'We've Seen Incredible Revival':
Nearly 70 Inmates Transformed by the Power of God
|
|
|
Dozens of inmates at a Florida jail are experiencing God's transformational power and starting new lives in Christ after a sheriff's office opened its doors to local churches. First Apostolic Church of DeFuniak Springs recently partnered with New Life Church of Santa Rosa Beach to conduct mass baptisms while working with the Walton County Sheriff's Office.
The jail ministry focuses on rehabilitating and discipling inmates to not only redirect, but also completely change their lives. A recent baptism event gave them the chance to take a step of faith, making their internal change visible to others. "Our mantra, if you will, has always been recovery, not recidivism. And what I mean by that is trying to find a better life, trying to make men and women who are incarcerated in our jail better people, and introducing them to the Lord. And then being baptized is sort of a rebirth for them," Corey Dobridnia, the Public Information Officer for Walton County Sheriff's Office, said.
Rev. Jonathan King from First Apostolic Church serves as a voluntary chaplain at the Walton County jail, and he shares that goal. "The beauty of jail ministry to me is that we're able to minister to these people that are just truly at their bottom, and the Lord is doing incredible things in their lives," he said. "And so we've had some of them that have gotten out and come to church, and the Lord's changing their life, and they're a part of our church today, and I'm excited about the fact that God is reaching into their lives and making a difference, and it's not just recidivism. It's not just keeping them from going back to jail. It's actually changing their life and their families and impacting a whole generation by what God is doing with them in the jail." Fauci Pleads Fifth Amendment to Avoid Senate Questions on COVID Pandemic
|
|
|
Dr. Anthony Fauci declined to answer questions on the COVID pandemic at a Senate hearing on Wednesday, invoking the Fifth Amendment and thereby claiming his right against self-incrimination.
In doing so the scientist made the issue personal and directly accused Republican Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) of an “unhinged” campaign to see him imprisoned.
“Under the advice of my attorneys, I will invoke my right under the 5th Amendment of the Constitution to refrain from answering your questions,” Fauci asserted before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, which Sen. Paul chairs, in his opening statement.
“Given Senator Paul’s obvious obsession with calling for my prosecution, his repeated slanderous comments about me, and recently his publicly releasing my unredacted personal diary aimed at embarrassing and intimidating me,” maintained Fauci, “the only conclusion I can reach is that the sole reason he is calling me before this Committee is to get me to say something that could vindicate his repeated public pledges that I end up, in his words, ‘behind bars.'” (Breitbart) Read more here.

Abba, You know the truth about what Dr. Fauci did or didn't do and we ask You to continue bringing the truth into the light. Father God, the diary that Senator Paul released has confirmed much of the truth that was always suspected and it has also released years of pent up anger and rage against Dr. Fauci based on his actions and his lying about all that he did. Jesus, this type of anger and rage does not come from You, they are emotions that the enemy uses to stir up wrong words, feelings and behaviors in everyone, including Your kids. Send Holy Spirit and all the angels to speak to Your kids' hearts, remind them of Your words that if they forgive, they will be forgiven but if they don't forgive, they will not be forgiven. Hold all the broken hearts close to Yours, give them hope that Your healing hand will bring relief from the devastation and pain. We ask for justice to be done in the case of
Dr. Fauci. We ask this in the name Yahweh Rapha, The Lord Our Healer.
"I have seen what they do, but I will heal them anyway!
I will lead them. I will comfort those who mourn,
bringing words of praise to their lips. May they have
abundant peace, both near and far, says the
Lord who heals them."

PM Netanyahu meets with President Trump at White House
|
|
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with President Trump today at the White House, ahead of the late Senator Lindsey Graham's funeral.
According to senior Israeli officials, the meeting focused on the threat posed by the Iranian regime, as well as the state of play in the Middle East, and opportunities to expand the Abraham Accords.
Netanyahu called the meeting "excellent" and said it was "one of the best conversations I’ve ever had with a president of the United States..."
It was "a conversation with full partnership, mutual support, with understanding on the shared goal that Iran will not have nuclear weapons and also other goals," he added.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said the meeting was "positive and productive."
Both leaders reaffirmed their shared commitment that Iran must never be allowed to obtain a nuclear weapon. (AIPAC) Read more here.

|
Abba, thank You for the relationship that You have built between PM Netanyahu and President Trump. We ask You to continue building and protecting it and them as they walk out all that this war with Iran means to both countries. We plead the blood of Jesus over them, their leadership and security teams and those they love. Father God, intervene and release over them wisdom, knowledge, understanding and supernatural vision, give these men ears to hear You. Jesus, let Your sons, Benjamin and Donald, work in tandem with You to destroy this satanic Persian government, let Your love bring freedom to all Iranians. We ask this in the name El Gibhor, Mighty God, the God who will destroy all his enemies.
"A breath from God destroys them.
They vanish in a blast of his anger."

