According to global watchdog Open Doors, more than 380 million Christians today experience persecution and discrimination for their faith.
But persecution doesn’t mean paralysis. Take the church in Iran, for example.

Conflict Erupts Between Musk and Trump

Elon Musk and President Trump have been at odds over the Big, Beautiful Bill this week, trading barbs and swapping insults publicly. What’s going on?
Elon Musk left the Trump administration on what seemed to be amicable terms last week at the end of his special government employee term. Tensions then escalated on Tuesday when Musk took aim at the President’s Big, Beautiful Bill, posting on X that he “just can’t stand it anymore,” according to Fox News.

As he explained in several additional posts on X, Musk is disappointed by the spending cuts included in the BBB. He had hoped to see more cut than the House agreed on.
President Trump, meanwhile, responded on Truth Social, accusing Musk of turning on his administration over the cancelation of the government funding of Musk’s “EV Mandate,” government funding for electric vehicle infrastructure. You can see the President’s post below:
Less than a minute after that post, President Trump posted once again, this time about how the best way to save money in the government would be to “terminate Elon’s Governmental Subsidies and Contracts.” Once again, you can read the President’s full post below:
Less than an hour after this veiled threat was posted, Musk escalated the situation dramatically, posting the following accusation to X:
Time to drop the really big bomb:@realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public.

The internet was quick to respond to this shocking accusation. Many conservatives questioned Musk, asking why he would’ve funded the campaign of someone who he knew was in the Epstein files. Others dismissed the accusation outright, claiming that, if President Trump truly was in the Epstein files, the files would have been leaked and used against him by now for the election.
Moving into the weekend, the conflict between Musk and President Trump shows no signs of going away. A source familiar with the matter told Fox News that Musk “wants a call,” signaling that he may desire to move past the conflict, although the President hadn’t made a decision as of Friday morning.

Supreme Court Sides With Catholic Charities in Case About Tax Exemptions for Religious Organizations
|
|
|
The Supreme Court unanimously sided with Catholic Charities Bureau on Thursday, ruling that Wisconsin discriminated against the organization by denying tax exempt status and violated the First Amendment’s protection for religion.
Wisconsin has a law, similar to most states and the federal government, that exempts certain religious organizations from paying unemployment compensation taxes. The statute exempts nonprofit organizations “operated primarily for religious purposes” and “operated, supervised, controlled, or principally supported by a church or convention or association of churches.” Catholic Charities Bureau and four of its sub-entities tried to obtain the exemption in 2016 as an organization controlled by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Superior, Wisconsin.
After years of litigation, the Wisconsin Supreme Court ultimately denied the exemption, ruling that Catholic Charities Bureau was not “operated primarily for religious purposes” because they do not engage in proselytization or limit their charitable services to Catholics. However, Catholic Charities Bureau argued that Catholic teachings do not permit “misus[ing] works of charity for purposes of proselytism.”

Justice Elena Kagan: AR-15s and AK-47s Are ‘Widely Legal and Bought by Many Ordinary Consumers’

Justice Elena Kagan wrote the opinion in the Supreme Court’s decision striking down Mexico’s lawsuit and described AR-15s and AK-47s as “both widely legal and bought by many ordinary consumers.”
Breitbart News reported that SCOTUS pointed to the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) in striking down Mexico’s lawsuit in a unanimous June 5, 2025, decision.
In the opinion, Kagan noted how Mexico tried to point to the way certain guns were marketed and designed in hopes of getting traction with their lawsuit. She explained why the court rejected this approach and while so doing, highlighted how popular and “widely” owned AR-15s, AK-47s, and other similar rifles have become. (Breitbart) Read more

SCOTUS Unanimously Rules in Favor of Woman Alleging Anti-Heterosexual Discrimination — Massive Blow to DEI

The Supreme Court on Thursday unanimously struck down a legal standard that had made it harder for white, male, or heterosexual employees to bring workplace discrimination claims, marking a landmark decision that threatens to undercut the legal foundation of many diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring practices.
The high court struck down a legal test created and employed by certain lower courts since the 1980s called the “background circumstances rule” which requires a heightened evidentiary standard for members of so-called “majority groups” in discrimination cases. In an opinion penned by Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, the Supreme Court decided that the background circumstances rule is incompatible with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which bars employers from intentionally discriminating against employees on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
“As a textual matter, Title VII’s disparate-treatment provision draws no distinctions between majority-group plaintiffs and minority-group plaintiffs,” Jackson wrote. “Rather, the provision makes it unlawful ‘to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.’ The law’s focus on individuals rather than groups is anything but academic.” (Breitbart) Read more.

