These are two swing states important to determining the overall electoral college. In North Carolina, ballots may arrive as late as November 12 and be counted. The deadline for Pennsylvania is November 6. Chief Justice John Roberts, Jr., and Justice Brett Kavanaugh voted with the liberals on the court. The longer after the election that votes count, the higher the chance for election fraud."

Former President Barack Obama spoke at a drive-in rally in Orlando, Florida, on behalf of Joe Biden (D) Tuesday and forcefully defended the Black Lives Matter protests that have taken place across the country - many of which have been dominated by looting and violence.

"But Joe and Kamala, they care deeply about people, America, and they care about our democracy," Obama told supporters before defending the protests.

The chances of dying from COVID-19 have fallen precipitously since the pandemic began, according to two new peer-reviewed studies. One study, from researchers at New York University's Grossman School of Medicine, found that the death rate has gone down substantially among all age groups.

"It is the job of a senator to pursue her policy preferences," Barrett said to an audience on the South Lawn of the White House. "In fact, it would be a dereliction of duty for her to put policy goals aside. By contrast, it is the job of a judge to resist her policy preferences. It would be a dereliction of duty for her to give into them. Federal judges don't stand for election. Thus, they have no basis for claiming that their preferences reflect those of the people." The separation of duty is what makes the judiciary distinct, she said.
