Christian Clubs Win Federal Court Ruling After Being Blocked by Oakland Schools
A federal court has ruled that the Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) must allow a Christian after-school program the same access to school facilities as other non-religious groups. The ruling, issued by U.S. District Judge Haywood S. Gilliam, Jr., grants a preliminary injunction in favor of the Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) and its Good News Clubs, which had been denied access to four district campuses.

The decision comes after CEF, represented by the legal organization Liberty Counsel, filed suit in Dec. 2024, arguing the district had engaged in religious discrimination. According to court documents, school officials had delayed or denied CEF’s applications over a two-year period, claiming lack of space, failure to approve community partnership applications, and direct objections to the group’s religious content.

Judge Gilliam sided with CEF, writing in the order that “the law and facts clearly favor” the group’s claim that the district violated its free speech rights. The court found that OUSD’s actions were not only discriminatory but also in conflict with established constitutional law. (Charisma News)  Read More Here
- Father, we bless U.S District Judge Gilliam for granting favor to "Good News Clubs" in utilizing school facilities for after-school programs. We are grateful for this victory and his ruling based on protection of First Amendment rights. In Jesus Name, we declare this decision will serve as a catalyst for other potential court cases, ending all discrimination towards after-school Christian clubs across the nation. May children and future generations be blessed through "Good News Clubs", bringing hope and a bright future for the youth of America! In Jesus Name we pray, Amen.

Patel’s FBI raids John Bolton’s home in high-profile national security probe
FBI agents raided the DC-area home of President Trump’s former national security adviser John Bolton on Friday morning in a high-profile national security probe, The Post can exclusively reveal.
Federal agents went to Bolton’s house in Bethesda, Md., at 7 a.m. in an investigation ordered by FBI Director Kash Patel, a Trump administration official told The Post.
Investigators were also en route to search his office Friday morning.
“NO ONE is above the law… @FBI agents on mission,” he said in a cryptic post to X shortly after the raid began.
The probe — which is said to involve classified documents — was first launched years ago, but the Biden administration shut it down “for political reasons,” according to a senior US official.
Bolton had not been arrested and is not charged with any crimes as of Friday morning, the official said.
The raid comes after “years of investigation” into the potentially criminal release of information despite Trump’s first national security council assessing it as classified, the person said.
(New York Post) Read more here.
- Holy Father, we pray that if there was wrong-doing by Mr. Bolton then we pray for accountability. We pray for truth and repentance for Mr. Bolton regardless of what has occurred, since he has been well-known for his hatred of President Trump.

Powell Relents: Fed Chair Opens Door To September Rate Cut
Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell on Friday signaled that the central bank could lower interest rates as soon as its meeting next month.
Powell, speaking at the Kansas City Fed’s annual conference in Jackson, Wyoming, said the risks of slowing job growth may soon outweigh inflation concerns, clearing a path for rate cuts.
“The balance of risks appears to be shifting,” Powell said.
The Fed chair said the labor market is in “a curious kind of balance” in which both demand for and supply of workers have slowed, warning that the risk of higher layoffs “can materialize quickly” if conditions weaken further.
The Fed has kept rates unchanged this year after lowering them by one percentage point in 2024, holding policy in restrictive territory while it assessed the effects of tariffs and the development of labor market conditions. Powell’s comments marked a shift toward easier policy as payroll gains dwindled and gross domestic product growth slowed to a 1.2 percent pace in the first half of 2025. (Breitbart) Read more here.
- Thank You, Lord, that progress appears to be made in the lowering of interest rates. Without that move, the market for home sales would remain in bad shape. We pray that Mr. Powell will see the truth of what the Trump administration is trying to accomplish, and that repentance would come over his disdain for the President.

- “The [reverent] fear and worshipful awe of the Lord includes the hatred of evil;
Pride and arrogance and the evil way,
And the perverted mouth, I hate."

Federal Judge Blocks ‘Alligator Alcatraz’ from Expanding Further
A federal judge has blocked the “Alligator Alcatraz” migrant detention center from expanding further after issuing a preliminary injunction. The preliminary injunction issued by U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams formalized a previous halt she order two weeks ago, per Fox News. Opponents of the detention center claimed that further construction violated environmental laws.

