Americans Rewarded for Exposing Fraud Under New Trump Program
|
|
|
President Trump announced the launch of an anti-fraud whistleblower program that rewards Americans who expose the abuse of public funds. The program is expected to offer $25 million to Americans, with whistleblowers being eligible to receive up to $30,000 for tips that lead to significant action. “Today, I’m thrilled to announce the Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program,” Trump said from the Oval Office, adding, “Americans will now be able to report cases of corruption and theft of taxpayer dollars in their communities via a new website … and they’ll be given a commission of one percent.”
President Trump honored Nick Shirley for his anti-fraud efforts, saying he has been at the “forefront of the battle to stop the horrible plague that has happened within our country. Nick used his popular YouTube channel to reveal that the Somali community in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was stealing billions and billions of dollars of taxpayer money through fraudulent childcare centers and other scams including the infamous ‘Quality Learing Centers,'” he explained. “Remember the ‘learing?’ They meant ‘learning’ but they weren’t able to spell the right – they were teaching people but they couldn’t spell the name.” (American Faith) Read More Here

Father, we lift praise for President Trump and his wise strategy in exposing corruption through the new 'Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program'. Continue to protect tax-payers financial contributions as more is revealed because of this initiative. We pray American citizens everywhere would be empowered to expose concealed abuse. We thank You for answered prayer Abba, in exposing all that is hidden, and ask for Your righteous realignment to once again return to America! By the mighty Name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen and Amen.
"Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them." (Ephesians 5:11)

REVEALED: 54 communist, socialist and Muslim organizations are backing French riots
|
|
|
A new investigation has uncovered 54 organizations and organized movements linked to the riots and civil unrest in France over the past few weeks. These include communist and socialist groups, labor unions, Palestinian solidarity organizations, and others. The riots that allegedly began as education protests have turned into massive violence with city halls torched and burned to the group and thousands arested.
An investigation from Fox News identified 54 groups that are backing and leading the violence. 16 of the 54 groups identified are student or youth organizations, including a Muslim group and four communist and socialist youth groups involved both directly in the unrest and in supporting those undertaking it: Communist Youth of Greece, La Jaunesse Communists, Le Poing Leve, and Union de la Jaunesse Communiste.
among the remaining 12 student and youth groups are Muslim Students of France, the Federation of General Student Associations, the Student Trade Union Federation, High School renewal, and Solidaires Students.
Some of the student and youth groups were seen directly participating in the unrest, while others were seen coordinating mobilization efforts and organizing demonstrations.
The outlet identified 11 adult-led communist, Marxist, Trotskyist, and revolutionary-socialist organizations involved, including the New Anticapitalist Party, the French Communist Party, France Unbowed, the Socialist Equality Party, Permanent Revolution, and the International Communist League.
Additionally, 12 unions have been identified as participating in or providing support for the unrest: CGT Education, the General Confederation of Labour, the National Confederation of Labour, Peasants' Confederation, Workers’ Force, SUD Education, and Solidaires Trade Union.
Other well-known organizations have been linked to the unrest, including Amnesty International France and Extinction Rebellion, as well as two groups that Fox News reported is part of the “Communist Singham Network”: BreakThrough News and Indian Alliance Paris. Neville Roy Singham is a Marxist tech tycoon linked to a number of far-left organizations. The Singham groups connected to France’s unrest are said to have amplified it.
Additionally, 28 communist and socialist youth groups and organizations are organizing a coordinated strike across Europe on November 20. The effort is expected to reach 12 countries under the slogan “Fight for Our Future, Not Their Wars!” Among those groups pushing for the November effort is Counterfire in the UK, International Socialist Alternative, the Socialist Party in the UK, International Youth Stike Coalition, and Socialist Students in the UK.

