Tennessee charter school network agrees to remove LGBT books from curriculum, attorneys say
A network of public charter schools in Tennessee has reportedly agreed to remove LGBT-themed children’s book from its curriculum that a legal group warned could potential violate state law on parental consent.

KIPP Nashville recently told the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office that it had removed the books after first grade teacher Eric Rivera requested a religious exemption from using them in his class, according to the conservative legal group First Liberty Institute (FLI), which specializes in First Amendment cases.

The group represented Rivera and sent KIPP Nashville a demand letter earlier this year after the school pressured him to use the books. “We are thrilled that KIPP Nashville voluntarily removed books that could run afoul of parents’ rights under the Constitution and Tennessee law,” said FLI Senior Counsel Cliff Martin in a statement Thursday. “It is paramount that religious views be respected in schools.”

Rivera, a teacher at KIPP Antioch College Prep Elementary, noticed in January that two children’s books portraying same-sex marriage positively were part of the language arts curriculum. Rivera, a devout Christian, objected to using the books and asked for a religious exemption. School officials allegedly threatened to fire him. (Christian Post) Read More Here
Father God, we thank You for teachers and parents pushing back on inappropriate books and curriculum for children. We pray for continual boldness from Christian teachers to speak out in protection of the students. Father, we invite Your mighty Hand to be upon the educational system across our country and for parental consent to be honored and respected. We repent for what has entered into our educational system and ask for a mighty move of Your Holy Spirit to protect the hearts and minds of the next generations. In the Name of Jesus, we declare a return to righteousness and Christians being positioned in strategic places of authority to cause swift change!  By the Blood of Yeshua, we pray. Amen and Amen.

Tensions erupt in House hearing as GOP advances anti-socialism resolution while Dems rage: 'Silly season'

House Republicans are teeing up a pair of bills this week to put Democrats on the record about where they stand on their party's socialist insurgency.

The House Rules Committee just advanced a resolution to condemn socialism during its Monday meeting, with no Democrats voting in favor of moving it forward. Democrats, in fact, criticized the resolution as a waste of time.

It's not uncommon for Democrats on the House Rules Committee to oppose GOP-led measures. But the move is especially stark as Republicans seize on the left's inter-party civil war that has dominated the midterm election cycle.

Republicans are capitalizing on that civil war with another measure expected for a vote on Wednesday afternoon, according to that provisional schedule. That vote will be on a constitutional amendment to cap the number of Supreme Court justices at nine.

"It's time for the Democrats to pick a side. Stop playing the middle. Be proud of who you are. You were elected to lead, so lead. Have an opinion. We intend to put you on record," House GOP Conference Chair Lisa McClain, R-Mich., told Fox News Digital.

We pray for both the House and the Senate to make themselves known by their strong stance for the conservative agenda in this nation. We pray for both of these matters in the House to stand firm and present a very strong case that work is being done to express a very clear position, in Jesus's name. We also ask Father, that You put righteous fire and courage in the belly of those elected to restore integrity to our nation, in Jesus' name.

Sean Duffy: Feds Shut Down 270 Truck Driving Schools After 239 Deaths

The Trump administration cracked down on 270 fraudulent commercial driver’s license (CDL) driving schools for failing to enforce English proficiency standards for migrant truckers and other violations after 239 deaths have occurred.

The agencies are cracking down on fraud surrounding the illegal migrants receiving CDL’s, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Markwayne Mullin announced Monday.

Duffy criticized the Biden administration for getting rid of “long standing safety rules that make sure we get well qualified drivers driving big rigs,” and for allowing truck driving schools “to self-certify.”

“What we are announcing is an emergency executive shut down of 110 driving schools,” Duffy explained. “So, these are driving schools that account for 5,000 of the violations for English proficiency. What I mean by that is, you have to speak English to operate a commercial motor vehicle. I didn’t create that rule, President Trump didn’t create that rule. That rule has been in place for decades.” (Breitbart) Read more

God of Comfort, we pray for the families of every one of those 239 citizens who perished in horrible traffic accidents. We give thanks for Directors Duffy and Mullin taking firm action in shutting down these driving schools that have pushed through non-English speakers who are also likely non-citizens, allowing them to drive big-rigs on the roads. We pray for the speedy return of these non-citizens to their mother countries and for all truck-drivers to be working for the good of this nation, in Jesus' name.

Report: Attorney General Todd Blanche secured Dominion Voting Machines from 2020 election that allegedly showed proof of foreign involvement

A major lawsuit was submitted by Fulton County, Pennsylvania officials against Dominion Voting Systems in September 2022.

