One Million Rise in Prayer as Los Angeles Prepares for Citywide Spiritual Awakening

For 40 days, one million believers will come together across Los Angeles to pray, fast, and share Jesus with their communities. It's all part of Hope Fest, an initiative designed to bring faith and tangible hope to each neighborhood across the city.
Throughout March and April, Hope California is calling on evangelists, missionaries, and volunteers to serve alongside local faith leaders to reach greater Los Angeles. It will all culminate on April 11th at the iconic L.A. Memorial Coliseum, with worship, testimonies, baptisms, and a lineup of renowned speakers.

Pentagon to Deploy Army Paratroopers to
Middle East
|
|
The Pentagon will deploy elements of the elite Army 82nd Airborne Division to the Middle East.
A source at the Pentagon familiar with the plans initially confirmed that the division would be deployed, though they didn’t provide other details on the plans.
The Pentagon has since confirmed that the deployment will include the Army division’s headquarters component, its 1st Brigade Combat Team, and some additional enablers.
One of the 82nd Airborne Division’s core functions is to hold troops in a rapidly deployable status, supporting what’s known as an immediate response force. These highly trained forces are able to deploy anywhere around the world with as little as 18 hours’ notification, with the ability to conduct airborne assaults and hold key objectives until additional forces can arrive.
The 82nd Airborne is one of the most renowned forces in the U.S. military. Members of the 82nd Airborne were among the U.S. forces deployed to France ahead of the D-Day invasion of Normandy; since then, they’ve been involved in the Gulf War in the 1990s, conflicts related to the War on Terror, and a series of more recent deployments to the Middle East in the wake of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.
This movement of Army paratroopers comes just days after the Pentagon dispatched two separate amphibious ready groups to the Middle East. Each amphibious ready group can consist of as many as 5,000 U.S. sailors and Marines, including Marine amphibious landing forces, fighter jets, and troop transport and attack helicopters. Abba, we need Your help. The Iranian government is making agreements with the US that, if they carry through as normal, are lies. We ask Holy Spirit to release his warrior angels over all Iranian leadership, pour out the fear of God, the TRUE God, into their hearts and allow this fear to guide and direct the keeping of their word to President Trump. We ask that all troops that are and will be deployed to the Middle East be used to accomplish Your intentions in bringing this war to an end.
Father God, we ask You to speak to President Trump's mind and heart, give him Your "intelligence", the best strategy in working with Iran to stop any intentions they might have of renewed work on atomic warfare. Jesus, show Your son the pathway forward in making it very clear to Iranian leadership that a continued refusal to agree with what the US requires to end the war, will not accomplish what they are trying to accomplish, it will not end well for them

Trump Says Iran Has Agreed to Not Pursue Nuclear Weapons
|
|
President Donald Trump said Tuesday that the Iranian regime has agreed not to pursue nuclear weapons in order to stop the U.S. military from striking the country.
“There won’t be any nuclear weapons,” Trump said at the White House, adding that Iran “has agreed to that.”
Trump added that “we’re in a good bargaining position” and said Iran is mostly “defenseless.”

“We’re way ahead of schedule, and again, they have no navy, they have no air force, or missile protection,” he said. Most of Tehran’s missile launches have been taken out by the U.S. military, he said.
The president spoke to reporters as Markwayne Mullin, a former Republican senator from Oklahoma, was sworn in on Tuesday as the new Homeland Security secretary.
Trump added that Iranian officials are “talking to us and they’re talking sense,” saying that it “starts with” them not having nuclear weapons. Other details about what was discussed in talks with the regime were not provided by the president. (The Epoch Times) Read more

We ask You to make all that information known to President Trump and US leadership responsible for decisions that must be made to stop the Iranians from developing any, or any more, atomic bombs. We ask You, Father God, to speak to the hearts of all Iranian leadership, give them eyes to see what You see and the courage to lay down all remaining weapons and allow their country to finally heal. Energy Executive Alan Armstrong Appointed to Mullin’s Senate Seat
|