Mamdani’s Tax List Reveals the Dark Side of Socialist Class Warfare
|
|
|
It should be no surprise that New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani not only wants to tax the rich but dox them too.
On Monday, New York’s Department of Finance published a searchable database of properties that could fall under New York’s new so-called pied-à-terre tax on second homes in the city.
The New York Post ran a very New York Post headline, “Pied-A-Terror,” and noted that the database is a “comprehensive list—which purports to cover all unoccupied, non-primary residences in the five boroughs worth north of $1 million—including the full names and addresses of every property owner.”
Some of the names on this list were big time Mamdani cheerleaders like actress Cynthia Nixon and fashion icon Anna Wintour. There are many, many other celebrities on the list too.
They have only themselves to blame for the price they’ll pay for their support.
But it wasn’t just obnoxious celebrities and the uber wealthy who made the cut.
“Citywide, The Post counted over 960,000 residences and individuals listed as potentially in line to be hit with Mamdani’s pied-à-terre tax, even though just 31,000 homes were supposed to be subjected to the new levy as he and [New York Gov. Kathy] Hochul initially sold it to the public,” the New York Post reported. (The Daily Signal) Read more here.

Abba, the Iranian people need Your help! Their government is making decisions that are not good for the people or the government. Holy Spirit, we ask You to send out Your warrior angels to create areas of protection for the Iranian people who have no control over what the leadership does. Let Your angel's wings cover the innocent. Father God, we ask You to guide and direct President Trump to hit targets that will ultimately bring the Iranian leadership to the bargaining table, let the destruction be severe enough to shift the arrogance being spoken to words of defeat, give them vision to see that they are not big enough to fight against Yahweh...Allah is NOT GOD, Yahweh IS. We ask this in the name El Shaddai, God Almighty, the God who has ultimate power over all things.
"Let their own eyes see their destruction;
let them drink the cup of the wrath of the Almighty."

Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu vows to visit New York despite Mamdani's repeated calls for his arrest
|
|
|
Netanyahu accused Mamdani of turning New Yorkers against Jewish people and fomenting hate
|
|
|
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made it clear that he has no plans to cancel his attendance at the United Nations General Assembly in New York in September despite Mayor Zohran Mamdani's repeated calls for his arrest if he were to visit the Big Apple.
"I'm going to New York," Netanyahu said during an interview with "Hannity" following his White House meeting with President Donald Trump Tuesday.
"I'm going to speak the truth in front of this hate-spewing elected official who's pitting one group of New Yorkers against the others. He's turning them against New York Jews."
Mamdani has long criticized Netanyahu over alleged atrocities committed by Israeli forces in military campaigns in Gaza and Lebanon.
He recently called Netanyahu a "war criminal" and "the architect of a horrific genocide against the Palestinian people." Tens of thousands of Gazans were killed in the war.
While Mamdani acknowledged that city officials lack the legal authority to arrest him under the International Criminal Court's (ICC) warrant, the mayor urged federal officials to do so.
Netanyahu, in turn, has accused Mamdani of fomenting hate and denounced his rhetoric, saying he is purposefully attempting to turn the people of New York against its Jewish population.
"What are we in the 1930s? What is this? So much hate, so many lies," Netanyahu told host Sean Hannity.
Netanyahu also told "Hannity" about his meeting with President Trump, describing it as "one of the best meetings" he has ever had with the president.
"I always hate to disappoint our would-be critics who are trying to find cracks in our alliance. And what they find, like today, is a wall of granite," he said. (Fox News) Read more here.

