Texas pastor who evacuated Israel amid Iran conflict credits prayers for safe return to the US
A Texas pastor who is back home with his family after spending a week trying to evacuate the war-torn Middle East is crediting the prayers from his congregation for helping secure his return to the United States. Pastor Steve Brooks of First Methodist Church in Midland discussed his experience in Israel as tensions escalated between Israel and Iran in an interview with local news outlet KVUE-TV published Wednesday.

Brooks traveled to Israel with his wife and 9-year-old twins earlier this month for a spiritual pilgrimage. During their time in the Middle East, war broke out between Israel and Iran, leaving them seeking to get out as soon as possible. "We got on buses in Jerusalem outside of our hotel. We had to walk about a quarter of a mile trying to keep a low profile," he recalled. "We spent the next actually 18 hours on the buses getting to a location in Jordan," Brooks detailed.

After the family arrived in Jordan, they found themselves subject to delays in light of the large number of people looking to leave the region.  "We were kind of asked to go dark," he said. "We were still able to read Facebook and our email, but we were asked not to give information out."  The support they received from people back home was "incredible and so sustaining," Brooks said.  (Christian Post) Read More Here
- Abba, we Thank You for Your protection upon this Texan Pastor and other Americans that were able to return home from Israel in the midst of the bombings! We give You all the glory for hearing the prayers of Your saints crying out to You in desperation, as You are our only Hope and Refuge in times of trouble. You are worthy of all praise and we each surrender our lives for Your plans and purposes. Continue to shield and guide Israel and the United States of America, alongside Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Trump, as they stand together in unity so Your Will is accomplished on earth as it is in heaven! By the mighty Name and powerful Blood of Yeshua we offer this prayer! Amen and Amen.

- "God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns. The nations rage, the kingdoms totter; he utters his voice, the earth melts. The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress."               (Psalm 46: 5-7)

Senate passes Trump's 'One Big Beautiful Bill,' measure now returns to House

Senate Republicans on Tuesday morning passed the chamber's version of President Donald Trump's "One Big Beautiful Bill."

The vote was 50-50 in the 100-member chamber with Vice President JD Vance casting the deciding tie-break vote.

The vote at about noon Washington, D.C.-time followed a marathon, overnight amendment session and leaders of the GOP-controlled chamber wrangling the final votes.

Going into the morning, four Republican senators – Kentucky's Rand Paul, North Carolina's Thom Tillis, Maine's Susan Collins and Alaska's Lisa Murkowski – were the no GOP votes. Leadership eventually reached a deal that convinced Murkowski to vote yes.

The entire Democratic conference, which includes two independent senators, voted against the measure.

The GOP holdouts were essentially concerned about the bill’s reductions to Medicaid leaving millions of Americans without healthcare and were calling for steeper cuts to hold down deficits ballooning with the measure's tax cuts, according to the Associated Press.

The bill now returns to the GOP House for final votes. (Just the News) Read more here.

- Holy One, this matter has been an incredible wrestling match over the affairs of our nation and its financial condition. We know that there are many issues to disagree about, running a country is not an easy feat, but we thank You and ask You to continue to stay involved with our elected leaders, Abba. We praise You that it has passed another hurdle in the process, however, there is more ahead. We pray that You would cause the representatives to walk in wisdom, authority and agreement with Your guidance and that You reveal divine strategies to undercut any elements that are unacceptable to You and grant perfect replacements, in Jesus name.

- "So Jesus answered and said to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, "Be removed and be cast into the sea," it will be done. And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.'" (Matthew 21:21-22)

Americans at July 4th celebrations warned of
lone wolf terrorist threat

Local and federal authorities across the country are likely preparing for potential threats during Fourth of July celebrations next weekend amid tensions between the United States and the Middle East, according to a former U.S. Secret Service agent.

Tensions escalated on June 22, when the U.S. Military bombed three key nuclear sites in Iran, according to Trump administration officials.