Environmental groups and the Miccosukee Tribe said that further construction and operations at the facility should be stopped until state and federal officials complied with environmental laws. Their lawsuit argued that the detention center threatens environmentally sensitive wetlands that have protected plants and animals and that it would reverse billions of dollars in environmental restoration.
Attorneys for the state and federal governments claimed that the construction and operation of the facility was under the state of Florida despite its use for holding federal detainees, meaning the federal environmental law would not apply.

The judge found that the detention center was at least a joint partnership between the state and federal government. In her ruling, Williams said that fencing, lighting, and generators should be removed and that only current detainees should be brought into the facilities. Repairs and modifications to the current facilities are still allowed “solely for the purpose of increasing safety or mitigating environmental or other risks at the site.” (Breitbart) Read more here.

- Lord, we pray that these roadblocks will stop so that the deportations will continue. We bind the constant problems with the courts and the lawsuits and call forth Your Power to change the direction of all that the state of Florida in partnership with the federal government is trying to do.

Hegseth fires Defense Intelligence Agency chief, other senior Pentagon officials
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has fired the head of the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), which issued an assessment on U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, as well as other senior military officials.
Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Kruse will no longer serve as head of the DIA, a senior defense official told Fox News Digital on Friday.
The firing came months after DIA details of the preliminary assessment of Operation Midnight Hammer were leaked to the news media. The assessment questioned the effectiveness of the strikes on Iranian nuclear sites
After the June strikes, President Donald Trump said Iran's nuclear program had been "completely and fully obliterated." However, the DIA found that the strikes only set Tehran back a few months.
In a news conference after the strikes, Hegseth tore into the media and accused the press of misrepresenting the facts.
"You, the press, specifically you, the press corps, because you cheer against Trump so hard," he said. "It's like in your DNA and in your blood to cheer against Trump because you want him not to be successful so bad. You have to cheer against the efficacy of these strikes. You have to hope maybe they weren't effective." (Fox News) Read more here

- Lord, we pray for Secretary Hegseth in all that he is doing to remove the deep state opposition from the Department of Defense. Please grant him Your favor and blessing both for himself personally and for the removal of those who hate the President.

FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. Israel strikes Yemen after Houthis fire cluster munition for first time - JNS

The Israel Defense Forces attacked several key locations in Yemen on Sunday, including in the capital Sanaa and the port city of Hodeidah, following the first-ever cluster missile firedby the Houthis at Israel on Friday night.

The IDF said the targets included a military compound housing the presidential palace, the Asar and Hizaz power plants, and a fuel storage facility, all of which were used by the Houthi terrorist regime to support its attacks.

“The use of these plants constitutes further proof of how the Houthi regime uses civilian infrastructure for military purposes,” said the IDF. (Read more)

2. IDF chief in Samaria: ‘We do not have the privilege to ease up’ - JNS

Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir on Friday held a situational assessment in the western Samaria city of Tulkarem, where he urged troops to remain vigilant in the fight against Palestinian terrorism.

“We are operating across all arenas with responsibility and constant vigilance—we do not have the privilege to ease up. There is no arena in which you have not operated in the past two years. The mission in Judea and Samaria is clear: to thwart terrorism and defend the communities,” said Zamir.

“As in every arena, we do not wait—we eliminate threats before they grow. Terrorism strikes precisely where one is unprepared, and therefore we tailor the exact operational response to each arena,” he added. (Read more)

3. Gantz calls on Netanyahu, Lapid, Liberman to form temp. gov't to return Israeli hostages -Jerusalem Post

Blue and White Party head Benny Gantzcalled on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Opposition Leader Yair Lapid, and Yisrael Beytenu chairman Avigdor Liberman to form a temporary “government of redemption for the hostages” for a period of six months, during a press conference on Saturday.

Gantz said that the temporary government should focus on two primary goals: securing the release of hostages held by Hamas and passing the controversial haredi (ultra-Orthodox) draft law.

The party leader also said that elections should be scheduled following the completion of these objectives.

“The government’s term will begin with a hostage deal that brings everyone home,” said Gantz. “Within weeks, we will formulate an Israeli service outline that recruits our ultra-Orthodox brothers and eases the burden on those already serving. (Read more)

4. Netanyahu reassures partners he will not trade them for Gantz
- Israel National News

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has reportedly sent a message to his political allies in the past 24 hours: “The prime minister will not dismantle the bloc for Gantz,” according to a report by Kan News.