Abba, New York City Mayor Mamdani, has been making all kinds of threats to arrest PM Netanyahu when he is in New York, something he has no authority to do. We ask Holy Spirit to send out angels into NYC as well as all of the US, open minds and hearts to the truth of why Mayor Mamdani is knowingly speaking a lie, acting as if he has authority that does not belong to him. We ask Holy Spirit to reveal the demonic power behind his words of pride and arrogance. Jesus, we ask You to silence his words, strip them of power to deceive and show them to be driven by hatred and evil against not only Your son, Benjamin, but Your people Israel as a whole We decree and declare that these words will not stand but will fall to the ground as dust. We ask this in the name Yahweh Shalom, The Lord Our Peace, a peace that results from being a whole person who is in right relationship with God and one another.
"Submit to God, and you will have peace; then
then things will go well for you.
Listen to his instructions, and store them in your heart."

Christian congressman Tim Burchett suggests Fauci under divine judgment: 'They became fools'
|
|
|
Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., cited the divine judgment laid out against idolaters in the first chapter of Romans when he opined Monday on the recent revelations from Dr. Anthony Fauci's pandemic-era diary entries, which showed a fixation on his own "explosive" fame.
"I think his arrogance shows," Burchett told Fox News host Brian Kilmeade in response to a question about Fauci's diary. "The Bible talks about 'professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.'"
The phrase from Romans 1:22-28, which is part of the apostle Paul's larger indictment against the pagan world, describes the corruption and prideful self-delusion that afflicts the minds of those who reject God. The refusal to worship God leads to a litany of self-destructive sins that ends with God abandoning individuals and societies "to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done," according to the text.
Burchett, a member of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC) who has represented the Knoxville area in Congress since 2019, said he had been skeptical of Fauci and the widespread adulation he received even when Fauci was invited before the House Republican Conference during the height of his popularity.
"Our former leadership brought him in there, and he was like a rock star. Everybody stood up and was applauding him. I sat down in the back. I didn't stand up, and I thought to myself, 'You know, the jury's still out on this thing.' And it was early on in it, and of course, it just went worse," he said.
... Some on social media alleged that Fauci, who participated in a virtual papal audience in 2021, revealed in his remarks that he has seemingly made a false religion out of worshiping himself and demanding obedience from others.
"This is confirmation of all the demonic language I've used discussing this fiend the last few years," Blaze TV host Steve Deace tweeted. "This is straight up satanic levels of 'ye be like God' and 'I will be like the Most High' stuff. Fauci is openly and literally proclaiming he is his own god here." Abba, thank you for Rep. Burchett having the courage to question statements Dr. Fauci made concerning how he viewed himself in his diary. Father God, You know Dr. Fauci's heart, You know what the intention of his heart was in making those statements. We ask that he be held accountable for places of deception, lying, idolatry and pride, for lack of love and concern for those around him. Jesus, bring dreams and visions of You, of what You see that he cannot see, let his heart faint with fear because of his decisions that aligned with the enemy and not with You. We ask this in the name Yahweh Shaphat, God The Judge.
"Can anyone teach knowledge to God,
since he judges even the highest?..."

1. Israeli Opposition Leader Yair Lapid Urges Democratic Lawmakers Not to ‘Give Up on Israel’ - Algemeiner
Israeli opposition leader Yair Lapid urged Democratic lawmakers in Washington this week to reject efforts to curb US military aid to Israel, telling senators who supported recent attempts to block weapons sales that they were “wrong” and appealing to them not to “give up on Israel.”
The meeting was organized by Sen. Jacky Rosen (D-NV), a staunch supporter of Israel who opposed both resolutions. Also attending were Sens. Tim Kaine (D-VA), Michael Bennet (D-CO), Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), Maggie Hassan (D-NH), Cory Booker (D-NJ), Brian Schatz (D-HI), Alex Padilla (D-CA), John Hickenlooper (D-CO), and Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV). Lapid also had a separate encounter with Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), one of Israel’s leading progressive critics in Congress.
While emphasizing his disagreements with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government, Lapid argued that Israel’s security should remain a bipartisan priority regardless of domestic political disputes.
“I told them not to give up on Israel and to stand with us in the face of the challenges,” Lapid said. “I took advantage of the visit to convince them that they were wrong, and presented them with the facts on the ground.” (Read more)