The lawsuit focused on violations of their contract, certification issues, connectivity issues, and the alleged presence of foreign databases and scripts on the systems. Some of the claims are on par with the "debunked" rumors associated with the "most secure election ever" claims, including internet connectivity, outdated security protections, remote accessibility, and random USBs inserted.

Attorney Ticktin then updated us on the Fulton County, Pennsylvania case,

"In this regard, the County Commissioners of Fulton County, Pennsylvania, sued Dominion Machines on the basis of a fraudulent inducement to sell its machines for the election fraud after the 2020 Election was over. The Dominion Machines showed an extra unauthorized machine was used and that the machines were accessed by a foreign power… (WND) Read more

Thank You Father that AG Blanche took strong action to secure these machines that have evidence of fraud in them. May they all be admitted into the Fulton County lawsuit against Dominion Machines, as proof that there has been both electronic (internet) interference as well as foreign powers gaining access to our elections through this equipment, in Jesus' name. We pray for the removal of all electronic equipment involved in our elections and a return to a reliable state of security through manual management of elections, in the name of Jesus.

Bukowsky: Stop Gaslighting Us, Noncitizens Impact Our Elections

Americans know we have untold numbers of noncitizens voting in our elections, and we are tired of being blatantly lied to by the political and media elites.

Most Americans (66%) support requiring proof of citizenship for voter registration, including 93% of Republicans, 61% of Independents, and 43% of Democrats.

In even more bipartisan fashion, 80% of Americans support requiring a valid photo I.D. to vote, including 65% of Democrats, 79% of Independents, and 95% of Republicans.

The racial breakdowns are 80% in favor of voter ID by both White and Black respondents, and 77% support by Hispanics.

That was back in March, and a lot has happened since then.

At this point, the only people who do not support stronger election integrity measures like requiring proof of citizenship and voter ID are those who recognize they need the noncitizen and deceased American voting bloc to win their elections.

In July, officials in New Jersey and Pennsylvania publicly admitted to finding noncitizens on their state voter rolls, both as a result of their state's Motor Voter Programs. (Newsmax) Read more

Once again Mighty God, we come before You asking for security and stability in our elections, which are a hallmark of a free nation. We know there has been great infiltration into our elections through non-citizens, foreign nations and corrupt actors hacking into the machines. Consequently, we ask for Your divine strategies because clearly the legislation we are attempting to put forward is not being accepted by our elected officials, in order to positively shift our elections out of the hands of those who are manipulating things. Holy King, we ask You to continue working on behalf of our nation through Your people, intercession, reconciliation and the divine order of our Constitution and government, in Your holy name.

"And you, Ezra, according to your God-given wisdom, set magistrates and judges who may judge all the people who are in the region beyond the River, all such as know the laws of your God; and teach those who do not know them." (Ezra 7:25)
FOCUS ON ISRAEL

1. Syria says it’s working ‘seriously’ on diplomatic solution with Israel despite attacks - Times of Israel

Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani said Tuesday that his country was working toward a “diplomatic solution” with Israel, with US mediation, despite ongoing Israeli strikes in the country.

The two countries have been in a constant state of war since the establishment of Israel in 1948.

Israel has launched numerous strikes in Syria since the current Islamist authorities’ forces ousted longtime ruler Bashar al-Assad in December 2024, often saying they are necessary to stop military hardware falling into the hands of hostile elements amid the regime change. The latest came last month, when the Israeli Air Force struck a disused Syrian military airport, saying Turkey was planning to deploy forces there and Damascus had ignored Jerusalem’s warnings on the matter. Ankara denied the Israeli allegations. (Read more)

2. Israel Captures Head of Hamas’ Internal Security Service in Gaza Raid
- Algemeiner

An Israeli-backed raid to detain a top Hamas terrorist in Gaza City was uncovered during the operation on Tuesday, prompting airstrikes to cover the force’s withdrawal that killed at least four Palestinians, Gaza officials said.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said a senior Hamas terrorist had been detained, while Hamas official Ismail Al-Thawabta said an Israeli special force had tried to carry out an operation in Gaza City before being detected.

According to Thawabta, director of the Hamas-run Gaza government media office, Israel then launched heavy airstrikes.

An Israeli security official said the man detained is the head of Hamas‘ internal security service. (Read more)

3. Smotrich, former Likud MK Feiglin to announce joint run in October elections
- Jerusalem Post

Finance Minister and Religious Zionist Party head Bezalel Smotrich and right-wing politician Moshe Feiglin are expected to announce on Tuesday evening that they will run on the same ticket in the upcoming October elections, ahead of the deadline for submitting party lists next week.

