School District to Undergo Religious Liberty Training After Forcing Students to Hide Bibles
|

A Washington state school district has agreed to publicly apologize and undergo religious liberty training as part of a settlement with a religious release time organization. The school district in Everett, Washington, was sued after directing elementary school students to hide their Bibles as well as conceal any materials received by the Christian organization in envelopes. The district will also pay $275,000 in attorney’s fees.
According to First Liberty, the legal group representing LifeWise Academy, a school board member previously accused LifeWise of making efforts to “turn our nation into a fascist theocracy.” The member, Charles Adkins, also declared, “I want to make it very, extremely, abundantly clear, that yes, I do in fact hold animus toward LifeWise Academy.”
The school district said in its apology, in part: “The District recognizes that comments made at various Board meetings that concerned LifeWise, including by Directors, were offensive and hurtful to the families participating in LifeWise programming. For that, the District and its Board of Directors offer a sincere apology. We recognize that these statements negatively affected the exercise of your faith. The District values the rights of all families to raise their children according to their own religious beliefs. The Justice Department has charged 64 foreign nationals across 17 states with unlawful voting, fraudulent voter registration and election-related offenses in roughly the last five weeks, according to figures provided to Fox News Digital, as federal prosecutors intensify election-integrity enforcement.
Minnesota leads the nation with 11 defendants, followed by Pennsylvania with 10 and Texas with nine. Louisiana accounts for five, while New Jersey, California and Florida each have four, according to the department's latest tally.
The nationwide crackdown comes as federal officials intensify scrutiny of voter-registration safeguards ahead of November's midterms, with recent elections underscoring how even a few illegal ballots can exceed the margin separating candidates. Fox News Digital mapped the states with the largest concentrations of defendants as DOJ says it has charged 104 people with voting fraud-related offenses since Trump returned to office in 2025. Social Security Administration Announces "Most Comprehensive Clean-up" in Agency's History - What This Could Mean for Elections

On Tuesday, the Social Security Administration announced the “most comprehensive SSN record clean-up in the agency’s 91-year history” as part of an ongoing effort “to strengthen the accuracy and integrity” of the SSN database.
Early in the current Trump administration, Elon Musk claimed that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) had discovered a shocking number of records in the Social Security database: 398 million.
Musk, in an X post, broke then-current numbers down by age group. The breakdown revealed records for over 12.2 million people in the database who were over the age of 120. If you expand that group to include everyone over the age of 100, the total increases to almost 20 million records.
The Social Security Administration wrote that it has “corrected nearly 15 percent of all active SSNs across approximately 330 million U.S. citizens and nearly 390 million total records.” This could result in more efficient implementation of Social Security benefits by validating identities and preventing improper benefit payments.
According to the press release:
- SSA has added 17 million dates of death to records that previously lacked this information, using a combination of internal SSA systems and Department of State data. Read more

Netanyahu tells IDF to prepare for resumption of large-scale operations in Iran
Iran will not remove any of its highly enriched uranium, one of the Islamic Republic’s top security officials said Tuesday.
Major General Mohsen Rezaei, a representative of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution and Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, made the statement during a meeting in Tehran on Tuesday with Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Asim Munir.
“Not a single particle of enriched nuclear material will leave Iran; these materials constitute a major asset and national wealth for the Iranian people, intended for use within the country,” Rezaei was quoted as saying by state media outlet IRNA (Islamic Republic News Agency).
Rezaei also told Munir that no negotiations with the Americans will take place until the United States takes steps to build trust, a process he said must begin with the acceptance of Iran’s conditions. Read more

The assistance is being provided in accordance with Israel's national interests and directives from the political leadership, the official said, emphasizing that the Shi'ite-Sunni confrontation reflects developments taking place beneath the surface across the Middle East.

3. Israel, Egypt, Greece furious as US refuses to stand up to Erdogan - Israel Hayom
The US State Department stopped short of condemning the ratification of a controversial maritime agreement between Turkey and Libya by the eastern Libyan parliament, which is aligned with military commander Khalifa Haftar, overnight Wednesday. While Israel, Greece, Egypt and the European Union denounced the move, Washington limited its response to urging countries in the region to resolve their maritime disputes through negotiations.
"We encourage our partners in the Eastern Mediterranean to resolve maritime disputes through good-faith negotiation," a State Department spokesperson said. Addressing the dispute between Athens and Ankara, the spokesperson added, "Greece and Turkey are both NATO allies. We encourage them to engage bilaterally to address any areas of disagreement."
The memorandum of understanding was signed in November 2019 between Turkey and Libya's then-government in Tripoli. It establishes the boundaries of the two countries' maritime jurisdiction in the Eastern Mediterranean. The maritime boundary stretches from Turkey's southwestern coast to Libya, disregarding, according to Greece, the maritime rights of Greek islands in the area, including Crete and Rhodes. (Read more)

