'Even with Missiles Flying': Child Evangelism Fellowship Ministers Despite War in Middle East
|
|
|
For more than 90 years, Child Evangelism Fellowship, also known as CEF, has ministered to children worldwide. With the ongoing war in the Middle East, the organization sees its work as more important than ever.
"I was talking to Saide, who is our national leader in Lebanon," Sam Rejoy, CEF Middle East Director told CBN News. "And this is what she says, 'The situation is currently difficult. Bombs are close to my house, but we are still providing our ministry.'"
Rejoy shared why bringing the hope of Christ to children in the region is so important, especially now.
"Two billion children around the world that need to hear the gospel," Rejoy explained. "And of these, about 40 percent of them live in the Middle East. And the question is, as the Bible says, 'How will they hear the gospel unless someone goes?'"
CEF uses Good News Clubs and online ministry to reach the kids – something Rejoy admits can be difficult in the part of the world often hostile to Christianity.
"The war may be a new thing in the region right now, but our workers and volunteers have faced a lot of opposition and challenges. They're ostracized. They are many times faced with challenges related to even personal attacks or not being able to share the gospel or their faith publicly," said Rejoy.
But the impact is life-changing.
"There are many refugee camps with millions of people who are displaced in these refugee camps. And we have ministry that goes to these refugee camps," Rejoy said. "There was this little 11-year-old boy whose family was shot right in front of him, and he escaped. His grandfather took him to a refugee camp and our workers found Adi in this refugee camp, shared the gospel with him, and continue to even speak to him and minister to him for all the psychological trauma that he's been through."
It is a passion that continues as the current conflict intensifies. (Read more)

Abba, we PRAISE You for the impact of 'Child Evangelism Fellowship' ministering to children around the world! We also celebrate the power of Good News Clubs turning tender hearts towards Christ. Protect and give favor to our brothers and sisters who are boldly sharing Jesus' love, grace and truths of Holy Scripture. Continue to bless the CEF ministry and send workers into the field for a harvest of believers to enter into the Kingdom of God as we give You all GLORY! In the mighty Name of Yeshua, we pray- Amen.
"But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God." (Acts 20:24)

WH Correspondents’ Dinner Shooting Suspect Cole Allen: 5 Things We Know
|
|
|
The suspect who was arrested following a shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner that President Donald Trump and other administration officials were attending was identified by a senior administration official as a California man who allegedly wrote an manifesto.
A White House official confirmed to the The Epoch Times Sunday that the suspect had been identified as Cole Allen, of Torrance, California. The official also said Allen had allegedly written a manifesto that indicated he was targeting Trump administration officials.
Allen was taken into custody on Saturday evening after the shooting at the dinner, which prompted an evacuation of the event. A Secret Service agent was shot in the chest but was wearing a bulletproof vest, Trump said at a quickly organized press conference on Saturday night following the incident.
Neither Trump nor any administration officials were harmed during the incident.

Lord, we pray that these assassination attempts will be canceled in the name of Jesus. We pray that all the deception would be exposed, and that the truth would be revealed in this situation. Help us realize that there are many opponents to Christians and our beliefs in the world today. Help us to realize and keep it in the forefront of our thinking that we are in a war not against flesh and blood, but against the evil powers of the spiritual realm. In Jesus' name, we offer this prayer, amen and amen.
“…stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.” (1 Corin. 15:58)

VIDEO — President Trump: WHCD Shooting Was ‘Traumatic Experience’ for First Lady
|
|
|
President Donald Trump acknowledged the shooting incident at the White House Correspondents Dinner on Saturday was a “traumatic experience” for first lady Melania Trump.
The president made his remarks to members of the press not long after a shooting incident at the Washington Hilton hotel.
Flanked by government officials, Trump said, “I want to thank the First Lady. That was a rather traumatic experience for her. There was a lot of action taking place up there very quickly, but again the response time was really incredible,” he told reporters.
Video footage caught the moment several loud booms were heard as the president and first lady were in their seats onstage at the event. Moments later, they appeared to realize something was happening as the first lady looked across the room, and U.S. Secret Service agents surrounded her and her husband.
As people were heard shouting, “Get down!” Trump and his wife were escorted off the stage. (Breitbart) Read more here.

