Evangelical Initiative Declares Trump a Protector of Israel in Nationwide Campaign
A new nationwide billboard campaign in Israel is drawing attention for its bold declaration of gratitude to U.S. President Donald Trump. The signs, placed along major highways and central intersections in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, read: “Thank You God & Donald Trump!” The initiative comes from Dr. Mike Evans, founder of the Friends of Zion Heritage Center in Jerusalem and a longtime evangelical ally of Trump. Evans described the campaign as a recognition of what he called a historic moment in the Middle East amid the ongoing war involving Israel, the United States, and Iran.

Evans called the campaign “nothing less than a Purim miracle,” emphasizing the role he sees for faith and decisive leadership in shaping the region. “The courage and leadership shown by President Trump, combined with the faith of millions who believe in God’s protection over Israel, are changing the course of history in the Middle East,” Evans said. He also suggested that the unfolding events in Iran could lead to freedom for the Persian people and increased security for the Jewish people in Israel.

The Sages teach that those who act courageously to protect the Jewish people merit divine recognition. The Bible records, “For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you victory” (Deuteronomy 20:4). Evans’ campaign frames Trump’s actions as aligned with that principle, portraying the president’s leadership as instrumental in safeguarding Israel and supporting its strategic position in the region. By publicly thanking both God and a world leader, the campaign situates Israel’s current conflicts within a framework of faith and tangible political action.

Evans’ presence in Israel two days before the outbreak of hostilities underscores the seriousness of his engagement. He toured affected communities, visited missile impact sites, attended funerals, spoke with Holocaust survivors, and met with soldiers and wounded civilians. His documentation of wartime life highlights both the resilience of Israeli society and the global evangelical commitment to supporting Israel in times of crisis. (Israel 365 News) Read More Here
Abba, we lift PRIASE for the evidence of solid support that President Trump and his administration have shown toward our beloved Israel. Bless Dr. Mike Evans and Friends of Zion ministries for the evangelical billboard campaign, highlighting strong unity, peace and love for Israel and Jewish people. We pray for continual protection and blessing for President Trump and PM Netanyahu as they continue to lock arms standing against the Iranian regime and reveal unwavering commitment to friendship no matter the cost. In the Name of Yeshua we declare VICTORY for both Israel and the USA, as they each seek Almighty God for His powerful strategies, so only the Lord's plans and purposes will prevail! By the mighty Blood of the Lamb, we lift this prayer- Amen and Amen.

"For the nation and kingdom that will not serve you shall perish; those nations shall be utterly laid waste." (Isaiah 60:12)

FCC chair Brendan Carr warns broadcasters must 'correct course' on 'news distortions' before license renewals
Carr responded to a post from Trump who decried headlines about the war in Iran

Federal Communications Commission (FCC) chair Brendan Carr issued a warning to the media on Saturday calling on networks to "correct course" before their license renewals come up.

"Broadcasters that are running hoaxes and news distortions - also known as the fake news - have a chance now to correct course before their license renewals come up," he wrote on X, in response to a Truth Social post from President Donald Trump about coverage of the war in Iran. "The law is clear. Broadcasters must operate in the public interest, and they will lose their licenses if they do not."

He went on, "And frankly, changing course is in their own business interests since trust in legacy media has now fallen to an all time low of just 9% and are ratings disasters."

In his Truth Social post, Trump took issue with reporting from newspapers about tanker planes and said the claim that they were "struck" and "destroyed" was untrue.

Carr appeared to reference the controversy surrounding CBS and Stephen Colbert in his statement on X. Colbert interviewed Democratic Texas Senate candidate James Talarico and did not air the interview on the show, citing pushback from CBS. (Fox News) Read more here.

Lord God, we cover America’s news media outlets that they would be infused with the life and the truth of you, Lord God. We cancel all lies and all mind control that is done on a daily basis to try to control a certain narrative, and we break its powers in the name of Jesus. We pray all ungodly agendas would be exposed, in Jesus' name, amen.

Dept. of Education: Colorado School District’s Trans Policies Violate Federal Law

The Department of Education on Friday announced that a Colorado school district is violating federal law with its broad-sweeping “gender identity” policies that disenfranchise female students.

