Supernatural Moment Sparks Thousands of Baptisms
|
|
A powerful movement is afoot to encourage people worldwide to be baptized. Mark Francey, pastor of Oceans Church in California, is the brainchild behind Baptize the World, an effort to rally people globally to publicly profess their faith in Jesus. Francey is inviting faith communities to join other “churches around the world baptizing as one on Pentecost Sunday.” The preacher kicked off his baptism effort after feeling God impel him to rally people in California a few years ago. The result was Francey creating Baptize SoCal, a 2023 event at Pirate’s Cove, the location of the historic Jesus people movement captured in the film “Jesus Revolution.” Baptize SoCal yielded 4,166 baptisms and made national headlines — but that was just the beginning. Francey then moved on to do Baptize California the next year, which saw 6,201 baptisms. And, in 2025, Baptize America — a broader effort — yielded 27,858 immersions.
This year, Francey has his sights set much broader with Baptize the World, an event taking place on May 24. He told CBN News about the three-year journey that led to this moment. “It's an initiative that we started here in Southern California,” Francey said. “We started … 36 months ago, and we felt … the Lord put it on our hearts that, if He could unite the church of Southern California, he could do it in California — and if He could do it in all of California, He could do it in America, and if it could happen in America, we believe that God could do it in the world.”
The preacher said he’s “super excited” to see what God does through the effort — one he believes was rooted in a supernatural encounter with the Lord. “Our church was three years old when he gave me this … open vision,” he said. “I’ve only had one like it my whole life. But I just wrote down what I saw, and after I tried to talk God out of it, and He won the argument.” Francey started writing down what he saw — a push for him to create a baptism movement — and the rest is history. Meeting about AI - Christians Should Pay Attention
|

When President Donald Trump arrives in Beijing this week for summit talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping, the announced agenda — trade, Taiwan, Iran, rare earth minerals — will dominate the headlines. But the contest that will most shape the world our children and grandchildren inherit is unlikely to receive a press conference of its own: artificial intelligence.
Christians should engage with this at a deeper level than geopolitics. What the Chinese Communist Party is constructing is not merely an efficient governance tool. It reflects a vision of humanity in which people are data to be monitored, predicted, and managed — a vision that stands in direct opposition to the biblical account of the human person. Scripture frames the matter plainly. As Proverbs 29:2 puts it: “When the righteous increase, the people rejoice, but when the wicked rule, the people groan.” The spread of AI built on authoritarian assumptions is not a distant abstraction. It is a question about what kind of governance will shape the ordinary lives of billions in the decades ahead.
That is where Christians carry a weight in this conversation that extends well beyond electoral politics. Believers should advocate for AI policies that protect human dignity, religious liberty, parental rights, free speech, and moral accountability. The work begins closer to home: in how parents engage with the AI tools already shaping their children’s formation, in how pastors equip congregations to evaluate a technology that increasingly intermediates between people and truth, and in how Christian educators hold the conviction that wisdom, conscience, and moral judgment cannot be trained into a machine, however sophisticated. Abba, You better understand the true threat of AI than anyone. First, we ask Your forgiveness for, as the Body of Christ, not standing against this from the beginning. We ask You to intervene in not only the talks with China, but everywhere that AI development is being allowed to follow its own desires. Bring development to a screeching halt! We ask that developments that are already in use to just stop working, let new applications develop flaws that stop all synergy between old and new development, stop the communications between these applications, make them useless. Father God, when people became arrogant and built the Tower of Babel, You moved in and in a moment in time, put an end to their prideful belief that they were higher and smarter than You. Jesus, we ask You to Do It Again, God! Let that be our testimony! We ask this in the name El Shaddai, God Almighty, The God who is self-sufficient.

Red States Push Back Against Sharia Influence Across America
|
|
As concerns over national security, immigration, and cultural influence continue to grow, several Republican-led states are advancing legislation aimed at limiting the influence of radical Islamic ideology in local governance and public life. These efforts are encouraging to see, as well as absolutely necessary to protect constitutional freedoms and preserve America’s foundational values.
As President Donald Trump’s second term produces immigration policies, deportations and cultural shifts toward a more concentrated citizen population, red states are passing their own legislation and running candidates focused on thwarting Islamic community developments and reducing their influence.
“This is a major offensive in North Texas right now that I don’t understand, but we are pushing back hard. We’ve got several organizations that are helping us. The governor is doing his part now, so I’m pretty optimistic that people are waking up to the dangers of Sharia in North Texas,” Rep. Keith Self, R-Texas, told Just The News. (IFA Prayer)

This type of governmental structure all over the Middle East, is one of intentional oppression of women within that society, giving men total power and control over their lives. Tulsi Gabbard Launches Investigation on 120 US-Funded Biolabs - Dozens Located in Ukraine

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has launched an investigation of more than 120 biological laboratories overseas that have received U.S. tax dollars for decades.
Gabbard told the New York Post on Monday that her team is going to “identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain and what ‘research’ is being conducted to end dangerous gain-of-function research that threatens the health and wellbeing of the American people and the world.”
“The COVID-19 pandemic revealed the catastrophic global impact research on dangerous pathogens in biolabs can have,” Gabbard said. “Yet despite these obvious dangers, politicians, so-called health professionals, like Dr. Fauci, and entities within the Biden administration’s national security team lied to the American people about the existence of these US-funded and supported biolabs and threatened those who attempted to expose the truth.”

