'Welcome Home':
Emotional Reunions, Tears Of Joy As All 20 Surviving Hamas Hostages Return To Israel
|
|
It was a homecoming like never before for 23-year-old Eitan Mor, whose father — an Israeli flag draped across his shoulders — enveloped him in a tight embrace, showered him with kisses while his mother pulled them into a group hug.
Mor’s parents could not hold back tears as they welcomed him home, two years after Hamas kidnapped him on October 7, 2023, when the militant group launched an unprecedented attack on Israel, triggering a war that has killed and displaced thousands in Israel and Gaza.
In a landmark ceasefire agreement brokered by US President Donald Trump, who said the “war is over", all 20 surviving Israeli hostages returned home on Monday amid scenes of jubilation across the country. Hamas had seized 251 hostages, but only 20 returned while 47 were freed in earlier truces – a sobering reminder of those who will never return to their families.
Hamas’s attack on Israel led to the deaths of 1,219 people, most of them civilians. The families of those who have remained in captivity for the past two years, have led lives of constant pain and worry for their loved ones.
Trump received a standing ovation from Israeli lawmakers at the Knesset as a massive crowd in Tel Aviv, which gathered to support hostage families, erupted in joy, tears and song as news broke of the first hostage releases.

Our hearts ache from the tragedy of 2 years ago on October 7th, yet we rejoice for the blessings of the miraculous return of 20 surviving hostages. We thank You for this gift of sustained life and celebrate the compassionate 'Love of the Lord' for His People. Fill each released hostage with a thirst in their hearts for Almighty God, that they may share testimonies to the world of God's constant faithfulness towards them during captivity. We give all GLORY to the Lord for answered prayer in their return and for the unstoppable joy and jubilation that has touched all of Israel and intercessors around the globe!! Netanyahu Nominates Trump to Become the First Non-Israeli to Win the Nation's Highest Award
|

|
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu nominated President Donald Trump for the Israel Prize, which is Israel’s highest cultural honor.
Netanyahu announced the nomination while speaking to the Israeli Parliament early Monday morning, shortly after Hamas released all the remaining living hostages who’d been trapped in Gaza.
“I’ve submitted your nomination to be the first non-Israeli recipient of the Israel Prize, Israel’s highest award,” he said to the U.S. president, who was also present.
“As to that other prize, it’s just a question of time: You’ll get it,” he added, referencing the Nobel Peace Prize. “I want to you to get the Israel Prize, our highest award.”
Earlier during the event, Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana called Trump a “colossus who will be enshrined in the pantheon of history” and whom the Jewish people will remember “thousands of years from now,” according to The Times of Israel.
“Mr. President, you stand before the people of Israel not as another American president, but as a giant of Jewish history — one for whom we must look back, two and a half millennia into the mists of time to find a parallel, in Cyrus the Great,” he said.

Trump Meets Face-to-Face with Hostages and Their Families: 'Your Name Will Be Remembered to Generations'

As he met with families whose souls have been lined with worry and grief from the day their loved ones were taken to Gaza as hostage, President Donald Trump was told his role in their return would never be forgotten
Trump met with the families of those taken by Hamas at the Knesset prior to his address to Israel’s parliament. The speech and meeting came as the final 20 living hostages taken after Hamas massacred Israel civilians on Oct. 7, 2023, were released as part of a peace deal Trump helped broker.
“First of all, thank you. Your name will be remembered to generations,” a woman told Trump as he met with the families.
“This is a very great moment for me,” she added.
Another woman speaking to Trump during the meeting rose to tell him, I sincerely thank you.”
A man speaking to Trump made it simple: “I got my life back, thanks to you” he told the president, as seen in a video circulating on X.

Revealed: Mamdani Campaign Illegally Netted Thousands from Foreign Individuals, Multiple Gifts from Dubai
|

It’s against the law, but far-left Democrat Zohran Mamdani’s campaign is doing it anyway.
Mamdani’s campaign has received about $13,000 through 170 foreign donations, according to the New York Post.
The catch? Only American citizens and permanent legal residents are allowed to donate to political campaigns. Politicians who skirt the rule can be fined even potentially jailed.
Although some of the donations have been returned, as of Sunday, the campaign was still holding onto 88 foreign donations worth $7,190. The campaign said the money would be returned but could not explain why it had not already done so.
“Where there’s smoke, there’s fire, so I would be very concerned,” Republican mayoral candidate Curtis Sliwa said. “There is probably a lot more in terms of foreign money.” Sliwa has called for a federal investigation of foreign cash that might be flowing into super PACs that are supporting Mamdani. “It’s very problematic, not just for Zohran Mamdani, but anybody who has these kinds of PACs, because it’s a license to illegally funnel money,” Sliwa said. “And foreign countries know you don’t have to go to war against America. All you gotta do is manipulate the election.”