Thank you Lord for our First Lady. We plead the blood of Jesus over her and her family, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. It is a miracle that neither she nor her husband or any of his staff was hurt and so we thank you for that miracle. . We pray that Melania's strength will continue and that she will face and endure these hardships,no matter what. We thank You,
O Lord, for the grace that Melania continues to exhibit as our First Lady which honors our nation. We know we can triumph through all with your help. Amen.
“You, however, be self-controlled in all things, endure hardship, do an evangelist’s work, fulfill your ministry.” (2 Timothy 4:5)

Outcry Erupts over Dems’ Refusal to Fund Secret Service, DHS after Mass Assassination Attempt
|
|
While America tries to process what happened at Saturday night’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner, the chaotic images of what could have been a mass casualty event will be impossible to forget. The horror-stricken faces of men and women huddling under tables, Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) sprinting down the hallway with his security detail, the sound of trays clattering to the ground as SWAT teams leapt over tables and drew their rifles are etched on all of our minds. But as grateful as everyone is that a massacre of some of the country’s highest-ranking leaders was thwarted, incredibly serious questions remain — not the least of which is how we got here in the first place.
To everyone’s relief, the 31-year-old gunman who raced through the magnetometers was tackled and subdued before he could kill anyone. Still, the harsh reality remains: this is the third serious attempt on the president’s life in less than two years. We are officially, as National Review’s editors warn, in the grip of a deadly insanity as a nation. “The feverish opposition to Trump — who is another Hitler, according to the left, and might be the Antichrist … provides a permission slip for sundry fanatics and losers to resort to political violence.”
Thanks to Jeffries and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), the very Secret Service agents who stopped Saturday’s bloodbath are working without paychecks. “It’s really important that law enforcement did their job,” former Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf agreed before adding, pointedly, “And I’ll just reiterate, Secret Service is part of the Department of Homeland Security, which remains unfunded at this day and time. And so, these agents and officers are doing their job despite the Democrats in Congress refusing to fund them.”
“It’s outrageous,” Scott Jennings argued on CNN Sunday. “We’re not paying these guys. The [Democrats] who’ve got [Homeland Security] shut down need to think long and hard about last night … [and] what that means to [an officer] who has to show up and take a bullet. Every American ought to be outraged by it.”
Fury continued to pour in from GOP leaders, who’ve tried for weeks — and failed — to reopen the agency tasked with U.S. security. Now, Republicans can’t help but wonder if a shortage of resources might have led to the opening that madman Cole Allen exploited. “Democrats have caused THE LONGEST GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN IN HISTORY,” the speaker fumed. “Democrats REFUSE to pay law enforcement for over TWO MONTHS because they want to reopen the border for criminal illegal aliens. Democrats’ shutdown is not just DISTURBING — it’s DANGEROUS. Protect American citizens. Fully fund DHS.” (The Washington Stand) Read more here.

|
Lord God, we bring before you the fact that these Secret Service employees, as well as thousands of others in the DHS, have not been paid during the longest government shutdown in America's history. Lord God, we agree with President Trump that there is NO EXCUSE for this blockade! We call forth a BREAKTHROUGH in heaven and on earth, so that these funds that have been withheld will be released. We ask You to forgive Chuck Schumer and all others who have been standing in the way of these men and women receiving their paychecks, and we THANK YOU for the amazing dignity that these personnel have demonstrated on behalf of our nation in this difficult time. Amen and amen.

Americans Must ‘Recommit’ to Oppose Political Violence, Trump Says After WHCD Shooting
|
|
|
President Donald Trump called on Americans to “recommit” to resolve their differences peacefully after a shooter disrupted the White House Correspondents’ Dinner Saturday evening.
The Secret Service took a gunman into custody after he ran past a security checkpoint at the Washington Hilton. The gunman shot a Secret Service agent, but did not wound him, before law enforcement subdued him and took him into custody.
“As you know, this is not the first time in the past couple of years that our republic has been attacked by a would-be assassin who sought to kill,” the president said in a press conference after announcing that law enforcement had apprehended the shooter.
“In Butler, Pennsylvania, less than two years ago — you all know that story — and in Palm Beach, Florida, a few months after that,” he faced assassination attempts, Trump noted. “In light of this evening’s events, I ask that all Americans recommit with their hearts and resolv[e] our differences peacefully.”
Trump said “the most impactful people” face assassination threats. He cited President Abraham Lincoln. “Nobody told me this was such a dangerous profession,” he said, joking that if Marco Rubio “would have told me, maybe I wouldn’t have run.”
Yet Trump insisted that the work is worth the danger. “I’m here to do a job. It’s part of the job, it is a dangerous—I can’t imagine that there’s any profession that’s more dangerous,” he said. “We’ve got, I think, the most successful, the hottest country anywhere in the world.”
“We’re going to do great things. With that comes risk,” he noted. “No question about it.”