"Due to the Iran conflict, the Department of Homeland Security has a National Threat Advisory System, and as of June 22, we are at a heightened threat environment," Michael Verden, founder and CEO of security firm The Lake Forest Group, told Fox News Digital. "That level will stay in place until September 22, and it could be extended based on the conflict in Iran."

Verden, a former USSS agent and law enforcement officer, added that certain 4th of July activities and travel will see increased security and precautionary measures "because of this heightened threat environment."

DHS said in a June 22 bulletin that "Iran also has a long-standing commitment to target US Government officials it views as responsible for the death of an Iranian military commander killed in January 2020."

"The likelihood of violent extremists in the Homeland independently mobilizing to violence in response to the conflict would likely increase if Iranian leadership issued a religious ruling calling for retaliatory violence against targets in the Homeland," DHS said. "Multiple recent Homeland terrorist attacks have been motivated by anti-Semitic or anti-Israel sentiment, and the ongoing Israel-Iran conflict could contribute to US-based individuals plotting additional attacks."

Federal intelligence officials, meanwhile, will try to proactively identify and stop any emerging threats "associated with the homeland, and a 4th of July event is definitely associated with the homeland," Verden said.

The former USSS agent also said law enforcement will put a heavy emphasis on "access control," which includes everything from verifying credentials at admission for an event, checking bags, checking parked vehicles for explosives, looking out for suspicious activity and so on. - Mighty King Jeshua, we take authority over every single plot, plan or scheme being activated by the enemy, and bind and silence it in the holy, powerful name of Jesus. We put our nation and president under the light of Christ and His shed blood, declaring that every intention for evil will boomerang right back on the perpetrator and have no effect against the people of this nation, in Jesus name. We pray for intercessors to be keenly aware of the dangers lurking in the darkness and hidden places and their prayers avail so much that wherever trouble is brewing, the troublers can do nothing but surrender to God. Fizzle, Fizzle, Fizzle, in Jesus name.

- "I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.' Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And from the perilous pestilence. He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday." (Psalm 91:2-6)

Dozens arrested at Capitol while protesting Republican tax and spending cut bill

U.S. Capitol Police arrested dozens of demonstrators inside the Capitol rotunda and outside Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., as members of the Senate continued to debate President Donald Trump’s "big, beautiful bill."

The Associated Press said demonstrators were protesting the Republican tax and spending cut bill at two different sites.

One of the sites was the Capitol Rotunda, and the other was at an intersection near the U.S. Capitol Building.

U.S. Capitol Police told the AP those arrested face charges such as crowding, obstructing and incommoding.

Images of the protests inside the rotunda showed demonstrators holding signs that read, "cuts to SNAP are policy murder." One man participating in the demonstration had a shirt which read, "Poor People’s Campaign."

Outside the Capitol, some of the demonstrators carried black wooden coffins with red signs that read, "178,000 People In Florida Will Lose Medicaid," "This Coffin Represents Policy Murder," and "574,000 People in Florida Will Lose SNAP."

Other coffins had signs representing similar numbers, but in states like West Virginia, Illinois and Kentucky.

Several people who were demonstrating wore religious attire as well.

One of the groups at the protests was called Repairers of the Breach. In a statement obtained by the AP, the organization claimed to have led the effort, adding that the demonstration continues a tradition of nonviolent actions at the Capitol, confronting unjust policies and calling the nation to higher ground. - Thank You Father that the protesters were compelled to obey the Constitution and laws of the land in their protest and that those who would not obey the laws received the logical consequence of arrest. We pray for civility to be restored to protests as it is "unlawful to gather with the intent to disturb the public peace" (https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/unlawful_assembly). We speak shalom over our nation, for the glory of God.

 - 'Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; Put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes. Cease to do evil, Learn to do good; Seek justice, Rebuke the oppressor; Defend the fatherless, Plead for the widow.' (Isaiah 1:16-17)

Netanyahu to visit Washington on Monday, source tells 'Post'

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will visit Washington next Monday, and Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer will arrive in Washington on Monday, a source told The Jerusalem Post.

