From Mosques to Ministry:
Isik Abla’s Remarkable Escape from Islam
Growing up in a rigid Muslim home in Turkey, Isik Abla knows true darkness. Living inside the violent culture of Islam — a culture that scarred her physically and emotionally — led her down a painful path of abuse, brainwashing, and the kind of terror that forced her to run for her life. Today, she’s a Christian living in America — the product of a radical spiritual transformation who’s seen evil up close and lives to free others from it.

Sitting down with “Outstanding” podcast host Casey Harper, Isik explained that she was born in Istanbul in a very dysfunctional environment. Like most children in Turkey at the time, she lived through the horrifying scenes of a civil war and the equally traumatizing brutality of her own religion. “I saw violence on the streets,” she says, remembering. “I saw arms and legs flying — people killing each other. When I was a little girl … I saw violence in my own home in my family. And then I saw violence in the mosque.”

The things she witnessed haunted her, she explains, and she turned to Allah for answers, “because he was the God presented to me at that time in Turkey.” But the more she turned to Allah, Isik recalls, the more she wanted to please him. “I found out that his desire was for me to fight, kill, and die in his name.”

Her indoctrination, like so many children in strict Muslim homes, began when she was very young. “I started memorizing the Quran at age five. …  Later,  I got into this radical Islamist jihadist Quran course, and they were hailing and praising terrorists as freedom fighters and telling us we had to fight against the two big evil Western countries — mainly America and Israel.” She paused, thinking back. “I wanted to become one of them. And that is where I learned about suicide bombing, killing, and dying in the name of Allah.”

But the Islamic god, Isik emphasizes now, is “a very impersonal, angry god. And we were only there to worship him, obey what he said in the Quran and what Muhammad said, without raising any questions.” As a little girl, she assumed it was a perfect religion, “faultless, despite the evil scriptures, despite the surahs that told us to kill infidels.” But, she recounts, “Allah never spoke back to me.”  (Washington Stand) Read More Here
Father we are grateful for this powerful story and amazing testimony from a former muslim woman now surrendered to Jesus Christ!  We pray for continual blessing and protection for our sister, Isik Abla, as she boldly shares the gospel bringing others into Your holy Kingdom. May her testimony spread like wild-fire across muslim communities causing an abundant harvest for the GLORY of Almighty God! In the mighty Name of Jesus Christ we pray- Amen.

Iran Vows to Block Oil Shipments Until US-Israeli Attacks End

A spokesperson for Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said on March 9 that Tehran would not allow any Middle Eastern oil to reach the United States or its allies as long as attacks against Iran continue.

The spokesperson, General Ali Mohammad Naeini, was cited by the IRGC-affiliated Tasnim News Agency as saying that Iran’s military “will not allow a single liter of oil to be exported from the region until further notice due to ongoing aggressions” by the United States and Israel.

Naeini suggested that an Iranian oil shipment blockade would send crude prices soaring, and that any attempts by the United States and its allies to bring down oil prices would prove “temporary and fruitless.”

The Iranian general’s threat comes amid a sharpened focus on the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world’s most critical maritime shipping chokepoints through which some 20 percent of the world’s oil is exported from the Persian Gulf.

Since the United States and Israel launched their Feb. 28 strikes on Iran, shipping traffic through the Strait of Hormuz—which runs close to Iran’s coastline—has slowed to a near standstill. The IRGC has attacked around a dozen commercial carriers in or near the strait with drones and missiles, prompting the biggest global shipping insurers to cite war risks and cancel policies, leaving ships unwilling to transit the strait. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.

Lord of Angel Armies,

We ask that You set up a standard against the wicked regime of Iran. Apparently, Lord, this regime believes it is still in power. We pray that you would open the eyes of General Naeini and the Revolutionary Guard to see the truth that Iran is not in control! They gave up that right when they would not negotiate giving up nuclear capabilities that would be a threat to the US and the world.  Lord, You open up the Strait of Hormuz so that the shipments of oil can go through. Father, as people feel the impact of higher gas prices, we ask that You allow people to see that the Iranian people who have been persecuted and have given their lives for freedom have paid a much higher price than money. We bless the Iranian people today and we pray that the world sees that 'Freedom isn't free'. Father, guard our military as they fight for freedom. In the Mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen and Amen.