Trump awards Charlie Kirk the Medal of Freedom on what would have been his 32nd birthday
|

|
President Donald Trump posthumously awarded conservative icon Charlie Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom - the highest civilian honor. The ceremony was held in the Rose Garden at the White House on what would have been Kirk's 32nd birthday.
In a video shared on social media after the Medal of Freedom ceremony Tuesday, Erika Kirk showed the back of her late husband's award, which featured an engraved Christian cross.
The video, shared on X by political commentator Benny Johnson, showed Erika flipping over the medal with a solemn smile.
The cross is engraved in the gold on the back, right above "Charles James Kirk."
"For the First Time in American History A Christian Cross has been Engraved onto the Presidential Medal of Freedom in honor of Charlie Kirk ," Johnson wrote in the post. "Erika Kirk wanted to share this with you as a testament of Charlie’s powerful work advancing The Kingdom of Jesus Christ."
During Erika's acceptance speech, she said her husband would often say "without God, freedom becomes chaos," noting he believed that liberty could only survive when anchored in truth.
Prior to his assassination, Kirk said that when he died, he wanted to be remembered for courage for his faith.
Following Charlie Kirk's posthumous Medal of Freedom award ceremony, President Donald Trump signed a proclamation declaring Oct. 14 the National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk.
In a video shared on social media, Trump was seen seated in the Oval Office, with Kirk's widow, Erika, standing beside him as he signed the official document.
"How beautiful is that music," Trump could be heard asking Erika while reminiscing about listening to music with Kirk.
"It's perfect," Erika replied.

1. Israel said not buying Hamas claim that it needs more time to collect hostages’ bodies - Times of Israel
While Hamas has relayed to mediators that it needs more time to collect the bodies of all 28 deceased hostages, Israel is not buying the claim and believes the terror group is stalling, Channel 12 reports.
Hamas has thus far only released four bodies, which are currently being transferred by the IDF out of Gaza.
The Kan public broadcaster says that Hamas has conveyed the following message to the mediators: “We have limitations beyond our control and constraints in the field that caused us to hand over a lower number than expected of dead hostages.” (Read more)

2. Israel won’t reopen Rafah crossing, will limit aid, to press Hamas for remaining slain hostages - Times of Israel
Israel on Tuesday decided not to reopen the Rafah border crossing between the Gaza Strip and Egypt the next day, as required by the ceasefire deal, accusing Hamas of failing to stand by its commitment to return the bodies of all dead hostages still held by Palestinian terrorists in the Strip.
Israel said it would also reduce the amount of aid flowing into Gaza as part of the sanctions against the terror group.
The moves followed assessments by Israeli defense officials that Hamas has not made significant efforts to return the remaining bodies of the hostages, and amid rising anger among their families, with the main group representing them demanding that the ceasefire agreement’s implementation be halted until their loved ones are returned. 3. More deceased hostages returned as Israel imposes sanctions on Gaza over delay - Israel Hayom
Hamas announced Tuesday evening that it will release four additional deceased hostages at 10 p.m. local time. Earlier in the day, four other deceased hostages were returned to Israel.
Following an identification process by the National Center of Forensic Medicine, together with the Israel Police and the Military Rabbinate, the IDF notified the families of Guy Ilouz, Bipin Joshi, Yossi Sharabi and Daniel Peretz that their loved ones had been identified.
As most of the deceased hostages have yet to be returned to Israel, contrary to what was agreed upon, Israel decided to keep the Rafah crossing closed to traffic and to reduce the flow of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip. (Read more)

i24 News – Hours after the release of the final Israeli hostages under the US-brokered ceasefire, Hamas gunmen executed more than 30 Palestinians accused of treason and collaboration, in what security sources and witnesses described as a brutal bid to reassert control over the war-torn Gaza Strip.
According to various reports and videos, at least 33 people were shot dead across several neighborhoods after being accused of spying for Israel or belonging to rival armed groups.
Videos shared on social media showed masked fighters forcing men to kneel before executing them at close range, as crowds gathered, chanting “Allahu Akbar.” Reuters and other outlets were unable to independently verify the footage or its location. (Read more)