The cabinet held a discussion and will wait to hear about Dermer's meetings in Washington before considering additional significant steps in Gaza.

On Sunday, US President Donald Trump called for a deal to be made in Gaza and to "get the hostages back!!!" in a post to Truth Social.

Earlier, Trump said that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is in the process of negotiating a deal with Hamas to free the remaining hostages.

Trump called to end the Netanyahu trial

Recently, Trump criticized Israel's prosecutors over the ongoing corruption trial against Netanyahu, saying it was interfering with his ability to conduct talks with both Hamas and Iran.
"The travesty of 'Justice' will interfere with both Iran and Hamas negotiations," Trump wrote. "In other words, it is INSANITY doing what the out-of-control prosecutors are doing to Bibi Netanyahu."

Netanyahu thanked Trump on Sunday morning, saying, "Together, we will make the Middle East Great Again!"

Netanyahu's last visit to Washington was in April, where the two discussed the hostage crisis, finishing the war in Gaza, and tariffs that had been recently imposed by the Trump administration on Israel. He was the first foreign leader to meet with Trump regarding tariffs.

- Father God, we praise You that our President is publically standing behind P.M. Netanyahu, calling for an end to these useless charges against him. We thank You, too, that President Trump has a heart to see the remaining hostages set free, no matter what the cost. We pray that this visit by Israel's Prime Minister next week will yield good fruit as these two world leaders engage in these critical discussions. We give You praise, O Lord, in Your name, amen and amen.

- "First of all, then, I urge that requests, prayers, intercession, and thanksgiving be made in behalf of all people, for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity." (I Timothy 2:1,2)

1. Trump says he will be ‘very firm’ with Netanyahu on ending Gaza war
- Times of Israel

US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that he will be “very firm” with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on the need to end the war in Gaza when the premier visits Washington next week.

Speaking to reporters, Trump also said that Netanyahu “wants it too,” referring to a hostage-ceasefire deal that would bring an end to the Gaza war.

Earlier Tuesday, the president repeated his prediction that a ceasefire and hostage release deal would be reached shortly. “I think we’ll have a deal next week,” he said.

He also said he and Netanyahu will discuss Gaza and “the great success we had with Iran,” adding: “We want to get the hostages  (Read more)

2. Senior Hamas official: No meetings currently planned for Gaza ceasefire-hostage deal talks -Times of Israel
Senior Hamas official Taher Nunu tells Egyptian newspaper Al-Shorouk that while Hamas has no objection to meeting with mediators as part of negotiations for a ceasefire-hostage deal in Gaza, no such meeting is currently planned.

However, Nunu states that contacts with mediators are ongoing.

Nunu adds that Hamas would sign an agreement that includes an end to the war, but refuses to discuss the terror group’s disarmament or the potential departure of senior Hamas leaders from the Gaza Strip. (Read more)

3. IDF chief says expanding operations in Gaza endanger hostages
- World Israel News

IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir, addressing Israel’s security cabinet on Sunday, warned that expanded military operations in Gaza would put the remaining hostages at risk, Channel 12 reported.

“There is serious abuse of the hostages, and their situation is grave,” Zamir said.

There are currently 50 hostages in Gaza, with 20 believed to be alive and some in grave condition.

“I support defeating Hamas,” Zamir said, “but the more we deepen the operation now, the more we endanger the hostages.”

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich took issue with Zamir’s statements and expressed vehement disapproval of halting military operations. (Read more)

4. IDF intercepts missile launched by Houthi terrorists from Yemen - JNS

The Israel Defense Forces confirmed on Tuesday evening that the Israeli Air Force intercepted a missile launched by Houthi terrorists in Yemen.

The interception followed warning sirens that sounded in several areas across Israel.

According to an IDF statement, the sirens were activated in accordance with established protocol, alerting residents to the incoming threat. No injuries or damage were reported.