"So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him." (Isaiah 59:19)

Mike Johnson warns Sharia law 'serious problem' after GOP rep's anti-Muslim post
House Speaker Johnson says Sharia law is incompatible with the US Constitution

Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., is sounding alarms about the threat of Sharia law in the U.S., warning that it is in direct conflict with the tenets the U.S. was founded on.

"There's a lot of energy in the country and a lot of popular sentiment that the demand to impose Sharia law in America is a serious problem," Johnson told reporters at a news conference at House Republicans' annual policy retreat in Miami.

"I think that that's a serious issue. Sharia law and the imposition of Sharia law is contrary to the U.S. Constitution."

He was answering a question regarding the budding backlash against Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., who posted on X, "Muslims don't belong in American society."

The post was immediately attacked by Democrats as racist and bigoted, with some, including Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., demanding that Johnson "speak out against this hate."

Ogles, for his part, was unrepentant. He followed his post with another that said, "My comments wouldn’t even be a news story if I had said this about Christians. Please spare me your moral outrage. Cry harder."

Johnson said Ogles' comments were "different language than I would use" but suggested he believed the Tennessee Republican was referring to immigrants who refuse to adapt to U.S. culture and values.

"When you seek to come to a country and not assimilate, but to impose Sharia law — Sharia law is in conflict with the U.S. Constitution. That is the conflict that people are talking about," Johnson said.

"It is not about people as Muslims. It's about those who seek to impose a different belief system that is in direct conflict with the Constitution. That's where I think that comes from." (Fox News) Read more here.

Lord God,

Thank you, God, for some of the conservatives in our Congress who have grown more vocal on speaking the truth about Sharia law.  Speaker Johnson, thank you for revealing that Sharia law is in direct conflict with the US Constitution due to the code of ethics and conduct used by devout Muslims. We decree that we are one nation, under one God, the Lord Jesus Christ! We cannot allow those who seek to impose a different belief system through Sharia law to take root in America. Lord, wake up the Democrats in our Congress to see the truth in this situation and stop calling everything they disagree with racist. In Jesus' name, we decree that we will not be a nation divided! Father, watch over America and sound the alarm to allow us to see the truth in every situation. We humbly offer this prayer, in Jesus' name, Amen.

"For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ." (Jude 1:4)

Tucker Carlson ‘most dangerous demagogue in this country,’ Cruz says

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) sounded the alarm on Tuesday about the rise of antisemitism in the Republican Party and the American right, warning that the tide may be turning against supporters of Jews and Israel.

Speaking to a symposium on antisemitism hosted by the Republican Jewish Coalition and National Review, the Texas senator cited the difference in reaction among elected Republicans to former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, who turned sharply against Israel and its supporters in recent years, compared to neo-Nazi influencer Nick Fuentes.

“I believe Tucker Carlson is the single most dangerous demagogue in this country,” Cruz said. “If you look at Republican politicians, Nick Fuentes is easy to denounce, and I actually think it’s a tell among the Republican politicians if they’ll denounce Fuentes but are scared to say Tucker’s name. That tells you a great deal.”

“Virtually every single one of my colleagues in the Senate on the Republican side agrees with me,” Cruz said. “Yet almost none of them will say Tucker’s name.” (JNS.org) Read more here.

Jehovah Adonai,

Lord, You are the judge and jury over Tucker Carlson and You alone will silence him. Thank you, Senator Ted Cruz, for sounding the alarm about the rise of antisemitism in the Republican party and the American right. As the Christian Church slept, people like Tucker Carlson gained power with their negative, dangerous, manipulative, prejudiced words exploiting fear and emotionalism. Lord, open the eyes of our people to see that men (and women) like Tucker Carlson are a threat to Israel and the Jewish people. Father, we ask You to remove the wealth that he has gained from pushing antisemitism and hatred of the Jews. Lord, we ask for complete protection for Israel and the Jewish people as You, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob bring down and destroy the spirit of antisemitism in America and the world. In Jesus' name, we offer this prayer, Amen and Amen.