The Department of Education said its Office for Civil Rights (OCR) concluded its investigation into Jefferson County Public Schools and found that it violated Title IX by allowing male students to access female bathrooms, locker rooms, overnight accommodations, and to play on female sports teams.

Specifically, OCR found that the district has policies allowing students to access facilities and participate on sports teams that match their self-proclaimed “gender identity,” rather than their biological reality. OCR said it received athletic rosters from the district showing that male students may take up to 61 roster positions on girls’ sports teams in the district.

“Today’s findings reveal sweeping Title IX violations by Jefferson County Public Schools—denying fairness and equality to female students by allowing males into their private facilities, overnight accommodations, and athletics. The District’s decision to prioritize ‘gender identity’ over ensuring equal access for its female students is unconscionable,” Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Kimberly Richey said in a statement.

OCR opened an investigation into the school district in June 2025 over allegations the district removed single-sex overnight accommodations from school trips.

OCR sent a proposed Resolution Agreement to the district allowing it to voluntarily resolve the alleged Title IX violations within ten days or “risk imminent enforcement action.”

The Department of Education noted that Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs and activities as a condition of receiving federal funding. (Read more)
Father God, we pray accountability would be had in this Colorado school so that a precedent is established that we cannot violate this law. We lift up the youth who are hurting and have been wounded by this barbaric movement that denies Your plan for man. I pray for healing in their hearts, their minds, and particularly their bodies. I pray for a revelation Lord of you and reconciliation to you, in Jesus' name. Give them experiential knowledge of you, Lord, and I thank you that all the people feeling this way today will one day be on fire for you in Jesus' name, amen!

"The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands." (Psalm 138:8)

Brother of Michigan synagogue attacker was Hezbollah commander, Israel alleges
Ayman Muhammad Ghazali carried out Detroit-area attack after Israeli strike eliminated two brothers and other family members, police say

The brother of Ayman Muhammad Ghazali, the accused Michigan synagogue attacker, was a Hezbollah terrorist commander who was killed in an Israeli strike days before the attack, Israeli intelligence revealed Sunday.

"Hezbollah commander Ibrahim Muhammad Ghazali was responsible for managing weapons operations within a specialized branch of the Badr Unit," the Israeli Defense Forces posted Sunday morning on X. "The unit is responsible for launching hundreds of rockets toward Israeli civilians throughout the war."

"His brother, Ayman Muhammad Ghazali, carried out the terror attack in Michigan this past Thursday. Ibrahim was eliminated in an IAF strike on a Hezbollah military structure last week."

Ayman Ghazali, 41, carried out his attack a week after Israel bombed his family's town in Lebanon on March 5, killing two of his brothers and a niece and nephew, according to news reports. (Fox News) Read more here.

Sen. Jim Banks Warns About Chinese Pilots Getting U.S. Training

Sen. Jim Banks (R-IN) is sounding the alarm regarding Chinese nationals training in the United States to become pilots, a fact that was first revealed in New York Times bestselling author and Breitbart News Senior Contributor Peter Schweizer’s new book, The Invisible Coup: How American Elites and Foreign Powers Use Immigration as a Weapon.

He is sending a letter to the Transportation Security Administration about the issue, National Review reported Friday, because those trainees could become assets to the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) military and meet its demand for pilots.

Banks wrote in the letter:

Each Chinese citizen trained at an American flight school helps break through China’s pilot bottleneck. While many of these students will go on to civilian and not military careers, the Chinese Communist Party, through its Military-Civil Fusion strategy, has foreclosed our ability to view this training with the benefit of a doubt. The more Chinese citizens there are with aviation training, the more options the Chinese military has to recruit pilots and instructors for its malign purposes.

Schweizer detailed in The Invisible Coup how the CCP is using America’s “openness and generosity against us” by sending thousands of trainees to the United States to become pilots.