4. Israel sanctions Lebanese fuel company for supplying fuel to Hezbollah

Israel's Ministry of Defense announced that its National Bureau for Counter Terror Financing (NBCTF) has imposed sanctions on Coral Oil, a Lebanese-owned energy company registered in the United Kingdom, for supplying approximately 130,000 liters of diesel and gasoline to a company owned by the Hezbollah terrorist organization.
The sanctions, signed by Defense Minister Israel Katz, follow findings that Coral Oil transferred the fuel to Al-Amana, a Hezbollah-owned fuel company designated as a terrorist organization by Israel's Defense Minister in 2020.
According to the Defense Ministry, the transaction exposes another link in Hezbollah's economic supply chain, demonstrating how commercial businesses can provide essential resources that support the terrorist organization's military and logistical operations.

1. IDF Soldiers Begin Voting as Poll Shows Most Israelis Have Settled on a Party – AllIsrael News
Soldiers and officers of the Israel Defense Forces on Wednesday began voting at over 850 military polling stations across Israel, as well as in areas held by Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip, Lebanon and Syria, while parties ramp up their campaigns just days before the Oct. 27 general election.
The IDF’s voting period lasts a full week to allow all soldiers, including those currently on air, land, and sea operations, to cast their votes.
“Our mission is to enable all IDF service members to exercise their democratic right to vote by secret ballot, including during operational activities and combat beyond the border. 2. Fired for Refusing COVID Jabs and Blocked From Jobs Without Mandate, Firefighters Seek Jury Trial – Discern Report
In this Just The News article, Greg Piper reports that eight Redmond, Washington, firefighters are asking the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for a jury trial after being fired for refusing COVID vaccines on religious grounds, arguing the city sabotaged available accommodations and no-mandate jobs.
- The firefighters accuse lower courts of misapplying the 2023 Supreme Court precedent in Groff v. DeJoy, which raised the bar for employers rejecting religious accommodations under Title VII, and note that the Supreme Court recently declined to review a similar 9th Circuit loss by Snohomish County firefighters.
- Unlike the Snohomish case, the Redmond plaintiffs say they provided “hard facts” showing the city could have accommodated them without undue hardship through job swaps with vaccinated colleagues, reassignment to the Fire Prevention unit that had vacancies, other identified no-mandate roles, or continued masking and testing.
- After initially granting all eight religious accommodations, the city singled out firefighters for a vaccine mandate—while exempting police who also rode in ambulances and provided life-saving care—and later reneged on a union agreement allowing masking and pre-shift testing.
- Mayor Angela Birney’s September 21, 2021, executive order explicitly cited the religious requests, falsely claimed vaccination stops infection and transmission months after breakthrough cases were known, and was accompanied by statements that the city should make the unvaccinated “uncomfortable” and treat them differently for public perception. 3. US Has Revoked More Than 300,000 Visas In Trump's Second Term – ZeroHedge
More than 300,000 foreign nationals have had their U.S. visas revoked since President Donald Trump entered office for a second term, due to criminal activity, fraud, or threats to national security.
State Department spokesman Tommy Pigott said Oct. 20 that the pace of visa revocations by the Trump administration - as it reaches the two year mark of its four year term - has set a record.
"The Trump administration has revoked more visas at a faster pace than any administration in history," Pigott wrote in a post on X. "Let the message be clear: we have zero tolerance for foreigners here on visas who break the law, commit fraud, or undermine our national security."
A State Department official confirmed to The Epoch Times via email that the "vast majority" of revocations were due to criminal activity, public safety concerns, immigration violations, fraud, or other information indicating the foreign national was no longer eligible for a U.S. visa.
In 2025, the Bureau of Consular Affairs established a visa-vetting center in Washington, the official said, which led to the overturn of 23,000 of the 300,000 visas.
The majority of these were for criminal activity and other threats to public safety, the State Department official said, including 25 percent for assault and related offenses, 22 percent for driving under the influence, 7 percent for theft, and 7 percent for substance abuse or distribution. Other reasons for revocation included visa overstays and violations of student visa conditions. Read more

Dear Lord, we are grateful to You that over 300,000 foreign criminals, guilty of fraud or other crimes and those determined to be a threat to our national security, have had their visas revoked since the start of Trump’s second term. You have used many ways, natural and supernatural to protect Your people; and we are so thankful to You for Your mercy.
We pray also for any legal non-citizens that may have fallen through the cracks and are being wrongfully deported. May the immigration workers and judges use Your double edge sword to divide truth from fiction in determining whose visas should be revoked. May all of the facts be examined and no decisions be made arbitrarily. We choose to forgive those who wish us harm; may they repent and find the good plans that You have for their lives.
We ask Your continued hand upon President Trump and all who serve under him. We pray for them to walk humbly with You, hear Your Voice and follow Your strategies and plans with great discernment and obedience. Guard them from all evil, and grant them Your shalom.

