aviationist article stated. “However, a new court order on Apr. 9 saw Liang, considered a ‘flight risk’, taken back into custody where he presumably remains.”

Speaking from Jerusalem’s military cemetery on the “sacred mountain Mount Herzl,” where his brother Yonatan is buried, Netanyahu’s speech focused on two themes: The “abyss” of loss and the “essence” of the nation, which enables it to go forward.
“The abyss of terrible pain, when the ground is pulled out from under one's feet, and on the other hand, the foothold of essence, of meaning, the understanding of purpose. The shards of life that shattered into a dark abyss are gathered; they reunite, but differently, building an essence that always reminds us of the ‘what for,'" said Netanyahu.

2. Thousands take part in alternative torch-lighting ceremony in Tel Aviv

Thousands of people took part in an alternative “liberal, democratic” torchlighting ceremony tonight in Tel Aviv, in an event led by opponents of the current government.
Torch-lighters at the ceremony, held at the former Hostages Square outside the Tel Aviv Museum, included leaders of the Brothers and Sisters is Arms and Mothers at the Front protest groups, former Likud minister and IDF chief Moshe Ya’alon and others.
Yifat Calderon, the cousin of former hostage Ofer Calderon, also lit a torch.
“The October 7 massacre is the greatest disaster in the history of our beloved country,” said Calderon. “The families of the victims, the survivors, and in fact all of us, must receive answers. Any attempts at a cover-up or silencing by those responsible for the failure of October 7 will not be accepted… In order to prevent the next disaster, we will continue to demand the establishment of a state commission of inquiry, which alone will be able to uncover the truth.” (Read more)

3. Hezbollah's serious ceasefire violation - Israel National News
Despite the IDF’s initial statement that the sirens heard this evening in northern border-area communities as “false identification," reports from the field indicate significant offensive activity by Hezbollah against Israeli forces and residents in the north.
The first incident this evening involved the launch of an unmanned aerial vehicle from Lebanon toward Israeli territory. An interceptor from the Iron Dome system was fired at the aircraft.
At the same time, another serious incident occurred in southern Lebanon. Hezbollah launched high-trajectory fire toward an IDF force operating داخل Lebanese territory. This was a deliberate attack targeting soldiers engaged in an operational mission beyond the border. (Read more)

On Thursday, the US will host ambassador-level talks between Israel and Lebanon, which were dragged into war on March 2 when Hezbollah opened fire in support of Tehran in the regional conflict.
Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, Lebanon's most senior Shi'ite statesman and a Hezbollah ally, told Lebanese newspaper al-Joumhouria that Lebanon could not tolerate losing a meter of land.
If Israel "maintains its occupation, whether of areas, positions, or by drawing yellow lines, it will smell the scent of resistance every day," said Berri, leader of the Shi'ite Amal Movement. (Read more)

5. Israel threatens Hezbollah chief, warns terror group could lead to Lebanon’s destruction - World Israel News
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz (Likud) threatened Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem on Tuesday, saying he would “pay with the loss of his head,” as he warned that Israel could resume broader military action in Lebanon if Beirut fails to rein in the Iran-backed group.
Katz made the remarks during a Memorial Day ceremony at Mount Herzl, where he tied Israel’s current campaign to the country’s broader security struggle.
“Between all of Israel’s wars there is a clear, direct line,” he said. “The State of Israel still fights for its existence and for its future.”
Katz then issued a direct warning to Qassem, who took over Hezbollah after the killing of Hassan Nasrallah. After 14 months in office, FBI Director Kash Patel has announced that the bureau will be making arrests related to the 2020 presidential election.