Less than 30 minutes earlier, Palestinian terrorists fired two rockets from the southern Gaza Strip, both of which were intercepted after sirens sounded in communities near the border. (Read more)

5. Hostages' families: 'PM's DC visit must be turning point, not symbolic'
- Israel National News

The Hostage Families Forum released a statement calling on the Israeli government to use Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's visit to Washington DC next week to secure a permanent ceasefire that will bring all of the remaining hostages home.

"President Trump has given us tremendous hope with his recent public statements and his unwavering commitment to bringing all our loved ones home and ending this war. We are deeply grateful that he shares our core belief: every single hostage must return—no one should be left behind. All 50 hostages must come home now," the Forum stated.

"However, we are troubled by recent contradictory messages from Israeli officials. While senior security leaders have repeatedly stated that the IDF is nearing completion of its strategic and operational goals in Gaza—other voices continue to suggest that Hamas remains a threat, and that currently only a partial deal is on the negotiating table. Given President Trump's clear commitment, this forces us to ask: Does the Israeli government recognize that a short ceasefire followed by renewed fighting means, by definition, not all hostages will return home? 1. 'Something must have snapped': Suspected sniper in Idaho firefighter ambush identified - WND

The suspected sniper believed to have intentionally set a blaze in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, on Sunday to ambush firefighters and police, killing at least two, is now identified as 20-year-old Wess Roley.

"We do believe that the suspect started the fire, and we do believe that it was an ambush and it was intentional," Kootenai County Sheriff Bob Norris told reporters. "These firefighters did not have a chance."

Ironically, there are indications Roley himself sought to be a firefighter. "His grandfather, Dale Roley, told NBC News that 'something must have snapped' for his grandson to have committed such violence, particularly against firefighters," the network reported.

"He actually really respected law enforcement," Dale Roley said. "He loved firefighters. It didn't make sense that he was shooting firefighters. Maybe he got rejected or something." (Read more)

- Holy One, this entire matter is inexplicable and the entire community and nation is as confused as this boy's grandfather. We pray for revelation of the full story and justice for our firefighters, in Jesus name. We ask You Abba, to be with the family members who have just encountered the most cruel message of all; let them know You are holding them and walking with them, Jesus. We declare there will be no more of these kinds of ambush assassinations, in Jesus name.

- "'Now, therefore,' says the Lord, 'Turn to Me with all your heart, With fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.' So rend your heart, and not your garments; Return to the Lord your God, For He is gracious and merciful, Slow to anger, and of great kindness; . . . " (Joel 2:12-13)
2. Former Obama Staffer Who Wished Death on Trump Finds New Work for Zohran Mamdani - Free Beacon

A former Obama administration staffer who once publicly wished death on President Donald Trump has found new work as a communications consultant for Zohran Mamdani.

His campaign paid Zara Rahim $3,500 for communications consulting in May, records show. Before working for Mamdani, Rahim was best known for expressing her hope that Trump would die of coronavirus after he contracted the disease in fall 2020.

"It’s been against my moral identity to tweet this for the past four years, but, I hope he dies," Rahim posted on X in October of that year, just days after Trump’s diagnosis. She later deleted the post.

Rahim, a child of Bangladeshi immigrants, has worked closely with Mamdani in recent weeks. She has helped the mayoral nominee craft campaign videos and accompanied him backstage during his Sunday appearance on Meet the Press.

- Victorious Warrior, we pray for the Islamic spirit that is rising up in this nation to come under Your powerful authority, in Jesus name. We pray for the body of Christ to become wise to the schemes and malign activities of this idol spirit and to stand in persistent intercession against the plots that are being formed around us, in Jesus name. We plead the blood of Jesus over our President for safety. Holy One, we ask that You cause the adversaries to stumble and their stones to be rolled back upon them, that no harm come to this nation, in Jesus name.

- "But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; Suddenly they shall be wounded. So He will make them stumble over their own tongue; All who see them shall flee away. All men shall fear, And shall declare the work of God; For they shall wisely consider His doing." (Psalm 64:79)

3. RFK Jr. says Hep B vaccine is linked to 1,135% higher autism rate - Lifesite News

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found newborn babies who received the Hepatitis B vaccine had 1,135-percent higher autism rates than those who did not or received it later in life, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. told Tucker Carlson recently. However, the CDC practiced “trickery” in its studies on autism so as not to implicate vaccines, Kennedy said.