1. Israel Orders Military to Stop Gaza-Bound Yacht Carrying Greta Thunberg

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz told the military on Sunday to stop a charity boat carrying activists including Sweden’s Greta Thunberg who are planning to defy an Israeli blockade and reach Gaza.
Operated by the pro-Palestinian Freedom Flotilla Coalition (FFC), the British-flagged Madleen yacht set sail from Sicily on June 6 and is currently off the Egyptian coast, heading slowly towards the Gaza Strip, which is besieged by Israel.
“I instructed the IDF to act so that the Madleen .. does not reach Gaza,” Katz said in a statement.
“To the antisemitic Greta and her Hamas-propaganda-spouting friends, I say clearly: You’d better turn back, because you will not reach Gaza.” (Read more)

2. The tunnel war: IDF dismantles Hamas' underground empire - Israel Hayom
Dust clouds from IDF forces operating in the Gaza Strip are visible from afar, deep inside enemy territory. The fine Gazan sand, like a powder, coats everything: soldiers, equipment, shelters. It's almost like a visa stamp for entering the Gaza Strip. This is the first press tour in Gaza since the launch of Operation Gideon's Chariots, the IDF's large-scale military operation announced with great fanfare in mid-May. The overwhelming sense is one of déjà vu.
Waves of destruction stretch out before us, dirt roads carved through the wreckage, rows upon rows of burned and demolished houses, occasionally broken by a small yard that somehow survived the war, with a few trees and a lone chicken. Just like in previous visits, the view outside the armored vehicle window reveals total devastation, with no visible trace of the elusive enemy that turned Khan Younis into its fortress. We're riding in a sealed Namer armored personnel carrier, unlike the open jeeps of earlier tours, a sign of the threat from Hamas's explosives-rigged combat zones, the terrorist group's new modus operandi.
After a 50-minute drive, a testament to how deep IDF forces are operating inside the Gaza Strip, we disembark directly into a fortified IDF position. There we meet Col. S., commander of the 7th Armored Brigade, who starts the tour with the most important update:
"Today we have a far greater ability to destroy Hamas's tunnel systems in Khan Younis than in previous operations," he says. "Thanks to various intelligence assets and data collected and analyzed over months from earlier incursions, we now have capabilities we didn't have before. We've managed to strike and eliminate many terrorists inside the tunnels, and confirm it. Many others are hiding there, and we'll get to them too."

3. Cruel deception: Hamas lied to Israeli hostage about imminent release

The family of Israeli hostage Matan Zangauker has discovered that Hamas lied to him that he would be released from captivity together with US-Israeli citizen Edan Alexander and would soon meet his family, a Channel 12 report revealed on Sunday.
According to the report, the information came after the release of Alexander, who was held together with Zangauker.
On the day of Alexander's release, Hamas told Zangauker that he would also be released from captivity and even told him to pack his belongings before returning to his family in Israel. Hamas on Saturday warned the Israel Defense Forces not to attempt to rescue hostage Matan Zangauker, claiming that the military is “besieging” the location in the Gaza Strip where the Israeli is being held.
Shortly after the warning, the terrorist organization published a photo of Zangauker, 25, in captivity with an “explicit threat,” Hebrew-language outlet Ynet Newsreported.
“We make it absolutely clear that the enemy will not be able to get him out alive. If he is killed during an attempt to rescue him, the occupying army will bear responsibility for his death, after we safeguarded his life for 20 months,” Hamas said in a statement, according to Ynet. (Read more)

The United States and Israel agreed that the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon must cease its operations in southern Lebanon, The Jerusalem Postconfirmed Sunday, following reports.
The American administration has decided not to renew UNIFIL’s mandate, and Israel reportedly “did not try to convince them otherwise.”

