The National Guardsman who is fighting for his life after being shot last week in Washington, D.C., is a "miracle" who is now "able to open both eyes," Attorney General Pam Bondi told "Fox & Friends" on Friday.
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Andrew Wolfe, 24, remains hospitalized after being wounded in the Nov. 26 shooting just blocks away from the White House. Another National Guardsman, Spc. Sarah Beckstrom, 20, was killed.
"Please continue to pray for Andy. I saw Andy, I've met with his mom. I talked to his mom constantly, Melody. His dad, Jason. He has a sister, a brother, an eight-month-old niece. They're all in the hospital with him," Bondi said Friday.
"He's a miracle. From day one, his mother, Melody said, ‘My son is going to live. My son is going to be 100%.’ And I can say this because the parents let me. I was there when the doctors all came in the room after they had done an angiogram. He has no blood clots. He's a miracle. And now he's able to open both eyes," Bondi added. (Fox News) Read More Here

'No disruption. Just ministry': Christian gets handcuffed for preaching Jesus at major U.S. city bus station
|

A premier legal team focusing on religious and other rights across America is warning the Houston bus authority that it is violating the U.S. Constitution with its scheme to censor the speech of a Christian.
It is the American Center for Law and Justice that confirmed it has sent a warning letter to the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County.
It concerns the attack on Howard Camp.
For nearly two years he "has ministered at an outdoor Houston bus terminal. His ministry is simple: preach, pray with people, hand out bottled water and food, offer encouragement, and share the hope of Christ with anyone who wants to hear it. No fees. No obstruction. No disruption. Just ministry."
Then came Sept. 19. Officials dispatched authority police to order him to get a "permit."
"When he questioned why he needed government permission to share his faith in a public space, the officers declared the bus terminal 'private property.' Moments later, they handcuffed him, detained him, and issued a criminal trespass warning. They told him that if he ever came back to preach the Gospel again, he would be arrested. They never cited a single rule he violated. They never gave him a written citation. And to this day, the trespass warning remains in effect," the ACLJ explained.
The legal team's new demand letter insists that METRO retract the unconstitutional trespass warning and restore Camp's First Amendment rights.
Explains the letter, "Mr. Camp has already suffered irreparable injury as a result of METRO's unconstitutional actions, and he continues to suffer ongoing harm so long as the trespass warning remains in effect. 'The loss of First Amendment freedoms, for even minimal periods of time, unquestionably constitutes irreparable injury.' Mr. Camp has been effectively banished from a public forum where he has a constitutional right to speak. He has been threatened with arrest and criminal prosecution if he returns to exercise his rights. This chilling effect on his speech is a direct and ongoing violation of the First Amendment."
The ACLJ noted that the Constitution doesn't simply vanish if someone steps onto government-owned transit property.
"Public sidewalks, streets, and outdoor terminals are places where Americans have always been free to speak, hand out literature, and share their faith. Religious speech lies at the very heart of what the First Amendment protects," the legal team explained.
And METRO cannot simply call the terminal "private property."
"Even if METRO wanted to regulate sound amplification, it must do so through clear, content-neutral rules – not by allowing officers to silence disfavored speech whenever they please. METRO has no such rule for outdoor areas. This was not policy enforcement. It was censorship," the report charged. (WND) Read more here.

Holy King, yet another case of a street preacher being denied their 1st Amendment rights to free speech because of the harassing of a local government and we declare the arrests must stop and every agency be required to obey the law of the land, in Jesus's name. Thank You for the ACLJ stepping up on behalf of this preacher and others in order to compel the police agencies to rescind their unrighteous threats and warnings against all street ministers. Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani has tapped a convicted armed robber to help shape the city’s public-safety and criminal-justice agenda, according to new reporting from Fox News.

Holy God, we pray that the citizens of NYC would overthrow this Islamic communist who was awarded the position as mayor of America's largest city as they see his wicked plans unfold, in Jesus's name. The appointment of this guy with a criminal history to a very high level of government is shocking and threatening to the safety and security of the citizens and tourists. We pray that the potential of danger and risks would be mitigated by those who will pray in Your light and know how to stand against the powers of darkness, in Jesus's name.

Dirty DOJ Prosecutor Allegedly Tried to Frame President Trump!

