Arkansas Partners with Erika Kirk for TPUSA Effort
Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R) joined with Turning Point USA Chairwoman and CEO Erika Kirk to bring Club America chapters to the state’s high schools.

“Charlie Kirk dedicated his life to empowering young Americans to stand up for faith, freedom, and the principles our country was founded on,” said Sanders. “I had the privilege of calling Charlie a friend and seeing firsthand the movement he built. Bringing Club America chapters to Arkansas high schools will help continue that mission and inspire the next generation of leaders.”

During a press conference on the matter, Kirk said, “Don’t let anyone disenfranchise you because you’re a young man, especially a young white male man, don’t ever let anyone talk down to you. We need strong men out there, strong men who are convicted that will be good leaders, good husbands, good fathers like mine. We need that.” (American Faith) Read More Here >
Abba we celebrate Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders supporting TPUSA and inviting 'Club America' chapters into high schools throughout Arkansas.  We pray that young students would be empowered to stand firm in faith, freedom and love for country! Pour Your favor upon TPUSA and every Club America chapter across our nation, so they both may continue to bless and flourish younger generations. May all glory be given to Almighty God, as patriotism and love for America is ignited, and young citizens grow to boldly proclaim "In God We Trust"! In the powerful Name of Jesus Christ, we pray- Amen.

"Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage!"  (Psalm 33:12)

US Sending More Marines, Warships to Middle East
A U.S. Marine Expeditionary Unit is set to reposition to the Middle East amid ongoing military operations against Iran, a U.S. official familiar with the matter has told The Epoch Times.
Other media outlets first reported that the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), consisting of around 5,000 Marines and sailors, had received orders to head to the Middle East.
The 31st MEU is currently operating near Japan, aboard the USS Tripoli amphibious assault ship, and the USS San Diego and USS New Orleans amphibious transport dock ships.
(The Epoch Times) Read more here.
Lord, we pray that as this new unit heads to the Middle East, You would surround them with protection and peace. Help each member of the unit focus on the mission and have a strong level of faith in You.

“You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.” (Isaiah 26:3)

Trump says US ‘obliterated’ military targets in strike on key Iranian oil hub: 'Powerful bombing raids'
President Donald Trump said Friday that the U.S. had carried out a bombing raid on Iran’s Kharg Island, a strategically vital island in the Persian Gulf that serves as the country’s largest oil terminal and a crucial hub for its crude exports.
"Moments ago, at my direction, the United States Central Command executed one of the most powerful bombing raids in the history of the Middle East, and totally obliterated every MILITARY target in Iran’s crown jewel, Kharg Island," Trump wrote on Truth Social.
The island, located roughly 35 miles off Iran’s Bushehr province in the country’s southwest, is about the size of New York City’s Central Park but carries huge importance for Iran’s economy.
It has a loading capacity of about 7 million barrels per day, and roughly 90% of Iran’s crude oil exports pass through it. Most of those exports are shipped to China and India, underscoring the island’s importance not only to Iran’s energy trade but also to broader global oil markets. (Fox News) Read more here.
Lord, we pray that this action will accomplish the removal of Iran’s ability to attack shipping in the region. We pray that You would grant President Trump wisdom and knowledge as this war continues. Let no lies deceive him or the Secretary of War in all that they do, and my Your mighty Presence be their guide.

“Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.” (Ephesians 6:11)

Airport security strains and TSA lines grow as Congress shows little urgency to end DHS shutdown
Airport security is beginning to buckle under the strain of the nearly monthlong shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security — but neither Republicans nor Democrats appear under much pressure to end it.
Senators again failed Thursday to advance legislation to fully fund the DHS, marking the fourth time in recent weeks the chamber has rejected an attempt to break the impasse as lawmakers departed Washington for the weekend.
Transportation Security Administration officers say financial stress, staffing shortages, and rising callouts are beginning to affect screening operations at airports nationwide as thousands of workers continue to miss paychecks.
At several major airports, passengers faced lengthy waits to clear security, with lines stretching far beyond checkpoint areas. Travelers in cities including Atlanta, Houston, New Orleans, and Charlotte have reported waits exceeding an hour during busy travel periods, with some passengers missing their flights.
Since the partial government shutdown began Feb. 14, unscheduled absences among TSA have more than doubled nationwide, and more than 300 officers have left the agency, according to data provided to the Washington Examiner. (Washington Examiner) Read more here.
Father, as this DHS shutdown continues, our nation is in great jeopardy.  We ask for Your intervention in the affairs of men to stop the foolish arguments that are leaving these gaps in our national security. We speak peace to the passengers who are attempting to fly to different locations and ask that they remain calm despite this situation.

“Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels.” (2 Timothy 2:23)

Trump says many countries will be 'sending war ships' to the Strait of Hormuz
President Donald Trump said Saturday that "many Countries, especially those who are affected by Iran’s attempted closure of the Hormuz Strait, will be sending War Ships, in conjunction with the United States of America, to keep the Strait open and safe."
"We have already destroyed 100% of Iran’s Military capability, but it’s easy for them to send a drone or two, drop a mine, or deliver a close range missile somewhere along, or in, this Waterway, no matter how badly defeated they are," Trump wrote on Truth Social.
"Hopefully China, France, Japan, South Korea, the UK, and others, that are affected by this artificial constraint, will send Ships to the area so that the Hormuz Strait will no longer be a threat by a Nation that has been totally decapitated," he added.
"In the meantime, the United States will be bombing the hell out of the shoreline, and continually shooting Iranian Boats and Ships out of the water," Trump also said. "One way or the other, we will soon get the Hormuz Strait OPEN, SAFE, and FREE!" (Fox News) Read more here.
Holy Lord, as new countries enter the war, we ask that all will coordinate with the United States and Israel so that no dangers from allied nations will cause havoc or deaths. We plead Your Blood over all who seek to participate and ask the Your Holy Spirit hover over these actions. Let Your Spirit of repentance cover all, and draw them to Your heart.

“The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent.” (Acts 17:30)
FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. IDF Spokesperson: 'The regime is unstable; we will weaken it further'
- Israel National News

IDF Spokesman Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin on Sunday evening delivered a statement detailing the objectives of the war against Iran and the ongoing military operations in the region.

“Our goal is to strike all components of the regime - together with the US military - in order to remove an existential threat to the State of Israel," Defrin said.

According to the spokesman, Iran and Hezbollah have recently attempted to intensify rocket fire toward Israel in response to growing military pressure. (Read more)

2. Eight hurt as Israel under fire from Iran, Hezbollah - JNS

At least eight people have been injured since the early hours of Sunday, according to Magen David Adom, as Israel continues to come under Iranian and Hezbollah missile fire that has triggered nationwide sirens and caused fires and property damage.

Two men were wounded on Sunday afternoon when Iranian missile fire struck central Israel, MDA said. A 60-year-old man in Bnei Brak suffered moderate glass shrapnel wounds to the head, and a 70-year-old man in nearby Ramat Gan sustained light blast injuries. Both were taken to Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center’s Ichilov Hospital, where they were listed in satisfactory and good condition, respectively.

A 46-year-old woman and an 18-year-old woman suffered light blast injuries, including ringing in their ears, in the Petach Tikvah area and were taken by MDA to the city’s Beilinson Hospital. (Read more)

3. IDF planning 3 more weeks of operations to systematically degrade Iran’s defense industry - Times of Israel

The Israel Defense Forces’ campaign in the joint war with the United States against Iran is proceeding according to plan, and at a faster pace than initially expected, military officials said on Sunday, with strikes on Iran’s defense industries expected to further ramp up alongside ongoing efforts to reduce missile fire on Israel.

Despite being apparently ahead of schedule, the military has said it is preparing for at least three more weeks of operations in Iran, as it still has thousands more targets to hit, both in Tehran and in other parts of the country.

“We have thousands of targets ahead,” IDF Spokesman Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin told CNN on Sunday. “We are ready, in coordination with our US allies, with plans through at least the Jewish holiday of Passover, about three weeks from now. And we have deeper plans for even three weeks beyond that.” (Read more)

4. Israeli Foreign Minister Denies Country Facing Interceptor Shortages - Algemeiner

Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar on Sunday denied a report that Israel was facing a shortage of ballistic missile interceptors after more than two weeks of war that has seen repeated attacks from Iran and Iran-backed Hezbollah in Lebanon.

American news website Semafor on Saturday cited an unnamed US official as saying that Israel had told Washington it was running critically low on ballistic missile interceptors.