Lord God, we come against the atmosphere of political violence that pervades our nation at this time, and we pray for unity among all members of Congress and all of our citizens. We pray that our legislators will now work alongside one another for the best interests of our people. We cast down divisions and ungodly agendas, in Jesus' name. May the members of both Congress and the Senate be people of integrity and honesty in the tasks they have been given to pursue. We lift each one to You, Lord, for Your divine protection in these turbulent days.

Pirro says more charges expected as she alleges broader plot targeting top officials
|
|
|
Federal officials are working to build a case against Cole Allen, a 31-year-old California man accused of opening fire at the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner in Washington, D.C., on Saturday night. Authorities have said it appeared Allen was intent on targeting Trump administration officials.
U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C., Jeanine Pirro said additional charges are expected against Cole Tomas Allen, warning that the case represents what she described as an attempted assassination of President Donald Trump and a broader plot targeting senior government officials.
“Those charges are only three charges that are in the complaint … there will be additional charges as this investigation continues to unfold,” Pirro said. “But make no mistake, this was an attempted assassination of the President of the United States.”
Pirro said investigators believe Allen’s intentions extended beyond a single target, stating he “made clear what his intent was, and that intent was to bring down as many of the high-ranking cabinet officials as he could,” adding, “This is the kind of situation that we cannot tolerate.”
She also pointed to the weapons recovered and the planning involved, dismissing any alternative interpretation of Allen’s actions.
“Any suggestion that he wasn’t there to do harm is absurd,” Pirro said, noting the firearms were purchased in California and transported across state lines.
Pirro closed with a warning to others.
“Let this be a message to anyone who thinks that Washington, D.C., is the place to act out political violence,” she said. “If you are willing to do so with a firearm and cross state lines, we will find you. We will track your steps from the inception of your plan and we will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law. Washington, D.C. is not the place to travel to commit acts of violence.” (Fox News) Read more here.

“Turn from evil and do good; then you will dwell in the land forever. For the LORD loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed ; the offspring of the wicked will perish. The righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever.” (Psalm 37:27-29)

1. Netanyahu holds consultations as Jerusalem braces for collapse of US-Iran talks - JNS
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday convened coalition leaders and top ministers to prepare for a possible collapse of the U.S.-Iran talks, according to Hebrew media reports.
Netanyahu called the two meetings “to examine a series of scenarios in the event that the negotiations collapse,” according to Channel 12 News.
Jerusalem is reportedly urging the United States to continue its closure of the Strait of Hormuz and not ease the naval blockade as a goodwill gesture during the talks.
According to Israeli assessments cited by Channel 12, the continued blockade is expected to increase pressure on the Islamic regime by reducing revenues, exacerbating internal divisions and leaving it with a choice: ease its negotiating positions or face greater instability, potentially including renewed U.S.-Israeli military action.
According to senior Israeli officials, if Tehran does not soften its position even after a prolonged blockade, the U.S. may opt for a return to fighting. Israeli officials have discussed the option of broad strikes targeting the Islamic Republic’s energy infrastructure, per Channel 12 News. (Read more)

2. Hezbollah Embeds Terror Apparatus in Lebanon’s Health System - Algemeiner
Hezbollah is exploiting Lebanon’s health-care system as a shielded pillar of its terrorist infrastructure, embedding its operatives within ambulances and medical facilities while expanding its operational reach — as fragile negotiations between Beirut and Jerusalem continue.
On Monday, the Alma Research and Education Center, which focuses on Israel’s security challenges along its northern border with Lebanon, released a study exposing how Hezbollah’s health system — while presented as civilian and humanitarian in nature — operates in practice as a central pillar of the Iran-backed Lebanese terrorist group’s military apparatus.
As Israel stepped up its offensive campaignagainst Hezbollah, international media outlets have repeatedly accused the Israeli government of deliberately targeting medical personnel, ambulances, and hospitals over the course of the conflict.
However, the newly released report shows that Hezbollah’s health organizations are part of a coordinated system in which civilian sectors — education, welfare, and health-care — are mobilized to support and advance military operations. (Read more)