"Behold, all who are incensed against you shall be put to shame and confounded, those who strive against you shall be as nothing and shall perish. You shall seek those who contend with you, but you shall not find them; those who war against you shall be as nothing at all." (Isaiah 41:11-12)

U.S. Rejects UN Document Sidestepping Biological Womanhood amid Global Gender Ideology Push
The United Nations Commission on the Status of Women kicked off its 70th session on Monday in New York, drawing delegates from around the globe. This annual meeting aims to hammer out agreed conclusions — global policy recommendations — on this year’s priority of ensuring justice for women and girls. Yet controversy erupted right away. For the first time in decades, the document wasn’t adopted by consensus but passed by a rare recorded vote: 37 in favor, one against (the United States), and six abstentions.

What made the U.S. stand alone? Trump administration officials saw the document as anything but pro-woman, slamming it for pushing DEI frameworks, gender ideology that blurs biological sex, vague references to sexual and so-called “reproductive health,” and crucially, refusing to define “woman” or “gender.” This omission reflects the broader cultural battles raging over gender identity, where progressive ideologies have increasingly sought to blur the lines between biological sex and LGBT-related agendas.

... Yet rather than throwing in the towel, the U.S. opted to propose some amendments — the foremost being the suggestion that the document include a legitimate and clear definition of man and woman. Under the Trump administration, this move aligns with a broader effort to restore clarity on biological reality, reversing years of confusion sown by previous administrations. Kozma explained how the amendments “were just very common sense.” The Commission, however, appeared to see it differently. “Minutes before midnight on Sunday night,” The Daily Wire reported, “the council sent the final draft to the United States without acknowledging any of the American red lines that Kozma’s team had outlined.”

The Daily Wire continued: “And when it came time to vote on the amendments, which were intended to be voted on separately, the council bundled all the amendments together. Some nations might have voted for one amendment but not another, and bundled together, the amendments failed. During Monday’s vote, the United States was the only nation in the world to vote against the document. Six nations abstained: Côte d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Mali, Mauritania, and Saudi Arabia.”

According to Kozma, this was intentional “isolation” on behalf of the council to make it appear as though the U.S. “won’t defend women and girls.” And yet, she told The Daily Wire, “We were the only country that was voting to protect women and girls.”

Father God, Your Word is so clear on this issue that there can be no room left for doubt as nations develop policies designed to address the issue of gender identity. We see that this controversy serves only to strengthen the enemy's hand, empowering the evil one to weaken and to confuse governing authorities worldwide. Thank You, O Lord, that it is true that Your word does not lie. We ask you to forgive the authorities of the NWO for following this lie, and we thank You, O Lord, that the Trump administration now stands strong for biblical values. In Your Name, we offer this prayer, amen and amen.

1. IDF hits wave of targets in Iran, destroying regime’s repression apparatus - JNS

The Israel Defense Forces on Tuesday declared it had dismantled most key assets of Iran’s internal security forces in Ilam province, a western region that became a flashpoint during the anti-regime protests that swept the Islamic Republic earlier this year.

Security forces and members of the Basij—the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ volunteer militia—”carried out many terror attacks and brutally repressed internal protests during demonstrations that took place across Iran in the December–January period,” the IDF stated.

Since the start of “Operation Roaring Lion” on Feb. 28, Israeli Air Force jets struck the local headquarters of Tehran’s internal security forces, including barracks of a special forces unit; an office of the regime’s Intelligence Ministry; an IRGC command center responsible for battalions that suppress protests; and several Basij and IRGC infrastructures used to reinforce the regime’s control, it said. (Read more)

2. IDF Chief Zamir orders reinforcements to the North for potential broader invasion against Hezbollah - Jerusalem Post

IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Eyal Zamir on Wednesday ordered significant reinforcements to the North, indicating that Ground Forces involvement in Lebanon might escalate.

He instructed the IDF to reinforce Northern Command and redeploy the Golani Brigadefrom operations in Gaza to the North, the IDF said.

Despite ramping up operations on the northern border, Home Front Command Chief Maj.-Gen. Shai Klepper told citizens on Wednesday evening that there would be no changes to the civilian security guidelines, adding that the guidelines would be re-evaluated over the weekend. (Read more)

3. Within 30 minutes: IDF strikes 10 headquarters in Dahieh - Israel National News

The IDF launched a wide-scale wave of strikes targeting terror infrastructure belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization across Lebanon early Thursday morning, said the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit.