Abba, the enemy is raging against so many nations trying to destroy our world as we know it. Holy Spirit, send warrior angels to fight and defeat the demonic forces in the heavenlies who are empowering and reinforcing the hatred and rebellion tearing France and other European countries apart. We decree that angelic warrior angels will pour confusion and distrust into the minds of those in leadership and sow the same rage and rebellion into these leaders to bring destruction from within. Download wisdom and understanding to Your interessors so we can pray down the strongholds that strengthen and maintain these demonic purposes. Father God, guide and direct us as we prayerfully break down walls that have kept Your Church from being the strong defense against satanic rulers that You intend us to be. Build in us the strength of character and total dependance on You that will carry us as we fight to save all nations from any further demonic attacks. Teach us how to protect ourselves, our families, our church, our cities and our nation. We ask this in the name Yahweh Shalom; The Lord Our Peace, the peace that results from being a whole person in right relatoinship to God and to one another.
"I will listen to what God the Lord says;
he promises peace to his people,
his faithful servants - but let them not
turn to folly." (Psalm 85:8)

Socialist Mexico Contributes to Castroist Propaganda for Children
|
|
The Cuban government designs the content and curricula, while the Mexican government funds their large-scale reproduction. “These are Cuban books — printed and paid for by Mexico — that incorporate political organizations, historical interpretations, and values promoted by the Castro regime, starting in primary school and extending to the tenth-grade official narrative regarding the [anti-government] 11J protests,” noted Diario de Cuba.
The Cuban school year began in September. As the days went by, various Cuban parents — many of them Christians — took to social media to express their dissatisfaction and criticism regarding the political content of several books.
A Christian leader and young father, David Espinosa, denounced the fact that the official 10th grade “Political Culture” textbook included a chapter portraying international coverage of the July 11, 2021, anti-communist protests as “fake news,” thereby turning the crackdown on the social uprising into indoctrination material for adolescents.
Others, such as Pentecostal leader Felipe David Matos, criticized the socialist state’s false secularism, noting that deities from Yoruba religious traditions are mentioned on a page of one of the books slated for circulation among Cuban students.
The rebellion of these parents is significant. They are confronting the dictates of totalitarianism and one of its sources of power: the education system — a system so vital to Havana that opening a school independent of the state is illegal in Cuba, and parents even face threats and imprisonment for homeschooling. Abba, satan is trying to invade Your creation through education systems around the world, and we need Your help to stop it. Father God, download Your strategies to close doors that are now allowing demonic forces to indoctrinate all levels of education. Holy Spirit, send warrior angels into the heavenlies to bring down the demonic structures that are supporting the poisoning of our children's minds and hearts. Reveal to Your intercessors how to pray and break through the culture created by power hungry people who oppress and suppress their own countrymen, taking away their freedom to think and believe as they want. Jesus, give us the vision, knowledge and understanding we need to pray down these educational structures, open minds to see and understand what is really being taught, let Your people stand up and say NO MORE! We ask this in the name El Gibhor, Mighty God, the God who will destroy all of His enemies and rule with a rod of iron.
"If it is a matter of strength,
he is mighty! And if it
is a matter of justice, who
can challenge him?" (Job 9:19)

Iran unlikely to attack Israel directly, may seek to disrupt elections
|
|
|
Senior Israeli diplomatic and security officials tell Israel Hayom that the likelihood of an escalation with Iran ahead of the elections in Israel and the United States remains low, although the possibility cannot be ruled out given Tehran's desire to disrupt the electoral process and influence the results.
According to the officials, Iran is concentrating its efforts on the Strait of Hormuz in an attempt to drive up oil prices and increase the Democrats' chances of securing a majority in Congress. Such an outcome could undermine parts of US President Donald Trump's policy toward Iran and potentially bring an end to the war without a decisive defeat of the Iranian regime.
Warning to Hezbollah
As for Israel, officials anticipate Iranian attempts to interfere with the elections through various means, but a direct attack from Iranian territory is not considered a likely scenario. The main reason is Iran's vulnerability to Israeli retaliation, particularly the possibility that Israel could strike strategic targets such as oil facilities.
The likelihood of Hezbollah launching attacks against Israel is also considered low, though the possibility remains. In recent days, the Lebanese terrorist organization has received warnings that any attack would trigger a forceful Israeli response, both in the Dahiyeh district, Hezbollah's stronghold in southern Beirut, and deep inside Lebanon. Another possible scenario involves terrorist attacks against Israeli and Jewish targets around the world.
Asked why the military had imposed a ban on troops leaving their bases and why Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz had issued public warnings, the officials said the measures were intended to strengthen deterrence and avoid placing too much confidence in assessments of Israel's ability to deter its enemies.
Regarding Monday's meeting with US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, officials tell Israel Hayom that the talks dealt with Iran as well as other issues, including Saudi Arabia and the assistance Israel and the US are providing in its war against the Houthis in Yemen. (Israel Hayom) Read more here.