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt appointed energy executive Alan Armstrong to the U.S. Senate seat vacated by Markwayne Mullin, who is set to become secretary of homeland security.
Armstrong will serve until a successor is elected in November. Under Oklahoma law, he is not eligible to run for the seat in the next election.
On March 24, Stitt, who had promised to appoint a “conservative voice,” selected Armstrong, the executive chairman and former CEO of Williams Companies, a Tulsa-based pipeline operator. Praising his choice, Stitt described Armstrong as “a strong business leader who understands the power of free markets and limited government.”
Although new to elected office, Armstrong brings decades of experience in the energy sector. He has spent his entire career at Williams Companies, which employs roughly 5,800 people and focuses on the collection, storage, and transportation of natural gas. He served as president and CEO from 2011 to last year, when he transitioned to executive chairman.
Armstrong is also a longtime supporter of Stitt, contributing the legal maximum of $8,500 to his campaigns since 2018.
The appointment comes amid a politically tense period for Stitt, who is set to leave office in January 2027 and currently chairs the National Governors Association. His decision follows a recent public dispute with President Donald Trump over attendance at the group’s annual meeting.
Oklahoma’s other U.S. senator, James Lankford, welcomed the appointment.
“Congratulations to my friend Alan Armstrong on his appointment to serve our state in the United States Senate,” Lankford said in a statement.
“Markwayne leaves large boots to fill, but Alan’s strong background in energy and understanding of what powers our economy bring real-world experience at a critical time. I look forward to working with him to support Oklahoma workers, strengthen our energy independence, and keep costs low for families.”
Mullin, who was confirmed on March 23 to lead the Department of Homeland Security, would have faced reelection in November. With Armstrong ineligible to run for a full term, Trump has endorsed Rep. Kevin Hern (R-Okla.) for a full term. (The Epoch Times)

Democrats Reject GOP Proposal to Fund DHS
|

|
Senate Democrats have rejected a Republican proposal to fund the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), extending a partial shutdown that has now entered its sixth week and intensifying pressure on both parties to reach a compromise.
Speaking at a March 24 press conference, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said Democrats had submitted a counteroffer, emphasizing that any agreement must include changes to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) practices.
“We have to rein in ICE and stop the violence. We need reform,” Schumer said after meeting with Democratic senators, adding that his caucus is unified in pushing for changes to enforcement policies.
Schumer criticized the Republican plan for failing to address those concerns, noting that Democrats’ response would include “significant reform.”
Republicans have proposed funding the rest of DHS while temporarily excluding ICE’s enforcement and removal operations. Under their approach, ICE funding would later be addressed through the budget reconciliation process, allowing passage with a simple majority rather than the 60 votes typically required in the Senate.
The proposal has gained traction within the White House. President Donald Trump said he would review the plan, signaling openness but stopping short of a full endorsement. “They’re working on all of that,” Trump told reporters when asked about separating immigration enforcement funding from the broader DHS budget.
Some Democrats have expressed cautious optimism. Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) said a deal could be within reach but stressed the need for a formal, written agreement. He also made clear he would oppose any bill that does not include reforms to ICE detention and deportation practices.
Negotiations appeared to gain momentum after Republican senators met with Trump at the White House late on Monday. Lawmakers indicated that staff worked overnight to refine details, with formal proposals expected during Tuesday’s party meetings.
Despite progress, significant disagreements remain. Trump has previously insisted that any DHS funding deal include the SAVE America Act, which would mandate photo ID for voting and proof of citizenship for voter registration—provisions Democrats have pledged to block. Abba, we aren't entirely sure how You see this stand-off, so we ask You to begin moving each side into the agreement that You intend to put in place. Holy Spirit, please speak to the minds and hearts of all in the Senate, put Your plan into their minds, show them how it will work, allow this to be a "Win-Win" situation that all will walk away from feeling vindicated.
Father God, we ask You to speak to all hearts involved, bring emotional resolution through needed words being spoken to each individual heart, words that will bring peace and calm back to both sides of the aisle. As Your intercessors we speak Your authority over all parts of our government, we speak Shalom over every heart, we decree and declare that the spirit of chaos is silenced and cast away, we stand and say NO to the spirits of hate and rage, we bind and gag you in Jesus' Name. We plead the Blood of Jesus over our nation and say NO MORE tearing down of our country. We ask this in the name El Gibhor, Mighty God, the God who will accomplish the destruction of His enemies.

Air Traffic Control Audio, Video Reveals Moments Leading up to LaGuardia Crash

|
Video footage and audio recordings from air traffic control offered additional insight into the deadly crash at LaGuardia Airport on March 22.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is still investigating the crash, which involved a fire truck and an Air Canada regional jet. On March 24, the board said the fire truck lacked a device that would have prompted air traffic control to issue a safety alert.
Video footage and audio recordings indicated that the fire truck was responding to concerns about an odor on a separate plane. At about 11:45 p.m. ET, it collided with the Air Canada jet while crossing the runway.