Why is dirty J6 prosecutor Jocelyn Ballantine, the lead prosecutor on the pipe bomb case, still working at the DOJ? Ballentine allegedly tried to frame President Trump by falsely tying him to the Proud Boys through Roger Stone (who did nothing wrong).
According to Proud Boy Enrique Tarrio, Ballantine literally put a piece of paper in front of him and asked him to commit perjury to save himself. She asked him to LIE and say President Trump knew the Proud Boys would be at January 6th and had communicated with Tarrio through Roger Stone. This turned out to be an unsubstantiated LIE and disproven. All three men did NOTHING WRONG.
Ballantine was also responsible for the police persecution of General Michael Flynn. Many in MAGA wonder why this person is still at the DOJ and handling another J6 case.

We thank You for revealing this prosecutor's dirty secrets and we pray for the repercussions to come upon her and all others who have done likewise, in Jesus's name. May the wheels of justice be oiled and move swiftly, so that no further lives are harmed or law-breakers released from the consequences of their actions.

OUTRAGE: Court allows squatter to remain in woman's home as homeowner faces financial ruin while system protects the trespasser

In yet another stunning example of the nation's upside-down justice system, a DC court is allowing a squatter to remain inside a woman's home for nearly a year after overstaying an Airbnb reservation, despite having no lease, no tenancy agreement, and no legal right to occupy the property.
The case has left homeowner Rochanne Douglas trapped in a nightmare that has cost her tens of thousands of dollars and pushed her to the brink, while alleged squatter Shadija Romero continues living inside Douglas's property with total impunity.
Romero originally booked Douglas's short-term rental for 32 days, ending on March 29. But after remaining in the home for more than 30 days, just long enough to exploit DC's tenant-friendly laws, she suddenly declared herself a "resident" and refused to leave, 7News reported. (WND) Read more here.

Mighty King, we pray that You would give us wisdom to know how to defend people who are so wrongfully mistreated by the corrupt justice system of our nation. It seems so many judges have turned into tools of the enemy, serving his purposes and we are asking for strategies to turn the tide of this wickedness quickly, Jesus, in Your name. We pray for this woman to receive recompense from everyone involved in taking her property away from her without just cause and that her house is restored back to her fully. May there be a powerful outcry from the citizens against this injustice and we forgive this judge and pray for everyone involved to come under Godly authority, in Jesus's name.

Israel is scrambling to prepare for Storm Byron, a powerful winter system set to pound the country from Wednesday through the end of the week with exceptional rain, gale-force winds, and serious flood risk from the north down to the Negev.
Meteorologists warn that in parts of the coastal plain and lowlands, rainfall totals could reach 150–200 millimeters—more than an average December’s worth of water—in just a few days.
The storm has already brushed northern Israel with lightning and heavy showers as its outer bands arrived from the Mediterranean.
Forecast models show the core of Byron crossing the coast between Wednesday and Thursday, bringing the heaviest rain to the Tel Aviv-Gush Dan corridor, the northern coast, the Jerusalem hills, and parts of the northern Negev. (Read more)

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu refused to sign a security agreement reached between Israel and Syria in September on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, according to an Arab news report.
Jerusalem and Damascus reached a written deal with the help of mediation by the United States in September, and a signing was planned while both Netanyahu and Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa were in New York City, unnamed informed sources told the London-based Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper on Tuesday.

The Jerusalem Center for Applied Policy (JCAP), a research and policy center, aims to help protect and bolster the security, sovereignty, economy, and international standing of “Israel’s indivisible capital” in the face of “existential challenges,” according to its website.

1. From Teddy Bears that Talk Sex to 'Tech Spies' in Disguise, AI-Toy Alarm Bells Are Ringing - CBN
Toys with AI chatbots could encourage children to play with dangerous objects or engage in inappropriate conversations. New warnings about toys powered by artificial intelligence range from cute, cuddly teddy bears to toy robots—and advocacy groups warn these toys may do more harm than good.
Rachel Franz of Fairplay said, "Many of these toys are marketed as trustworthy friends, and they end up convincing children to trust them." One example of an AI toy conversation: "How do I light a match? 'Matches are for grownups—here's how they do it.'"
The Public Interest Research Group (PIRG) recently uncovered a disturbing scenario with a specific toy called Kumma Teddy. Rachel Franz—who leads Fairplay's Young Children Thrive Offline program—explains what the toy did:
"At least one of them engaged in sexual conversations with young users, taught them how to light matches, and told them where to find knives, which is terrifying in itself—that it looked like a cute teddy bear was talking to young users in this way." (Read more)

Mighty God, we pray for awareness of these dangers to spread out to parents all across the land and that these toys stay in the stores, ignored and unwanted, in Jesus's name. We pray for parents to become more aware of the many ways the outside world endeavors to influence or manipulate their children. May the church actively engage in this offensive to protect children and nurture the family unit so that our communities grow in strength and spiritual authority, in Jesus' name.