Abba, we give You thanks that it would not appear likely that Iran would attack Israel prior to the elections in Israel or the US. Holy Spirit, we ask that Your angels cover Israel and the US with their wings, and may they cause fear in the hearts of all demonic forces and leadership in Iran, Hamas and Hezbollah, let their fear immobilize them.
Jesus, we ask Your blessings on the elections in Israel and America, that Your perfect will be done in both countries. We ask this in the name Yahweh Jireh, The Lord Will Provide.
"And I will provide a place for my people
Israel and will plant them so that
they can have a home of their own and
no longer be disturbed. Wicked
people will not oppress them anymore,
as they did at the beginning." (2 Samuel 7:10)

The Deeper Stakes of the Midterms
|
|
... this election goes beyond the price of gas and the Iran war. We are seeing something we’ve never seen in a midterm before.
We have never seen a major political party deviate from the norms of American political traditions and protocols. And the democratic socialist-Islamist party is way off the spectrum, whether it’s defunding the police, an open border, mass amnesty, a war on fossil fuels, the Green New Deal again, or favoring the Middle Eastern Islamic countries over democratic, pro-American Israel.
So this is a very existential midterm, and we’re voting for more than just two or three issues.
We’re voting, really, on the future of the United States because these people in this socialist-Islamist party have a very different idea. We can get some idea of what it is, even though they’re not campaigning on issues. None of them are saying, “I disavow defund the police. I disavow open borders. I disavow wanting to tear down the wall. I disavow late-term abortion. I disavow my trans act.”
Four to five million people are leaving the blue states—the blue states where Abdul El-Sayed is running, where [Peggy Flanagan] is running in Minnesota, where Mr. Troy Jackson is running on this platform in Maine, and, of course, in our governor’s race in California.
So what I’m getting at is that we’ve already seen what these people are for: a socialist-Islamist hard-left agenda. And the people are not talking about it. They’re just leaving.
They don’t want any part of it. And then, when you ask why they’re leaving and look at, say, 10 indicators or so—what’s the tax rate in blue states? What’s the deregulation or regulation status? What’s the crime rate? What’s the fertility rate? What’s the GDP? What’s the unemployment rate? What’s the affordability of housing—it’s a whole different world, and we’re almost bifurcating in the United States in a way we haven’t seen since the 1850s, when geography was a force multiplier of ideology.
And so, it’s one way we could label this midterm election: It is a deep election. It’s deeper than the peripheral issues. It’s deeper than even the candidates. It’s about people who want to win Senate and House races, and they have a particular agenda. And that particular agenda is something we’ve never seen before. It transcends the price of gas. It transcends the Iran war.
Ask yourself, finally, one question: Which candidate is genuine and authentic in this sense—that they don’t say, “I didn’t mean what I said. I didn’t mean what I said. Why are you digging that up? That’s irrelevant. I’m erasing my social media account”?

Abba, Mr. Hanson is totally right in his interpretation of politics right now, and the possible impacts on how our government functions. We need so many things right now but mostly we need a move of Your Holy Spirit across our country to pour out humility and truth. Father God, we ask for Your intervention in the minds and hearts of every American, every person who is legally allowed to vote. Let the Spirit of Humility bring each of us face to face with how You see us. Let humility do its work of breaking our hearts as we have broken Yours, let the Spirit of Truth refocus our thought processes, bring them into alignment with Yours, renew our spirit to see what You see, to do what we see You do and to love as You love. We ask this in the name Yahweh Palet, The Lord Our Deliverer.
He said, "The Lord is my rock,
my fortress and my deliverer." (2 Samuel 22:2)