Asked whether the report was accurate, along with an Israeli media report that Israel was set to hold direct talks with Lebanon, Saar responded: “For both questions, the answer is no.”

An Israeli military source also denied any shortage, saying that the armed forces were prepared for a prolonged campaign.

Iran has fired close to 300 ballistic missiles at Israel, according to the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) at Tel Aviv University, and hundreds of drones since US and Israeli strikes on Iran on February 28. (Read more

5. Netanyahu posts video debunking Iranian conspiracy theory claiming he was killed in strike - Jerusalem Post

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to the conspiracy theory claiming his death in a video posted to his official X/Twitter account on Sunday afternoon.

The theory was originally pushed by Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, and did not present evidence of a strike on Netanyahu or any official confirmation of harm.

In the video, Netanyahu is seen picking up a coffee order before being asked about the rumors by the person filming.

“I love coffee, I love my nation,” Netanyahu said in the video, using the Hebrew slang word “met” meaning “love,” which is the same as the Hebrew word for “dead.” (Read more)

The Daily Brief
1.The United Nations condemns Iran for attacking Gulf states but not for bombing Israel- Israel 365

On Wednesday, the United Nations Security Council passed Resolution 2817, demanding Iran halt its missile and drone attacks on Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan. 135 countries lined up to co-sponsor the text, the largest co-sponsorship of a Security Council resolution in UN history. The message was glaringly obvious: the resolution did not call for Iran to halt its missile attacks targeting Israel’s civilian centers. Somehow, the UNSC and all of the signing nations were able to give a pass for the roughly 300 ballistic missiles Iran has fired at Israeli cities, killing 13 people and wounding over 2,000. There was not a single word of condemnation for attacks that killed Israelis.
The resolution, passed 13-0 with abstentions from China and Russia, demands “the immediate cessation of all attacks by the Islamic Republic of Iran against Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan.” It also condemns Iranian interference with navigation through the Strait of Hormuz. What it does not do is acknowledge that Iran has been simultaneously raining missiles on Israeli population centers. The IDF Home Front Command has confirmed that Iran deliberately targeted civilian population centers, not just military sites and infrastructure. (Read more)
Lord God of Justice, the UN has been a place of hatred against Israel for decades, so this resolution is not surprising. We pray that You will dismantle the hate and bring about repentance throughout the United Nations organization. Let only Your will prevail regarding the times of the Last Days.

“Correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth.” (2 Timothy 2:25)

2. Judge Throws Out Justice Department Subpoenas to Federal Reserve, Pirro Attacks Decision - Breitbart

A federal judge has quashed two Justice Department subpoenas targeting the Federal Reserve, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday, delivering a significant legal victory to the central bank and a serious setback to the criminal probe that U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro had opened into Fed Chair Jerome Powell.
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, whose ruling was unsealed Friday, found the subpoenas to be improper. The Obama-appointed judge wrote that the record showed the subpoenas’ primary purpose was to pressure Powell into either capitulating to the President’s wishes or stepping aside in favor of a more compliant successor.
“There is abundant evidence that the subpoenas’ dominant (if not sole) purpose is to harass and pressure Powell either to yield to the President or to resign and make way for a Fed Chair who will,” the judge wrote.
Pirro, a longtime Trump ally, had launched the investigation to scrutinize whether Powell provided false congressional testimony last summer regarding the Fed’s building-renovation project. The probe drew an extraordinary public rebuttal from Powell himself, who in a January 11 video statement characterized it as a transparent pretext for the administration’s broader campaign to subordinate the Fed to White House control and force interest rates lower.
The Journal had previously reported that the Fed was waging a quiet legal fight against the subpoenas, a battle that unfolded entirely out of public view due to the secrecy requirements governing grand jury proceedings.
The move could clear the way for Kevin Warsh to be confirmed by the Senate as the next chairman of the Federal Reserve. Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) has said he would not vote for confirmation until the investigation had been set aside.
(Breitbart) Read more here

Lord, we do not know the ins and outs of this issue, but we do know that Judge Boasberg has routinely countered every move made by the Trump administration with activist rulings. We pray for repentance for him, while recognizing that this ruling could ultimately prove to be a help to confirm Mr. Warsh as the new Fed chair.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28)