Breitbart News reported in January:

“The People’s Republic of China has a pilot problem,” the investigative journalist writes in The Invisible Coup. “Beijing needs five thousand pilot cadets every year to meet the demand for both military and civilian pilots. Because the Chinese military tightly controls the country’s airspace, it can domestically produce only about 1,200 pilots a year. So, Beijing quietly erected a system to train three thousand of them a year in the United States.”

“Across the US, at least sixteen flight schools, operating out of taxpayer-funded airports, are training Chinese cadets—sometimes without disclosing their foreign military ties,” he continues. “They do so by sending future military pilots to the United States posing as civilians to learn how to fly.”

During an interview on “The Alex Marlow Show” in January, Kingsley Wilson, the press secretary for the Department of War, spoke about the book and said it is “unacceptable” America is training Chinese pilots.

“That kind of behavior is unacceptable. And we, of course, work in concert with our interagency partners, whether it’s the FBI or the Department of Homeland Security, to make sure that if we uncover any of that activity, we refer it quickly to law enforcement authorities that can act on it,” she said.

Banks concluded his letter by stating:

Therefore, I respectfully request that TSA update the Flight Training Security Program to preclude individuals from foreign adversary nations, such as China, from attending flight training schools in the United States. We must ensure that American flight training programs serve American interests—not Xi Jinping’s dreams.

In a social media post on Friday, Schweizer praised Banks’ decision to take action:

“Fantastic to see Senator Jim Banks take up the threat I mentioned in ‘The Invisible Coup’: the fact that Chinese pilots are being trained in the United States at private flight schools,” he wrote in the post.

FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. Injuries and heavy damage to homes as Iran fires multiple missile salvos at Israel - Times of Israel

Iran fired several salvos of missiles at Israel on Monday, with impacts damaging homes and an apparent cluster bomb injuring one person in the central region of the country.

The Iranians launched five barrages at Israel after midnight and into the afternoon. Though air defense systems worked to shoot down the missiles, some warheads impacted on residential areas, as did debris and fragments from interceptions.

Meanwhile, the Israel Defense Forces said it launched extensive strikes on Iran, destroying slain former supreme leader Ali Khamenei’s private jet, and a space research center. (Read more)

2. IAF takes out key Iranian Space Agency research site - Israel National News

The Israeli Air Force, acting on precise IDF intelligence, has dismantled a space-related compound belonging to the Iranian terror regime that was used to develop attack capabilities against satellites, posing a threat to Israel’s satellites and to space assets of other countries around the world.

The compound was used to develop military space programs, including the development of the "Chamran-1" satellite, which was built by the Iranian Ministry of Defense’s electronics industries and launched into space in September 2024 by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

The site's destruction follows a similar strike carried out last week against another space-related research compound belonging to the Iranian Space Organization in Tehran.

"For years, the Iranian terror regime has invested significant resources in developing its space warfare capabilities, as part of its efforts to expand its military capabilities and undermine regional and international stability," the IDF emphasized. (Read more)

3. After Iran war, Israel eyes new Gaza campaign - World Israel News

Israel’s defense establishment is gearing up for a new ground operation in the Gaza Strip, security officials say, once the air campaign against Iran has been completed.

On Sunday, Israel Hayom published a report citing Israeli officials with knowledge of the IDF’s preparations for renewed hostilities in the Gaza Strip.

The IDF expects Operation Roaring Lion against the Islamic Republic to continue for several more weeks, during which no major operations will be undertaken in Gaza.

However, once the war with Iran has ended, Israel is expected to issue an ultimatum to Hamas, giving the terror group a deadline for disarming – or facing a new IDF offensive in Gaza. (Read more)

4. IDF sends ground forces into southern Lebanon in targeted assault on Hezbollah
- Israel Hayom

The IDF Spokesperson announced Monday that forces from Division 91 had launched a targeted ground operation against key targets in southern Lebanon in recent days. The operation is aimed at expanding the security zone, destroying Hezbollah's terror infrastructure, and eliminating operatives active in the area – all with the goal of creating an additional layer of protection for residents of the north.