2. Lebanese forces come up against legal restrictions in protecting pilot zones from Hezbollah -Jerusalem Post
Lebanese Forces are struggling against legal restrictions that prevent them from searching private properties in the pilot zones that the military is expected to ensure remain free of Hezbollah as part of a US-brokered agreement between Beirut and Jerusalem, according to Lebanese media reports.
Just over a week since the IDF withdrew from these areas, Lebanese newspaper L’Orient-Le Jour reported that the forces are struggling to fulfill their responsibility as they currently lack the legal right to inspect private property. Without such a right, it is unclear how the Lebanese Army can ensure that the zones remain free of Hezbollah’s weapons.
Lebanese law states that a person's place of residence is sacred
Article 14 of the Lebanese Constitution establishes the inviolability of the home. It states that a person’s place of residence is sacred and that no one may enter it except under the specific circumstances and procedures prescribed by law, such as when a judicial warrant has been issued, during emergencies, or in the interest of public safety. 3. IDF reportedly seizes land in PA-run area of West Bank to link 2 planned settlements - Times of Israel
The Israel Defense Forces has reportedly issued orders to seize Palestinian Authority-controlled areas of the West Bank in order to link two planned Israeli settlements in the north of the territory.
The IDF Central Command chief, Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth, issued 15 seizure orders in parts of Area A, which the PA has full control over, between the planned settlements of Noah and Emek Dotan, the Haaretz daily reported on Wednesday.
The two are among the 34 new West Bank settlements approved by the government in April. The reported seizure appears to provide land for a road between the two settlements, south of the Palestinian city of Jenin. (Read more)

4. Ancient Cyprus Coin Discovered in Israel - Crosswalk
Israeli archaeologists recently came across what is believed to be a rare 2,500-year-old coin, found on a beach in Ashdod, Israel, that originated in Cyprus.
Per CBN News, the coin, which comes in at close to 11 grams, is known as a “siglos”, a standard coin in Cyprus.
“At first glance, it appeared to be made of silver, but closer examination showed that it was actually made of a metal that was only plated with silver. This was a known phenomenon in Cypriot silver coins from this period, given the shortage of silver on the island,” said Yanniv David Levy, Researcher and Curator in the Israel Antiquities Authority Coin Department.
The ancient coin is thought to have been minted in Salamis, a major city on the eastern coast of Cyprus, an island in the Mediterranean, around the middle of the 5th century BC. Salamis, at the time, was a vital and important center of trade and culture, according to the Times of Israel. (Read more)

5. Netherlands Moves to Ban Settlement Goods as European Pressure on Israel Intensifies - Algemeiner
The Netherlands is expected to become the latest European country to restrict trade with Israeli communities in Judea and Samaria, advancing one of the most far-reaching measures yet as international efforts to boycott the Jewish state continue to grow.
Set to take effect on September 22, the Dutch law is broader than similar measures adopted elsewhere, banning goods not only from Israeli communities in Judea and Samaria beyond the Green Line, but also from the Golan Heights.
The law not only prohibits imports from these areas but also the sale and purchase of such goods in the Netherlands, including products containing ingredients or components sourced from Judea and Samaria or the Golan Heights, to prevent companies from bypassing the restrictions by using other European markets. 1. Seattle police chief unveils woke new term for gangs after mass shooting that killed 3 - Daily Mail
Seattle's police chief now refers to gangs as 'small groups' in the wake of a mass shooting in the city that killed three. Shon Barnes repeatedly used the term during a press conference Monday, hours after Sunday's massacre at the Bite of Seattle food festival, which is believed to have been gang-related.
He said that a motive remains under investigation but that it was 'certainly group activity.' Seemingly referring to gangs, the police chief added at a press conference: 'We have small groups that appear to be at odds with each other.'
A 15-year-old suspect is in custody over the shootings, while a second, Junior Cee Niko Semo, 19, was killed at the scene. Another suspect is at large. Meanwhile, the city's woke mayor has come under fire for her response to the killings. (Read more)

2. GOP Defectors Sink Trump’s Trans Military Ban - Million Voices
The U.S. House had a chance this week to write President Trump’s ban on transgender military service into permanent law. Instead, a group of Republicans joined every Democrat to oppose it, and the measure fell by the narrowest of margins. For a party that campaigned hard on restoring common sense to the armed forces, it was a self-inflicted wound.
Part of what makes this vote so significant is the difference between an order and a statute. An executive order lasts only as long as the administration that signs it, and it can be unwound by the next president or blocked by the courts. A law written into the NDAA is far harder to erase.
The four Republicans who broke ranks will answer to their constituents, and they should. Accountability is not vindictiveness; it is the healthy insistence that leaders keep their word. Voters have every right to ask why a plainly stated party priority went down to defeat with help from the inside. (Read more)