3. Iranian Official Defies Purported Message from Cardboard Khamenei, Says Strait of Hormuz Open – Breitbart

Iran’s top diplomat at the United Nations declared on Thursday, “We are not going to close the Strait of Hormuz,” apparently contradicting a message purportedly from the new “supreme leader” of the country, Mojtaba Khamenei.
Iranian leaders announced Khamenei as the new dictator of the country this week following the elimination of his father, longtime tyrant Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, on the first day of the American military operation known as “Operation Epic Fury.” The younger Khamenei’s status remains unclear at press time as he has not appeared in public or issued any video statements since the announcement of his ascent to “supreme leader” status. During an event for the Iranian people to pledge “allegiance” to Khamenei, officials dragged out a cardboard effigy of the man, as he could, for unclear reasons, not attend the event.
Iranian state television aired an alleged statement from Mojtaba Khamenei on television on Thursday, the first such statement from the leader, but has not shown any video or photo proof of life for Khamenei, fueling rumors that he is severely injured or potentially dead as a result of American and Israeli airstrikes. Iranian state media referred to Khamenei as injured in a report last week, without offering any details.
Mojtaba Khamenei’s purported statement featured a host of threats against the United States, Israel, and its allies. (Read more)

Father, as it appears unclear whether this son of Khamenei is alive or damaged, we pray that he will be removed. If Iran is to be free, and that country’s Christian population safe, only the complete removal of the evil regime will bring about freedom.  As Emperor Constantine saw the cross in the sky and changed his heart in ancient times, we ask for something as dramatic as that to bring Your Spirit of repentance and freedom to Iran.

“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” (2 Corinthians 3:17)

4. Report: Democrats Plot Investigations into Companies, Colleges that Worked with Trump- Breitbart

Democrats in both chambers of Congress are plotting potential investigations into companies, colleges, and even law firms that worked with the Trump administration, according to a report.
Axios reported that Democrats are in the early stages of planning to use their subpoena power if they take power after the 2026 midterm elections.
Sens. Adam Schiff (D-CA), Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI), and Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), all of whom serve on the Senate Judiciary Committee, have been involved in the preliminary discussions, according to Axios.
Schiff led the first impeachment effort against President Donald Trump as Democrats falsely alleged that the president colluded with Russia during the 2016 presidential election cycle.
The outlet claimed that both Republican and Democrat lawmakers believe that the House is likely to come under control of the Democrat Party after the midterms. The House has broader subpoena authority than the Senate. (Read more)

Holy God of Justice, we bind the plans of either party that seeks revenge for things done in the political arena. We ask that You be the ultimate Judge and decision maker. We take Your authority over these Democrats or even Republicans who are once again looking for ways to subvert President Trump and his America First agenda. We pray that You will bring repentance and truth to all.

“Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all.” (Romans 12:17)

5. U.S. Air Refuelling Tanker Crashes in Two-Plane Incident Over Iraq During Operation Epic Fury -  Breitbart

A USAF KC-135 refuelling jet has crashed in Iraq after an “incident” with a second aircraft during Operation Epic Fury, U.S. Central Command has said.
“Rescue efforts are ongoing” after a Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker was lost in an incident during Operation Epic Fury. The tanker, which uses a probe or drogue to transfer aviation fuel to other military aircraft to increase their flight time beyond what fuel they can carry aboard, was “involved” in an unspecific second aircraft in the “incident”, CENTCOM said.
The venerable tanker was a “loss” and “went down in Western Iraq” while the second aircraft was able to land safely, they said.
The loss “was not due to hostile fire or friendly fire”, CENTOM said in their statement. It is not clear whether there were any injuries sustained in the loss of the tanker, with CENTOM stating a rescue effort was underway and they were working to “gather additional details and provide clarity for the families of service members.”
U.S. forces have sustained a certain level of attrition of equipment commensurate with the extremely high tempo of operations in the Middle East, as America and Israel strike Iran to degrade its nuclear and missile capabilities. In addition, there have been some incidents of friendly fire, including the loss of three fighter jets over Kuwait in the early days of the conflict. (Read more here)
Lord, as we learn of the deaths of all six crew members, we ask You to comfort their families and bring Your love to each of them.