Before the ground forces entered, the IDF said the Israeli Air Force and artillery carried out extensive strikes to neutralize threats in the area. In parallel with the offensive operations, Division 91 forces have continued their mission of defending Galilee communities alongside Division 146 (an IDF reserve division), which has been operating defensively since Hezbollah entered the conflict.

The IDF also said that since the start of the campaign against Hezbollah, Division 91 and the Israeli Air Force have eliminated more than 230 terrorists and struck more than 200 Hezbollah targets and pieces of terror infrastructure. (Read more)

Security personnel arrested a man in Lod on suspicion that he was about to execute a terrorist attack “imminently,” the Israel Police said on Monday.

Officers and detectives from the Lod police station, as well as Border Police undercover fighters from the Central District and the Police Investigations and Intelligence Division, located the 22-year-old suspect at the Da’wah Mosque in the Pardes Snir neighborhood of Lod last week, according to police.

The forces, who were guided by intelligence from the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet), took the man in for questioning.

The suspect is from east Jerusalem, the statement added. (Read more

1. S&P 500 falls to new low for year on Iran oil crisis, posts third-straight losing week - CNBC

Stocks came off a losing session as oil spiked in the previous session after Iran’s new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei said that the Strait of Hormuz, a critical route, should remain shut as a “tool to pressure the enemy.” Traffic in the Strait has virtually been halted since the U.S. and Israel launched strikes on Iran at the end of February, leaving investors anxiously awaiting progress on that front.

On Friday, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth dismissed concerns that the passageway’s closure in the wake of the war breaking out would remain a problem, saying during a press briefing at the Pentagon, “We have been dealing with it, and don’t need to worry about it.”

This comes amid increasing fears on Wall Street that rising oil prices will lead to a stagflationary environment of higher inflation and slower economic growth. Those fears have even prompted investors to dampen their expectations for Federal Reserve interest rate cuts this year, as fed funds futures trading is no longer anticipating an interest rate cut in September.

“Earnings are pretty good, but sentiment is difficult,” said David Aspell, chief investment officer of global macro at Mount Lucas Management. “The oil part of the sentiment and equity valuation embeds an interest rate path which is now being questioned.” (Read more)

An explosion occurred in the vicinity of a Quds Day rally in Tehran on Friday, Iranian state media reported.

The cause of the explosion is currently unknown.

Photos and footage on social media showed that Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi were in attendance. (Read more)

3. Old Dominion gunman previously convicted for ISIS support, was released early from federal prison - CBS News

The FBI says it's investigating a fatal Virginia university shooting as terrorism after a gunman, who served several years in prison for trying to support ISIS, killed one and injured two others on Thursday. The suspect was identified as 36-year-old Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, a former Virginia National Guardsman who had pleaded guilty in October 2016 to attempting to provide material support to the terror group ISIS, Dominique Evans, special agent in charge of the FBI's Norfolk Office, said during a news conference Thursday night.

The Bureau of Prisons said Jalloh was released from prison in December 2024 under a federal provision that allows some inmates who have completed a substance abuse treatment program to be released early.

Jalloh was killed following the shooting at Old Dominion University, authorities said.

The shooter walked into a class at Constant Hall, which is part of the College of Business at Old Dominion, and asked if it was an ROTC class, a law enforcement source told CBS News. When someone responded that it was, the shooter opened fire, fatally injuring the class instructor, who was a retired Army officer.

Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger identified the instructor Thursday night as Lt. Col. Brandon Shah, writing on social media that he "didn't just lead a life of service to our country, he taught and led others to follow that path." Jalloh died after being "subdued" by students in the classroom following the shooting, but was not himself shot, Evans noted. CBS News has learned that one of the students killed the gunman with a knife. (Read more)

Lord, we pray for the victims in this shooting.  And we pray for the policy of releasing prisoners early, that it be repealed so all are kept safe on our streets and in our cities.

4. Iranian missiles spark blaze and cause damage in central Israel - Israel National News

Sirens were sounded in localities across central Israel on Friday evening, due to launches of missiles from Iran.
There were no reports of injuries, but damage was caused to three sites in central Israel due to impact from the missiles.

One of the impacts sparked a blaze on the roof of a building in Shoham. Fire and rescue services are conducting searches in the building to ensure no one was trapped inside.