4. Another Massive Migrant Caravan Marches Through Mexico Toward US Border – Migrants Say They Hope Democrats Win Midterm Elections
In this The Gateway Pundit article, Cristina Laila reports that another large migrant caravan has left Mexico’s southern border for the United States, with participants telling a journalist they hope Democrats win the midterms.
- Journalist Julio Rosas filmed the group, which he said is mostly Central American, as it departed the southern border; more than 400 Hondurans entered Mexico on Thursday, according to Reuters.
- Some members told Rosas they are hopeful Democrats win the midterms.
- Independent reporter Anthony Aguero identified the NGOs Proyecto Faro and ADRA as the two main organizations assisting the caravan.
- Border czar Tom Homan said the migrants “will be immediately turned around, or they’ll be arrested and prosecuted and deported,” adding there will be “zero releases from the border under the Trump administration.”
- Homan urged voters to remember “the images of 12,000 illegals per day coming across the border” and noted that some now want to abolish the agency that finds and deports them.
- The caravan follows a similar group that was spotted marching north last month ahead of the midterms. Read more

We rebuke the demonic spirit that is causing this uprising, and we speak forgiveness to these migrants and peace to the land. 5. 40 Charged in 1st Nationwide SNAP Fraud Crackdown – The Epoch Times
Vice President JD Vance and other officials highlighted examples of people being victimized and pledged an unabated crackdown.
The United States’ first nationwide surge against food-assistance fraud has led to charges against more than 40 suspects in schemes worth $45 million so far.
On Oct. 21, at the Cincinnati FBI office, Vice President JD Vance and other officials told reporters about the results of the seven-week, multi-agency enforcement effort.
About $42 million of the alleged fraud involved the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), also known as food stamps.
Vance called SNAP “one of the most important social service programs that we have in the United States of America.”
Ensuring that fellow citizens and American children do not have to go to bed hungry is “one of the most important and sacred things that our tax dollars go to,” he said.
“[Fraudsters] steal from the mouths of hungry children in order to get rich themselves,” he said, noting that members of his own family benefited from these important programs while he was growing up in an underprivileged home. Read more

We pray that all fraud would end in America as once again we pray that all things hidden would come to light.. Lord, the SNAP program has been one of deception for a long time in our nation and we thank VP JD Vance for his effort in turning this program around so that only those who need it will be able to benefit from it. In seven weeks the Fraud program has uncovered about $42 million in alleged fraudulent schemes and we ask that it be given to the many widows, widowers and veterans who need these benefits to survive and feed their families.
As wickedness continues to gain ground and deception continues, we pray for Your watchful eyes to pull up and destroy the fraudsters in their hiding places. Lord, uncover and remove the wicked from our land so that this nation will thrive again. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

6. 45% Of College Students Justify Violence To Stop 'Hate Speech': Survey – ZeroHedge
...higher education has "lost its way"...
A new survey finds that nearly half of undergraduate students support censorship, shout-downs, and physical violence to suppress what they consider “hate speech” or offensive ideas.
Fox News reports that the 2026 National Undergraduate Student Survey, released this month by the Buckley Institute, shows that 45 percent of undergraduate students surveyed believe physical violence can be justified to stop so-called hate speech. That number is up 6 points from 2025 and ties the all-time record set in 2023.
The survey, which polled 803 full-time undergraduate students at four-year public and private colleges across the United States, revealed several record-high metrics concerning free expression on campus, according to Yahoo.
Other takeaways from the survey were that 46 percent of students support shout downs and 40 percent believe that offensive speech should be subject to criminal prosecution.
Some 42 percent of respondents said that political comments they disagree with can be harmful to their mental health, up 4 points from last year; the highest reading in the 5 years this question has been monitored.
The findings prompted Cornerstone University President Dr. Gerson Moreno-Riaño to warn that higher education has “lost its way.” Read more