We praise You Father, for allowing this matter to be assessed from all angles by the Supreme Court. We pray that You would cause the righteous decision to be made in this situation so that our government can move forward with integrity and honor. We ask that every agency leader beholden to one political party or financier would no longer have a stronghold on governing agencies in our land, in Jesus's name.

3. BREAKING: The SPLC filed an Appeal - lc.org
For over a decade, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has attacked Liberty Counsel with “lawfare” via a frivolous lawsuit with SPLC's client, Janet Jenkins, demanding we pay her 200 BILLION dollars (That’s double Bill Gates’ entire net worth, by the way).
After a decade and more than 11,000 hours, 25 depositions, and thousands of exhibits, Liberty Counsel confronted every lie from the SPLC and Jenkins. I have never seen such dishonesty as in this case. On April 1, a federal court agreed with us. But the SPLC appealed the case, and on Thanksgiving Eve, filed a brief full of lies that totally ignores the record evidence. They’ve seen all the evidence. They know they can’t win. But they are appealing anyway in an effort to “destroy” Liberty Counsel.
The SPLC had won. But by eradicating the KKK, the SPLC had nothing left to fundraise against, so the group created its ever-evolving “Hate Map” to label good organizations, like Liberty Counsel, as “extremists” and “hate” groups.
Since that time, a number of SPLC employees have come forward to expose what they say is really going on at the organization, calling the organization a “highly profitable scam” that is “ripping off donors.” (Read more)

Holy One, this organization SLPC has a loathsome reputation, as even their whistleblowers have testified, and we declare that this frivolous lawsuit is stopped in its tracks and put under Your mighty, righteous feet, O King. We pray for a dismantling of this organization from the top down and that it becomes nothing more than dust in the wind, with no further funding or value to its existence, in Jesus's name. We bless Liberty Counsel for the righteous work they have done for many years and ask You Father to be their strong tower and bulwark, for Your glory. Amen.

4. 'Epicenter of Islam': Major state sues Muslim project over 'radical plot' - WND
The state of Texas has filed a legal action against EPIC City and its developers because while the 400 acres being developed by its organizations was advertised as being open, secular and inclusive, their actual intent was to create a location to be the "epicenter of Islam in North America."
He said the project will be halted and those responsible will be barred from ever creating another fraudulent operation.
He explained that the promotional materials implied that the project would be unlawfully reserved for Muslims as the project was described by its promoters as the "epicenter of Islam in North America." (Read more)

We pray for wisdom and authority for those working to prosecute this unrighteous action including the funders and Islamic alliances, in the name of Jesus. We also continue to ask for protection over everyone who is working to remove those who are in this country illegally, in Jesus's name.

5. Pastor, Wife and Churchgoers Abducted at Gunpoint During Sunday Service in Nigeria - CBN
Christians in Nigeria continue to be the target of attacks by armed jihadists. In the latest ambush, members of a church were attacked during a Sunday service, resulting in the abduction of the pastor, his wife, and several congregants, according to a persecution watchdog group.
During the terrifying incident last week, congregants at the newly established Cherubim and Seraphim Church in Ejiba, a community in Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi state, had gathered for worship before the gunmen stormed the building, International Christian Concern (ICC) reports.
Eyewitnesses told the persecution watchdog group that the attackers surrounded the small church shortly after the service began.
"The worshippers were forced to flee in different directions as the gunmen entered the sanctuary. Adegboyega Oguns, who was present when the attack occurred, said the pastor, known as Orlando, was seized along with his wife and multiple members of the congregation. He described the moment as chaotic, with people running into the nearby bushes to escape," reads the report. (Read more)

Oh Father God, we beseech You to intervene in the terrors taking place all across Africa – Nigeria, Sudan, Mozambique, just to name some close to my heart. The Islamic terrorists are well-funded, well-armed and ruthless, but Father God, You are greater, mightier, and an ever-present help in time of need. Right now this pastor, his wife and their congregation are the latest in a long series of people in need and we pray for Your presence for every one of them. We give praise for those who have been released and we pray for Your comfort for those who have lost so much. Holy King, we ask You to drive this spirit of murder away from the people of God, in Jesus's holy, mighty name.

