Trump Defunds the Left’s Graphic Sex Ed in Favor of Lessons on Marriage, Family

Americans have been so busy fighting against radical gender ideology and critical race theory in schools that one of the Left’s favorite ways to undermine parents has fallen under the radar. But the Trump administration hasn’t lost sight of graphic sex education, and parents everywhere should be grateful for it. In a very underreported move, the president’s team went on the offensive this summer, zeroing out millions of taxpayer dollars for controversial “Teen Pregnancy Prevention” programs in favor of solid curriculum that emphasizes abstinence and marriage.
The New York Times picked up on the cuts weeks after the fact in a sob story lamenting how caught off guard local nonprofits had been by HHS’s announcement. But frankly, no one should be surprised. The Trump administration slashed dozens of grants like this in its first term, arguing — rightly — that they only existed to sexualize children, not equip them to make positive and healthy choices. A whopping 53 programs ended up on the chopping block, saving Americans $67 million in what the president’s budget called “radical leftist ideology.” If anything, the administration argued, the Biden- and Obama-era sex ed models have only “normalize[ed] sexual activity for minors.”
Thanks to liberal ideologues masquerading as health experts, activists like Planned Parenthood have had unlimited access to America’s classrooms, knowing if they hook kids on sex, they’re grooming the next generation of abortion customers. It’s been a great down payment on future business — until now. Father God, we are so grateful for You placing President Trump in office for such a time as this. We celebrate his wise decisions to protect children's innocence within our educational system. We stand in agreement with teaching students, at the appropriate age, abstinence and promoting the beauty of marriage and traditional family. We pray for Christ's blood-covering over the minds and hearts of our nation's next generations! Protect them from forced sexualization that has prevailed in our country and the deep darkness which lurks behind it. Iran Shifts to Political Warfare, "playing to the edge" to Test Trump, Expert Warns
|
|
Iran is ramping up political pressure on the United States in a bid to gain leverage, a leading Iran analyst warned Tuesday.
"This is a regime that knows it cannot win an outright battle of conventional capability," Foundation for Defense of Democracies Iran Program Senior Director Behnam Ben Taleblusaid on Fox News' "America Reports."
"They're even fighting a battle of wills right now against the Trump administration, both on the battlefield and diplomatically," he added.
"Clearly they have some steel, but this is a regime that has shown us, in word and deed, over the past 47 years, that it will play to the edge and that it will gamble. Unfortunately, we're in a very tough situation right now," Taleblu added.
Taleblu also said no U.S. president has inflicted more damage on the Iranian regime than President Donald Trump, but argued that the administration has recently pulled back from several earlier threats.
"I think eight or nine — and even a newspaper run by Tehran's municipality basically said all of Trump's threats are watered down and that the U.S. is a paper tiger," he said.

Government Propaganda is a Trojan Horse

If the Trojan War were being fought today, the Greeks would not need to hide inside of a big, wooden horse and hope to be dragged inside Troy’s city gates. They’d simply disseminate all kinds of lies on social media and wait for the Trojan people to fight each other. Such is the power of corrosive ideas: They can destroy a civilization before its defenders understand that they are under attack.
Information warfare is the name of the game today. It exists all around us. Soundbites attack us from every phone, computer, tablet, and television screen. Succinct messages ripple through social media platforms until people from opposite sides of the world repeat the same words without knowing why.
The most powerful bits of information are the ones that sound unquestionably true. “Believe all women.” “Black lives matter.” “Build back better.” Their simplicity assists their deception. We certainly shouldn’t distrust women, right? Who wants to argue that black lives mean nothing? Surely nobody wishes to build something worse than it was before. People hear the soundbites, nod their heads, and repeat those words to their friends and neighbors. Some place signs in their yards with those three-word messages, as if they were brilliant expositions of fundamental truths.
Successful information warfare propagates ideas without triggering in those who receive the message any need for reflection. Like the Greeks’ wooden horse, the communication is hollow. It is intended to be just attractive enough that listeners drag the soundbite into their heads but sufficiently harmless in appearance to avoid real scrutiny. Great propaganda does not conquer by force. It seduces. It knocks on the door, smiles, and charms its way into unsuspecting minds. Senate Republicans Rush to Complete Busy "to-do" List Before Leaving Town for August Recess