5. ‘Heinous crimes’: PA condemns Hamas for reported executions in Gaza

The Palestinian Authority presidency issued an unusually sharp denunciation of Hamas on Tuesday night, condemning what it called “field executions” carried out in the Gaza Strip in recent days and demanding accountability under Palestinian law.
In a statement carried PA state agency WAFA, the presidency said it “strongly condemns the recent field executions carried out by Hamas in the Gaza Strip, which claimed the lives of dozens of citizens outside the framework of the law and without fair trials,” calling the acts “heinous crimes that are utterly rejected under any pretext.”
The statement framed the reported killings as “a blatant violation of human rights” and “a grave breach of the rule of law,” asserting they reflect “the movement’s determination to impose its authority through force and terror, at a time when the people in Gaza are enduring the hardships of war, destruction, and siege.” (Read more)

1. Speaker Mike Johnson: Health Care Needs ‘Real Reform’ if Obamacare Subsidies Were Renewed - Breitbart
Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) on Monday said that health care needs “real reform” if Congress were to renew the enhanced Obamacare subsidies that are expiring at the end of the year.
“The Covid-era Obamacare subsidy that they’re all talking about that’s supposedly the issue of the day doesn’t expire until the end of December. And by the way, it is the Democrats who created that subsidy, who put the expiration date on it,” Johnson said during a press conference.
“They put an end date on it because they knew it was supposed to be related to Covid, and it’s become a boondoggle. When you subsidize the health care system and you pay insurance companies more, the prices increase,” he continued.
The Speaker of the House spoke during a press conference one day before the Senate will return to D.C., as Democrats have shut down the government over expiring enhanced Obamacare subsidies. Democrats first enhanced these subsidies with the $1.9 trillion Biden-era coronavirus stimulus plan, the American Rescue Plan. The Democrats then extended these subsidies with the so-called Inflation Reduction Act, which will expire at the end of the year. (Read more)

2. US Marshalls Locate Over 30 Missing Texas Children - NTD.com
“The safety of our children is the safety of our communities, and justice demands that we protect those who cannot protect themselves,” U.S. Marshal Susan Pamerleau for the Western District of Texas said in a press release. “Through Operation Lightning Bug, we reaffirm our promise to safeguard the most vulnerable and strengthen the safety of our communities.”
Critically missing children are defined by the USMS as those at heightened risk of violent crime or other elevated factors such as sexual exploitation, substance abuse, exposure to crime, or domestic violence.
In addition to the more than 30 missing juveniles located by officers, Operation Lightning Bug resulted in three arrests for harboring a runaway, nine felony arrest warrants executed, six trafficking survivors recovered and provided with victim services, five human trafficking investigations opened, and more than 120 missing juveniles encouraged to return home, resulting in cleared entries from state and national databases. 3. 100+ unqualified immigrants were hired as corrections officers in Washington jails, whistleblower claims - The Blaze
An anonymous whistleblower claimed that a Washington corrections department illegally hired unqualified immigrants as corrections officers.
According to Fox News Digital, the individual wrote to the Criminal Justice Training Commission in August, stating that the King County Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention violated a state statute that requires all peace officers and corrections officers to be United States citizens, lawful permanent residents, or recipients of deferred action for childhood arrivals.
The whistleblower claimed that in some instances, individuals with temporary work visas or expired work authorization were hired to guard detention centers. (Read more)

The frontrunner to become the next Mayor of New York City proudly calls himself a democratic socialist, and Zohran Mamdani says he wants to ban extreme wealth, telling NBC's Meet the Press, "I don't think that we should have billionaires because, frankly, it is so much money in a moment of such inequality."
Sen. Bernie Sanders and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez have also helped boost the popularity of democratic socialism. They will tell you they want to help people, but the socialist principles they espouse come through a very troubled man, who, say historians, if he was not a Satanist, was obsessed with Satan.
Marx's Communist Manifesto calls for "the abolition of religion," and calls the family unit "disgusting."
This year's Democratic Socialists of America annual convention in Chicago called for the "abolition" of the traditional family, and like Marx, compared marriage to prostitution. One attendee said abortions should be done in churches. (Read more)