1. Israeli Air Force hits main Iranian explosives facility in broad wave of strikes

The Israeli Air Force on Tuesday conducted a “broad wave of strikes” targeting the Iranian regime’s main explosives production facility in the central city of Isfahan, the Israel Defense Forces said.
The site was used to “develop and manufacture explosives for a variety of weapons,” according to the IDF, which noted that it was previously targeted during “Operation Rising Lion” in June 2025, but that the military “identified activity by the regime to restore it.”
In addition, the IAF, at the direction of the IDF Military Intelligence Directorate, struck “dozens of regime targets using more than 120 munitions, including ballistic missile launch sites, weapons production facilities and air defense systems of the Iranian terrorist regime,” according to the statement. 2. Israel said to have hit key Iran–Russia supply route in Caspian Sea strike - JNS
An Israeli strike on Iranian naval infrastructure at the Bandar-e Anzali port on the Caspian Sea one week ago targeted a Russian-Iranian smuggling route, The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday.
The supply route links Russian and Iranian ports and allows the countries to swap weapons, drones, ammunition, oil and foodstuffs, according to the report.
“The route has become especially important for transferring Iran’s Shahed drones—now made in both countries—which Russia has used to bombard Ukrainian cities and Tehran has used to strike airports, energy facilities and U.S. bases across the Persian Gulf,” the Journal said.
“The most important goal of this strike was to limit Russian smuggling and show the Iranians that they don’t have sea defenses in the Caspian,” Eliezer Marum, a former commander of the Israeli Navy, told the paper. (Read more)

The government has approved the call-up of up to 400,000 reservists, amid the ongoing conflicts with Iran and Hezbollah.
The military says that this does not constitute the actual number of reservists that the IDF will be calling up, but rather a “ceiling that allows flexibility… according to operational needs.”
“The framework is intended to address challenges across the various arenas, particularly within the framework of Operation Roaring Lion,” the IDF says, referring to the current war with Iran. (Read more)

4. First time since war began: Hezbollah launched cluster missile at Israel

The Israel Police confirmed on Wednesday that inspections of scenes of fallen projectiles in Kiryat Shmona found that for the first time since the war began, Hezbollah used cluster munitions, which landed in a residential neighborhood in the city.
A cluster munition is a munition that comes apart in the air and releases dozens or hundreds of smaller submunitions over a wide area. Some submunitions may not detonate upon impact with the ground, becoming small mines spread out in civilian areas.
A large number of officers from the Northern District Police, Border Police, and explosive ordnance disposal units are operating at the scene under heavy security. The officers are searching nearby gardens, rooftops, and streets to find additional munitions that have yet to explode or be neutralized. (Read more)

The activity was completed after prolonged intelligence surveillance, and the terrorist was transferred for further interrogation in Israel.

A New Mexico jury determined Tuesday that Meta knowingly harmed children’s mental health and concealed what it knew about child sexual exploitation on its social media platforms, a verdict that signals a changing tide against tech companies and the government’s willingness to crack down.
The landmark decision comes after a nearly seven-week trial, and as jurors in a federal court in California have been sequestered in deliberations for more than a week about whether Meta and YouTube should be liable in a similar case.

5. Trump scores ‘massive court victory’ as Eighth Circuit crushes ‘activist’ judges - DML News
Illegal immigrants nabbed by ICE do not have to face bond hearings, a step that has become a potential legal impediment to President Donald Trump’s mass deportation agenda, a second federal court found Wednesday.
The case involved Mexican national Joaquin Herrera Avila, who was captured in Minneapolis in August and failed to produce legal credentials authorizing his admission to the U.S. He was detained without bond and faced removal proceedings.