Senate Republicans are busy this week trying to complete a long "to-do" list before they leave town for the August recess and those running for reelection begin campaigning in their respective states.
The to-do list includes passing a stopgap spending bill designed to avert a government shutdown until after the midterms, confirming Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche as the head of the Justice Department and advancing a $95 billion package that would provide more funding for the Iran war and for farmers, according to the Washington Post.
Senators have already confirmed President Donald Trump's choice to lead the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and advanced the continuing resolution to avert the shutdown, but a final vote on it has not yet been scheduled.
The chamber has also voted to invoke cloture on an en bloc of 74 Trump nominees, which includes nominees for the Departments of State, Energy, Treasury and Justice. (Just the News) Read more |

Trump Reveals What Stopped "Biggest Attack Since World War II" on Iran
|
|
President Donald Trump said Wednesday during an event in Las Vegas that Iran sought negotiations after the U.S. prepared what he described as a massive military strike, arguing that sustained military pressure has brought Tehran back to the bargaining table.
Speaking to supporters, Trump said the U.S. was "set for the biggest attack since World War II" before Iranian officials reached out to request talks. "They called me and they said, 'Please don't do it, let's talk,'" Trump said.
Trump said he would prefer a diplomatic resolution over further military action but reiterated that the administration's position has not changed. "I'd rather make a deal because I don't want to kill people," he said. "But Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon."
The comments come as the Trump administration continues negotiations with Iran over reopening the Strait of Hormuz. Trump said Tuesday that "a lot of progress" had been made and suggested a deal could be reached as soon as Wednesday or Thursday.

1. Mossad Chief removes Iran Desk Head, Intelligence Chief over failed plan - Israel National News
Mossad Director Roman Gofman has decided to dismiss two senior agency officials due to the failure of the agency's operational plan for regime change in Iran, Channel 12 reported on Thursday.
According to the report, the two were the head of the Mossad's Intelligence Directorate, who took office last December, and the head of the Iran Desk.

2. Two Israelis escape Jenin after getting stoned by Palestinians - World Israel News
Two Israeli citizens narrowly avoided serious harm today after accidentally entering the city of Jenin while lost, according to reporting from journalist Itay Blumenthal.
The two motorists were targeted with stones by dozens of Palestinians but managed to escape to the Gilboa crossing without sustaining injuries.
According to Blumenthal’s account, the two Israelis became disoriented while driving from a military base toward Afula and inadvertently entered Jenin, an area under Palestinian Authority control.
Upon realizing their location, the motorists immediately attempted to leave the city.

Hamas urges Palestinians to target leading figures in the Israeli-backed armed groups in the Gaza Strip.
The terror organization’s special security unit, Rada Force, which is responsible for addressing internal threats – specifically suspected collaborators with Israel – stated that the solution to dismantling what it described as “collaborator gangs” is to eliminate their top members.
“We say to all members of the collaborator gangs that assassinating senior collaborators in these groups will be your salvation before us and before your people,” the Rada Force said in a statement.
As part of Hamas’s attempts to crack down on armed militias in the strip, the force stated on Thursday that “with the assistance of residents, it apprehended a Palestinian closely linked to senior militia collaborators,” and added that his weapons and money were confiscated. (Read more)

Hezbollah is intensifying its media campaign against the Lebanese government as tensions mount inside Lebanon. This week, Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem accused the authorities in Beirut of assisting Israel. He also signaled what may lie ahead regarding the implementation of the framework agreement.
"Direct negotiations have brought Lebanon nothing but concessions, shame and humiliation," Qassem said. "What have all these rounds offered Lebanon? Israel took everything. Israel secured political gains, but it will not achieve results on the ground as long as the resistance continues to repel it." His remarks amounted to more than a hint that Hezbollah is working to derail the framework agreement signed in Washington. On Wednesday, Hezbollah flagrantly violated the ceasefire, prompting a series of Israeli strikes in southern Lebanon.
In recent weeks, the Lebanese Armed Forces itself has also been hit by Hezbollah explosive devices that detonated against military vehicles. Humbly we come before You and pray that You would intervene in these back and forth talks between the U.S. and Iran. We pray for clarity and truth to come forth immediately under Your guidance. Give President Trump and his cabinet wisdom and discernment in dealing with a two-faced, wicked regime that believes it is ok to lie to infidels. Lord, this deal between Iran and Oman for a Hormuz route shows more control by Iran, because easing the energy market would give even more control over Hormuz to Iran than before the war.
We pray, Lord, that these webs of deceit and control would be broken by Your mighty hand and that knowledge and truth would prevail.