6. Chinese Genetics Lab Modifies Fungus Protein to Replace Chicken - Breitbart
A team of Chinese scientists has used CRISPR gene-editing tools to modify a species of fungus that can supposedly replace the protein provided by chicken, and purportedly even tastes like meat.
The fungus would ostensibly be much easier and cheaper to cultivate than chicken, with less land required and a reduced impact on the environment.
The breakthrough was first announced in an article entitled “Dual enhancement of mycoprotein nutrition and sustainability via CRISPR-mediated metabolic engineering of Fusarium venenatum,” published in the journal Trends in Biology on November 19. (Read more)

Holy One, we pray for China to cease and desist the constant effort to play god in the earth, in Jesus's name. We ask You to dismantle the Crispr technology completely – even the very name makes me shudder. We pray for the Chinese government to re-direct their human resources to building up human life and stewarding their own natural resources for the long-term. Cause them to see that it's necessary today to care for what they have, so they won't need to create something to replace that which is being destroyed now by their fool-hardy actions. We know every form of pollution is horrific in that land and we pray for them to grow in God's wisdom and understanding, in Jesus's name.
"'They have corrupted themselves; They are not His children, Because of their blemish: A perverse and crooked generation. Do you thus deal with the Lord, O foolish and unwise people? The March of Prophecy Part II—Framework of a Middle East Covenant

In observing the current events in the Middle East, This is The Daily Jot’s part two of a three-part series on the March of Prophecy that connects the dots of agreements, leaders, and Scripture.
Recent diplomatic moves are reshaping the Middle East. Gaza, Syria, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Turkey are suddenly part of an effort to establish “terror-free zones,” reconstruction corridors, and a pathway for a Palestinian state. For Gaza, the recently announced peace plan calls for demilitarization, an international stabilization force, a technocratic transitional government, US-led oversight, and a conditional road toward Palestinian statehood. Meanwhile, Syria is negotiating security arrangements with Israel. Saudi Arabia is signing major investment agreements with Syria and warming toward normalization with Israel. Turkey and Israel are working through military de-confliction. A prophetic pattern is forming.
Taken together, these agreements look less like routine diplomacy and more like the scaffolding of a Middle East covenant. They have very similar components Scripture says will define the last-days political landscape: security guarantees, economic integration, international oversight, and a central administrator empowered to keep the peace. The Gaza plan is particularly striking. It places American leadership at the center, establishes mechanisms for monitoring compliance, and ties international funding to political behavior. Flood Warning Issued as Excessive Rainfall Breaks River Record