In addition, a crater was reported following the impact of a missile on a highway. Several cars were damaged in Rishon LeZion.

Sirens were also sounded in northern Israel due to launches of missiles and drones from Lebanon. There were no reports of impacts or injuries. (Read more)

Lord God, Holy One, we pray for Israel. We pray divine protection on their land from these missiles.

5. Trump hopes ‘many countries’ will send warships to Strait of Hormuz; meantime US will be ‘bombing the hell out of the shoreline’- The times of Israel

US President Donald Trump says that “hopefully” many countries will send warships to the Strait of Hormuz area.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump says he hopes that China, France, Japan, South Korea, Britain and others will send ships to the area.

Meantime, he warns, the US “will be bombing the hell out of the shoreline” and will “soon get the Hormuz Strait open, safe and free.” (Read more)

Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir, chief of staff of the Israel Defense Forces, on Friday praised America’s “unprecedented work” in the war against Iran, speaking during a meeting with U.S. military commanders.

Zamir spoke during a visit to a logistics center in central Israel of the IDF Technology and Logistics Directorate, together with the directorate’s commander, Maj. Gen. Rami Abudraham, and other officers.

Technology and Logistics Directorate officers briefed Zamir on the logistical support effort for “Operation Roaring Lion.”

“I convey my deepest condolences for the six lives lost,” the IDF chief said, referencing the American service members who have died since the U.S. military launched “Operation Epic Fury” on Feb. 28. (Read more)

Father God, in the midst of this "fog of war," we stand united with Israel and we praise You that Israel recognizes that we are its strongest ally in this conflict. We ask that You would grant the military leaders in both of our nations Your wisdom and Your creative strategies so that we can achieve a definitive breakthrough where needed - especially regarding the Strait of Hormuz. Holiness in Time Before Holiness in Space

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, March 16, 2026

Exodus 35:1-38:20, Vayak’hel, “And He Assembled,” and Exodus 38:21–40:38, Pekudei, “Accounts,” describe the completion of the Tabernacle. Yet, the first command Moses gives the people after descending from Mount Sinai does not concern gold, silver, or craftsmanship. He speaks about the Sabbath. Before a single beam is raised or curtain woven, Israel is reminded that six days are given for labor, but the seventh day belongs to the LORD. Only after establishing this rhythm does Moses call for the materials to build the sanctuary. These chapters quietly keep the Sabbath in the foreground, reminding us that even holy work must never replace holy time. As it was then, it still should be today.

This ordering is not accidental. The Torah tells the story of the Tabernacle twice, first as divine instruction and later as human action. In both sections the command of the Sabbath stands alongside the building of the sanctuary. Jewish tradition has long seen meaning in this structure. The work of creating sacred space never overrides the holiness of sacred time. Even the construction of God’s dwelling place must stop for the Sabbath. That principle reflects the pattern of creation itself. God formed the heavens and the earth in six days and then sanctified the seventh. Human creativity mirrors that pattern. We build, organize, and create during the week, but we pause before the Lord when the Sabbath arrives. Read More

WH chief of staff Susie Wiles diagnosed with early stage breast cancer, prognosis 'excellent,' Trump says
President Trump issues Truth Social post announcing that White House chief of staff Susie Wiles has been diagnosed with early stage breast cancer

White House chief of staff Susie Wiles has been diagnosed with early stage breast cancer, President Donald Trump said Monday.

Trump said Wiles has an "excellent" prognosis and plans to continue working at the White House while undergoing treatment.

"Susie Wiles is an incredible Chief of Staff, a great person, and one of the strongest people I know but, unfortunately, she has been diagnosed with early stage breast cancer, and has decided to take on this challenge, IMMEDIATELY, as opposed to waiting. She has a fantastic medical team, and her prognosis is excellent! During the treatment period, she will be spending virtually full time at the White House, which makes me, as President, very happy!" the president said in a Truth Social post.