We thank You that the news of last week's invasion of Moroccan Moslems, that broke the border of Spain and overwhelmed Ceuta, has served as a "wake up call" to the rest of the nations in Europe of this pending danger.
We ask that the border police in all nations mentioned in this article would be equipped to strengthen their job of protecting these borders, and that the state legislatures would pass laws to enable them to do so. Lord God, we now know what the former US Navy 5th Fleet Commander thinks about transit policies throughout what is considered “International Waters” within the Seven Seas. But, we want to know what You think and what You desire on those very seas that You created for the use and benefit of mankind.

And Iran’s attempts to control traffic in the Strait of Hormuz has influenced other nations where there are chokepoints in transit lanes near them that affect shipping and travel. We ask that You rule and reign in the hearts and minds of leaders in maritime nations and that the UN must come to an agreement of what is fair and proper in the coastlines and beyond. As Your people, we stand in the gap and ask that the mind of Christ on these matters be established—naturally and supernaturally!

6. Trump says he is happy with Hegseth after ‘treasonous’ reports of fight over munitions shortages - Jerusalem Post
US President Donald Trump said that he is "extremely happy" with the work of US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth in a post to Truth Social on Thursday, disputing a Washington Post report that the two had clashed at Camp David. "In actuality, I really believe their fake 'reporting' is treasonous!" Trump wrote, calling Hegseth's work extraordinary, and pointing to the US operation in Venezuela which took down Nicolas Maduro and the US attacks on Iranian nuclear and military infrastructure.
The report, which cited a source as saying that Trump did not know about the extreme munitions shortage that is threatening to limit US military options in Iran, was also rejected by White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt in a post on X/Twitter shortly after it was published on Wednesday. "This literally never happened," she wrote.
Trump also pushed back on the report in a previous post on Truth Social on Wednesday, writing that the US has "massive amounts of 'munitions,'" and that additional munitions were being manufactured and shipped to the US as needed. (Read more)

The Leakers are responsible for manufacturing and publishing lies concerning the President and Sec. of War Hegseth and our military weapons supply. Especially, Lord, if there would be any munitions shortage, it would certainly be treasonous to publish this information that would be readily picked up by our enemies and used against us. We do pray that these leakers, and others that have recently “aided and abetted” our foes in a similar manner, be held accountable, once and for all. May our laws and standards as a nation be upheld and precedents be re-established.
We do ask for those producing any of our military equipment to work diligently and carefully. Should there ever be a shortage at a perilous time, we ask You to supernaturally provide all that is needed to win the battle(s).
We thank You, Father, for the intellect, skills and wisdom that You have given to our President and each of his staff. When Socialism Comes Through the Front Door

The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) have stopped decorating the wrecking ball. Their new “Workers Deserve More” program calls for abolishing the Senate, replacing the President and Supreme Court with officials subordinate to Congress, ending the Electoral College, creating public ownership of corporations, and building a new political system. DSA leaders describe capitalism as exploitation that must be replaced, while affiliated voices speak of taking down the American “empire” from within. The threat works through elections rather than armed revolt. These candidates win Democratic primaries, using the party’s ballot line, donors, volunteers, and infrastructure to advance a movement aimed at destroying America.
The Democratic establishment is revealing itself by tolerating, promoting, and normalizing these socialist candidates. They have captured congressional nominations and mayoral offices, while the DSA says endorsed candidates will be expected to accept, promote, and align with its program. The Democratic Party has allowed its machinery to become the vehicle for activists who regard America’s constitutional structure as an obstacle. Today’s radical plank becomes tomorrow’s caucus demand, then next year’s party talking point. Trump Declares El Sayed's Michigan Win "Great News for the Republican Party"

President Donald Trump reacted to socialist candidate Abdul El-Sayed’s narrow victory in the Democratic U.S. Senate primary in Michigan, calling it “great news” for the GOP.
The New York Times reported El-Sayed had 48.48 percent of the vote to Democratic Rep. Haley Stevens’ 47.51 percent. El-Sayed had a margin of about 15,000 votes over Stevens with over 95 percent of the ballots counted.
Michigan Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, along with other prominent members of her party’s establishment, supported Stevens over El-Sayed, who enjoyed the early backing of socialists Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, who both campaigned for him.
Trump responded to the news of El-Sayed’s victory, posting on Truth Social, “Great news for the Republican Party. El-Sayed, a Communist loser who hates Jews and Israel, is the projected winner in his race with the Socialist.” Read more (Western Journalism)