3. Qassem: Hezbollah will not disarm, ready for ‘epic’ battle - World Israel News
Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem on Monday reaffirmed his rejection of proposals to disarm the terror group as part of the ongoing direct talks between Israel and Lebanon.
“We will not give up our weapons and defense,” the Iranian-backed terrorist leader vowed in a written statement, according to a translation by Tehran’s Press TV outlet.
“The field has shown that the resistance is ready for a Karbala-like epic,” he added, referencing a brutal 7th-century battle revered in Shi’ite tradition for its message of sacrifice and martyrdom.
Qassem thanked Tehran for its insistence on including Lebanon in the ceasefire talks with the United States, claiming that the truce “would not have been achieved if the Islamic Republic of Iran had not been involved in the Pakistan negotiations.”
Hezbollah “categorically” rejects Lebanon’s decision to engage in direct talks with Jerusalem, Qassem continued, calling the negotiations a “grave sin” that was “putting Lebanon in a spiral of instability.” (Read more)

4. IDF strikes Lebanon’s Beqaa Valley for first time in 3 weeks as some towns in north cancel school - Times of Israel
The IDF said it launched a wave of airstrikes Monday against Hezbollah infrastructure in the Beqaa Valley and several areas of southern Lebanon as a fragile ceasefire appeared to be rapidly unraveling just days after it was extended.
The strikes came following repeated recent attacks by the Iran-backed terror group on IDF troops and Israel during the truce, including a deadly drone attack in Lebanon the previous day that killed an IDF soldier and wounded six.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asserted Israel’s freedom to strike Hezbollah targets throughout Lebanon on Monday, while Lebanon’s president, whose government is holding historic direct talks with Israel amid the ceasefire, condemned Hezbollah for attacks it has launched. (Read more)

5. Sa'ar: Hezbollah launched 10,000 attacks right under UNIFIL's nose
- Israel National News
Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar met this afternoon (Monday) with UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon Jeanine Hennis Plasschaert in Jerusalem and presented her with a strong demand for international action against Hezbollah terrorist activities, which continue to be carried out in close proximity to UN forces in Lebanon.
Sa'ar made it clear that the terrorist organization continues to systematically violate the ceasefire, a move that he said does not serve Lebanese interests but only Iranian interests.
During the meeting, Minister Saar presented data on the scope of the aggression: Since March 2, when Hezbollah joined the campaign under pressure from Tehran, approximately 10,000 missiles, rockets, and unmanned aerial vehicles have been launched at Israel.
Sa'ar emphasized that a significant portion of these launches were carried out in close proximity to UNIFIL positions and posts. (Read more)

1. Iran takes seized ships to port, countries check on seafarers' safety - Reuters
Two container ships seized by Iran near the Strait of Hormuz with about 40 crew aboard have been taken toward the port of Bandar Abbas, sources said on Thursday, Tehran having vowed to retaliate after U.S. forces seized an Iranian vessel three days earlier.
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps seized the ships on Wednesday, one operated by MSC, the world's biggest container shipping group, and according to three sources, the other chartered by the firm.
"Some 20 Iranians armed to the teeth stormed the ship. Sailors are under Iranians' control, their movements on the ship are limited, but the Iranians are treating them well," a relative of one of the seafarers involved told Reuters.
"The ship is anchored nine nautical miles from the Iranian coast. Negotiations between MSC and Iran are ongoing, our sailors are fine," Montenegro's minister of maritime affairs, Filip Radulovic, told state broadcaster RTCG.
Four sailors on the MSC Francesca including its captain are from Montenegro, he said. Two Croatians are also aboard, Croatia's foreign ministry confirmed. (Read more)

2. Former NATO ambassador warns of ‘terrible consequences’ in criticizing Trump Iran moves - The Hill
Former U.S. ambassador to NATO Kurt Volker warned European nations against criticizing President Trump’s military operations against Iran. “You might think that this is a huge folly and going to have terrible consequences, but you don’t have to say it,” Volker said on the Friday episode of Politico’s “EU Confidential” podcast. “By saying it, you alienate Donald Trump and you run the risk that he will then link your unhappiness with his policies to his unhappiness for some of your policies,” he continued.
Volker represented the U.S. in NATO from 2008 to 2009, and he later served in the first Trump administration as a special representative to Ukraine. He told Politico that European leaders have “ways to be proactive … without taking gratuitous shots at President Trump that don’t actually help.”
The current U.S. ambassador to NATO, Matt Whitaker, told Newsmax earlier this month that Trump was “reevaluating” the country’s membership in this international military alliance amid pushback from European allies about the U.S.’s strikes on Iran. (Read more)

We pray that the European leaders will heed the warning from the former US Ambassador to NATO about criticizing Trump's strikes on Iran. Give the European leader's wisdom on offering their support Vs criticizing, which in turn alienates them from the United States.