Stupidocrisy: Schumer’s Opposition to the SAVE Act

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is blasting the SAVE America Act as “despicable” and warning it would let Republicans “cheat” in future elections, arguing that requiring proof of citizenship and valid ID would block millions from voting (hmmmm, isn’t that the point that millions are voting who are ineligible?). The core provisions he opposes, verifying citizenship, requiring identification, and tightening registration standards, are the very safeguards that prevent ineligible voting and restore confidence in elections. The bill would require documentation like passports or birth certificates to register and photo ID to vote. Democrats claim this disenfranchises voters without easy access to those documents. What? Really?
Cases in point: In August 2024, Texas Republican Governor Greg Abbott announced that the state “removed over one million people from the state’s voter rolls, including people who moved out-of-state, are deceased, and are noncitizens.” The list consisted of dead people, noncitizens, felons and other unqualified registrants and thousands had voting histories. The White House issued a stark warning to Iran Tuesday, saying President Donald Trump is prepared to "unleash hell" if Tehran refuses to step back from its nuclear ambitions and its ongoing threats against the United States and its allies.
"President Trump does not bluff, and he is prepared to unleash hell," White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said at the beginning of Wednesday's White House press briefing. "Iran should not miscalculate again. Their last miscalculation cost them their senior leadership, their navy, their air force and their air defense system.
"Any violence beyond this point will be because the Iranian regime refused to understand they have already been defeated and refused to come to a deal."
Leavitt said ongoing U.S. military operations, dubbed Operation Epic Fury, have severely weakened Iran's offensive capabilities. She claimed more than 9,000 targets have been struck, Iranian missile and drone attacks have fallen by about 90% and much of Iran’s navy and air defense network has been destroyed.
"This is the largest elimination of a navy over a three-week period since World War II," she said. "Again, let me reiterate, this is the largest elimination of a navy on the face of the planet in a three-week period since World War II."
Leavitt said the campaign is aimed at crippling Iran’s military infrastructure and securing the Strait of Hormuz, while also pressuring Tehran to return to talks. She added that Trump has temporarily delayed planned strikes on some energy targets to allow space for negotiations.
"From the outset, President Trump and the Department of War estimated it would take approximately four to six weeks to achieve this critical mission: 25 days in the greatest military the world has ever known is ahead of schedule and performing exceptionally day by day," Leavitt said. "The Iranian regime is being crippled, and their ability to threaten the United States and our allies is being significantly weakened.
"Their ambitions of building a nuclear weapon have also been crushed to an even greater degree than they were in Operation Midnight Hammer in June 2025. That's why you're beginning to see the regime look for an exit ramp." (Fox News) Read more here.

Iran Rejects US Peace Plan in Blow to Efforts to End War

(Bloomberg) -- Iran said it rejected a US ceasefire proposal and maintained attacks on Israel and Gulf Arab states, delivering a blow to Washington’s efforts to end a war that’s wreaked havoc across the Middle East and global markets.
A move by US President Donald Trump to start indirect talks is illogical and not viable at this stage of the conflict, Iran’s semi-official Fars news agency reported on Wednesday, citing sources it didn’t identify.
Tehran has its own conditions for a ceasefire, state-owned Press TV added, citing an unnamed senior security official. Iran wants guarantees that the US and Israel won’t resume their attacks, alongside reparations for war damages and recognition of its authority over the Strait of Hormuz, it said.
The US has compiled a 15-point peace proposal that Pakistan delivered to the Islamic Republic, according to people familiar with the matter, highlighting the urgency within Trump’s administration to resolve a conflict it started alongside Israel almost a month ago.
The plan stipulates that the Islamic Republic dismantle its main nuclear facilities and use a reduced missile arsenal in self-defense only, according to several people familiar with the matter. Iran would get certain concessions in return, including sanctions relief.
Brent crude prices traded around $100 a barrel after the flurry of news on a potential ceasefire, as traders weighed whether or not an imminent resolution to the conflict is likely. Iran has effectively shuttered the Strait of Hormuz, a conduit for about a fifth of the world’s oil and liquefied natural gas, triggering a global supply shock. That’s sparked fears of an inflation crisis and worldwide food shortages.
Iran maintained its missile and drone strikes on Wednesday, and shows little sign of backing down in the face of a relentless Israeli and US bombardment. Iranian media said the country fired more missiles at Israel, while Saudi Arabia intercepted a drone in the east of the country. A strike targeting Kuwait set ablaze a fuel tank at its main airport.

Severe storms will target nearly 50 million people beginning Thursday afternoon across parts of the Midwest and Ohio Valley with hail, damaging wind gusts and possibly tornadoes, as a cold front sweeps through the region leaving frigid winter-like temperatures in its wake.

The system will race south and east through Thursday night, reaching the Mid-Atlantic by Friday morning. Widespread soaking rain is expected for much of the East Coast through Friday, causing potential travel delays even as storms become less severe.
A strengthening dip in the jet stream over eastern Canada will drive the cold front through the Great Lakes and into the Ohio Valley, as the system moves around a large heat dome that is currently baking the western part of the country.
Thunderstorms are expected to develop along this cold front beginning Thursday afternoon.
A Level 2 out of 5 risk of severe thunderstorms covers most of eastern Illinois, Indiana, southern Michigan and western and central Ohio. This includes the area just east of St. Louis, as well as the Chicago, Indianapolis and Columbus, Ohio metro areas.