Man arrested at Trump National Golf Club visited grounds twice ahead of president's visit: DOJ

A man taken into custody at the Trump National Golf Club in Los Angeles County over the weekend visited the grounds twice while a security assessment was underway ahead of President Donald Trump's visit to the site, according to a Department of Justice complaint, which said the suspect took photos and videos of the security-planning activities and claimed to work for the State Department.
The suspect -- 38-year-old Jeanine John Taele of Downey, California -- allegedly had ammunition in his pocket and a loaded pistol in his pickup truck, authorities said.
Following his arrest on Sunday, authorities found more firearms, including an illegally modified AR-platform rifle, and "multiple notebooks containing concerning statements" at the suspect's residence, a federal criminal complaint alleges.
The "troubling behavior" occurred days before Trump visited the Rancho Palos Verdes property for a Republican National Committee dinner, the FBI said.
According to the complaint, Taele visited the course on Friday while a security assessment was being conducted ahead of Trump's Tuesday visit. Federal agents saw a "suspicious individual" later identified as Taele "walking throughout the golf course at the Trump Golf Club, wearing an earpiece, and taking photographs and videos of the federal agents' security-planning activities, among other things," the complaint stated.
On Sunday, Taele returned to the golf club and allegedly told federal agents that he was employed by the State Department and was "at the location for a security detail," and that he had a loaded firearm in his car in the parking lot, according to the complaint.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputies responded and, after learning through law enforcement databases that Taele was wanted for robbery in El Segundo, detained him and conducted a pat-down search, according to the complaint.
"During this pat-down search, LASD deputies found a 16-round magazine containing hollow point ammunition in the pocket of Taele's pants," the complaint stated.
A loaded 9mm pistol with a loaded magazine containing hollow-point ammunition, binoculars and a badge that read "security protection agent" were also found in his vehicle, according to the complaint.
Deputies arrested Taele for carrying a concealed firearm and possession of armor-piercing/prohibited ammunition, the sheriff's department said.
Detectives executed a search warrant at Taele's residence Monday afternoon due to the "potential security implications surrounding the incident" and recovered more ammunition and firearms -- including the illegally modified AR platform rifle -- as well as "multiple notebooks containing concerning statements," body armor and two radio signal devices, the sheriff's department said. Senate Republicans moved to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci in contempt of Congress in their pursuit of forcing the former architect of the nation’s COVID-19 response to go on record about his actions leading up to and during the pandemic.
The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee voted on sharp party lines to charge Fauci, the former chief medical advisor to the president, with contempt after he refused to answer questions from both sides of the aisle over fear of self-incrimination.
The move follows Fauci’s decision to invoke his Fifth Amendment rights more than 100 times during his hearing last week, which prompted the panel’s chair, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., to vow that he would face "repercussions" for not testifying, or at least how Paul envisioned.
Typically, once a contempt resolution passes by committee, it heads to the Senate floor for a full vote. However, Paul’s resolution allows that step to be skipped altogether and allows him to send the referral directly to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
But Paul wants the Department of Justice (DOJ) involved as soon as possible. There’s also the question whether Fauci’s pardon from former President Joe Biden protected him during the hearing, which Paul hopes to find answers to.

Golden Dome’s New Space Interceptors Could Revive a Reagan-Era Vision

The U.S. Space Force has taken a significant step toward building one of the most ambitious elements of President Donald Trump's proposed Golden Dome missile defense system—a fleet of space-based interceptors designed to destroy incoming missiles from orbit.
The service recently announced it had selected Johns Hopkins University's Applied Physics Laboratory as the technical direction agent for its new Space-Based Interceptor (SBI) program, a key component of the Pentagon's effort to develop a layered missile defense architecture capable of countering ballistic missiles, hypersonic weapons and other advanced threats.
While much of the public discussion surrounding Golden Dome has focused on radar systems, missile-tracking satellites and ground-based defenses, the new Space Force initiative centers on something the United States has never fielded: interceptor spacecraft designed to engage enemy missiles from orbit.
What is Golden Dome?
Golden Dome is envisioned as a nationwide missile defense network combining sensors, interceptors and command-and-control systems across land, sea, air and space.
The concept has often been compared to Israel's Iron Dome, but operates on a far larger scale.