3. Trump extends Jones Act waiver in bid to lower fuel prices - The Hill
The Trump administration announced on Friday it was issuing a 90-day extension to the Jones Act waiver, which requires shipping between U.S. ports to be conducted by American ships, in an effort to lower fuel prices.
“New data compiled since the initial waiver was issued revealed that significantly more supply was able to reach U.S. ports faster,” White House assistant press secretary Taylor Rogers said in a post on social platform X.
The move comes as fuel prices have spiked amid the Iran war and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, which normally sees roughly 20 percent of the world’s oil passing through it. (Read more)

4. Trump declares 3-week truce extension after hosting 2nd round of Israel-Lebanon talks - Times of Israel
US President Donald Trump announced a three-week extension of a ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon shortly after presiding over the second round of ambassador-level talks between the two countries at the White House.
In a Truth Social post published immediately after the meeting ended, Trump said he also planned to host Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Lebanese President Joseph Aoun at the White House “in the near future.”
“The United States is going to work with Lebanon in order to help it protect itself from Hezbollah,” Trump wrote, adding that the White House meeting went “very well.”
Shortly after publishing the post, Trump invited reporters into the Oval Office, where participants in the talks offered brief remarks thanking the president for organizing them.
Trump then took questions from reporters, claiming that any deal the US signs with Iran must include a provision barring Tehran from continuing to fund Hezbollah. He also clarified that the ceasefire does not bar Israel from launching strikes in self-defense and called for Lebanese legislation outlawing contact with Israelis to be scrapped, though he acknowledged having never heard of the law before. 5. Trump's war powers deadline sets up showdown with Congress - Israel Hayom
As the 60-day mark nears since the launch of the US campaign against Iran as part of Operation Epic Fury, political tensions in Washington are mounting over President Donald Trump's authority to continue the war.
At the heart of the dispute is the 1973 War Powers Resolution, under which the president is required to end military action after 60 days unless Congress approves its continuation or grants an additional 30-day extension to allow for the safe withdrawal of forces.
According to current estimates, the 60-day deadline falls between April 29 and May 1, depending on whether the count begins from the start of the strikes or from the administration's formal report to Congress in early March. Either way, late April and early May are shaping up as a legal and political moment of reckoning for both the administration and Congress.
Democrats see the date as a major test and are stepping up pressure on Republicans to support a vote limiting the president's powers. Since the campaign began, several proposals on the issue have been brought to a vote, but all have failed. The latest attempt, the fifth so far, was defeated Wednesday in the Senate by a vote of 51-46. Sen. Richard Blumenthal said that "Congress must take back the authority to declare war," and warned that his Republican colleagues "will be put to the test."
Among Republicans, hesitation is evident. Some lawmakers support continuing to give the president room to maneuver, citing the administration's claims of diplomatic contacts and significant military achievements. Others believe Trump will seek a 30-day extension, a step they say would postpone an immediate decision. There are also those who believe the fighting could end before the deadline. (Read more)

Father God, we honor the roots of our own nation that were birthed in England. And since our beginnings in 1620, we also honor the fact that our Pilgrims also lived their lives according to the Word of God. And now, as we celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the birth of our nation, when the Declaration of Independence was signed, we continue to rejoice that our leaders have leaned upon the Word of God for guidance over these many centuries. We recognize that today's visit by King Charles and Queen Camilla will represent the next chapter in our relationship with the United Kingdom. May this time be remembered as the next step in the growth of the friendship of our two great nations. In Your Holy name, we offer this prayer, amen and amen!
"Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth." (I Timothy 2:1-4)