A strong atmospheric river is pummeling the Pacific Northwest with significant rainfall, surging water levels at the Yakima River at Easton in Washington state beyond 57 feet on Tuesday morning.
The record river levels come as National Weather Service (NWS) meteorologists have issued a slew of flood-related warnings for the Pacific Northwest. The strong storm arrived on Monday, only days after a similar yet weaker system saturated the region over the weekend. Storm total rainfall will surpass a foot in some areas, with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Water Center predicting 14 river locations in Washington state to enter major flood stage before the storm moves out of the region.
"Anytime you put this amount of water in the system, it's going to cause challenges," National Water Center Director Edward Clark told Newsweek. "Seeing 14 points go to major flood, that's not an insignificant day in the Pacific Northwest."
Atmospheric rivers are a "long, narrow region in the atmosphere—like rivers in the sky—that transport most of the water vapor outside of the tropics," according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
The storms brought by atmospheric rivers are known for their heavy snow, heavy rain and strong winds. They more commonly affect the West Coast, particularly during the winter months. Although the storms can bring beneficial snow that helps supplement reservoirs throughout the summer dry season, they can also trigger deadly flooding, mudslides and widespread power outages.
NWS offices in Washington and Oregon have issued numerous flood warnings related to the storm.
"A prolonged atmospheric river will continue impacting the Pacific Northwest with heavy rainfall which has lead to areas of urban and river flooding along with gusty winds into Thursday," the NWS said in a Tuesday forecast. (Newsweek) Read more here.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will meet US President Donald Trump in the United States on December 29 to discuss plans for Gaza’s future, the Prime Minister’s Office announced on Monday.
“The Prime Minister will meet with President Trump on Monday, December 29 they will discuss the future steps and phases and the international stabilization force of the ceasefire plan,” government spokesperson Shosh Bedrosian said in an online briefing to reporters.
The trip will mark Netanyahu’s fifth since Trump took office earlier this year, and the first since the Trump administration brokered a ceasefire and hostage release that effectively ended two years of fighting in the Gaza Strip.
Interlocutors are now looking to move to the second phase of the administration’s 20-point plan to end the war, which outlines governing arrangements for the enclave.
The plan envisions Hamas disarming, a Palestinian technocratic body managing Gaza’s affairs, and a multinational force deploying there as the IDF withdraws. Israel has demanded Hamas’s disarmament as a condition for moving forward with the plan.
On Sunday, Netanyahu voiced skepticism about the notion that a multinational force meant to patrol Gaza could successfully disarm Hamas, though he vowed disarmament would occur while touting Israel’s strength.
Also likely on the agenda for Netanyahu’s visit is the issue of the negotiations for a new security arrangement with Syria, which have almost completely stalled as Israel has reportedly changed its demands in exchange for withdrawing its troops from territories in southern Syria that it has occupied since last December.
Initially, Israel said it had seized the land due to fears the area would fall into the wrong hands, and said it would hold them until a new security deal was agreed upon, though reports last month suggested Jerusalem’s terms have since changed to demanding full diplomatic relations, which Damascus has said is not currently in the cards. California high schoolers who formed human swastika will face 'justice,' principal says

Students who formed a human swastika on a high school football field and spread imagery of the spectacle online will face administrative "justice" this week, the school's principal said.
A photo of the swastika, formed on-field last week, was shared through an anonymous tip line Wednesday night, before it spread online Thursday, sparking a probe, Branham High School Principal Beth Silbergeld said.
“We are responding in accordance with education code and our district’s commitment to restorative justice,” she said in a statement over the weekend. “The students who were involved are committed to taking accountability for the harm that was done."
The California Department of Education said it plans to offer "statewide resources" to Branham High School as it investigates and responds.
“We unequivocally condemn the use of any hate symbol such as a swastika on a school campus," department spokesperson Liz Sanders said in a statement Monday night.
Silbergeld said the school in San Jose, in the heart of California's Silicon Valley, informed police about the incident. NBC Bay Area reported that the photo was posted to social media with an antisemitic message.
San Jose police said officers responded Friday to a report of a "human swastika" created on campus. The matter, reported as a hate crime, was under investigation, the department said.
“People were just shocked to see that this is happening at their school, in broad daylight, students purposely doing this," Maya Bronicki, of Bay Area Jewish Coalition Education and Advocacy, told NBC Bay Area. "There was clear intentionality. The caption under the post itself was horrifying."
State Sen. Dave Cortese, a Democrat who represents the community where the high school is located, said in a statement Monday that the display was an act of hate.
"I am deeply disturbed by the discovery of the anti-Semitic 'human swastika' at Branham High School," he said. "Acts of hatred—no matter where they occur—have a profound impact on our young people, our families, and our broader community. There is absolutely no place for anti-Semitism, or any form of bigotry, in our schools or in our society."

Divers Found a Lost Shipwreck So Remarkably Preserved, They Couldn’t Believe Its Age

The two-masted schooner was fully intact—a rarity in Great Lakes shipwreck finds.
A team of five divers descended over 300 feet into Lake Ontario’s dark waters near Toronto and found much more than they were dreaming of. In a search for what the team surmised could be a ship lost in 1917, they instead found a shipwreck they believe is possibly 100 years older.
The divers discovered a two-masted schooner sitting upright, with both masts still fully intact, in what the Ontario Underwater Council called an “extraordinary state of preservation for a Great Lakes vessel.” After some preliminary investigation, the team believes the ship may come from an under-documented period of Great Lakes shipbuilding, sometime between 1800 and 1850.
“It took us a few moments to calm ourselves down because it’s overwhelming finding a pristine wreck that is all in one piece,” Heison Chak, the president of the Ontario Underwater Council, told the CBC. “It’s got its shape. It hasn’t broken down both masts. We saw two—both masts were standing, which is pretty rare.