1. Kilmar Abrego Garcia indicted on human trafficking charges, ordered to appear before judge in Nashville - Fox News
Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national deported earlier this year, is now back on U.S. soil — but this time, in handcuffs.
Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Friday that Abrego Garcia, 29, has landed in the United States and is set to face federal charges for human smuggling and conspiracy.
"Abrego Garcia has landed in the United States to face justice," Bondi said. "A grand jury in the Middle District of Tennessee returned a sealed indictment charging him with alien smuggling and conspiracy."
According to the indictment, Garcia played a "significant role" in a human smuggling ring operating for nearly a decade. Bondi described him as a full-time smuggler who made more than 100 trips, transporting women, children, and MS-13 gang-affiliated persons throughout the United States.
"He traded the innocence of minor children for profit," Bondi said. Children were among those allegedly trafficked. The indictment, filed under seal last month, includes two felony counts. (Read more)

2: Supreme Court Allows DOGE Access to Social Security Records- The Epoch Times
The Supreme Court handed the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) two big wins late on June 6 in its effort to reduce the size of the federal government.
The nation’s highest court issued the two unsigned rulings at the same time.
The first order lifts a lower court order preventing DOGE staffers from accessing confidential data at the Social Security Administration (SSA).
The second order formally blocks lower court orders requiring DOGE to respond to freedom of information requests in a pending lawsuit.
DOGE came about on Jan. 20 when President Donald Trump issued Executive Order 14158, renaming the United States Digital Service (USDS) as the United States DOGE Service and creating an advisory body that recommends cost-cutting measures for federal agencies.
The executive order directed the entity to “implement the President’s DOGE Agenda, by modernizing Federal technology and software to maximize governmental efficiency and productivity.” (Read more)

Rampant visa overstays are incompatible with a lawful, America First immigration system. Reps. Nathaniel Moran (R-TX) and Randy Fine (R-FL) are introducing a bill to eliminate them, Breitbart News has learned exclusively.
The pair reintroduced the Visa Overstays Penalties Act Thursday to close immigration loopholes and hold accountable those who abuse the legal entry system by illegally extending their stay in the United States.
The visa overstay threat was freshly illustrated by the recent terrorist attack in Boulder, Colorado. Suspect Mohamed Sabry Soliman is reportedly an illegal alien who overstayed his visa after entering the United States under the Biden administration.
The terrorist used a makeshift flamethrower and an incendiary device to burn multiple victims at an event in support of Israel.
“East Texans understand that illegal immigration doesn’t stop at the border,” Moran said in a statement to Breitbart. “Thousands have entered the U.S. legally, only to overstay their visas and remain here unlawfully. 4: EXCLUSIVE: State Department To Destroy $13 Million In Biden Era Contraceptives- Daily Wire
The State Department is destroying $13 million worth of contraceptives, The Daily Wire has learned, in addition to saving nearly $31 million by canceling contraceptive orders placed by President Joe Biden’s administration.
The contraceptives — including everything from hormonal birth control pills to birth control implants — were set to be distributed abroad through the U.S. Agency for International Development. But the State Department now says the Biden administration purchased much of these contraceptives in violation of the Kemp-Kasten Amendment, which prevents U.S. funds from going to organizations that support or participate in programs of coercive abortion or involuntary sterilization.
There were some interested buyers, a State Department official said, but they were deemed ineligible since they support organizations involved in coercive abortion and sterilization. Those buyers reportedly included the Gates Foundation, the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), and the United Nations Population Fund. 5. Chinese bioterror suspects' arrests signal communist country plotting 'something worse' than COVID: expert - Fox
After the pattern of recent covert communist Chinese infiltrations of the U.S. continued with the arrest of two suspected "bioterrorists" in Michigan this week, one expert said it's time to sever relations with China completely.
"The only way to stop this is to sever relations with China," attorney and Chinese Communist Party expert Gordon Chang told Fox News Digital. "And I know people think that's drastic, but we are being overwhelmed, and we are going to get hit. And we are going to get hit really hard. Not just with COVID, not just with fentanyl, but perhaps with something worse."
Chang was responding to recent news of Chinese nationals Yunqing Jian, 33, and her boyfriend Zunyong Liu, 34, who, over a two-year period, were allegedly smuggling Fusarium graminearum into the U.S. and studying it in labs. 6. Patel promises FBI coming for anyone assaulting cops as Los Angeles erupts over ICE raids - Fox
Following violent anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles on Saturday night, FBI Director Kash Patel warned "if you assault a law enforcement officer, you’re going to jail—period."
"It doesn’t matter where you came from, how you got here, or what cause you claim to represent," Patel told Fox News Digital. "If local jurisdictions won’t stand behind the men and women who wear the badge, the FBI will."
President Donald Trump signed a Presidential Memorandum deploying 2,000 National Guardsmen to Paramount, California after immigration authorities driving in the area were pelted with rocks, stones, and concrete — shattering government vehicle windshields.
U.S. Border Patrol Chief Michael W. Banks shared a photo of one Border Patrol agent's bloody hand, which was injured by a rock flying through the windshield. (Read more)