1. EXCLUSIVE: Netanyahu to JNS: ‘Only way to guarantee future of Israel is to remove the Iranian regime’ - JNS
On Oct. 27, Israelis head to the polls in the first election following the Hamas-led terrorist attacks in southern Israel on Oct. 7, 2023 that left 1,200 people dead, 251 taken hostage into the Gaza Strip and prompted a seven-front war against the Jewish state. Three years later, Israel has achieved stunning military accomplishments against Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Houthis in Yemen, militias in Syria, and, most notably, against the head of the terror proxy snake: Iran.
These pivotal elections, like the five consecutive elections between April 2019 and November 2022, are again a referendum on the continued governance of Israel’s longest-serving prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu.
Netanyahu is presenting Israelis with a stark electoral choice: Renew his mandate to capitalize on Trump’s bold endorsement this past week or risk surrendering the strategic gains of a multi-pronged war. (Read more)

2. US, Israel have detailed plans for renewed Iran strikes focusing on short, intense attacks - report - Jerusalem Post
The US and Israeli militaries have drawn up detailed plans for renewed strikes on Iran following the US midterm elections on November 3, The New York Times reported on Wednesday evening, citing American officials familiar with the discussions.
According to the report, the plans focus on a short, intensive military operation that could last approximately three days and include strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities, energy infrastructure, and missile and drone capabilities.
The two countries have stepped up joint military exercises, including flights over Iraq to rehearse potential strikes. US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth also discussed the plans with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during his visit to Israel this week. (Read more)

3. Reports: Israeli jets flew to Iran’s border; some US sources suspect bid to rile Tehran - Times of Israel
Dozens of Israeli fighter jets and refueling aircraft reportedly flew over Syria and Iraq toward the Iranian border earlier this week, following a flight path resembling an attack on Iran.
The aircraft turned around shortly before reaching Iranian territory and returned to Israel, according to an Axios report citing unnamed US and Israeli officials, following an earlier Fox News report on the matter.
Israel informed Washington of the sortie in advance, saying it was a military exercise and a show of force intended to deter Iran from attacking ahead of next week’s election, the sources told Axios. (Read more)

4. Smotrich presses Ofer Winter to drop Knesset run in exchange for Defense Ministry appointment - Jerusalem Post
Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich on Wednesday offered People of Israel Party leader Ofer Winter a ministerial position in the Defense Ministry in exchange for withdrawing from the October 27 election, less than a week before Israelis head to the polls.
The statement came as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Smotrich have both been pressuring Winter to withdraw from the election race; nonetheless, the People of Israel chairperson has asserted that he has no intention of resigning.
The position would come from the ministerial allocation granted to Smotrich’s Religious Zionist Party as part of potential coalition negotiations. (Read more)

5. Israeli soldiers cast election ballots at bases, outposts and beyond borders
- Times of Israel
The Israeli military began to vote in the national election on Wednesday, just under a week before the rest of the country, to enable troops stationed in remote locations and inside enemy territory to cast their ballots.
The Israel Defense Forces said it has deployed some 850 polling stations across the country and beyond Israel’s borders. They will remain open through October 27, when the rest of the country votes.
Around 3,000 soldiers, mainly young conscripts, are serving as polling station staff, according to the military. The personnel were trained by the Central Elections Committee. Tens of thousands of troops are eligible to vote at the military’s polling stations. (Read more)

1.Thune makes bold prediction about Republicans' Senate chances as GOP pulls millions from key races - Fox News
Senate Majority Leader John Thune,R-S.D., is predicting Republicans will outperform the polls and retain their narrow Senate majority, even as GOP-aligned groups pull millions of dollars from struggling candidates and redirect resources to races that have suddenly become more competitive.
"I think there are a lot of races right now just looking at the polling that are up for grabs," Thune said in an interview with Fox News Digital from Nebraska to support Sen. Pete Ricketts, R-Neb.
"I mean you could call them jump balls, however you want to say it.," he continued. "They're margin of error races, and there are some that are maybe a little out of the margin. But I do think the polling right now, like it has been in past elections, under-reflects the Republican vote." (Read more)

2. Federal Probe Confirms Banks Discriminated Over Faith - Million Voices
For years, Christian ministries and conservative groups said big banks were quietly shutting them out. Now a federal regulator says they were right.
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), which oversees the nation’s largest banks, released a report finding that all nine of the biggest banks it supervises had policies that restricted services based on customers’ political or religious beliefs. Comptroller Jonathan Gould said the report provides irrefutable evidencethat these banks denied, debanked and discriminated against customers and lawful businesses.
The banks named in the review are JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, Capital One, PNC, TD Bank and BMO. Together, they hold the majority of assets in banks the OCC regulates. (Read more)