3. U.S. Retail Sales Soar as Consumer Spending Broadly Surges - Breitbart
U.S. consumers spent far more at American retail stores, gas stations, and online than economists had forecast, showing no signs that the household sector has shied away from everyday or major purchases due to higher gas prices or concerns over the conflict with Iran.
But even outside of gas stations, there was no sign of a slowdown in spending. Excluding gas stations, sales rose 0.6 percent, beating forecasts for a 0.2 percent gain. Compared with a year ago, sales excluding gas stations are up 2.9 percent.
This indicates consumer spending remained solid in March, rising despite higher energy prices and uncertainty created by the war with Iran. It is likely that the larger-than-usual tax refunds from President Trump’s tax cuts last year, as well as lower withholding due to those cuts, are helping to support consumer spending.
As well, unemployment is at an extremely low levels and layoffs have been near historic lows. Job security is often critical to consumer spending plans. Average hourly earnings rose 0.2 percent in March, the Labor Department said on April 3, and are up 3.5 percent from a year ago. (Read more)

4. Federal Reserve Independence Largely up to the Central Bank: Kevin Warsh - The Epoch Times
Kevin Warsh, President Donald Trump’s nominee to chair the Federal Reserve, said that central bank independence is up to the institution itself, according to remarks released on April 20.
Warsh’s remarks—which will be delivered at his April 21 confirmation hearing—reflect much of what he has said in public appearances over the past few years, from revisiting the conduct of monetary policy to the Federal Reserve’s track record. His prepared statement discusses the importance of the Fed being free from political interference.

5. Supreme Court faces another leak as internal memos surface in NYT report - Just the News
In yet another blow to the Supreme Court’s long-cherished tradition of secrecy, The New York Times has published confidential internal memos that shed rare light on the justices’ private deliberations.
In a report titled “The Inside Story of Five Days That Remade the Supreme Court,” the Times published 16 pages of confidential documents exchanged among justices over five days in February 2016.
The memos provide an unusually detailed account of how the court handled an emergency request tied to the Obama administration’s Clean Power Plan. The episode is widely seen as the origin point of the modern so-called “shadow docket.”

6. 'Data is striking': Young men becoming increasingly interested in God, polling confirms - WND
Newly released polling data has confirmed what many pastors and churchgoers have long suspected: Young men are bucking the cultural trend of declining religiosity and returning to the church in droves.
A Gallup survey released Thursday revealed a remarkable surge in young men saying that religion is "very important" to them, with data from 2024-2025 showing 42%, a 14-point increase from 2022-2023.
"All my entertainment is right here in front of me, but there's no fulfillment from that," he said. "I wanted something new and something traditional and something that felt holy."

Praise God that our many prayers for men to engage in the Kingdom of God more deeply seem to be being answered with this report. We pray for the full gospel message to be released into the young people who have recently turned their hearts to the Lord. We pray for mature and wise disciplers to rise up with hearts willing to hear, love and minister to those who may be very messy spiritually and naturally from this chaotic culture in which we currently live, in Jesus's name.

The political season is heating up, and a clear pattern has emerged in Democratic messaging: opposition to Donald Trump is not just part of the strategy, it is the strategy. Speech after speech, campaign ad after campaign ad, the focus returns to one central theme, stopping Trump. That may energize a base, but it raises a fair question for voters in the middle: what’s the forward plan? Elections are typically about competing visions for the future. When one side leans heavily on resistance without offering equally defined solutions, it creates the impression there is no substance on issues or reason. Voters are left sorting through what candidates oppose rather than what they intend to build.

May the request of President Trump be taken seriously and that these women be given life for the glory of God. We pray also for visitations of "the man in white" to everyone involved in this matter, so that souls would turn from dark to light and be filled with the hope of salvation, in Jesus's name.

Press Release - Referendum Passes Amid Confusion and Flood of Out-of-State Money
|