“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” (Psalm 23:4)
6. US Embassy in Baghdad struck in missile attack — as projectile breaches heavily fortified ‘Green Zone’ - New York Post

A missile struck the US Embassy in Baghdad Friday night, hitting a helipad on the sprawling compound that Iranian-backed militants have repeatedly targeted since the conflict in the Middle East began.
The projectile breached Baghdad’s heavily fortified “Green Zone” — home to Iraqi government buildings and foreign embassies — in the latest attack on one of the largest American diplomatic facilities, two security officials told the Associated Press.
Smoke was seen rising from the diplomatic mission in a video posted on social media by Sabereen News, a pro-Iranian militia outlet in Iraq.
The attack took place shortly after two fighters belonging to an Iran-backed militant group were killed in Baghdad, AFP reported, citing sources say. (Read more here.)

Lord, we thank You that so far there have been no casualties listed in this attack. We pray it will remain so.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” (Psalm 46:1)

ISIS-supporting Old Dominion University shooter shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’ before killing ROTC instructor, injuring two others: FBI

ISIS-supporting ex-National Guard member Mohamed Bailor Jalloh shouted “Allahu Akbar” before launching his deadly attack at Old Dominion University on Thursday, federal officials revealed.
Jalloh, 36, busted into a Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) classroom at the Virginia college and yelled the Arabic phrase, which translates to “God is Great,” before opening fire, killing a retired military officer and injuring two others, FBI Special Agent Dominique Evans said at a press conference.
The FBI is investigating the shooting as an act of terrorism.

Suspect in Michigan synagogue attack dead, security guard injured
A man is dead in Michigan after ramming a vehicle into one of the nation’s biggest synagogues that also houses an early childhood center, according to local officials.
The suspect drove into Temple Israel in West Bloomfield Township outside Detroit, Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said. Synagogue security staff opened fire on the vehicle, and it ignited. Police said temple security "neutralized the threat."
Department of Homeland Security officials identified the suspect as Ayman Mohamad Ghazali, a 41-year-old naturalized U.S. citizen who was born in Lebanon. Hundreds in the country, which hosts major Iran ally Hezbollah, have died under Israeli bombardments amid the war on Iran.
Authorities called the attack a "targeted act of violence against the Jewish community" and said, "obviously what happens around the world sometimes affects us." (USA Today) Read more here.
Father, as our nation and all of Your people continue to be targeted and in danger from ideologies that hate You, we pray for a Mighty Move of Your Holy Spirit to bring repentance and the knowledge of Your Love. Grant Your people wisdom, knowledge and discernment to see when something is dangerous – let not Your people be led astray by lies, no matter who is saying them.

“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. ...” (Matthew 7:15-20)
8 Antifa Members Convicted of Terrorism Charges Over Shooting at Texas ICE Facility
Eight defendants in a landmark Texas Antifa trial were found guilty Friday of terrorism-related charges, carrying explosives, and rioting in a shooting incident at an immigration facility outside Dallas on July 4, 2025, that left one officer wounded.
Those defendants included Benjamin Song, Cameron Arnold (also known as Autumn Hill), Zachary Evetts, Bradford Morris (also known as Meagan Morris), Maricela Rueda, Savanna Batten, Elizabeth Soto, and Ines Soto.
Additionally, Benjamin Song, the defendant identified by prosecutors as the shooter in the attack on the facility, was found guilty of attempted murder and discharging a firearm during a crime of violence.
The officer was shot in the neck seconds after getting out of his vehicle at the scene, but survived.
The government counted the results as a win that would send a message to extremist groups. (The Epoch Times) Read more here.
Lord, we thank You that this group is finally being charged and now convicted after so many have been targeted and harmed by their actions.

Iran-linked hackers target US medical tech company
When most people hear about cyberattacks tied to geopolitical conflict, it can seem far away. It sounds like something that happens to governments or giant corporations. Yet the latest cyber incident involving a U.S. medical technology company shows how fragile digital systems can be. Even more important, it raises a question you should all ask yourself: Are you protected against trouble, too?
A hacker group linked to Iran has claimed responsibility for a cyberattack on Stryker, a Michigan-based company that produces medical equipment and healthcare technology used worldwide. Stryker employs about 56,000 people and operates in more than 60 countries, making it one of the largest medical technology companies in the world.
Stryker disclosed the incident in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, saying the disruption affected parts of its Microsoft environment and that investigators are working to determine the full scope.
The incident appears to be one of the most significant cyber incidents linked to the current conflict so far. (Fox News) Read more here.
Lord, the DHS shutdown includes the US Cybersecurity agency. As both private and government agencies are targeted by evil groups whether from nation-states like Iran or other nefarious groups, we pray Your Power will cover all vulnerabilities. We pray for an end to the DHS shutdown and for common sense to take hold in the Senate. We ask that this hacking not cause major disasters and all problems be solved quickly.