3. Nonviolent Felons Can’t Lose Gun Rights for Life - Million Voices
A federal appeals court has ruled that an old drunk driving conviction is not enough to strip an American of the right to own a gun. The decision draws a clear line between people whose crimes show they are dangerous and peaceful citizens who made nonviolent mistakes years ago.
The full Third Circuit Court of Appeals, based in Philadelphia, handed down two rulings last Tuesday. Together, they hold that the main federal law barring felons from having guns can only be applied when a past conviction involved violence or threats. The court now has a conservative majority after several appointments by President Trump. (Read more)

4. Washington District Pays Price for Targeting Bible Classes - Million Voices
A Washington school district that made children carry their Bibles in sealed envelopes has now apologized and agreed to pay $275,000. The settlement ends a federal lawsuit over how the district treated LifeWise Academy, a voluntary Bible education program for public school students.
Everett Public Schools, a district of about 20,000 students north of Seattle, reached the agreement with LifeWise after a federal judge ruled largely in the program’s favor earlier this year. The deal requires a public apology, religious liberty training for school board members and changes to how the district handles religious activities. Supporters say it is a clear win for parents who want the freedom to choose faith-based education for their children. (Read more)

5. Southern Baptist President Calls Pastors to Action - Million Voices
The leader of America’s largest Protestant denomination has a message for pastors as the midterm elections draw near. It is time to stop staying quiet.
Southern Baptist Convention President Willy Rice is calling on pastors across the country to step up and engage in the political process. In an interview with Fox News Digital, Rice said that many of today’s biggest political fights are really theological and moral issues that strike at the center of what Christians believe. “Should pastors engage in the political process? They absolutely should,” Rice said.
But in recent decades, Rice said, many Christians were told by voices both inside and outside the church to stay quiet and withdraw from politics. Many listened. According to Rice, those on the political and theological left did not. (Read more)

6. Supreme Court rules on Trump policy restricting treatment for transgender federal inmates - DML News
The Supreme Court on Wednesday said the Trump administration cannot enforce a new policy that restricts treatment for transgender inmates in federal prison.
The justices in a brief order rejected an emergency application filed by the administration that sought to block a lower court injunction against the proposal. There are about 1,000 transgender inmates in federal custody.
The policy is part of President Donald Trump’s broader effort to roll back moves to expand transgender rights. It was announced in line with his January 2025 executive order telling federal agencies not to acknowledge the concept of gender identity outside of the “immutable biological classification” of male or female. Stupidocrisy: When Politicians Undermine Election Integrity
The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, October 21, 2026
Here is a political contradiction worth examining. Pew Research Center reports that 83% of Americans support requiring government-issued photo identification to vote, including 95% of Republicans and 71% of Democrats. Support also exceeds 70% among White, Black, Hispanic and Asian adults. Yet Democrats oppose voter identification. The public is clear about the basic principle of identification than Washington. That raises a legitimate question: Why has a safeguard supported across party and racial lines become such a contentious political battlefield? Americans routinely establish their identities for important transactions. Election integrity deserves equally serious consideration. But not to the Democratic Pary.
Then comes the federal judiciary. On October 1, U.S. District Judge David Leibowitz, appointed by President Biden, dismissed charges against a Jamaican national accused of illegally voting in Florida's 2020 election. He ruled that Congress exceeded its constitutional authority in criminalizing noncitizen voting under the statute involved. The Justice Department appealed. The ruling applies to that defendant, and Florida's prohibition on noncitizen voting remains enforceable under state law. Nevertheless, the decision raises a consequential issue: If Congress cannot enforce this particular federal prohibition, what becomes of national election safeguards? Read More