APRIL 21, 2026 — Today’s passage of Virginia’s redistricting referendum raises serious concerns about the role of voter confusion, misleading ballot language, and unprecedented outside spending in shaping the outcome of a consequential constitutional change.
Ironically, the approximately 51% to 49% outcome on this referendum reaffirms that Virginia’s current 6 to 5 Congressional map better represents Virginia’s electorate than does the soon to be approved 10 to 1 map.
In response, the Jefferson Forum is calling on the Supreme Court of Virginia to take immediate action on the two pending constitutional challenges arising out of Tazewell County. These cases present clear and serious legal defects: violations of Virginia’s single-subject rule for constitutional amendments, materially misleading ballot language that failed to inform voters of the true scope and duration of the changes, and a rushed legislative process that deprived Virginians of meaningful notice and deliberation. Given the sweeping and immediate impact of this referendum, the Court should act with urgency to review, and, if the Constitution requires, invalidate this flawed process and its unconstitutional outcome.
“This result reflects a campaign driven more by confusion than clarity,” said Peter Lipsett, Executive Chair of the Jefferson Forum. “Voters were presented with a ballot question that obscured the permanence and consequences of the proposal, while well-funded national interests flooded the airwaves with messaging designed to press a false ‘fairness’ narrative, not to inform.”
Jefferson Forum is concerned about the massive expenditures from out-of-state groups, as well as messaging that characterized the measure as temporary and bipartisan, despite the fact that this referendum would reshape Virginia’s political landscape for years to come.
“Virginians deserved a fair, civil, and transparent debate on an issue this important,” said Derrick Max, Vice President of the Jefferson Forum. “Instead, voters were met with vague language, a compressed timeline, and a flood of outside spending that tilted the playing field before voters could fully understand what was at stake. This is not the Virginia way.
The newly approved map is expected to significantly reshape political representation across the Commonwealth, with particular impact on rural communities and a consolidation of influence in Northern Virginia. (No link available)

Supreme Court Vacates Ruling on Pennsylvania Law Allowing 18- to 20-Year-Olds to Carry Guns

The U.S. Supreme Court on Oct. 15 vacated a lower court’s ruling that allowed adults in Pennsylvania younger than the age of 21 to carry firearms in public during states of emergency, telling a federal appeals court to reconsider the case.
The Supreme Court did not explain its ruling, and there were no dissents.
The two-sentence decision by the high court indicated that the justices would not take up the appeal by Pennsylvania state officials who sought to overturn the lower court’s ruling. Instead, the justices ordered the case to be remanded back to the lower courts, and it vacated the appeals court decision that had blocked the state law.
Under the Uniform Firearms Act, Pennsylvania bars individuals ages 18 to 20 from openly carrying guns in public during a declared state of emergency. A lawsuit was filed against the state over the law, with lawyers for the petitioners saying the state law did not adhere to U.S. traditions and norms under the Supreme Court’s decision in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen.
In striking down a 100-year-old New York gun law that restricted places where people can carry firearms, the Supreme Court in June 2022 had established that the state law was unconstitutional because there were not any similar laws in the United States when the Second Amendment was ratified.
Earlier this year, the Philadelphia-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit blocked that law in a divided 2–1 decision. The majority of judges ruled that Pennsylvania wasn’t able to show that the age-21 requirement met the Bruen legal test and that it wasn’t in keeping with those U.S. traditions. Holy One, we pray that this matter of carrying guns for young adults who are old enough to serve in the military will be properly reconciled according to the Constitution, the position of the Founders and common sense, in Jesus's name. This is a consequential matter in Pennsylvania and our prayer Abba, is for our young ones to be granted the same rights as adults unless they prove themselves unworthy through criminal activity or deeds, in Jesus's name.

Noah’s Ark mystery deepens as researcher blows lid on strange rock formations in Turkey

A researcher’s bombshell new findings about a strange rock formation in Turkey could prove that Noah’s Ark was real, according to reports.
Andrew Jones, a researcher with Noah’s Ark Scans, told GB News that “exciting new findings” about the rock formation first discovered in 1959 on Turkey’s Mount Ararat could prove the boat from the Book of Genesis once existed.
Ground penetrating radar scans and soil samples from the tunnel site — which reportedly match the 515-foot dimensions of Noah’s Ark — uncovered a series of “corridors” below the earth, the outlet reported.
Tunnels were discovered running down the middle of the “boat” and alongside the inside edge of the possible ship, leading to a central cavity Jones called the atrium.
“God told Noah to bring the animals in. And so these animals would have stayed there, plus Noah and his family. What’s interesting is that these voids are lining up below the ground – and they’re not just random,” Jones told the outlet.
“These tunnels are also following a pattern. GPR is just a way to look below the soil using radar. There’s also been studies done with IRT, which is another geophysical technique – and they’re showing a ship-shaped hull still preserved deep in the soil,” the researcher said.