As part of the strikes, the IDF located and dismantled dozens of launchers which were ready to launch and neutralized dozens of Hezbollah terrorists while they were preparing to launch toward the State of Israel, the statement said.

Simultaneously, the IDF struck 10 terror structures in the Dahieh suburb of Beirut within 30 minutes, including intelligence headquarters, a headquarters of the Radwan unit, and additional command centers. (Read more)

4. Hezbollah fires more than 100 rockets into Israel - World Israel News

Hezbollah launched a barrage of about 100 rockets toward Israel on Wednesday evening, triggering interceptions by Israeli air defenses while the Israeli Air Force carried out strikes on Hezbollah launchers and infrastructure across Lebanon, the Israel Defense Forces said.

Sirens sounded in several areas as emergency services responded to reported impact sites.

Magen David Adom said a man in his 50s was lightly injured after a flying object struck his hand.

One rocket hit a residential structure in the central Galilee. Fire crews were dispatched to the scene and conducted searches inside the building while securing electrical systems.

Fire officials said a rocket struck the roof of a one-story private home, prompting firefighters to search the structure for anyone trapped, disconnect electricity sources and assist injured residents in leaving the building. (Read more

5. Spain permanently withdraws ambassador to Israel as rift deepens
- Times of Israel

Spain permanently withdrew its ambassador to Israel on Wednesday as a diplomatic standoff worsened between the two countries over Spain’s opposition to Israeli policies, exacerbated by the US-Israeli strikes on Iran’s regime.

Ambassador Ana Maria Salomon Perez was recalled to Spain last September amid a diplomatic row over Spanish measures banning aircraft and ships carrying weapons to Israel from its ports or airspace due to the war against Hamas in Gaza, a policy Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar denounced as antisemitic.

On Tuesday, Spain published an announcement in its official gazette that the ambassador’s position had been terminated. Spain’s Foreign Ministry said its embassy in Tel Aviv will be led by a charge d’affaires for the foreseeable future. (Read more

1. Supreme Court Blocks CA School’s Gender Policy - Million Voices

A monumental victory for parental rights has been secured at the highest level. The U.S. Supreme Court has intervened, blocking a dangerous California school policy. This policy allowed school officials to secretly transition students’ genders without informing their parents.
This ruling sends a clear message across the nation: parents have a God-given right to direct the upbringing and education of their children.

Schools do not have the authority to make life-altering decisions for students behind their parents’ backs. This is a moment for every believer to stand firm and celebrate a win for the family.

The case centered on the Escondido Union School District, which implemented a policy of social transitioning for students experiencing gender confusion. This included using new names and pronouns and allowing access to opposite-sex bathrooms, all while deliberately deceiving parents. Your voice is needed now more than ever to stop these destructive policies. Read more
Lord, this decision is a powerful precedent for parental rights nationwide and we thank you for this win! We pray that you God continue to embolden parents and leaders to defend truth and protect the vulnerable. Give wisdom to judges and guide school officials back to honoring the family as you designed. Amen.

“But in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect.” (1 Peter 3:15)

2. CNN’s Take on Christian Nationalism: What Believers Should Know - Million Voices

A new CNN series is taking aim at the role of faith in American public life. As detailed in a recent Daily Wire article and further explored by Million Voices, this series, hosted by Tim Alberta, intends to explore what it calls “Christian Nationalism.” We must be prepared to respond with truth and clarity.

The media often misunderstands and misrepresents believers who engage in politics. They label passionate civic involvement as a threat, creating division and confusion. This series appears to follow that same playbook, potentially painting biblical values as extreme.

As believers, our call is to be salt and light in every area of society, including government. Stepping away from the political arena is not an option. Our nation needs voices that will stand for righteousness and justice now more than ever. Read more

Lord God, we realize the real threat isn’t from “Christian Nationalism,” but from a culture that sidelines truth; the threat of humanism that says "do what is right in your own eyes." Give us discernment to see through media bias and intimidation. Equip Your people for courage and grace as we engage in the political process. May Your truth triumph over fear and confusion. Amen.