Abba, thank You that our government is finally going after bio-labs in Ukraine and 29 other countries. We ask You to reveal every location that has been receiving US money and still experimenting with Gain-Of- Function, a process that has not been allowed for years. We ask that all of the medical community who lied to our faces concerning the US involvement, be held accountable for their lies and the thousands of deaths that were a result of those lies. Bombshell Evidence About the 2020 Election Is Coming

Something big is on the horizon — and the people saying so aren't fringe voices on a podcast. They're senior Trump administration officials.
Monica Crowley, the U.S. government's chief of protocol, dropped a significant claim on Wednesday: hard evidence that Donald Trump won the 2020 presidential election is coming, and it's coming soon. "He did win in a landslide, and we will soon be able to give evidence about that," Crowley said.
Now, she didn't lay out a timeline or spell out exactly what the evidence would look like, but the message was clear.
According to the Washington Times, she offered no further details on the nature of what's being prepared. That ambiguity will inevitably give critics ammunition, of course. 1. Netanyahu reveals he secretly visited UAE during Iran war, hails ‘historic breakthrough’ - Times of Israel
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu revealed on Wednesday that he made a secretive visit to the United Arab Emirates and met with its leader, President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, during the US-Israeli war with Iran earlier this year.
The meeting resulted in a “historic breakthrough” in relations between Israel and Abu Dhabi, the Prime Minister’s Office said in a statement.
The announcement was the latest sign of increased cooperation between the two countries during the war, after reports on Wednesday said that the heads of Israel’s two main intelligence agencies had also made secret trips to the Gulf state to help it shore up its defensive and offensive capabilities in the face of Iranian missile and drone attacks.

The United Arab Emirates foreign ministry denies a statement from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office that he secretly visited the UAE during the war against Iran, calling it “entirely unfounded.”
“The UAE reaffirms that its relations with Israel are public and conducted within the framework of the well-known and officially declared Abraham Accords, and are not based on non-transparent or unofficial arrangements,” it says in a statement. “Accordingly, any claims regarding unannounced visits or undisclosed arrangements are entirely unfounded unless officially announced by the relevant authorities in the UAE.”
“The UAE calls on media outlets to exercise accuracy and professionalism, and to refrain from circulating unverified information or promoting misleading political narratives,” adds the foreign ministry. (Read more)

Israel is concerned that US President Donald Trump may reach a "bad deal" with Iran, and is trying to influence negotiations to address key issues, Israeli officials told CNN.
“The primary concern is that Trump will grow tired of talks and cut a deal – any deal – with last-minute concessions,” one source said.
While Trump and Israel are aligned in terms of preventing Iran from achieving a nuclear weapon, tertiary concerns such as its ballistic missile capabilities and its regional proxies are seemingly not at the forefront of the current US-Iranian negotiations. 4. Gaza border residents say IDF deleted parts of their Oct. 7 security footage

On the evening of October 9, 2023, a special force of reserve soldiers arrived at Kibbutz Be'eri. The kibbutz, whose residents had been massacred, had already been declared clear of terrorists, but smoke still rose from the ruins of burned houses and combat-clad fighters moved between the paths.
The unit commander approached members of the kibbutz's rapid-response security squad – the only Be'eri residents still present in the community, exhausted after three days without sleep. He asked them to take him quickly to the operations command room, where recordings from the security cameras scattered across the kibbutz were stored. "I need this material to bring the hostages home," he told them.
According to one of the security squad members, "In those days, the hostages were the most important thing. I walked him to the command room and let him take the recording device that stored all the camera footage. The officer promised that the material would not be shared with anyone and would be returned in full as soon as possible. I believed him. 5. Likud to lead bill to dissolve Knesset - Israel National News
Coalition chairman Ofir Katz (Likud), together with all coalition faction leaders, submitted a bill to dissolve the 25th Knesset
According to the proposal, the date of the elections will be determined during discussions in the Knesset Committee.
Political insiders believe this to be an attempt to control the dissolution process and not leave it in the hands of the opposition.

The Senate cleared Kevin Warsh on Wednesday to lead the Federal Reserve, ushering in a new era at the central bank under President Donald Trump’s nominee.
Earlier in the week, Warsh was confirmed to the Fed’s Board of Governors, a 14-year appointment and a required step before serving as chair. He previously served on the board as its youngest member at age 35 and now returns to lead the central bank at a pivotal moment.