3. The Democratic Party’s Leftward Shift Reaches Colorado - Million Voices
A rising Democratic star in Colorado is drawing national attention for saying the United States needs more immigrants from the “Global South” in elected office to challenge what she called the global world order. The candidate, Melat Kiros, is not a fringe activist shouting from the sidelines. She is the Democratic nominee for a Denver-area congressional seat and the favorite to win it this November.
Kiros, a 29-year-old attorney and self-described democratic socialist, made the remarks at a community conference in Denver. She argued that America plays an “exploitative and extractive” role on the world stage and that real change will only come when the country is represented by immigrants who understand that critique from the inside.
Her proposed solution was blunt. The country needs “more immigrants into office,” she said, and specifically more officeholders with roots in the Global South, because that is where she believes the decisions that shape the world should be made. She described the goal as a coming reckoning that would fundamentally reshape the international order. (Read more)

4. Congress Let Planned Parenthood Funding Return - Million Voices
On July 4, 2026, America marked 250 years of independence. On that very same day, a quiet clock ran out in Washington, and taxpayer dollars once again began flowing to the nation’s largest abortion provider. What pro-life Americans had celebrated as a historic victory just one year earlier turned out to carry an expiration date few people noticed.
The House had passed a ten-year funding ban, yet the final version was quietly trimmed to a single year during Senate negotiations. When that year lapsed on the nation’s 250th birthday, Planned Parenthood regained access to an estimated 800 million dollars or more in annual taxpayer funding. The organization that ends more unborn lives than any other in America was back on the public payroll.
For many people of faith, the timing was hard to stomach. On the day the country celebrated liberty and the God-given right to life, the federal government resumed underwriting an industry built on ending the lives of unborn children. (Read more)

5. Politeness Is ‘White Supremacy’? Inside the Smithsonian - Million Voices
A short exchange at a congressional hearing put America’s most famous museum on the defensive this week. Rep. Brandon Gill, a Texas Republican, questioned the director of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History about a document that ties basic manners to racism. The clip spread quickly online, and for good reason.
The hearing was held Tuesday before the House Oversight subcommittee on government efficiency, chaired by Rep. Tim Burchett of Tennessee. It carried a pointed title: “Rewriting American History.” The question on the table was whether the nation’s flagship history museum still tells America’s story with honesty and gratitude.
Hartig insisted the museum “did not develop” the toolkit and was “not promoting any ideology.” Yet the document had been promoted under her leadership for years. (Read more)

We plead the blood of Jesus of our children that no harm or evil will come near them. We pray over the Smithsonian and all institutions that have a huge impact on our history and the information we learn about that shape the nation that these people would choose to lead with truth, dignity, and integrity. We break all of these attacks on our schools, families, and school curriculums that this evil agenda will not succeed in Jesus name amen.

Stupidocrisy: When History Waves A Red Flag
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, July 29, 2026
President Donald Trump recently warned at the NATO summit that communism is spreading internationally, arguing that it promises people everything while ultimately delivering poverty and oppression. At nearly the same time, candidates aligned with the Democratic Socialists of America continued gaining influence inside the Democratic Party, bringing ideas once considered far outside America's political mainstream into everyday debate. Whether Americans agree with Trump's warning or not, every citizen should pause and ask a simple question: When an ideology has repeatedly failed wherever it has been tried, why would anyone believe the next version will produce a different result?
The Democratic Socialists of America openly advocates major economic restructuring, expanded public ownership in key sectors, and a platform rooted in socialist principles. America's free enterprise system rests on private property, entrepreneurship, voluntary exchange, and the opportunity for individuals to build wealth through hard work and innovation. Socialism shifts economic authority toward government, reducing private ownership and market competition. The former Soviet Union, Mao's China, Cuba, Venezuela, and North Korea each promised equality while producing shortages, restricted freedoms, economic decline, and political repression. Centralized control has repeatedly concentrated power while limiting individual liberty. This resulted in the deaths of over 100 million people in the 20th century alone. Read More