“There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.” (Proverbs 14:12)

3. Child Welfare Reforms: Trump’s Key Initiatives - Million Voices

The Trump administration is taking decisive action to protect children and uphold parental rights across the nation. Through new guidance and bold initiatives, the administration is ensuring that federal policies align with biblical values of family, life, and the protection of the innocent.

These actions send a clear message that the government must support, not undermine, the family unit as the bedrock of our society.

These new policies address some of the most pressing issues facing American families today. From clarifying the definition of child abuse in custody disputes to ensuring taxpayer funds are used responsibly, the administration is working to reform the child welfare system. It is a critical moment for people of faith to understand these changes and support efforts that defend our most cherished principles. Read more

Lord, bless the leaders and reformers who fight for the innocent. Give continued courage and resolve to those in authority to resist evil, uphold righteousness, and lift up every child in need. We continue to pray for bold action by leaders, and for the to be supported by an informed and active Church, that will make all the difference in building a culture where families can thrive. In Jesus name amen.

“And now, Lord, look upon their threats and grant to your servants to continue to speak your word with all boldness.” (Acts 4:29)

4. Supreme Court Upholds GOP District in NY Battle - Million Voices

The U.S. Supreme Court has delivered a major victory for fair elections, halting a partisan attempt to redraw a congressional district in New York. The decision blocks a lower court’s order to change the boundaries of New York’s 11th Congressional District, a move that critics argued was a blatant political gerrymander. This ruling sends a powerful message that our elections cannot be rigged for political gain.

In a 6-3 vote, the nation’s highest court sided with Representative Nicole Malliotakis, the sole Republican representing New York City in Congress. The ruling ensures that the current, legislatively approved map will remain in place for the upcoming 2026 midterms. This decision is a crucial win for voters and for the principle that electoral maps should be drawn based on communities, not partisan or racial agendas. Read more

Jesus, thank You for just decisions that preserve our freedoms. We know that political power grabs destroy trust and erode the republic so we pray Lord that you would help guard the process of elections at every level, and inspire righteous leaders to act with wisdom and integrity. Amen.

“Blessed are those who act justly, who always do what is right.” (Psalm 106:3)

5. Black American man fires back at Schumer’s excuse for opposing voter ID - DML News

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer is continuing to repeat his claims that the SAVE America Act, which would mandate voter ID and ensure only American citizens could vote in US elections, is “Jim Crow 2.0.” He claims that minorities don’t have driver’s licenses and aren’t able to obtain their birth certificates or a photo ID – a claim many minorities are finding offensive.

podcaster Zeek Arkham, a Black American, fired back at Schumer in an EPIC takedown. He wrote:

Dear Chuck Schumer,
Hi. Black dude here. I can trace my family ancestry to slavery. I even know where they were slaves. My mom experienced Jim Crow. I think I’ve watched every episode of “Eyes On the Prize” when I was younger. With that said… Can you directly explain to me how the SAVE Act is “Jim Crow 2.0?” Literally every black person I know has ID. Literally every black person I know has a car or at least a ride. Literally every black person I know knows how to vote…” Read more

Lord, thank you for exposing these lies to instill fear in voters and all American citizens. We break these lies with the blood of Jesus that they will not have an effect on us. Let integrity and uprightness guide those overseeing our elections, that they would follow the laws. Let any unfaithful officials be exposed for their duplicity, and may You be glorified by a true outcome.

“The integrity of the upright will guide them, But the perversity of the unfaithful will destroy them” (Proverbs 11:3)

6. Trump to visit Kentucky as MAGA proxy battle against Thomas Massie heats up - DML News

President Donald Trump is traveling to Hebron, Kentucky, on Wednesday to deliver another speech focused on economic messaging. But this time, it’s in the district of Rep. Thomas Massie, the six-term Republican that the president is actively working to oust.

Just two months ahead of a contentious Republican primary between Massie and Trump-endorsed former Navy SEAL Ed Gallrein, the president is set to make two stops in the area: at a packaging facility in Hebron, Kentucky, and then at ThermoFisher in Reading, Ohio, where he’ll discuss efforts to lower prescription drug prices.