UN Prayer Watch Newsletter
for Israel, America and the Nations
October 2026

|
|
|
Greetings from New York City.
We are living in a time when the question of Israel is rapidly becoming one of the defining political and moral issues of our generation. The nations are taking positions, alliances are shifting, and decisions concerning Israel are drawing growing international attention. More than ever, this is a time for God's people to pray, discern the times, and seek the Lord's heart concerning His purposes for Israel and the nations.
During the UN General Debate, Israel was one of the most frequently discussed topics. Many nations called for an end to the war in Gaza, increased humanitarian aid, and renewed efforts toward a two-state solution. Numerous speeches were critical of Israel's actions, while a smaller number of countries affirmed Israel's right to defend itself against terrorism. Israel's representatives strongly rejected allegations of genocide and defended the country's security measures.
Please pray with Daniel 2:21 (ESV), "He changes times and seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding" for the elections in Israel on October 27, 2026, and the US midterm elections on November 3, 2026. Ask God to grant wisdom to voters, guide those who seek public office, and raise up leaders who will govern with righteousness, justice, and discernment. Pray that God's purposes will prevail over political agendas and that His will be accomplished in both nations.

Senegalese President Macky Sall has withdrawn his candidacy.
Behind the scenes, member states continue to debate whether the next Secretary-General should come from Latin America or Africa. While no final decision has been made, the coming weeks are expected to clarify which candidate can gain the broad support needed to advance through the Security Council and ultimately be recommended to the General Assembly which will then have the election for the new SG.
Please pray and bind all manipulation. Pray that the plans of darkness to create misunderstanding and confusion would be destroyed, and that the person after God's own heart will be appointed. Please also keep the current Secretary-General (SG) António Guterres in your prayers. America Is At A Crossroad
|
|
|
We are 12 days from the midterms. This voting cycle is life changing.
Republicans hold the presidency, the House, and the Senate. Even with that majority, the agenda voters demanded has been blocked at every turn by activist judges and rogue rulings that treat the will of the American people as optional. If we lose the House or the Senate, the work of reversing the Biden era collapses. Open borders return. Asylum claims for illegal entrants expand. ICE is defunded and pulled back. The people who want that outcome are organized. They are not waiting.
The Muslim community is mobilizing millions of registered voters, running registration drives out of mosques and coordinating turnout in key states. Their stated goal is to increase their political power. Many of those voters are explicit that they want cities and communities remade. Passivity is how you lose the country you grew up in. Passivity is what produced the scenes in Paris and Milan this past weekend: shops looted, cars and buildings set on fire, historic streets turned into battle zones while authorities scrambled. Those cities did not become unrecognizable overnight. They became unrecognizable because citizens treated the warning signs as someone else’s problem.
So many in this nation want to destroy your liberties, your safety, and your way of life. They are not shy about it. You need to vote like your life depends on it, because it does. Showing up once is not enough. Get involved in your community. Join a local Act for America chapter. Talk to your neighbors. Make sure every person who shares your view of the country is registered and has a plan to vote.
DSA and Democrats are organized and want to take over our country. If they outvote you, there is no point complaining when American cities start to look like the ones that burned this weekend. The midterms are 14 days away. Hold the House. Hold the Senate. Finish the job.
For the future of America,

Lord of Angel Armies,
America has come to a fork in the road that decides the destiny of this great nation and we need Your mighty hand to intervene on our behalf. Father, we bow before Your throne of grace and mercy and we repent for allowing the spirit of complacency and division to enter our land through open borders, allowing foreign gods of socialism and Islam to take root. Forgive us, Lord for allowing the spirit of murder through abortion to enter our gates.
Lord, we stand in the gap for Your nation, fully dressed in armor, and we take the sword of the spirit and cut off these demonic roots and burn them with the fire of heaven!
By Your hand, Father, remove activist judges with rogue rulings and put those who seek Your face in those positions of authority. Destroy all communications between DSA, Democrats and Islam that seek to destroy, through the spirit of passivity in our nation.
Father, we need Your mighty army to help us stay the course on the straight and righteous way as we come to vote and we ask that You grant wisdom and discernment to each of us. In Jesus' name, we bind the spirits of anxiety and fear as we keep our eyes on You and give You complete control over this election. In Jesus' name. Amen.
"If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and forgive their sins and heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14)