‘A True American Original’: Lindsey Graham Funeral Rivets Capital
|
|
|
|
A solemn procession of military servicemembers carried the body of former Senator Lindsey Graham (S.C.) down the central aisle of the magnificent National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. for his funeral service on Tuesday as his beloved sister Darline, President Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, the entire presidential cabinet, and dozens of dignitaries looked on. The president described the late statesman as “a giant of the United States Senate” who “gave America the full measure of his good and mighty heart.”
Graham died unexpectedly on July 11 at the age of 71 at his Capitol Hill home of a likely aortic tear. The senator’s sudden death shocked Congress and the nation, as Graham was revered by both his Republican and Democratic colleagues as a tenacious, larger-than-life figure who fiercely stood for conservatism, the human dignity of the unborn, a robust national defense and aggressive foreign policy, and international religious freedom and human rights, among many other prominent political issues.
Known for possessing seemingly boundless energy, Graham passed away soon after arriving back in Washington from a trip to Ukraine and just a day before he was scheduled to appear on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” The South Carolinian’s jovial personality endeared him not only to his fellow Republicans but also to his Democratic rivals, with most agreeing that his legacy of tireless advocacy and willingness to reach across the aisle is “irreplaceable.”
During Graham’s nationally televised funeral, President Trump paid tribute to the senator, describing him as a “beloved friend, a devoted brother, a respected statesman, a giant of the United States Senate, and a true American original who left us much too soon. … Nothing of consequence happened in this capital without Lindsey Graham knowing about it. Nothing of significance happened anywhere in the world without Lindsey Graham having a view on it. And no bill became law in the most exceptional Republic in human history without Lindsey Graham having a say in it.”
“He was a man who gave America the full measure of his good and mighty heart, until that heart itself just gave out,” the president continued. “But even though Lindsey’s life was cut short while he was still so full of vim and vigor, there can be no doubt that he lived absolutely to the fullest. He died doing the work he was born to do.”
“In a city where politicians often become jaded and cynical, Lindsey Graham never lost the old-fashioned American idealism that brought him to the highest levels of government and life,” Trump added. “He took his duty seriously without taking himself too seriously. He was unwavering in his principles, but always willing to listen. He always wanted to listen. And one thing about Lindsey that we all know, he never quit. You wanted him to quit. You waited for him to quit. But he would never quit. Above all, Lindsey Graham loved America, and he believed in the American people.”
In his homily during the service, Graham’s pastor, Tim Tate of Corinth Baptist Church in Seneca, echoed the call for a heavenward approach to earthly living. “Senator Lindsey Graham has been at the feet of Jesus. And I believe today that if he was here, having been where he’s been, having seen what he has seen, having experienced what he has experienced — you may disagree with me — but I don’t think he would talk to us about golf just yet. I don’t think he would talk to us about the weather. I think he would talk to us about Jesus. I think he would tell us, ‘Listen, my friends, if you don’t know Jesus, you need to meet him. I met him, I have stood at his feet.’” (The Washington Stand) Read more here.

Holy Father,
As we grieve Senator Lindsey Graham's passing, we also rejoice that he has heard the words of Jesus, echoing "Well done thy good and faithful servant". What a beautiful tribute he has left behind for his sister, Darline, to continue to fashion her life as she fills his shoes in Congress.
We are so humbled by the spirit filled responses concerning his life that so many dignitaries, from both parties, spoke at his funeral service. What a legacy to leave behind! The beautiful words spoken about Lindsay Graham by President Donald Trump were so encouraging about this strong, determined patriot who loved America and his family, always willing to listen but also standing his ground when he knew he was right .
Lord, we pray now that You would continue to comfort his family and friends as they continue this walk without him. and let them always remember that he is the wind beneath their wings! Father, let his legacy be a reminder to everyone in Congress and beyond that our lives are just a breath away from eternity and come to the full knowledge of God and remind ourselves that today is the day of salvation! Speak to the hearts, Lord, of everyone in Congress and bring unity that can only come from You. In Jesus' name, we pray Holy One. Amen and amen.
"O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? But thanks be to God, which giveth us victory through our Lord, Jesus Christ." (1 Corinthians 55,57)