The visit comes amid an ongoing, bitter feud between Massie and Gallrein — one of the party’s few significant MAGA proxy battles this year. The race is also one of the most expensive House GOP primaries of the 2026 cycle. Read more

Lord God we pray over everybody who is running for election and their primaries that they would seek you and your will and your heart about their state. We pray that they would be a defender of the rights of the citizens in their state and they would hold true to those values our country was founded upon in Jesus name amen.

"For this is the will of God, that by doing good you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish people" (1 Peter 2:15)

7. TEAM SAVED!! Iran women’s football team given refuge in Australia, Trump says after risking death for refusing to sing anthem - TheSun.co.UK

DONALD Trump has revealed that five players from Iran’s female football team have been given refuge in Australia – after refusing to sing the national anthem.

The brave sportswomen were branded “wartime traitors” by the regime after staging their protest ahead of their Asia Cup game against South Korea on Australia‘s Gold Coast last Monday.

Five had fled into hiding after the loss of their last match on Sunday could see them flown back to Iran. (Read more here)

Lord Jesus, we pray for the safety of these Persian women athletes as they are granted asylum and  remain in hiding in Australia. We especially pray for the lives of the remaining soccer players who are returning to Iran under the heavy cloud of loss with threats against their lives and/or family members. We plead the blood of Jesus over all people involved in this matter and pray Holy One that You stop the hand of destruction and tyranny against them as a sign of Your protection over all people of Iran, in the holy and righteous name of Jesus.

"He will spare the poor and needy, And will save the souls of the needy. He will redeem their life from oppression and violence; And precious shall be their blood in His sight." (Psalm 72:13-14)

Stupidocrisy: The Politics of Projection

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, March 11, 2026

Former US Ambassador to the United Nations and later as National Security Advisor under Barack Obama, Susan Rice said she thought Democrats should take revenge on those who voted for President Trump. On a recent podcast Stay Tuned with Preet, hosted by former Democrat US Attorney Preet Bharara, Rice said, “Revenge is best served cold,’ and the older I get, the more I see the wisdom of that.” Rice warned that America may be drifting toward lawlessness under Trump. When a former national security advisor speaks, thoughtful citizens should listen and examine whether the alarm reflects constitutional breakdown or political frustration over lost power. But to suggest revenge signals a troubling direction.

When Democrats lose major elections, the public posture from many party leaders often skips past introspection. Rarely do we hear sustained reflection about messaging failures or policy disconnects with working families. Instead, the tone shifts toward crisis. Democracy is said to be in peril. Institutions are described as fragile. The implication is If voters selected the other side, something must be wrong beyond ordinary disagreement. That outlook reframes elections from instruments of accountability into symptoms of decay. It turns the electorate into suspects rather than decision-makers. In a constitutional republic, voters are not malfunctioning parts in a political machine. They are the final authority. Read More

Monster 6-inch hailstone likely to shatter Illinois state record
Hail the size of grapefruit fell in Illinois Wednesday night, and that may qualify as a new state record, if it can be officially confirmed.

Widespread severe storms on Tuesday produced massive hail across parts of Illinois, Texas and Missouri, including a new contender for a state record.

AccuWeather Meteorologist and Storm Chaser Tony Laubach measured a hailstone 5.25 inches in diameter in Kankakee, Illinois, on Tuesday evening, larger than the Illinois state record of 4.75 inches, set on June 10, 2015, at Minooka.

“This is ginormous hail,” Laubach said on Tuesday, holding up a hailstone.

“This is nuts. This is some of the biggest hail I’ve seen in quite some time. And again, the ground is just covered in it,” he continued. “You can see as I’m walking here, just massive hailstones everywhere.”

Laubach said the stones left “craters” in the ground.

Other Skywarn spotters and storm chasers also found big hail, as large as 6.4 inches across in Kankakee, 5.5 inches at Campus, Illinois, and 5.2 inches near Buckingham, Illinois. Hailstones 4.5 inches in diameter were also reported in Texas and Missouri on Wednesday. The large hail came from an intense storm stretching nearly from Mexico to Canada. (Accuweather) Read More