The Hepatitis B shot is required by nearly every state in the U.S. for children to attend school, day care, or both. The CDC recommends the jab for all babies at birth, regardless of whether their mother has Hep B, which is easily diagnosable and commonly spread through sexual activity, piercings, and tattoos.

But now, Kennedy said, the CDC will be conducting real and honest scientific research that follows the highest standards of evidence. “We’re going to do real science,” Kennedy said. “We’re going to make the databases public for the first time.” (Read more)

- Father, this is such powerful news and we pray for every family that has been devastated by the vaccines. How do we reconcile compelling infants to be injected with any type of Hepatitis vaccine, because they would never be near anything that would transmit this horrific disease? We thank You Abba, for RFK, Jr. staying on this great wrong done in our nation and ask You to empower him to quickly push forward the protections necessary for our most vulnerable children. We forgive these agents that participated in this autism tragedy and we pray for them to know Your forgiveness Jesus.

- "The Lord executes righteousness And justice for all who are oppressed. He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel. The Lord is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger and abounding in mercy." (Psalm 103:6-8)

4. This 7% of Earth’s surface burns more fuel than anywhere - The Blaze

The ruling class trades in carbon outrage like it’s gold. Sanctimony fuels its crusade against oil, gas, and coal — never mind that those very fuels built the modern world. The comforts we take for granted — from longer lives and stocked shelves to clean water and lifesaving medicine — all trace back to the energy abundance that hydrocarbons made possible.

You won’t find a clearer contradiction than in the Yuxi Circle.

Draw a circle with a 2,485-mile radius around the southern Chinese city of Yuxi. British geographer Alasdair Rae did just that — and inside it resides 55% of the world’s population: some 4.3 billion people crammed into just 7% of Earth’s surface. The region includes China, India, much of Southeast Asia, and parts of Pakistan. Some of it — like the Tibetan Plateau and the Taklamakan Desert — is barren. But the rest is packed with cities, factories, and the aspirations of hundreds of millions clawing their way toward modern life.

Why does this matter? Because this region now anchors the world’s biggest fight over energy, growth, and climate policy. (Read more)

- Father of Lights, we bring this matter before You and pray for wisdom and guidance to deal with the many and varied elements of this 7% of the planet, in Jesus name. There are countless lost souls within this circle, most of whom are surrounded by demonic practices. We pray for their dreams and aspirations of living like a developed country, even as the virtue-signaling elite push them even farther into darkness. May the body of Christ overwhelm this region with the light of Christ bringing hope and dignity, in Jesus name.

- "'I will seek what was lost and bring back what was driven away, bind up the broken and strengthen what was sick; but I will destroy the fat and the strong, and feed them in judgment.'" (Ezekiel 34:16)

5. New Olympic president strikes huge blow to transgender athletes ahead of 2028 games in LA       - The Blaze

The new president of the International Olympic Committee has held her seat for just one week and is already making monumental moves. As the head of the IOC, Kirsty Coventry wields tremendous power not only in the business world but in setting the tone worldwide for standards in sports.

After assuming office on June 23, the former Zimbabwean swimmer took questions in a nearly hour-long press conference, where she made one thing clear: The Olympic Committee is moving away from placating transgender athletes.

"On the protection of the female category, it was very clear from the members that we have to protect the female category, first and foremost," Coventry told a journalist. "We have to do that to ensure fairness. But we need to do that with a scientific approach and with the inclusion of the international federations who have already done a lot of work in this area." (Read more)

- We give You praise for the position of this new president of the International Olympics Committee, Father. We ask You to bring a strong team around her to support this critical endeavor to protect women athletes, in Jesus name. We bind all backlash, threats or retaliation against her and all women athletes in general.  May the glory of God's creation be strengthened in the athletic competitions and for those who are confused, deceived or left out we pray that they find hope and redemption in Jesus.