DCCC Chair on Denouncing DSA: We’re ‘United’ in Addressing Affordability
|
|
|
|
On Tuesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “Inside Politics,” Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) Chair Rep. Suzan DelBene (D-WA) responded to a question on calling out democratic socialists and denouncing the DSA platform by saying that “I think you’re talking about some races in bright blue districts in a few parts of the country. The folks in Iowa who want representatives to stand up for them aren’t interested in who is running for election in New York City.” And “we are united in making sure that we’re addressing the number one issue we hear from folks across the country. Families are struggling, affordability is the top issue.”
Guest host Manu Raju played video of Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) criticizing democratic socialist positions of “abolish the Senate, … abolish the presidency, abolish the border, abolish prison, and the presidency.” And calling for Democratic leaders to call the socialists out.
Raju then asked, “So, Congresswoman, should you call out the democratic socialists and police your kind of ranks and repudiate the platform of the Democratic Socialists of America?”
DelBene continued, “The path to the majority is through these swing districts across the country. And having candidates who are talking about the issues that matter, who are focused on the issues they hear from their communities, is what makes the difference. And so, absolutely, we are united in making sure that we’re addressing the number one issue we hear from folks across the country. Families are struggling, affordability is the top issue. Housing, food, healthcare, childcare, energy costs, rising gas prices. We need a Congress that’s going to stand up for people across the country. That’s our priority, and that’s what we’re going to do when we have the gavels. And we will have gavels in November.” (Breitbart) Read more here.

Lord God,
We pray for You to open the eyes of the blind and the ears of the deaf concerning the renouncing of the Democratic Socialist platform. It appears that the Democratic Party and Rep. Susan Delbene who leads the Democratic Congressional Chair Committee is not going to renounce the socialists that are running for election thereby aligning themselves with everything that the DSA stands for.
Lord, wake up the Democratic party and let them come over to their original side and renounce this platform, to those who believe in righteous elections and the common good of the American people. Father, speak to them in dreams and visions of the night hours and let the fear of God overtake them, knowing that if they don't, the American people will lose their freedoms and they themselves will no longer be the party that they started. They will be in agreement with the Socialist communist regime to destroy America.
Father, we beseech You to take charge of these elections. Let Your people take a stand dressed in the full armour of God as You lead this battle at the poles between good and evil. We humbly offer this prayer, In the Mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
"For You have armed me with strength for the battle; You have subdued under me those who rose up against me."(Psalm 18:37)

Nixon and Trump: A Decades-Long War against the Deep State
|
|
|
|
More than half a century ago, the Watergate scandal ended the White House tenure of one of the most popular presidents in American history in such catastrophic fashion that the suffix “gate” entered the Western lexicon as an indication of scandal. Now, the former president whose name has been almost synonymous with scandal for decades is being reclaimed by young conservatives as an icon of resilience and patriotism. According to The Wall Street Journal, the “kids are ‘Nixonmaxxing,’” casting President Richard Nixon as an “America First” champion.
Nixon was, of course, a flawed figure, as have been so many American heroes, but, as conservative intellectual, activist, and author Christopher F. Rufo pointed out, “The Right’s rediscovery of Richard Nixon is not about particular policies — some good, some bad — but about the aesthetic, the attitude, and the narrative of the self-made man who won 49 states on behalf of the Silent Majority, and was taken down in a Deep State coup.”
It was under Nixon’s firm hand that State Department and United Nations official Alger Hiss was exposed as a Soviet agent. Whittaker Chambers, an ex-communist and later one of the founding editors of National Review magazine, was given a platform by Nixon to prove, via documentary evidence and microfilms, that Hiss had been working for the Soviet Union and betraying U.S. state secrets. Although the statute of limitations for treason had expired, Hiss was convicted of perjury for lying under oath about his activities.
Nixon focused much of his energy on foreign policy, particularly the threat of communism from both the Soviet Union and the People’s Republic of China. It was perhaps due to his emphasis on foreign affairs that Nixon came to resent the power and influence wielded by the secret intelligence community, chiefly the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and its domestic counterpart, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Both the CIA and FBI were placed, according to law, under the command of the president, but the agencies tended to function somewhat autonomously, as Nixon’s late rival, Kennedy, had so presciently observed. The CIA in particular usually mandated foreign policy, skirting international law and openly violating longstanding ethical rules in its zeal.
... Like Nixon, Trump was wildly popular, spoke his mind with a disarming (and sometimes rankling) frankness, and was willing to confront the most pressing threats of his day — in Nixon’s case, communism and “Deep State” overreach, and in Trump’s mass immigration and also “Deep State” overreach. Both men were derided and incessantly attacked by the mainstream media — according to a recording of a 1972 conversation between Nixon and his National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger, the then-president warned, “Never forget that the press is the enemy. The establishment is the enemy. The professors are the enemy. Professors are the enemy. Write that on a blackboard 100 times and never forget it.” — and both faced Deep State coup attempts throughout their presidencies. In Nixon’s case, the coup was successful, and he was pressured to resign in 1974. (The Washington Stand) Be sure to read much more here.
Father God, we thank You for the legacy of Richard Nixon and for the fact that the heart of our current President, Donald John Trump, still burns with a passion to see evil defeated and truth win. Help each of us, O Lord, to continue to uphold President Trump through prayer and through action, both now and in the days to come. Amen.