The statement comes amid growing concern within the coalition that Blue and White party chairman Benny Gantz may be invited to join the government — potentially at the expense of current bloc parties — as part of a broader political move to secure a hostage deal and bring an end to fighting in Gaza.

Despite Gantz's public initiative to form a broad-based unity government with the stated goal of “redeeming captives and mobilizing everyone,” neither Netanyahu nor opposition leader Yair Lapid has issued a formal response.

In an effort to advance his proposal, Gantz reached out to three senior political figures: Prime Minister Netanyahu, opposition leader Lapid, and Yisrael Beiteinu chairman Avigdor Lieberman. However, no direct conversation took place with Netanyahu, Lieberman reportedly did not respond to Gantz's call, and Lapid rejected the offer outright.

5. Major Brush Fire Erupts Near Jerusalem, Evacuations Underway - Algemeiner

i24 News – A large brush fire broke out Sunday in the Cedars Valley area, near Route 1 and the Motza interchange, prompting an emergency response from Jerusalem district fire services. Several water-bombing planes were dispatched, and authorities have declared a “fire emergency.”

As a precaution, residents of Mevaseret Zion are being evacuated. Access to the town from Route 1 has already been blocked, and officials are weighing a full closure of the major highway.

Fire crews from the Ha’uma station are on site working to contain the flames, while motorists in the area are urged to heed traffic updates and follow instructions from emergency services.

Eight firefighting aircraft are currently operating above the blaze in support of ground teams. The fire comes amid one of the hottest, driest summers on record, with conditions fueling a series of destructive wildfires across the country. (Read more)

1. Effective Immediately’: State Department Halts Worker Visas For Commercial Truck Drivers- Daily Wire

Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced late Thursday that the State Department was not going to issue any additional work visas for commercial truck drivers, at least for the time being.
“Effective immediately we are pausing all issuance of worker visas for commercial truck drivers,” he said in a post on X. “The increasing number of foreign drivers operating large tractor-trailer trucks on U.S. roads is endangering American lives and undercutting the livelihoods of American truckers.”
Rubio’s announcement comes after an accident involving an immigrant from India — who received a work permit under former President Joe Biden and a commercial driver’s license from the state of California — resulted in the deaths of three American citizens in Florida.
As The Daily Wire previously reported, Harjinder Singh, who entered the United States illegally in 2018, was granted a commercial driver’s license in California. He made an illegal turn from the outside lane at a spot marked “Official Use Only,” and his truck crushed a minivan that had been driving in the inside lane. Singh has since been arrested for vehicular homicide and was slapped with an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer. (Read more here)
- Father, we pray for the families of those who were killed by this foreign commercial truck driver who cannot even read the road signs. We pray that this pause in visas will prevent such horrific accidents and bring American truck drivers’ livelihoods back. We pray that You would grant him repentance, as he showed no signs of remorse after the accident.

- “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”           (Proverbs 16:3)

2.  National Guard mobilizing in 19 states amid immigration, crime crackdown - Fox News

Up to 1,700 National Guardsmen are set to mobilize in 19 states in the coming weeks to assist the Department of Homeland Security with President Trump’s nationwide crackdown on illegal immigration and crime, Pentagon officials confirmed to FOX News.
Documents obtained by FOX News show planning for activations in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming – with status effective from August through mid-November. Texas is projected to host the most significant Guard presence.
The National Guard soldiers being mobilized will effectively serve as a support pillar to a sweeping federal interagency effort, while also serving as a visible deterrent force, a U.S. Defense official said. The service members supporting ICE will be preforming case management, transportation, logistical support, and clerical functions associated with the processing of illegal migrants at the facilities. "The in-and-out processing may include personal data collection, fingerprinting, DNA swabbing and photographing of personnel in ICE custody," the official said. (Read more)

- Father, we ask that all of these deployments will bring about the intended result of crime-free cities and states. We ask for peace and safety within our borders and removal of all who intend harm to our citizens.

- “In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.” (Psalm 4:8)

3.  Trump admin blocked from slashing funding from dozens of local governments over 'sanctuary' policies- Fox News

federal judge ruled on Friday that the Trump administration cannot cut funding to 34 cities and counties in response to so-called "sanctuary" policies that limit cooperation with federal immigration enforcement.
U.S. District Judge William Orrick, who issued a previous order protecting more than a dozen other cities and counties, extended a preliminary injunction blocking the administration from pulling federal money or conditioning the use of the funds for local jurisdictions.
The judge also blocked the administration from placing immigration-related conditions on two grant programs.
Orrick said the administration's only opposition to an extended injunction was claiming that the first injunction was wrong after it appealed the first order. (Read more here)

- Lord, we pray that the Supreme Court will stop these kinds of obstructions. While we are not in favor of going too far with pulling funds for communities due to the good programs that may be there, we ask that wisdom for both sides would prevail.