Trump Deploys National Guard Troops to LA After Violent Anti-ICE Demonstrations

Demonstrators clashed with federal authorities and attempted to force their way into a federal building in Los Angeles following ICE operations on June 6. The Trump administration has ordered National Guard troops to deploy to Los Angeles following violent confrontations between Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and protesters.
Demonstrators clashed with federal authorities and attempted to force their way into the Roybal Federal Building on June 6, as ICE agents carried out multiple immigration sweeps throughout Los Angeles County.
White House border czar Tom Homan said these clashes would be met with federal action, including National Guard troop deployment. “We are going to bring the National Guard in tonight,” Homan said in an interview with Fox News on the evening of June 7.
In a statement posted to social media platform X, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said the Defense Department is “mobilizing the National Guard immediately to support federal law enforcement in Los Angeles.” “And, if violence continues, active duty Marines at Camp Pendleton will also be mobilized—they are on high alert,” he said.
Shortly after Homan’s Fox News appearance, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt issued a statement confirming that the White House intends to mobilize 2,000 National Guard troops. “The Trump Administration has a zero tolerance policy for criminal behavior and violence, especially when that violence is aimed at law enforcement officers trying to do their jobs,” Leavitt said. “These criminals will be arrested and swiftly brought to justice. The Commander-in-Chief will ensure the laws of the United States are executed fully and completely.”

A California Democratic lawmaker was widely criticized by conservatives on social media after posting a message online telling federal agents arresting illegal immigrants in Los Angeles to "get the f--- out."
"ICE get the f--- out of LA so that order can be restored," Rep. Norma Torres posted on TikTok Friday as protests and riots were breaking out over the raids. Conservatives on social media quickly reacted to the video, accusing Torres, who was born in Guatemala and became a U.S. citizen in the 1990s, of fomenting the violence and vitriol against ICE officers that unfolded over the next few days.
"This is a sitting member of Congress," conservative influencer account Libs of TikTok posted on X.
Torres is a sitting member of Congress and a complete lunatic," conservative influencer Paul Szypula posted on X.
"Demonic possession," White House director of communications Steven Cheung posted on X.
Conservative influencer Benny Johnson called Torres "deranged" in a post on X and several users, including Arizona state Sen. Wendy Rogers, called for Torres to be expelled from Congress.

We come against this "siege" mentality in the name of Jesus, binding the demonic fruit of these situations and loosing peace, forgiveness and harmony among all of our citizens in America.
Lord God, we also entrust to you the communists who are behind most of this activity, whose only goal is to divide and conquer our nation. Lord God, we ask that You render judgment where judgment is due, and cause our Congress to take swift action in light of Rep. Torres' recent behavior. Security Threat Shutters Israel Summit:
‘This is a Jihad-Like Attack on America’

A Texas event for Christians supporting Israel had to move venues following ‘extremely concerning’ security threats. When the location of the new venue became public, prompting more threats, the group was forced to cancel the event.
A pro-Israel Christian event scheduled to take place in Dallas, Texas, was indefinitely postponed due to threats reportedly made by “radical jihadist” elements in the United States.
The HaYovel Israel Summit, which was initially planned for the Arlington Expo Center and later moved to Eagle Mountain International Church, was canceled on Thursday. Dead Sea Scrolls could be even older than previously thought, according to new study
|

The Dead Sea Scrolls may be even older than researchers thought, according to a new study driven by an artificial intelligence (AI) model.
A group of researchers from the Netherlands, Italy and Denmark recently published their findings in the journal PLOS One on June 4.
The researchers said they developed an AI-based date-prediction model named Enoch, a nod to the biblical patriarch of the same name.
Enoch "was trained as a machine learning-based date-prediction model applying Bayesian ridge regression on established handwriting-style descriptors," according to the study.
In order to date the scrolls, the model analyzed each one's handwriting style. Researchers also integrated radiocarbon dating methods — and found that most of the scrolls were at least a generation older than previously thought.
Previous estimates placed the scrolls between 150 and 50 B.C., but the model found that many of the scrolls date to around 200 B.C. (Fox News) Read More