Democrats' Call to Violence

Since October began, the rhetoric from Democratic leaders has grown dangerously reckless, crossing the line from heated disagreement into language that fuels violence. High-profile figures have accused President Donald Trump of authoritarianism, compared his administration to foreign dictatorships, and suggested America is in its worst crisis since the Civil War. Others have described him as “unhinged” and “unwell,” while warning that allies are abandoning the United States and enemies are emboldened. This isn’t healthy debate — it’s a steady stream of vitriol designed to paint opponents as evil and illegitimate. When political leaders dehumanize their rivals, unstable individuals often hear a call to action.
The accusations have escalated far beyond ordinary political criticism. History Defies UN Action & Trump Peace Plan

UN votes & Section 19 of Trump’s Peace Plan support a two-state solution that defies history and logic.
Thank God, the 20 living hostages were returned to Israel on Monday! But a UN vote and two lines in Trump’s peace plan make it unclear if some of these hostages will have a home to return to.
In September, the United Nations General Assembly voted nearly unanimously to carve Israel up and give it to its enemies. The United States MUST step in now to protect Israel from eradication.
The Trump administration followed suit with Section 19 of the Trump Peace plan, which unabashedly promote a “credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood.”
Both the United Nations and the Trump administration need a history lesson.

Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi begins the formal part of the Gaza summit in Sharm el-Sheikh with brief remarks introducing Trump.
Sissi asserts that a two-state solution is the only way to achieve the ambitions of the Palestinians and the Israelis and live in peace.
“Egypt will work with the United States in coordination with partners in the coming days to lay the foundation for the reconstruction of the (Gaza) Strip, and we intend to host an early recovery, reconstruction and development conference,” he says. (Times of Israel) Read more here.

Cotton Urges Treasury Dept to Probe Illegals Gaining Access to U.S. Banks

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) is asking President Donald Trump’s Treasury Department to investigate illegal aliens accessing the United States banking system and to potentially use existing federal law to prevent such financial activity.
In a letter to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, exclusively reviewed by Breitbart News, Cotton asks the administration to “undertake a comprehensive review of current rules that allow illegal aliens to obtain financial services and access to the U.S. banking system…”
“Our immigration laws exist to protect American workers, ensure national security, and maintain our sovereignty,” Cotton writes. “Financial regulations should not undermine these objectives. I believe thoughtful reform in this area is aligned with President Trump’s promise to end illegal immigration.”
In particular, Cotton points to the millions of illegal aliens who were released into the U.S. interior by former President Joe Biden’s administration. Many of those illegal aliens, Cotton writes, are using Matricula cards to access the nation’s banking system without ever having to clarify their immigration status.
“Major financial institutions currently accept these foreign documents as primary identification, effectively extending the privileges of our financial system to those who entered or remain in the country illegally,” Cotton writes. (Breitbart) Read more here.

Deadly storm slams East Coast with winds, waves and floodwaters
|

Waves pounded beaches, storm surge flooded coastal roads, and 3 people were killed as a major storm blasted the East Coast over the weekend.
A powerful coastal storm tracked up the East Coast over the weekend and into the start of the new week, bringing pounding surf, heavy rain and gusty winds that flooded streets, eroded beaches and snarled travel from the Carolinas to New England.
The storm's strongest impacts were felt along the shoreline, where storm surge sent seawater spilling into communities and waves chewed away at dunes. Three people were killed by the storm, including two people in a plane crash during the storm, CNN reported.
"This is pretty intense, it's not like usual," long-time Virginia Beach residents Lana and Clarence Cooke told AccuWeather on Sunday. "The most unusual thing right now is the water levels. Roadways are pretty bad."
AccuWeather referred to the storm as a tropical wind and rainstorm to raise public awareness of the impacts that were predicted. The storm was not given a name by the National Hurricane Center, although in some areas it felt like a tropical storm.
Tropical-storm-force wind gusts were clocked along the mid-Atlantic coast, including a gust of 56 mph near Atlantic City, New Jersey, and a 60-mph gust at a buoy near Long Island. Read More