Lawsuit against Trump's Religious Liberty Commission dismissed after requested documents released
|
|
|
|
A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed against the Trump administration’s Religious Liberty Commission by an interfaith coalition after the commission produced several requested documents.
In a statement Monday, Americans United for Separation of Church and State announced that a federal judge dismissed a lawsuit filed in February by the Interfaith Alliance, Muslims for Progressive Values, the Sikh American Legal Defense and Education Fund and Hindus for Human Rights alleging that the Religious Liberty Commission violated the Federal Advisory Committee Act by failing to disclose public documents and information related to the commission’s work.
The dismissal of the case in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York comes after the Trump administration posted transcripts, meeting minutes, witness testimonies, runs of show, hearing summaries and hearing recommendations on the U.S. Department of Justice’s website.
Late last month, the commission submitted a report to Trump documenting its findings on the state of religious liberty in the U.S. based on the seven hearings it held.
“Far too often in our national life, religion is treated not as a protected and valued contribution to public life, but as a problem or annoyance to be managed, restricted, or sidelined,” the report lamented. “Among our conclusions, we believe that safeguarding religious liberty requires more than defending legal rights after they have been violated. It requires cultivating a culture that understands why those rights exist in the first place.”
Recommendations outlined in the report included calls for the establishment of guidance clarifying the proper meaning of the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, the distribution of “Know Your Rights” posters explaining religious liberty protections, the creation of religious liberty hotlines at multiple Executive Branch agencies, the establishment of a religious liberty task force at the DOJ and the repeal of the Johnson Amendment that prohibits church leaders from making political endorsements. Father God,
We do thank You that, now that the requested documents have been released, the charges against this important commission have been dismissed in a court of law. We ask that the administration takes heed to its recomendations, going forward,
especially that the Johnson Amendment be repealed permanently. Amen!

When The Heavens Speak: Why God Uses The Sky To Get Humanity's Attention
|
|
|
On August 12, the skies will provide humanity with a remarkable display.
Before sunrise, six planets--Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, Saturn, and Neptune--will appear spread across the morning sky. Later that day, a total solar eclipse will cross portions of Russia, Greenland, Iceland, Spain, and Portugal, while a partial eclipse will be visible across a much larger section of the Northern Hemisphere. After darkness falls, the Perseid meteor shower will reach its peak, potentially filling the night with streaks of light produced by debris from Comet Swift-Tuttle.
Astronomers will explain the movements, distances, orbits, and physical causes behind each event--and rightly so. But Scripture tells us there is a larger truth that scientific measurements alone cannot reveal.
The heavens are not meaningless.
They were designed by God, arranged according to His wisdom, and created to accomplish His purposes. They declare His glory, mark His appointed times, reveal His power, and, according to prophecy, will one day become instruments of unimaginable judgment.
The Heavens Were Created To Speak
"The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork," Psalm 19:1 proclaims.
Long before humanity built telescopes or calculated planetary orbits, the night sky was already preaching. Every star, planet, comet, and galaxy testified that creation did not produce itself.
Psalm 8 describes David looking at the moon and stars and wondering why the Creator of such vastness would care about mankind. Romans 1 teaches that God's invisible attributes are revealed through the things He has made. Isaiah tells us to look upward and consider the One who created the stars and calls them all by name.