RZP had hovered near the electoral threshold, while Feiglin's far-right party failed to pass it in recent polling.

According to Israeli media, the two may attempt to pressure Brig.-Gen. (res.) Ofer Winter into joining the joint ticket.

Recent polls show that Winter's new People of Israel party could win five seats, largely at the expense of Smotrich’s Religious Zionist Party, which would fall below the electoral threshold. (Read more)

4. Netanyahu responds to the controversy: There was a failure, not a betrayal
- Israel National News

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday evening addressed the controversy surrounding the remarks made by his wife, Sara Netanyahu, on Channel 14 concerning conspiracy theories that have circulated about the events of October 7.

“I have been asked several times whether I think there was a betrayal, and I answered that there was not. There was a major failure, which was reflected in what happened on the night and morning before the attack, when all the warning signs were there, and they decided, due to a miscalculation, not to wake me and not to launch a preemptive strike. It was a failure, but not a betrayal, and my wife did not say anything like that either," Netanyahu said.

Earlier, the confrontation between Sara Netanyahu and Democrats Party chairman Yair Golan escalated, after Netanyahu’s attorney, Uriel Nizri, sent Golan a response and legal warning following his demand that she compensate him and apologize for remarks she made about him on Channel 14(Read more

5. Water disruptions across Israel after desalination plants shut down - i24 News

Severe water-supply disruptions were reported across Israel on Tuesday after unusual seawater turbidity forced five of the country’s six desalination plants to suspend operations.

Residents in several cities, including Jerusalem and Be’er Sheva, reported low water pressure and localized outages. Municipal water providers urged the public to conserve water and limit consumption to essential needs.

“Problems in the national water-supply network are continuing, and there is currently no estimate for a return to normal service,” the Mei Givatayim water corporation said. “We ask the public to act responsibly, reduce water consumption as much as possible and use water only for essential needs until further notice.” (Read more

1. Supreme Court Delivers Win to Trump, Allows Construction to Continue on White House Ballroom - Breitbart

The Supreme Court delivered a win to President Donald Trump, ruling that construction on the $400 million White House ballroom can continue.

In a 5-4 ruling, the Supreme Court stopped a ruling from a lower court that would have “restricted construction until Congress provided additional approvals,” the Hill reported.

While the ruling from the court “is not a final decision, and the case could ultimately return to the Supreme Court,” construction on the ballroom can move forward, according to the outlet. Read more

Praise You Jesus for permitting the work on this ballroom to resume. We believe it is critical for such a safe place to be built and established in our nation's capital with the capacity to be a life-saving bunker facility for key leaders in DC. May we no longer entertain international dignitaries in tents because of a lack of adequate facilities large enough or secure enough. We pray for the ballroom to be completed before the naysayers seek to stop it again, in Jesus's name.

"'Enlarge the place of your tent, And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, And strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, And your descendants will inherit the nations, And make the desolate cities inhabited.'" (Isaiah 54:2-3)

2. Rodriguez Thanks Trump for Venezuela Oil Deal - Newsmax

Venezuelan acting President Delcy Rodriguez thanked President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio for the oil agreement between the two countries.

The deal drew rave reviews from conservatives and criticism from Democrats.

"That is why we chose the path of diplomacy with the United States of America, to transform our differences into cooperation. And that cooperation into investment, production, well-being, and concrete results for Venezuelans," Rodriguez said in a televised address Saturday.

"I thank President Donald Trump, Secretary Rubio, and his government for the efforts made by both their administration and ours, as well as the entire Venezuelan team that dedicated their time to reaching this agreement," she said.

Rodriguez said the pact would run 25 years and target production of more than 1.5 million barrels a day.

She said Venezuela would receive about $19 a barrel, which could generate more than $209 billion for the state. Read more

Praise You Father, for bringing victory upon the head of turmoil and trouble. This agreement with the US and Venezuela has the imprint of hope for both nations on it. We pray for the leader, Acting President Rodriguez, to come into the knowledge of Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. We ask that she would turn from wickedness and lead Venezuela into the fear of the Lord and righteousness, and treat the citizens with respect and honor, in Jesus's name.

"'Neither our kings nor our princes, Our priests nor our fathers, Have kept Your law, Nor heeded Your commandments and Your testimonies, With which You testified against them. For they have not served You in their kingdom, Or in the many good things that You gave them, Or in the large and rich land which You set before them; Nor did they turn from their wicked works. Here we are, servants today! And the land that You gave to our fathers, To eat its fruit and its bounty, Here we are, servants in it!'" (Nehemiah 9:34-36)

3. House passes Hamadeh's Kayleigh’s Law to protect victims of dangerous crimes from their abusers - Just The News

The House in a voice vote on Monday passed Arizona GOP Rep. Abraham Hamadeh's legislation, "Kayleigh's Law," which enhances protections for victims of abuse by shielding them from having to face their abusers for the rest of their lives.