From Atonement to Action: The Call to Live Holy
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, April 27, 2026
Acharei Mot (Leviticus 16:1-18:30) and Kedoshim (Leviticus 19:1-20:27) draw a straight line between approaching God and living rightly before Him. After the death of Nadav and Avihu, the LORD warns Aaron not to enter the Holy of Holies carelessly, “for I will appear in the cloud above the mercy seat” (Leviticus 16:2). God is not distant or casual, He is present, and His presence demands reverence. The instructions that follow are detailed and deliberate. Offerings must be made, cleansing must take place, and garments of purity must be worn. This was not ritual for ritual’s sake, it was about recognizing the weight of holiness. Approaching God, requires humility, preparation, and obedience.
At the center of Acharei Mot is the Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur, where two goats tell one powerful story. One is sacrificed as a sin offering. The other, the scapegoat, carries the sins of the people into the wilderness. This was not about appeasing evil, but about removing sin far from the presence of God. The imagery is striking. Sin is both atoned for and taken away. That dual picture points forward with clarity. In the New Covenant, Jesus fulfills both roles. As it is written, “Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows” (Isaiah 53:4). He is the sacrifice whose blood brings atonement, and the One who carries sin away “outside the camp.” Because of Him, “as far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us” (Psalm 103:12). This is complete redemption. Read More

Trump's Border Reforms Deter 75 Million Migrants
|
|
|
President Donald Trump’s firm defense of the nation’s borders has caused roughly 75 million foreigners to abandon hope of migrating into the United States, according to a 2025 poll just released by Gallup.
“In 2025, 15% of adults worldwide who say they would like to move permanently to another country name the U.S. as their preferred destination, the lowest level recorded in nearly two decades of Gallup research,” said Gallup’s press release.
Still, the 15 percent adds up to 134 million who would migrate into the United States if enabled by pro-migration Democrats, business groups, and establishment Republicans, such as amnesty advocates Rep. Maria Salazar (R-FL) and retiring Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE).
Any vast inflow of migrants slashes wages and spikes housing costs for ordinary people. It also discourages investors from building the high-tech prosperity economy sought by Trump in place of a Biden-style low-wage diversity economy.
The survey includes responses from 144,000 adults in 140 countries.
Gallup’s report downplayed Trump’s win by not using the term “migrant” in the headline, which said, “Desire to Move Permanently to U.S. at New Low.” (Breitbart) Read more.

Abba, thank You for giving Your son, Donald, the wisdom to know and carry out Your intentions for our nation's immigration laws. We ask You to continue giving President Trump the vision he needs to bring Your heart's desire into reality concerning immigration into the US. Give him wisdom to know when to open and when to close pathways to becoming a US citizen, let all decisions stem from Making America Great Again. We ask this in the name Jehovah Nissi, The Lord Our Banner, the God who is the victory banner over us.
"With God we will gain the victory,
and he will trample down our enemies."

FBI Director Kash Patel Details SPLC Fraud Indictment, Gang Takedowns, Mass Shooting Plot Prevention

The Federal Bureau of Investigation detailed a series of arrests, indictments, and operations across the country in its Weekly Watch update, outlining cases involving fraud schemes, violent gangs, cybercrime networks, and national security threats handled by field offices and partner agencies.
In his weekly update, Kash Patel said he joined Acting Attorney General Blanche earlier in the week to announce an 11-count grand jury indictment against the Southern Poverty Law Center, alleging the organization funneled more than $3 million in donations to individuals associated with extremist groups, including “violent extremist groups like the Ku Klux Klan” and “hate groups like the ones who organized the 2017 rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.” Patel said that while the group was publicly vowing to dismantle such organizations, it “secretly funneled more than $3 million dollars in donations to benefit people in these groups and even spur their criminal conduct.” He added that the case “show[s] that no organization is above the law.”
In Kentucky, FBI Louisville and partner agencies arrested a man accused of making online threats to assault and murder President Donald Trump and law enforcement personnel. Authorities reported recovering multiple firearms and tactical gear from his vehicle.
Patel also highlighted results from Operation Sweet Silence in Columbus, Georgia, led by FBI Atlanta. The operation targeted violent crime and cartel-linked drug trafficking, resulting in 30 convictions, the seizure of more than $270 million worth of drugs, and the confiscation of 119 firearms. Officials said the effort dismantled the Zohannon Street Gang and its associates.
In Houston, eight individuals identified as members of MS-13 were sentenced to decades in prison for murders carried out under direction of leadership in El Salvador. On the same day, FBI Dallas and the bureau’s Hostage Rescue Team responded to a barricade situation involving an armed suspect holding his ex-girlfriend hostage. The team breached the residence early Wednesday, rescuing the victim and taking the suspect into custody.
Patel also reported that a planned mass shooting targeting the Jewish community in Houston was prevented following a public tip and coordination between FBI Charlotte and FBI Houston Joint Terrorism Task Forces. (Breitbart) Read more here.