The Ballot Is in Our Hands, but the Hearts of Kings Are in God’s

As Israel and the United States face consequential elections, Rabbi Josh Wander is urging the Jewish people to remember that political participation alone is not enough. While voting, campaigning, and advocating for righteous leadership are important responsibilities, prayer must remain central to the political process.
In a powerful reflection on the spiritual significance of elections, Rabbi Wander argues that Election Day should inspire a sense of reverence and dependence on God. After all, the leaders chosen at the ballot box can shape the destiny of nations for generations.
Rabbi Wander draws a comparison between Election Day and Yom HaDin, the Jewish Day of Judgment associated with Rosh Hashanah. Although elections do not carry the same religious significance as these holy days, he suggests that their far-reaching consequences should move God’s people to earnest prayer.
...
Rabbi Wander’s message offers a timely reminder for American intercessors as well. Political engagement is important, but it cannot replace spiritual engagement. We may cast our votes, contact our representatives, and advocate for biblical values, but ultimately, the future of our nation rests in God’s hands. IFA knows this, which is why we’ve been encouraging intercessors to pray for elections for decades now.
This truth is especially important during an election season when political disagreements can become divisive and emotions run high. It is easy to become so invested in a particular candidate or outcome that we forget the One who holds authority over every earthly ruler. As Proverbs 21:1 reminds us, the king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord.
The rabbi also raises an important question: Should we pray simply for our preferred candidates to win, or should we ask God to give our nations the leaders they truly need? We cannot foresee every crisis, conflict, or opportunity that future leaders will encounter. But God sees the entire picture, and His wisdom far exceeds our own.
For Israel, these decisions carry enormous consequences for national security, the Jewish people, and the nation’s future. For the United States, the upcoming elections will likewise help determine the direction of the country. In both nations, the need for righteous leadership and divine guidance is undeniable.
As intercessors, we have a responsibility that extends beyond Election Day. 1 Timothy 2:1–2 calls us to pray for kings and all those in authority. That command does not depend on which party holds power or whether we agree with the decisions of our elected officials. Our responsibility is to continue seeking God’s wisdom, protection, and intervention.
Let’s pray that the people of Israel and the United States would recognize their dependence on God as they approach the ballot box. Pray for righteous leaders who will pursue justice, protect their people, and govern with wisdom. And let’s ask the Lord to remind us that while elections may determine who holds political office, He alone holds the future of nations in His hands. El Shaddai,
As Israel and the United States both face crucial elections, we thank You for the reminder from Rabbi Josh Wander that prayer must remain central to the political process of the elections as we go to vote. Lord, You are the One who holds complete authority and rule over all elections as we set our minds on Your will.
Holy One, we seek Your face for spiritual discernment as we seek Your guidance and protection in these elections. We pray for all in authority because we cannot see circumstances beyond the vote. Only You can discern the hearts and intentions of the candidates but Your word tells us that the king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, so we yield that right to You.
We pray that both Israel and the United States will recognize their total dependence on You at the ballot box as we lay our complete surrender at Your feet, O King of the universe. Amen and Amen.
"And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him." (Colosians 3:17)

NASA’s Roman Space Telescope Is Sharper Than Anyone Expected

NASA’s Roman Space Telescope has achieved nearly 30% better optical performance than required, promising stunningly sharp views of the universe and its greatest mysteries.

NASA’s Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope is performing even better than scientists anticipated after engineers completed an extensive series of tests and precision adjustments. The work has sharpened the observatory’s focus and brought its primary instrument closer to regular scientific operations. Remarkably, the telescope’s Wide Field Instrument is now delivering optical performance nearly 30% better than predicted.
“All of Roman’s sweeping surveys will rely on the Wide Field Instrument,” said Dave Hickey, a Wide Field Instrument systems engineer at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. “Many of the mission’s primary goals, like studying dark matter and dark energy, wouldn’t be possible without it, so it’s both exciting and a huge relief to see that it’s working well!”
NASA Tests Roman’s Powerful Wide Field Instrument
After the Wide Field Instrument was activated in September, engineers began carefully examining its components to confirm that each worked properly on its own and as part of the complete system.
The first tests focused on the instrument’s 18 detectors, each roughly the size of a sticky note, along with their associated electronics. Engineers then evaluated the element wheel, which holds filters and other optical components. These allow selected wavelengths of light to reach the detectors and can separate incoming light into its individual colors.

"Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Your Name."