It breaks our hearts to see that this article states that 45% of our undergraduate college students support censorship, shutdowns and physical violence to suppress what they call hate speech. Father, we pray that You would give them a moment of truth so that they will be set free of these evil mindsets. Six years after COVID-19 turned America upside down, the controversy surrounding the vaccines continues to expose government dishonesty, pharmaceutical accountability and informed consent. Americans were told the shots were safe and effective, and that the vaccination would stop transmission, and pressured by employers, schools and government officials to comply. Yet COVID continued, serious adverse reactions emerged, and the promises of protection did not live up to the public messaging. Now, the CDC is facing criticism for recommending updated COVID vaccines beyond the populations specifically covered by Food and Drug Administration approvals.
In September, the CDC recommended updated COVID vaccines for all adults, including healthy people outside the FDA's approved risk categories. Those recommendations include off-label use for certain age groups, even though FDA approvals generally target older Americans and people at increased risk of severe illness. French President Emmanuel Macron on Wednesday blamed “foreign leaders,” including those “on the other side of the Atlantic,” for trying to exploit France’s tense social climate for their own political agenda.
Protests over soaring living costs have led to widespread rioting and looting. President Donald Trump has used the violence to rally his political supporters, making unsubstantiated claims that Muslim migrants are responsible for the unrest.
Trump has urged Macron to “close your borders and take control before it is too late!”
Macron responded by saying there “has been foreign manipulation of information in the aftermath” of the looting in Paris and other French cities.
“And that has led to comments that are as unacceptable as they are stupid, from many people, including foreign leaders,” he said.
Asked by a reporter if he was referring to Trump, Macron replied: “Among others.”
Macron added: “We’ve seen AI-generated images depicting scenes that never actually happened in France. We’ve had people claiming that we were invaded by hordes of migrants and Islamists, which is completely false.” (NBC News)

Report: Feds Knock on Doors to Crack Down on Noncitizens Voting

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agents have reportedly been executing an operation in several states to root out potential noncitizen voters ahead of the midterm elections.
DHS agents have been knocking on doors in various states asking residents about their immigration status and if they have registered to vote or cast votes in past elections, CBS News reported.
The home visits dialed up in September, a few months from Election Day. On Monday, the Department of Justice announced that DHS agents in California arrested more than 20 green card holders for allegedly illegally registering to vote or casting votes, per the report.
As part of that investigation, dozens of agents reportedly responded to the residence of a 72-year-old man from Belize. The man was arrested “in his pajamas” and is accused of illegally voting in the past four elections, according to the report.
“HSI is actively rooting out and investigating election fraud wherever it can be found,” a DHS spokesperson told the outlet. “Under President Trump, HSI is committed to restoring integrity to our election systems and ensuring that American citizens and only American citizens are electing American leaders.” (Breitbart) Read more here.

Franklin Graham: 'Look Prayerfully at what Both Parties Stand For'

Rev. Franklin Graham is urging Americans to “look prayerfully at what both parties stand for,” laying out a few key differences between the Republican Party and Democrat Party in a viral social media post less than two weeks before Election Day.
Graham, a vocal supporter for the principles of conservatism, provided a brief post to help Americans see some of the key differences between the two parties ahead of November 3.
“Do you know who to vote for in the midterms? Let me give you some help, but you decide,” Graham said in the social media post, reminding voters that Democrats stand for open borders, taxpayer-funded benefits for noncitizens, and more.
“The Democratic Party wants open borders, while the Republican Party wants secure borders. The Democratic Party wants noncitizens to be able to vote; the Republican Party supports requiring voter ID,” Graham explained. “The Democratic Party wants to give taxpayer-funded benefits like healthcare to noncitizens; the Republican Party says No to that. And there are a hundred more issues.”
He added, “The choice is yours—but look prayerfully at what both parties stand for.”

Marines Back $20 Million Flying Boat That Could Skim 30 Feet Above Waves

The Marine Corps Warfighting Lab is putting another $5 million into an electric craft that takes off from the water, flies about 30 feet above the waves and lands without a runway.
REGENT Craft, the Rhode Island company building the Viceroy Seaglider, announced Sept. 30 that the extension brings its partnership with the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL) to $19.25 million to date.
The company's headline rounds that to $20 million. The new money pays for a fourth phase of demonstrations and command-and-control work with six planned deliverables, The Defense Post reported.
The deal pays for testing. When the lab signed its first agreement in 2023, REGENT co-founder and CEO Billy Thalheimer told Marine Corps Times the service was not purchasing any craft and that its money would mature the technology and validate the concept.
What the lab is testing goes at the hardest problem in the Corps' Force Design update: moving people and supplies between small units spread across islands. "You have these vast distances where effectively you have to run a supply chain," Lieutenant General James Glynn, commander of Marine Corps Forces Pacific, told reporters in June, according to Stars and Stripes.