Abba, thank You for guiding President Trump to bring Kash Patel into his Cabinet as Director of the FBI. Thank You for Director Patel being a man You trust, a man to whom You have given insight and wisdom. Continue directing him as he shifts and changes people and responsibilities within the FBI, guiding it back into a once trusted and respected standing within our government. We ask this in the name El Shaddai, God Almighty, the God who has ultimate power over all things.

Ron DeSantis unveils new Florida congressional map that would give the GOP an extra four seats

Hakeem Jeffries warned Florida Republicans to 'F around and find out' over the redistricting push
|
|
|
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis revealed the new redistricted congressional map for the state, which shows the GOP gaining an extra four seats.
Should the state legislature, which holds a Republican majority in both the state House and Senate, approve the redrawing, it would then return to DeSantis to be signed into law and would apply to the 2026 midterms.
"Florida got shortchanged in the 2020 Census, and we’ve been fighting for fair representation ever since," DeSantis told Fox News Digital. "Our population has since grown dramatically, and we have moved from a Democrat majority to a 1.5 million Republican advantage. Drawing maps based on race, which is reflected in our current congressional districts, is unconstitutional and should be prohibited."
"Our new map for 2026 makes good on my promise to conduct mid-decade redistricting, and it more fairly represents the makeup of Florida today," DeSantis added.
Currently, the Florida delegation to Congress is represented by 20 Republicans and seven Democrats, with an eighth Democratic seat vacant following the resignation of former Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick.
The redistricted map proposal comes after Virginia recently approved a constitutional amendment that would allow the state to redraw Virginia’s congressional districts and flip four GOP seats to the Democratic side.
Virginia’s new proposed map was praised by Democrats, including Gov. Abigail Spanberger and former President Barack Obama. (Fox News) Read more here.

Holy God,
As the Florida Legislature begins its special session on Tuesday to consider the new proposed redraw of the state's congressional lines, we ask Father for you to take control and let your will be done in this situation. Lord, we thank you for Governor Ron Desantis and all the things that he has done to make Florida a fair state and we ask for a fair decision to be made concerning the new map that is being considered.
Father, Your people seek truth in all things but unfortunately not everyone is on the side of truth and righteousness. Let eyes be opened as all the redistricting maps are brought forward for consideration. We pray for a righteous decision to be made and for wickedness to fall by the wayside. Let us all be alert and sober minded in every decision that we make. In Jesus 'name. Amen.

Israel’s Ongoing Ingathering And The Echo of Ancient Prophecy
|
|
The scene at Ben Gurion Airport on April 23 carried a significance that stretched far beyond a routine arrival. As 240 members of the Bnei Menashe community stepped onto Israeli soil, many wept, embraced relatives, and lifted prayers of thanksgiving. Their journey--from remote regions of northeastern India to the modern state of Israel--was not merely geographic. For many, it marked the culmination of generations of longing tied to identity, history, and faith.
This latest arrival, part of "Operation Wings of Dawn," represents the beginning of a broader effort to bring thousands more from this community home. The Bnei Menashe trace their lineage to the biblical tribe of Manasseh, one of the "lost tribes" of ancient Israel. While scholars debate aspects of that claim, what is beyond dispute is their persistent preservation of Jewish customs across centuries and continents. Their Aliyah--the Hebrew term for immigration to Israel--reflects a powerful combination of cultural continuity and spiritual conviction.
Yet this story is not unfolding in isolation. It is part of a much larger and ongoing movement. Even amid the conflicts with Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran, Jewish immigration to Israel has not slowed--it has, in some respects, intensified.
Recent figures underscore this reality. According to data from The Jewish Agency for Israel and Israel's Ministry of Aliyah and Integration, approximately 47,000 Jewish immigrants arrived in Israel in 2023. While that number dipped slightly in 2024 due to the war, tens of thousands still made the journey.
France, Russia, Ukraine, and the United States remain among the top countries of origin, with notable increases from Western Europe. In France alone, where concerns about antisemitism have surged in recent years, thousands of Jews have chosen to relocate annually. (Prophecy News Watch) Read More