- “Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.”  (Ephesians 5: 15-17)

4. Trump Says He Will Make ‘Very Important Decision’ on Russia-Ukraine Negotiations in 2 Weeks – The Epoch Times

U.S. President Donald Trump said Friday he will give Russia and Ukraine two weeks to hold talks aimed at ending the war between the two countries, and if no progress is made, he will decide on the next steps, which could include heavy sanctions or tariffs.
“We'll see what happens over the next two weeks. We’re going to find out which way it’s going to go,” Trump told reporters in the Oval Office.
Trump said he expects to watch the attitudes of both sides during that period before determining his course of action.
Calling it “a very important decision,” the president said he will determine “whether or not it’s massive sanctions or massive tariffs or both—or do we do nothing and say, ‘It’s your fight.’”
Trump made the remarks in the Oval Office during an event announcing that the 2026 World Cup draw will be held at the Kennedy Center in Washington in December. (Read more)

- Lord, we ask for a true solution to the Russia-Ukraine war. We take Your authority over the hatred that exists between the two countries and bind it tightly.  We ask for a move of repentance and heart change for both sides.

- “And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules.” (Ezekiel  36:26-27)

5.  Meet Mamdani's radical advisory circle that includes communist activist, anti-Israel advocates - Fox News

New York City socialist mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani’s growing circle of influence is littered with activists who have espoused anti-Israel views and socialist principles as he attempts to dispel the narrative that he is too "radical" to run the nation's largest city.
Mamdani, who has been a fierce critic of President Donald Trump’s immigration policies, employs the help of several advisors as part of his "brain trust", New York Times reported, which includes New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC) president Murad Awawdeh, an activist for a group with a long history of seeking to end "state support for detention, deportation, and mass incarceration."
According to Awawdeh, illegal immigrants having access to taxpayer-funded healthcare is a right they "deserve." (Read more here)

- Lord, we pray that this evil will not prevail over New York City or any other city or state. We ask that You cause voters to see the truth and reject all that this man and his “inner circle” stand for.

- “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!”  (Isaiah 5:20)
6. Virginia Lt. Governor on why her state is at risk of losing federal funding over transgender bathrooms- Fox News

Republican Virginia Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears appeared on "Fox & Friends" on Friday to break down why her state is at risk of losing federal funding over transgender bathrooms.
Earle-Sears, who is running for governor of Virginia as a Republican, told Fox News' Brian Kilmeade that she stands in solidarity with parents against transgender school policies and explained why it's so important that schools in her state abandon transgender ideology and abide by federal law.
Kilmeade asked Earle-Sears why some Virginia schools are struggling to understand President Donald Trump's executive order signed earlier this year, which barred transgender students from participating in sports outside their birth-assigned gender and from using locker rooms of the opposite sex.
"Virginia doesn't have trouble understanding that our young girls ought to be safe undressing in their locker rooms and not having biological men, a full-frontal nude in front of them. And, by the way, boys have the same rights," she replied.
"Virginia doesn't have any issue with that. It is these five northern Virginia schools that are having some sort of ... issue understanding that safety means safety and education is what they're supposed to be about, not about these other issues." (Read more here)

- Father, we pray that You will send The Holy Spirit to Virginia, to purge the sin from school districts across the state. We  also ask that You will do the same for all states, cities, and districts all over the nation. We ask that righteousness return to our schools.

- “Everyone who makes a practice of sinning also practices lawlessness; sin is lawlessness.” (1 John 3:4)

Trump Treats Police, National Guard to Dinner While Thanking Them for D.C. Crime Cleanup

President Donald Trump brought pizza and hamburgers for members of law enforcement and the National Guard on Thursday and thanked them for their efforts in cracking down on crime in Washington, DC.
Trump, accompanied by Attorney General Pam Bondi and Interior Secretary Doug Burgum, met with law enforcement from various agencies, ranging from the U.S. Marshals Service to the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department, at the United States Park Police Headquarters in Anacostia, according to the White House press pool.
Trump commended the officers for doing “an amazing job” since he took federal control of the city due to out-of-control crime.
“We appreciate it, and the numbers are down like we wouldn’t believe, but we believe it,” he said.
“We’ve had some incredible results… And it’s like a different place. It’s like a different city. It’s the capital. It’s going to be the best in the world,” Trump went on to add. (Breitbart) Read more

- Lord, we praise You for cleaning up our capital city. We thank You that crime is beginning to go down and people are safer.