- "'Now acquaint yourself with Him, and be at peace; Thereby good will come to you. Receive, please, instruction from His mouth, And lay His words in your heart. If you return to the Almighty, you will be built up; You will remove iniquity far from your tents.'" (Job 22:21-23)
6. China’s Nuclear Force Buildup: A Direct Challenge to US Strategic Superiority -
The Gateway Pundit

China’s nuclear force expansion has fundamentally transformed the global strategic environment, according to senior congressional leaders who characterize Beijing’s modernization program as a shift from limited deterrent capabilities to comprehensive nuclear forces designed for strategic competition with the United States. By 2035, China aims to possess the world’s most powerful nuclear arsenal, surpassing that of the United States.

Defense Intelligence Agency analysis confirms that China’s nuclear warhead inventory has surpassed 600 operational weapons. Its missile arsenal includes over 2,000 missiles capable of reaching Taiwan, including advanced hypersonic systems. The PLA Rocket Force has already deployed hypersonic weapons and nuclear-capable H-6N bombers. U.S. intelligence projects that China will field 700 nuclear warheads by 2027 and over 1,000 by 2030, with continued expansion expected through at least 2035. (Read more)

- God of Angel Armies, we pray for a neutralizing of this potential nuclear threat from China. We call for all of our military facilities to have a gigantic perimeter of defense and protection around them that precludes China from continuing to snoop and steal our military secrets, in Jesus name. We pray for the legislators of every state to stand up and protect us from China's infiltration. We also ask Father, for the Chinese leadership as well as all other nuclear nations to be very reluctant to use the nuclear option, in Jesus name.

"For behold, He who forms mountains, And creates the wind, Who declares to man what his thought is, And makes the morning darkness, Who treads the high places of the earth– The Lord God of hosts is His name." (Amos 4:13)

Lawfare and the Rise of Soft Tyranny in America

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, July 1, 2025

Americans are wakening to the war being waged against those who are critical of the left, in particular, the Democratic Party. It’s not one that is currently fought with bullets, although there have been several recent incidents where radicalized actors have gunned political opponents of the left. More common, however, is lawfare: the deliberate weaponization of the legal system to punish, silence, and eliminate political opposition. It’s not theoretical. It’s not accidental. It’s here, and it’s deliberate. We’re watching it unfold in real time. President Trump is taking heat for pardoning convicted tax evaders Todd and Julie Chrisley, for example, but they are indicative of a more sinister pattern of soft tyranny by Democrat judges.

Todd and Julie Chrisley—stars of the once-popular “Chrisley Knows Best”—were convicted in 2022 for tax evasion and bank fraud. Their sentences? 12 and 7 years, respectively. Judge Eleanor Ross, appointed by Barack Obama, presided over the case. Many argue the punishment far exceeded the crime. Their daughter Savannah became an outspoken advocate for their release, arguing her parents were targeted for their vocal support of President Trump. Trump has now announced he intends to pardon them, calling their treatment “unjust and politically motivated.” Their story is not isolated. Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro, Allen Weisselberg, and Trump himself were prosecuted aggressively by judges aligned with and appointed by the political left. Read More

Trump Blames AT&T After Conference Call With Faith Leaders Disrupted

President Donald Trump on Monday criticized telecommunications giant AT&T after his conference call with faith leaders from across the country was disrupted.

“I’m doing a major Conference Call with Faith Leaders from all over the Country, and AT&T is totally unable to make their equipment work properly,” Trump stated on social media. “There are tens of thousands of people on the line!”

This marked the second time problems had occurred, Trump said, calling on the company’s leadership to take action to address the problems.

He did not provide specific details about the issues experienced during the call. In a separate post, Trump apologized to faith leaders for the long wait on the conference call.

Trump suggested rescheduling the call for another time and said they would use a different carrier’s service the next time. “AT&T ought to get its act together,” he stated.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt shared a screenshot of Trump’s post on the social media platform X, prompting a response from AT&T.