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” (Philippians 4:6)
House Republicans give GOP senators ultimatum over SAVE America Act
GOP Representative Anna Paulina Luna issued an on-air ultimatum to Senate Majority Leader John Thune, saying on Fox News’ Saturday in America the House would block Senate legislation unless the chamber debated and voted on The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act.

The Florida Republican had made a similar ultimatum on X on Friday, as had Representative Brandon Gill, a Texas Republican, who noted that Department of Homeland Security (DHS) funding should be exempt.

“I’ll be voting ‘no’ on all Senate bills – other than DHS funding – until the Senate passes the SAVE America Act,” he wrote on X on Friday.

President Donald Trump said on Sunday he would not sign any other bills until the SAVE America Act is passed by the U.S. Senate. While Republicans hold a narrow majority in the Senate, the legislation so far does not have the 60 votes it needs to overcome a filibuster.

The legislation, backed by allies of Trump and framed by the White House as part of a broader “SAVE America Act” agenda, has drawn support from advocates of tighter eligibility verification, as well as criticism from Democrats, voting access groups and policy analysts who warn about administrative burdens and potential disenfranchisement.

Luna urged Thune, a South Dakota Republican, on Saturday to bring the bill to the floor. Thune has faced growing pressure from some Republicans to pursue a “talking filibuster,” which would require Democrats to hold the floor continuously to delay the measure. But Thune has said that is “much more complicated and risky than people are assuming at the moment,” and would rather go through the typical process.

The SAVE America Act would shift voter registration standards nationwide. The bill H.R. 22, which cleared the House 220-208, would require Americans to present documentary proof of citizenship when applying to register for federal elections, changing long-standing practices under the National Voter Registration Act and putting new obligations on election offices and voter registration agencies.

Despite the House having already approved the bill, Trump has said the current version does not go far enough, pressing Republicans to add stricter limits on mail‑in ballots and other provisions before he would sign it.

Luna said that House Republicans will either block Senate legislation or try to attach the SAVE Act as a rule to other legislation, saying to Thune, if he does not bring the legislation to the floor, “you will not have any legislation passed and we will attach it to FISA [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act].” (MSN.com) Read more here.

Holy Lord, we pray for  a resolution  to this  problem  so that this important bill will make it to the President  for signature.  The vast majority  of people on both sides want it. You are the God of wisdom and restoration, so we pray for this to come to pass.

"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:24)
And Now . . . Lion of Judah: ROAR!!!!

He shall stir up His zeal like a man of war.
He shall cry out, yes, shout aloud;
He shall prevail against His enemies."

Alexander the Great's long-lost city located after nearly two millennia: 'Absolutely stunning'
Alexandria on the Tigris was founded in 324 BC as strategic port

Archaeologists have confirmed the location of a long-lost city founded by Alexander the Great — a once-thriving trade hub that's been hidden for centuries.

The ancient city, known as Alexandria on the Tigris, is located in southern Iraq, near the Persian Gulf.

It was founded in the fourth century B.C. as a port city linking trade from India to Mesopotamia and the Mediterranean world. It fell into obscurity after the third century A.D., when the path of the Tigris shifted.

Over the past few years, researchers have mapped the city's fortification walls, street grids and city blocks, thanks to drone imagery and high-resolution geophysical scans.

Archaeologists have worked at the site since the 2010s, a time when ISIS exerted control over Iraq — but it wasn't until now that the full scale of the lost metropolis was revealed.

The University of Konstanz in Germany, in a Jan. 28 press release, said excavators were "only allowed to conduct surface surveys under the close supervision of either soldiers or police officers." (Fox News) Read More

Thought for the Day
"I will lead those who are blind by a way they have not known,
In paths they have not known I will guide them.
I will turn darkness into light before them
And uneven land into plains.
These are the things I will do,
And I will not leave them undone.”