Obama-Appointed Judge Finds Alina Habba’s Reinstatement As Top Blue State Prosecutor ‘Unlawful’
A federal judge ruled Thursday that Alina Habba has been “unlawfully” appointed as the acting U.S. Attorney in New Jersey.
Habba is disqualified from prosecuting two defendants who challenged her appointment, Middle District of Pennsylvania Chief Judge Matthew W. Brann, an Obama appointee, held.
“After reviewing several issues of first impression, the Court concludes that Ms. Habba has exercised the functions and duties of the office of the United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey without lawful authority since July 1, 2025,” Brann wrote.
Habba’s actions since that point “may be declared void,” the judge continued. (Daily Caller) Read more here.
- Holy Lord, we ask for justice in this case, to return Ms. Habba to her rightful place as prosecutor.

- “When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers.”   (Proverbs 21:15)
Ghislaine Maxwell says no Jeffrey Epstein client list exists as DOJ releases interview recordings
The Justice Department released hours of interviews between a top federal prosecutor and Ghislaine Maxwell, the only person convicted of or held civilly liable for a role in Jeffrey Epstein's crimes.
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche sat down with Maxwell in a federal prison in Tallahassee, where she was being held until recently. In the interview, she denied having trafficked anyone or having witnessed any nonconsensual sexual activity or any sex involving minors.
She said she never witnessed President Donald Trump doing anything "inappropriate with anybody." She shot down claims that former President Bill Clinton had traveled to Epstein's infamous island in the U.S. Virgin Islands and said the Clintons were her friends, not Epstein's.
"I do believe that Epstein did a lot of, not all, but some of what he's accused of, and I'm not here to defend him in any respect whatsoever," Maxwell told Blanche. "I don't want to, and I don't think he requires, nor deserves any type of protection or – from me in any way, to sugarcoat what he did or didn't do." (Fox News) Read more here.
- Lord God of justice, we ask that truth be continually revealed. Whether Ms. Maxwell is being truthful or not we do not know, but we thank You that she stated President Trump did nothing evil. If he had done evil, we are certain that Democrats would have released such information during the campaigns.

- “Turn away from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.”  (Psalm 34:14)
Top Trump agency slashes billions in government waste with move to expose 'abuse' of US tax dollars

The Department of Homeland Security announced $12 billion in savings as a result of a contract review process and other cuts over the past two hundred days.

DHS says Secretary Kristi Noem is personally reviewing and signing off on or declining any contract over $100,000, resulting in a $10.7 billion reduction, the department says. She’s reviewed over 5,000 contracts, and DHS says decisions are made within a day.

"It is stunning that, for years, career bureaucrats were unilaterally signing off on hundred-million-dollar contracts leading to massive waste, fraud and abuse of U.S. taxpayer dollars," DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin stated. (Fox News) Read more here.

- Father, we thank You for finding the abuses and waste present in our government. We pray that all waste  be removed and all abuses  be rooted  out.

Yes, strife and reproach will cease."

He shall stir up His zeal like a man of war.
He shall cry out, yes, shout aloud;
He shall prevail against His enemies."

'Hand of God' spotted by Nasa satellites as astronomers left stunned by new images

Nasa satellites have released new images of the so-called "Hand of God" nebula in the depths of space.

Eerie new photos have been released of the 150-lightyear-wide gas cloud - which resembles an outstretched hand reaching through the cosmos.

Nasa combined X-ray data from its Chandra X-ray Observatory with radio observations from Australia's telescope array, handing astronomers their most detailed view yet of the pulsar B1509-58 and the surrounding nebula.

The "Hand of God" measures almost 900 trillion miles across space - 75 times the size of the solar system.

At its heart lies a pulsar just 12 miles across, spinning at a rate of almost seven times per second.

A pulsar is a type of neutron star, or the collapsed core of an exploded star, while a nebula is a giant cloud of gas and dust. Read More