The legislation previously passed on the state level in Arizona and Wisconsin and now grants lifelong protection to survivors of federal sex crimes and violent felonies by making courts issue permanent no-contact injunctions against convicted offenders.

“I want to thank my colleagues for their votes today," Hamadeh said in a statement. "In its first year alone, more than a thousand survivors in our state secured lifetime protection from the people who hurt them. H.R. 8481 would give every American victim of a federal sex crime or violent felony that same shield. Read more

Thank You Abba for this legislation to protect the most vulnerable; people who've been violated by others. We pray for HR 8481 to pass firmly so that there is something on the books to protect the vulnerable ones for the entirety of their lives. We pray for this legislation to be strong and  enforceable with strong consequences for violations, in Jesus's name. We also pray for healing and security for those who will be protected by Kayleigh's Law, in the name of Jesus.

"'But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe to the world because of offenses! For offenses must come, but woe to that man by whom the offense comes!" (Matthew 18:6-7)

4. 'Their cancer was gone': Watch as ivermectin study produces stunning results in 200 cancer patients - WND

What if two cheap, widely available drugs could become powerful weapons against cancer, and the medical establishment simply isn't looking hard enough?

New research involving ivermectin and mebendazole is producing results that demand attention. In a study of 200 cancer patients, researcher Nicolas Hulscher reports that 84.4% experienced clinical benefit, with more than 30% classified as having no evidence of disease after six months. The findings are preliminary and require large randomized clinical trials, but Hulscher says the signal is the strongest researchers have yet observed in humans.

In this explosive conversation, Elizabeth Farah and Hulscher dig into what these drugs may actually be doing to cancer cells, why inexpensive generic treatments struggle to attract the enormous funding required for major clinical trials, and whether ivermectin's demonization during COVID helped bury research that should have been pursued years ago. Read more

Holy King, this is such encouraging news, and we pray for more research and clinical trials to be done in this regard, in Jesus' name. We know cancer to be a horrific scourge upon humanity and the efforts at controlling or eliminating it are brutal to the human body. It would be such a blessing from heaven if these drugs were truly shown to be effective treatments or even cures for cancer and possibly other diseases. We give You praise for providing solutions from Your earth, in Jesus's name.

"He will swallow up death forever, And the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces; The rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; For the Lord has spoken. And it will be said in that day: 'Behold, this is our God; We have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is the Lord; We have waited for Him; We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.'" (Isaiah 25:8-9)

5. Pro-life org again calls on DOJ to end mail-order abortion pills - Just The News

Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America called again on the Department of Justice to end mail-order abortion by settling Louisiana v. FDA in light of a new U.S. Senate report on the “dangerous practices” of abortion drug manufacturers.

President of SBA Pro-Life America Marjorie Dannenfelser told The Center Square that “Sen. [Bill] Cassidy’s research shows there is no way to address the harms of abortion drugs since Danco, GenBioPro, and Evita Solutions’ drugs are being shipped through the mail nationwide at all stages of pregnancy, including in the third trimester in North Carolina.”

“Sen. Cassidy’s investigation reinforces recent Charlotte Lozier Institute research showing that 81% of online abortion businesses send mifepristone to kill unborn children far beyond the FDA’s 10-week limit – putting women at increased risk of life-threatening complications,” Dannenfelser said.

Dannenfelser stated that Attorney General Todd Blanche “has the opportunity to protect women and save the lives of 15,000 babies every month by settling with the state of Louisiana before Sept. 9.”

“By settling in Louisiana v. FDA, the DOJ can get abortion drugs out of the mail immediately while the FDA finishes its safety review of mifepristone,” Dannenfelser said. Read more

Oh My God and Father in Heaven, have mercy on these women who are deceived and manipulated at a most vulnerable time of their lives, in Your name. Having such powerful and deadly, dangerous drugs available by mail is unbelievable and we ask You to bring the weight of heaven upon this entire evil system, in Jesus' name. We pray for a crushing of the loophole that has allowed such a cruel drug to be available by mail to women at any stage of pregnancy without a doctor's exam or care, in Jesus' Mighty name.

"My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him. For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things."
(1 John 3:18-20)
6. New Data Analysis Shows 5 Million Jobs Will Be Lost with DSA’s Hike of Minimum Wage to $25 - Washington Stand

More than five million jobs will be lost if the federal minimum wage is raised to $25 per hour as proposed by multiple candidates linked to the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and Democrats in Congress, according to a deep-dive economic data analysis by the Employment Policies Institute (EmPI).