In its reply, the company stated that it had contacted the White House about the president’s complaint and was working to understand and assess the situation.

AT&T issued a follow-up statement just hours later, saying that its initial analysis indicated “the disruption was caused by an issue with the conference call platform” and not the carrier’s network.

“Unfortunately, this caused the delay, and we are working diligently to better understand the issue so we can prevent disruptions in the future,” the company added.

AT&T experienced a brief decline in its share price on Monday. The company is currently led by chairman and CEO John Stankey. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

- Lord God, we thank You that we have a President who desires to reach out to the members and the leaders of the faith community in America, both reporting victories he has seen, and helping us to focus our prayers for him. Although at face
value, it does seem that it was technical problems in the ATT&T network that caused this disruption, we who know You and who know the Word know the truth. It was the enemy himself who tried to cause this chaos, for he is truly afraid of the power we
wield in the Spirit as we join forces together. In the future, O Lord, we do ask a system be set in place, so that the tens of thousands of citizens in our land can hear to voice of our President and respond accordingly. Amen.

- "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of [a]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places." (Ephesians 6:12)
The 3 Most Important Votes of the ‘One Big Beautiful Bill’ Vote-a-Rama
Editor's note:

This bill has now passed out of the Senate and is heading to the House for action during the rest of this week. The three items of interest, shown below, will remain in the modified version this week, as the House continues to debate final passage of this critical bill.

President Donald Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill” moved closer to adoption overnight, as Senate Democrats attempted to load the bill with poison pill amendments in the “vote-a-rama.” During the lengthy amendment process, which began at 9 a.m. Monday morning and continues as of this writing, anyone may offer amendments to the 940-page bill. Senate changes have already made the bill less attractive to pro-life, pro-family conservatives. Yet the revised text also removes a controversial, 10-year moratorium on states regulating artificial intelligence.

“The president’s ‘One Big Beautiful Bill’ is quickly losing its glamour in the Senate. The bill now appears to be a contestant in a beauty pageant for a tractor pull,” said FRC Action Chairman Tony Perkins. “The Senate version currently defunds big abortion providers like Planned Parenthood for only one year, instead of ten. That’s a huge disappointment. The first Senate version defunded gender transition procedures in Medicaid (not in Obamacare, as the House did, nor in Medicare or in the tax code, as had been proposed). But the current version will subject even that slimmed-down provision to a 60-vote threshold, meaning the provision will not pass the Senate, and Americans will continue to pay for gender transition experimentation on vulnerable individuals.”

Perkins wondered only if Senate Republican leaders were “completely out-muscled by the parliamentarian, or worse yet, didn’t try to secure the key components of the House version.” Senate GOP inaction “shows an unacceptable lack of political will.”

“Will senators fight to defund abortion providers for the maximum-allowable 10 years? Will they fight to defund gender procedures that bring trauma and life-long harm, or will they be satisfied with a show-vote on gender transition procedures?” asked Perkins.

Here are three of the most important votes that took place over the last 24 hours.

1. The Senate Continues to Defund Planned Parenthood

2. Senate Nixes the 10-year Moratorium on States Regulating Artificial Intelligence (AI)

On a nearly unanimous vote, the Senate adopted a bipartisan amendment from Senators Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) and Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) to eliminate the One Big Beautiful Bill’s controversial, 10-year moratorium on AI regulation. If enacted, the provision would have struck down an estimated 75 existing state laws and barred any further protections for the next decade, including laws against AI-generated child pornography.

3. Democrats Extend Taxpayer-Funded Benefits to Criminal Illegal Immigrants

Senator John Cornyn (R-Texas) offered an amendment that would have reduced federal Medicaid funding to states that cover illegal immigrants charged with serious crimes. Under Senate parliamentary procedure, the measure needed to clear a 60-vote threshold, but it received only 56 votes. (The Washington Stand) Read more here.