"Her Strength and her Commitment to continue doing the job she loves, and does so well, while undergoing treatment, tells you everything you need to know about her. Susie, as one of my closest and most important advisors, is tough and deeply committed to serving the American People," the president continued. (Fox News) Read more

Lord God, we do thank you for the excellent job that Susie Wiles has been doing, serving our President as his Chief of Staff. We thank You, too, that her condition was found quickly and will be healed quickly, too.

We pray, too, for White House Deputy chief of staff James Blair who will fill in for Ms. Wiles while she pursues her necessary treatment. May he be graced with the same ability to help President Trump maintain the agenda he has set before him in the days ahead.

And Lord, we do ask that Your healing touch would rest upon Susie Wiles in the days ahead. Thank You, O Lord, for hearing our prayer, amen and amen!

"He sent His word and healed them,
And saved them from their destruction."

Trump: NATO facing ‘very bad’ future if countries don’t help with Strait of Hormuz

President Trump said on Sunday the NATO alliance faces a “very bad” future if countries do not answer his call to keep the Strait of Hormuz open.

“It’s only appropriate that people who are the beneficiaries of the strait will help to make sure that nothing bad happens there,” Trump told the Financial Times.

Trump also said that Europe and China rely more on Persian Gulf oil than the U.S.

“If there’s no response or if it’s a negative response I think it will be very bad for the future of NATO,” Trump said, according to the news outlet.

On Sunday, United Nations Ambassador Mike Waltz said the U.S. was pushing for international allies to help escort ships through the Strait of Hormuz amid the conflict against Iran.

“President Trump is calling upon the world, saying the entire world is affected,” Waltz told CNN’s Jake Tapper on “State of the Union.” “Iran can’t hold your economies hostage, and we certainly welcome, encourage and even demand their participation to help their own economies.” (The Hill) Read more here.

Lord God, we do pray in agreement with the President's requests that the NATO nations will, indeed, step up to the plate and release their own military resources to fight the Iranian stronghold in the Strait of Hormuz, opening it up to renewed shipping of the cargo ships that normally flow through that tiny area to reach their own destinations. Thank You, O Lord, for hearing our prayer, amen and amen.

Israel says it struck IRGC Navy’s Tehran headquarters

The Israeli Air Force bombed the headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy in Tehran, the military says.

According to the military, the IRGC Navy headquarters was located within a large complex in eastern Tehran, and “for years served senior commanders to manage the force’s activities and to advance terror operations against the State of Israel and other countries in the maritime arena in the Middle East.”

The strike took place on Friday, according to the military.

Live updates: Severe storms slam East Coast, historic blizzard paralyzes Midwest
Stay informed with real-time coverage as a dangerous severe weather outbreak threatens the East Coast with destructive 75-mph winds and tornadoes. Meanwhile, a historic blizzard continues to paralyze the Midwest and Great Lakes, where record-breaking snow and whiteout conditions have shut down major interstates and grounded thousands of flights.
Why the rare East Coast severe weather threat failed to become a major outbreak

Millions of Americans along the East Coast are breathing a sigh of relief as the monster March storm largely failed to deliver the widespread destruction many feared.

Despite over 120 reports of wind damage and a flurry of warnings across a half-dozen states, the day is ending without major damage.

More than 452,000 customers are without power as severe weather slams the East Coast and a massive blizzard overwhelms the Upper Midwest.

Both Virginia and Michigan have more than 122,000 outages, as major weather events continue to impact those regions. Pennsylvania is also seeing significant disruption, with more than 35,000 outages. (Fox Weather) Read More

Bitter Arctic cold blast to impact over 200 million Americans immediately after monstrous bomb cyclone

Immediately charging in behind the powerful bomb cyclone blizzard, a bitter blast of Arctic air will plunge much of the East back into a frigid, winter-like feel.

Over 230 million Americans will experience below-average temperatures through Monday and Tuesday.

It comes after a monstrous blizzard bomb cyclone unleashes extreme feet of snow and vicious wind gusts throughout the Midwest and Great Lakes.

The blizzard will drop feet of snow and create long-lasting impacts into the start of this week, halting travel at major Midwest hubs as the storm creates impossible driving conditions. (Fox Weather) Read More