“The majority of research over three decades finds minimum wage increases reduce employment. A new model developed by [EmPI] — based on methods developed by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) and other American labor economists — compiles the latest economic data to estimate what this means for workers under the latest proposed minimum wage hike. Using these established methods and the latest Census Bureau data on workers across the country, EmPI estimates the federal $25 proposal will cost 5.01 million jobs nationally, significantly impacting the hospitality sector, tipped restaurant workers, and teens,” the study reported.

The EmPI is an Arlington, Virginia.-based nonprofit research group that “in particular focuses on issues that affect entry-level employment” from the perspective of classical capitalistic economic theory. The Arlington-based EmPI should not be confused with the Washington, D.C.-based Economic Policy Institute, (EPI), a nonprofit advocacy group that views economic issues from a leftist or progressive perspective.

The DSA has pushed for the $25 minimum wage since adopting the proposal among resolutions agreed to by delegates to the organization’s 2021 national convention, declaring, “Democratic Socialists of America support an increase of the federal minimum wage to $25 an hour with future increases tied to worker productivity.” Unlike the current congressional proposals, the DSA approach does not distinguish between employer size in scheduling the hike to $25 per hour. Read more

Holy King, we pray for this common wage element of communism to be its downfall in this nation, in Jesus's name. We know that the goal is for everyone to be paid the same wage, so we renounce this objective in our nation, in the name of Jesus. We pray for a crushing defeat to the plots, schemes and political intentions of the Democratic Socialists of America. May our young people have powerful encounters with the distinctions between godless communism and freedom in capitalism, so that the lure of this wage will lose its sparkling luster, for the glory of God.

"as also in all his [Paul's] epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures. You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked; but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever." (2 Peter 3:16-18)

How Illegal Immigration Fuels Human Trafficking

The Daily Jot, Bill Wilson, Septemebr 1, 2026

For years, the debate over illegal immigration has been framed around numbers, politics and border security. There is another consequence: human trafficking. During Barack Obama’s presidency, Border Patrol recorded roughly 3.3 million apprehensions along the Southwest border. Under Joe Biden, CBP recorded more than 10.8 million nationwide encounters, including 8.72 million at the Southwest border. Those figures represent encounters rather than unique individuals, but the magnitude is unmistakable. Large-scale illegal migration creates a lucrative marketplace for criminal organizations that move and exploit vulnerable people. The border became more than an immigration problem. It became an enormous business opportunity for smugglers, cartels, illegal employers and traffickers willing to turn human beings into commodities.

Human trafficking reaches far beyond sex trafficking. The Department of Homeland Security defines it as exploiting people through force, fraud or coercion for compelled labor or commercial sex. Children induced into commercial sex are trafficking victims under federal law. Forced labor can occur in factories, agriculture, construction, restaurants, domestic work and other industries. Federal investigators uncovered an alleged Ohio operation involving Chinese and Hispanic workers who were smuggled into America, housed in boarding houses and supplied to factories through a network of roughly 40 entities. In Georgia, federal prosecutors recently charged three men in an alleged scheme involving Chinese migrants who were threatened with violence, deportation and crushing debt while being forced to work lengthy shifts. Tropical Storm Edouard makes landfall, slamming Texas and Louisiana with heavy rain and flash flooding

Tropical Storm Edouard has made landfall as the compact storm brings heavy rainstorm surge and flash flooding along the Upper Texas and southwestern Louisiana coasts as it tracks inland through the day.

Edouard made landfall near Johnson Bayou, Louisiana, roughly 15 miles south-southeast of Port Arthur, Texas, at 3:20 p.m. EDT, packing maximum sustained winds of 60 mph and a minimum central pressure of 996 mb, according to the National Hurricane Center (NHC).

Just before landfall, the storm took a last second jog to the west, delaying the initial landfall, the FOX Forecast Center said, adding, "It's extremely hard to predict when these things happen."

According to atmospheric data collected by Air Force Hurricane Hunter aircraft, Edouard strengthened as it approached the Gulf Coast, with maximum winds increasing in the hours before landfall.

Tropical-storm-force winds between 39 and 73 mph are starting to lash the southeastern Texas and southwestern Louisiana coastline.

Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for the northwestern Gulf Coast from Port Bolivar, Texas, to the Vermilion/Cameron Parish line in Louisiana.

Hurricane Watch, which indicates that winds of 74 mph or stronger are possible, covers the area from High Island, Texas, to Cameron, Louisiana. (Fox Weather) Read More