- Father God, as this bill finally reaches its finish line, we ask You to bestow Your wisdom upon each one of the 435 members of the House of Representatives as they work to reach a consensus of opinion on each of the remaining points of disagreement. Thank You, O Lord! Your Word promises that if we ask You, You will bestow Your wisdom upon each one of us. In Your Name, Abba God, we offer this prayer, amen and amen!

-  "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5)

Trump was bleeding so much on the hospital bed after attempted assassination
that staff thought he had been hit five times

Now-President Donald Trump said that he was bleeding so much on the hospital bed after the assassination attempt on his life in July last year that top aides thought he had been shot “four or five” times, according to a new book.

An excerpt from 2024: How Trump Retook the White House and the Democrats Lost America, published in The Washington Post, has revealed new details from the attack in Butler, Pennsylvania, almost a year later.

Trump, who was speaking on stage at the campaign rally on July 13, had been bundled to the ground by Secret Service agents and rushed to the hospital after 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks fired at him from the roof of a building approximately 100 yards away.

“Trump was sitting up in bed, still wearing his suit. A bandage covered his ear. There was blood everywhere,” according to the book.

“It was bleeding like a b****,” Trump later told the book’s authors in an interview. “They thought I had four or five bullets in me because there was so much blood,” the president said, referring to his would-be White House chief of staff Susie Wiles, future director of communications Steven Cheung, and future deputy chief of staff Dan Scavino.

The three soon realized Trump was OK “because he started making jokes” in his hospital bed, according to the book.

It was a turning point for the campaign. What followed was an outpouring of support for Trump from Amazon mogul Jeff Bezos and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, two of the world’s richest men, who had been outspoken critics of his in the past.

“Bezos said Trump’s instincts showed who he was, and he wanted them to have a friendship,” according to the book. “Wiles marveled that before, some of these people wouldn’t give him the time of day. Trump loved it. He was having a great time.”

Zuckerberg later said that seeing Trump “pump his fist in the air” after getting shot was “one of the most badass things” he’d seen his life.

July 13 was also the day future “first buddy” and Department of Government Efficiency architect Elon Musk officially endorsed Trump. “I fully endorse President Trump and hope for his rapid recovery,” the Tesla boss said in a post on X that day.

Trump left the hospital and flew to Bedminster, New Jersey, where his wife Melania was waiting for him.

The book is due to be published on July 8. (The Independent) Read more here.

- Lord God, there is no doubt that Donald John Trump is a man of tremendous courage, strength, and faith. His unflinching behavior on that terrible day displayed those characteristics to the whole world that was watching. We thank You for the quick actions of the Secret Service who worked nonstop, with the medical team, to preserve his life after the shooting. And now, dear God, we thank You that You have inspired President Trump to write a book about that event, and more, so that his testimony will remain intact now and forever. In Your Name, Holy One, we offer this prayer, amen and amen!

- "The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy." (Psalm 126:3:)
And Now . . . Lion of Judah: ROAR!!!!
"The Lord shall go forth like a mighty man;
He shall stir up His zeal like a man of war.
He shall cry out, yes, shout aloud;
He shall prevail against His enemies."

NASA confirms the alert with a satellite image: a U.S. volcano has enormous seismic activity and is
“on the verge of erupting”

NASA has recently captured a satellite image of Iliamna Volcano in Alaska, highlighting its disturbing potential for volcanic activity.

The image, taken on June 10, 2025, by the Operational Land Imager (OLI) aboard the satellite Landsat 8, shows the glacier-covered peak that sits around 130 miles southwest of Anchorage - Alaska’s largest city.

Despite its last recorded eruption occurring in 1876, the volcano has experienced more recent seismic activity that has subsequently been linked to avalanches in the region, as the magma-filled mountain shakes off its white coat.

Disaster potential behind recent rumblings ‘remains uncertain’

As recently as June 15, 2025, seismic activity at Iliamna Volcano intensified, with almost continuous tremors recorded by the Alaska Volcano Observatory (AVO).

Thought for the Day
"“For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord.
“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways higher than your ways,
And My thoughts than your thoughts.