The Supreme Court recently made a ruling that temporarily restores access to the abortion pill Mifepristone through the mail. This decision blocks a lower court’s attempt to restrict these dangerous drugs from entering our communities. Believers must understand what this means for our nation and the fight to protect life.
Justice Samuel Alito issued an administrative stay to pause the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling. This action allows the medication to be prescribed online and shipped across state lines without an in-person doctor visit.
The Supreme Court decision serves as a stark reminder of the spiritual warfare surrounding us today. The enemy will stop at nothing to advance their agenda, even if it means sacrificing the lives of innocent babies. In a Truth Social post late Tuesday night, President Donald Trump suggested that a GOP senate staffer should be fired over his exchange with a confused Sen. Mitch McConnell during a hearing on Tuesday.
The Hill explained the back story: When McConnell attempted to conclude the hearing, during which Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chair Gen. Dan Caine testified about Iran and the Pentagon budget, the staffer approached the senator to explain that Sens. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.), Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.) and John Kennedy (R-La.) still needed to ask their questions.
The Kentucky Republican responded, “Yeah, obviously there’s not a whole lot of time for a second round, so we’ll get through everybody and Senator Murkowski, I’d appreciate your taking over.” (Read more)

Air Force One has just landed in Beijing, China, as President Donald Trump has traveled there for an important summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Trump arrived just minutes before 8:00 p.m. Wednesday in Beijing, which is 8:00 a.m. in Washington, D.C.
Most other CEOs are traveling on a separate plane, but Elon Musk is traveling with President Trump aboard Air Force One, according to a post on X. (Read more)

5. Senators release records on potential Hunter Biden prostitution crimes kept from them by Biden DOJ - Just The News
Two Senate committees have obtained records from the Justice Department that show the government possessed evidence of potential prostitution-related crimes related to former first son Hunter Biden.
Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley and Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations Chairman Ron Johnson had requested the records from the Justice Department in 2022, pursuant to their investigation into alleged corrupt acts and conflicts of interest by members of the Biden family. Those requests were not answered at the time.
The Republican senators say the records – which include text messages between Hunter Biden and the women – show that the government had significant evidence of potential Mann Act violations allegedly committed by Hunter Biden from as early as October 2020. (Read more)

6. Appeals court issues temporary ruling on the $83 million defamation award Trump was ordered to pay to E. Jean Carroll - DML News
President Donald Trump won’t have to pay an $83 million defamation award to a longtime advice columnist until the U.S. Supreme Court gets a chance to review the case or reject an appeal, according to a court entry Tuesday.
The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed to a request by one of Trump’s lawyers that it let the president delay the payment to E. Jean Carroll, though it required that Trump post a $7.4 million bond to cover any additional interest costs, a request Carroll’s attorney had made.
The appeals court late last month refused Trump’s request for a rare meeting of the full 2nd Circuit to hear an appeal of a three-judge panel’s affirmance of the January 2024 verdict. (Read more)

Stupidocrisy: The Government School Monopoly Strikes Again

Connecticut lawmakers just handed America another lesson in modern “public service.” Under the banner of child welfare, politicians pushed new homeschooling regulations requiring families to register with the state, undergo background scrutiny, and submit to government oversight before educating their own children. The debate followed tragic abuse cases that had nothing to do with the vast majority of successful homeschool families, yet lawmakers treated every homeschool parent as a suspect waiting to happen. Connecticut’s bill passed mostly along party lines, despite fierce resistance from homeschool families who packed hearings warning lawmakers that parental rights were under attack.
For decades, teachers unions and progressive politicians have fought charter schools, vouchers, education savings accounts, and homeschooling because every child who leaves the government system takes money and influence with them. Education bureaucracies insist the funding belongs to the schools, while parents believe the funding belongs to the child. Union-backed and Democrat activists constantly frame parental choice as dangerous while presenting government schools as society’s moral authority. Increasingly, many parents see something else: classrooms consumed with ideology, political activism, and social engineering while math, reading, and history scores collapse. Across the country, unions have challenged school choice laws in court and lobbied heavily against educational freedom measures. Read More

Lost pages with 'ghost' text recovered from one of the world's most important New Testament manuscripts
|

Researchers recently recovered 42 lost pages from Codex H, one of the world's most important early New Testament manuscripts.
Codex H, short for Codex Hierosolymitanus, is a palimpsest — meaning parts of the manuscript were reused and rewritten over the centuries.
Researchers were tipped off after discovering the manuscript had been re-inked, leaving faint mirror-image traces of the original text.
Then they used modern technology, including multispectral imaging, to recover "ghost" text that isn't visible to the human eye.
The discovery was announced by the University of Glasgow in an April 24 press release.
"The fragments show how 6th-century scribes corrected, annotated and interacted with sacred texts," the university noted in its release, with the physical state of the manuscript revealing "how sacred works were reused and repurposed once they fell into disrepair."
The text, which does not contain any new scripture, dates back to the sixth century and is a copy of the Letters of St. Paul.
It was disassembled in the 13th century at the Megisti Lavra monastery on Mount Athos, Greece. (Fox News) Read More
